    The check in process was really good. The room felt damp and AC register rattled which kept me awake all night. Also it blew out dirt from register. In the morning there was stuff all over the floor. Need king bed in a single room.

    I had such an amazing experience the night before I decided to book again for the next night. Even with me booking about 30 mins prior to arriving I was greeted and welcomed by Keri I believe her name was. She was very friendly and gave me an amazing room. I also enjoyed the valet!     The location was prefer. The blanket wasn’t clean. They never brought me another after I requested more. There wasn’t any entertainment, the tv wasn’t an updated model wasn’t able to watch shows that we like. The bathroom needs to be remodeled.

    Everything was very clean and everywhere you went in the hotel, it smelled amazing! The hot tubs were nice and heated pool inside. The room even had a jetted tub! The property had a coffee bar/bakery. Restaurants are within walking distance, one being right across the street that had AMAZING food, if you stay with Anderson you get a 10-20% off there but not through Hosteeva. I wish the onsite bar/restaurant would be open during this time of year.

    Great location, nice and clean hotel. The 8 or 9 digit door combo, plus the 4 digit elevator combo was a chore to remember. Easy if we had our phones, but when we went to the beach, we didn’t want to take our phones.

    Very nice rooms and a very quick response time when we asked for the sheets and blankets to be replaced on the Murphy bed. The presence of someone's hat made me feel that the sheets had been overlooked prior to our arrival. The sheets and blankets for the Murphy bed were probably overlooked by the cleaning staff.

    We went for our wedding anniversary. We have stayed at Anderson Ocean club 3 times and love it in fact in September we are coming back but we will not book through hosteeva. They charged a cleaning fee but the room wasn't clean when we got there. I have pictures. There was blood on both balcony curtains, spa tub wasn't clean, fridge had dirt on outside of it. My husband is disabled and our room has to be sanitary. I cleaned room when we got there because he couldn't stay otherwise.

    I liked the proximity of the hotel to the attractions at the beach. I also liked the layout of the suite and how close it was to the elevator. Everything was clean and relaxing! The only thing I didn't like about the suite was the bed. It is not very comfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.

    Great service. Booked ahead threw booking.com but when I got there they couldn't find my reservation so the manager called to try to help but when booking.com wouldn't reply they made sure we got a room. We where hit by the hurricane and had no where to go.. these ppl where awesome!!!

    The room was very nice. It was clean and well maintained. The location of the property was nice. The Valet guys hide all of the luggage carts. I checked every day at various times of the day and there wasn't any available for anyone to use and the valet guys had several not being used that they said that you couldn't use because i was interested in using valet. The golf course, though free to use for guest, is in very very bad shape. Even though it is free, it is offered as an amenity and should be maintained. Most holes playing surfaces was in tatters and the water around the course was very dirty. Also some black guests brought a loud bass boom box to the pool area and was playing the music loud for hours which cleared most of the other guests out of pool area and hotel people would come around it and not say anything. One hotel worker even started dancing to the music. Very disturbing event.

    The property was beautiful! The condo was absolutely beautiful and very cleaned!Had everything we needed. Also, loved that their was a washer and dryer.The view was amazing. They had so many activities for the children down at the pool area. Would definitely recommend. Great atmosphere!! I didn’t like that we had to put a code to go up to our floor. While punching the code at times it would lock so I wasn’t able to punch in the last code and had to retry it again. Also , the code box at the door , the second time I had to go back to the room I had to call and get assistance because I didn’t know I had to use the second code. But she was very helpful and we were able to get in.
