Clean, spacious room. Helpful employees. Excellent breakfast.

The Staff were kind, friendly and professional. They remembered our names and were exceptionally hospital. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas. We would surely recommend the hotel to all travelers who want to stay at a location that's classy, affordable, and close to the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Convenient location.Rooms were cleaned everyday. Cleaning staff was polite and thorough. Breakfast not included but available. Pool was nice but small. There was a terrible mildew smell from the air conditioner. They cleaned it which improved the smell but it was still there. I could’ve changed rooms and really sorry I didn’t. I would’ve gave 4stars but won’t because of the smell. They should also provide blankets that aren’t as thin as a piece of paper.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. A great choice if you don’t want to be on the shoreline.

I didn't have breakfast. Everything was clean except for the elevators. There were spills and candy on both elevators every time I entered.

I was not encouraged partake of breakfast during the 5 days that I stayed. Also, I was never asked if I were an honors member. No nice bottles of water were offered as has happened in other Hilton properties. The laundry was wonderful and I loved the classical music that played as I waited for my clothes.

The hot water would not get hot enough for a shower. The water was lukewarm. We called maintenance they sent Dan the maintenance man & Ann the MOD to feel the water. The maintenance man said the water could exceed 120 degrees from a boiler. The weather outside is freezing cold, so how is a lukewarm temperature ok??We let water run & run to see if it would get hotter.It never did get hot and the young lady was saying it wasn’t nothing she could but offer me 5,000 points and I asked what was that in dollars? Amount? She couldn’t tell me. We needed a hot shower so bad. We always stay with Hilton wherever we go !! We choose to stay away from the beach this time , we always stay on South Ocean Boulevard at the Hampton Inn . Our water has never been barely warm to the point you can’t even take a shower!! How is the food area able to wash dishes? With cold water!

I loved the location, which was next to the mall. A bus was available to take me to get food and to the airport when I checked out on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Everything was together.

How clean and new and good it smelled. The front desk gave me water and they got me a taxi nx it was before the shuttle bus hours were operating. The bef and pillows were so comfortable. The room was big Nothing. It was a perfext stay

It was so clean and the staff was so friendly! The location was great and central to all the things we wanted to do. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Absolutely no complaints!

Only complaint would be the girl that greeted me at the front desk when i asked for an early check in said she would call when my room was ready. Of course she didnt. I showed up at 4 and it was clean and waiting. Stayed here many times and enjoy the hotel.

Cleanliness of the room. I liked everything about the hotel. However, I didn't like the breakfast in the past. So, I did not eat it this time.

My only two challenges were navigating Netflix on the remote and the lack of an additional bar/railing in the shower.

Had a great stay. Patricia was excellent. She checked on us during our stay several times. Also, kudos to the bartender, Eric. This guy knows how to make an old fashion. 10 out of 10 stars. I definitely recommend.

This is the only hotel in this price range that I have stayed at that does not offer free breakfast. That, coupled with an exhorbitant penalty for mistakenly booking wrong date (my fault, I admit, but a $180 penalty for a 1-night stay???) means I won't be using Expedia and will stick to chains that I am more familiar with.

Loved everything about this hotel…it was clean (smelled nice), great location with restaurants and shopping next door (easy walk). Room was very nice and very clean. Overnight was quiet didn’t hear any noise which was appreciated. When I come back to the area I will absolutely stay there again and will recommend to friends/family.

Our flight had been unexpectedly canceled. The booking was very last minute. We were frazzled. The staff there could not have been kinder or more friendly. They made us feel very welcomed and comfortable.

This was just a quick overnight trip. The room was great and clean! Great customer service with check-in and check-out. Great location; it was right in middle of everything we needed to get to. Will definitely recommend staying here!

The location was great for I lived there for 17 years before I moved away in January. I was visiting all my friends who lived near there. I would stay there again in the near future.

The room was very spacious and slept 3 very comfortably. Unfortunately there was a lot of room outside our room and we were woken up at 12:30 in the morning. Definitely not a place to stay if you need sleep before travel.

This hotel is ideal for staying in Myrtle Beach without being on the beach. I choose this place when visiting my daughter at Coastal Carolina University. It has an excellent location and great staff.

Antonetta was pleasant and very helpful. This hotel is a little out dated but was very clean and we got room service both days we was there. They have a bar & grill if you want to order inside instead of going out.

The beds weren’t comfortable. AC unit was so loud. And building walls are thin. Could hear other loud rooms.

The airport shuttle did not begin until 6am. Our flight was at 7am so we had to take a taxi to the airport instead of being able to take the hotel's airport shuttle

I paid for a room with an ocean view. Expedia is responsible for the wording of the room but they would not refund me the difference. I will tell everyone how bad Expedia is and report them to every government agency there is.

Wasn't on the busy strip but not far to go to hit local attractions. Close to the mall which was handy at times as it has a good food court. Staff was very friendly and the rooms big spacious and clean.

It was a little uncomfortable as the air went out i the rooms and it was hot. The staff worked very quickly to switch our room. The second room was cool to begin with but got hot throughout the night.

The cleaning staff were wonderful. I didn’t ask them to clean since we took our two dogs with us and they were so understanding and respectful. They gave us extra linens, towels, and took our trash. The lovely lady even let us vacuum our own room so the dogs wouldn’t get spooked. The front desk let us check in early since we were so tired from a 12 hour drive. Even the breakfast waiter was so kind. We deff went out of our way to tip them and show our appreciation. The only thing I wish they had more of is ice. Truly my only complaint. Everything else was perfect and I love that my privacy was respected. Clean and beautiful place to stay. Near everything you want to see.
