The room itself was clean, but the pool and fitness center are closed which was not advertised. They’re “renovating” so there are boxes and messes everywhere. Very little parking, the elevator looks like something out of a horror movie, very old, very scary. The hall carpets are dirty and it basically looks like they’ve bandaided everything to stay open while renovating. For no more than we were in the room it was fine, and again the room itself was clean. The free breakfast was ok, few options but still free and available. If you won’t be there much, it’s good for a quick getaway.

It seemed like a lot of things were being remodeled or worked on . One ice machine in the whole place, which happened to be as close as could be to my room so all night we got to hear everyone get ice and the funny thing we didn't have a ice bucket in our room. The blanket on one of the beds had a tear right in the middle. The fridge was missing the freezer cover so things froze in the fridge. The TV worked fine, the air worked well, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast area was good and maintained, the front desk had someone there. People were making a lot of noise all night yelling and talking loud like from one to another down the hall, don't know if anything was ever done.

They never came and cleaned are room. The pool was closed the ice machine was out of order everything was nasty and when I ask them to clean my room she gave me the sheets and I did them and so we left 2 days early and when we was leaving nobody ever came to the counter to check us out so I left the keys on the counter. I never complain about anything but this was crazy and they was just 4 people working there. This was the frist time I took my grandson on vacation and he loves to swim but we went to the beach and he don't want to stay there that long who does and he was ill because we didn't have a pool . I was very disappointed. We go to the one in Anderson SC every other weekend to take my grandson so he can swim and they are awesome. We love them in Anderson at the country inn suites but not at the beach . But yall do what yall have to. Because I know they want do anything and I am not mad at yall I just upset with the way we was treated. Thank you Sherry Brown

Breakfast area is dirty and disgusting smells. The floors are dirty, furniture is VERY disgusting and would not sit on it. Our first room smelled of smoke and when called front desk they didn’t believe me and gave me a hard time for another room which also smelled. Comforters, sheets and towels all had brown stains on them. It was a nasty and filthy hotel! Most of all they can’t even get a new American flag! It’s all raggedy and looks 30 years old!

Stains on the couch, carpet and drapes. Lumpy bedding and linens. Worst one night stay for $200. A red roof or motel 6 would have been cleaner and nicer. Staff was nice. Very trashy look outside and in. Very shocked that Expedia would even want to advertise this hotel under their name. Does the Radisson know this location is this poor of quality.

The pool was not open. The fitness center was not functional. The internet was not functional in our room. Our room number was on the floor outside our room when it should have been mounted on the wall. inside room 502, one smoke detector was hanging by its wires and the other one was covered with a plastic bag. We had a 2 bedroom suite- one of the rooms was missing its TV and the AC unit did not work.There was no clothes rod for the hanging clothes. The breakfast area was very dirty including the chairs, the tables were stabilized by pieces of cardboard under the feet. This property is a disgrace to the name Radisson and the Choice Hotels company. I believe that I should receive a full refund of $233.00 for our stay.

The hotel is being renovated but so there are very little amenities. The pool was not open during our stay, the bathroom by the lobby was out of order. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a better hotel. This one is awful. Stay far away.

WE STEP ON POTATOE CHIPS. THE CLIENTS ACROSS FROM US WERE VERBALLY AGRESSIVE TO EACH OTHER AND ARGUING VERY LOUDLY AND THREATS OF CALLING POLICE AND A DOG BARKING LOUDLY INSIDE. MADE DESK AWARE OF COMMOTION. WE STAY THERE BECAUSE IT WAS GRADUATION TIME FOR OUR GRANDS WE WERE AFRAID NOT TO FIND A HOTEL THAT MET OUR FINANCIAL NEED. What a dump! Pulled in after driving 10 hours to a questionably cleaned room with large water spots in the ceiling above the bedroom. Smelled very musty and moldy. The bathroom was old and dingy with holes in the wall. Got in and rinsed off and put on my clothing to get up and leave in the morning and kept my shoes on! The carpet was dingy and old. All in all very disappointing for a Country Inn and Suites.

The room was clean! The maid service did a wonderful job! The mattress sagged in the middle. The hotel was under construction, so pool was closed. We received no notification that it was closed. The rest of the hotel was dirty, such as the outside of trash cans, the elevator and the downstairs bathroom. The room towels were very thin.

The parking lot was a mess. Spots are tight and the lot needs paving. The awful smell hits you as soon as you walk into the lobby. This smell was just as bad in our room. The room was dirty… the bed spread had stains on it as well as the couch. The carpets were stained and all of the floors were sticky. The breakfast was poor…there are almost no words. I would give it zero stars all around.

We had a king bed which was very comfortable. The room was on the corner so it had 2 windows and that was nice. The room had 1 chair instead of a couch, which I expected. The bathroom had no towel racks or even a toilet paper holder. The swimming pool was CLOSED and this was after Memorial day.

Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. Parking: extremely unsafe, multiple homeless or drug addicts smoking at the entrance under the awning or just aimlessly wondering around. I say this in the nicest way possible but they never came into the actual building and I noticed the frequent flyers walking by daily. Pool & weightroom: torn to pieces and wrapped in plastic or trash Breakfast provided: very unsanitary since the building itself smelled like stale cigarettes & some sort of mildew or mold. This has been the nastiest I have ever felt leaving a beach vacation. I'd never recommend this place to ANYONE.

The description of the hotel was not accurate. One of the 2 beds was delapidated. The breakfast was incomplete and lacking. There were only enough towels for 2 people, not 4. The room was either to hot or to cold. No ice on our floor. The pool wasn't available for our great grand kids. The staff, though very pleasant and professional had no idea where places were in the area. Could have had a detailed map available showing how to get to all of the attractions and restaurants. Getting a refund so that we could go somewhere else was like pulling teeth.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it is currently being remodeled. It was frustrating that the pool was closed and we couldn't use it. Also, our first day the only working ice machine was on the 5th floor. Our 2 day that ice machine didn't work either. The fitness center was closed and inaccessable. When we came down for breakfast the downstairs restrooms were also closed down and we couldn't use. The hallway we were on also smelled strongly of smoke. Once reno is complete it will hopefully resolve those issues.

Hotel is under a remodel. My room was nicely remodeled. My room was missing some things. Room didn't have any trash cans and tv didn't work. They fixed the tv in 5 minutes. Great job!! Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a great area. Overall the hotel was ok. But the staff was great!!

The indoor pool is down and looks like a pond. The grounds by the road really needs to be cleaned up because it looks like a garage truck exploded but I’m pretty sure the state is supposed to maintaining roads and ditches. Either way, I’d clean it if I owned the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were staying for one night only during bike week. I think for the location it was great. So close to everything. Our room could sleep up to 6 people in it. However, there was one cup for coffee, the alarm clock did not work. The telephone did not work if we needed to call down. yes i know we can go downstairs if need be. seedy! looked like they were preparing to lay new carpet….unattractive. place needed to be updated. it’s a bare bones hotel. elevator floor was either in need of repair or was dirty.when front desk was notified that the remote or tv was not working they never came up as they said. We didn’t comfortable or enjoyed stay from 4/19 to 4/23/26. There was no breakfasts served due to the under construction. We needed changed the room three times. The room 407 had bathroom leak and room 412 the toilet didn’t flush. Check out time I told the staff about the problem no apologies! He only asked do you want receipt? Sick!!

For starters, the place was under renovation- yet they gave no hint of this fact when I reserved my room. The floors were filthy from construction, and the odor from construction was everywhere. But the worst smell was the mix of cigarettes & cigars & pot & body odor. Our first thought upon entering our room was to call and explain that we had requested a non-smoking room. However, we then realized there were "no smoking" signs everywhere. Supposedly a nonsmoking establishment, the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray. Upon return home, we had to launder every single item we brought with us. When we asked about the breakfast, the front desk employee gave no apology but stated, "We haven't had breakfast in months." I hadn't realized that they had removed "Breakfast" from their list of amenities; it was still implied through their pictures: "Breakfast nook" with images of food trays out. We had stayed there the year before, and they had breakfast. We would have never paid what we paid if breakfast weren't included. Their indoor pool was closed, and they still have a picture of the indoor pool and gym on their website- even though both are closed. The staff was utterly unsympathetic. The place was a construction zone with literal wheel barrows on our floor. 100% would not recommend and will never return.

I liked it was close to where I had to go. The entire hotel was under construction. There were rolls of carpet in the lobby you had to walk around. The hallways were taped off with tarps. The elevator was so old and barely worked. They had a guest leave a dog in their room overnight and barked ALL night long. The beds are the most uncomfortable thing from early 2000's I've ever slept on. The parking lot was consumed with trailers and supplies for renovations but was told it's been like that for months with little work. I was very surprised to not be warned about being under construction.

Stay far away! This hotel is under major reconstruction, and the breakfast area is closed therefore serving no breakfast or food and the pool is closed. But that’s just part of it. Our hotel room was filthy dirty there were dirty socks on the bed. there was sticky candy on the carpet, the shower had mold and was leaking before we even attempted to turn it on. The entire outside of the property is strewn with garbage. It looks like a place that’s closed down. Stay away do not stay here.

This place is remodeling. The parking lot looks like a construction site. Floors four and five are in the final stages of the remodel and need just a few minor touch ups and a good cleaning. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit. They are remodeling and we had no clue. I chose them for the breakfast and the pool and upon arrival found out there was no pool available or no breakfast. And should not be open to the public. We went up to our room and immediately went back down to the front desk and handed back our key and were promised a refund which we never received... I would say pass this hotel. The hotel should have been closed while they are doing updates. The pool was down, no breakfast, no exercise room, no ice machine. I had to spend extra money for items that should have been available at the hotel. I will not be back.

The location lies they did not serve breakfast. Couldn’t use the pool nor ice machines. And wouldn’t give any of the money back even after false advertising amenities that were unavailable. Couldn’t use pool nor ice machines jacuzzi tub faucet. No ice machine no breakfast the entire booking was a lie.

There was remodeling going on. If i would've known i wouldn't have paid that kind of money for the room. Then i forgot my suitcase, shampoo, and condition that was very expensive MAD VIKING product. My mom had to drive 8 hours 4 hours there and 4 hours back to get it. Got my suitcase but not my shampoo & conditioner. The cleaning gals said they didn't see it. False i know it was in the room because i used it.

Still doing renovations. Avg $125 per night this stay. Unacceptable room condition. First suite was not serviced and had an empty patch of cigarettes, coffee cup from previous guest and an unmade bed. Second room on fifth floor had a torn apart hallway well no carpet. Room was newly renovated, but had no trash cans, tub filled with dirt and dust which I had to clean before use and a tub spigot that pulled out of the wall during use…on top of all that, they still do not offer breakfast because area is gutted. What exactly did I pay for??? Avoid

The smell of paint, plaster and Marijuana fill the hallways with a noxious effect. There is not a single working Ice machine in the hotel, and the staff was telling us the one or the 3rd floor was working….it was not. They will book you in any room regardless of what “phase” the renovation was on with the respective floor. Garbage is everywhere, inside and out. Parking lot looks like a dump. There are ZERO amenities, food? Nope.Watetfountain? Nope, pool? Nope! Don’t sit on the end of the bed, it will tip up off the floor, mind you I’m under 200 pounds, so it was an unpleasant experience. Shower…the handle came Off in my hand. Room furniture is WORN out!! I understand construction is messy, but I don’t understand paying full price for less than full service. Had we known this was under construction during our stay we would have passed

We did notice that master suite's bed looked improperly made and appeared partially slept in. I was at breakfast that we notice that there was none due to remodeling. This was not advertized. When I returned to the front desk and informed them of this, I was greeted with questions. Umm… excuse me but can I get a room that’s unoccupied and clean?? They assigned us a new room, but again the amenities were not there. The in-room spa bathtub didn’t have running water, there was hair and fur all over the sofa. I was also disappointed to find that there was no breakfast service or pool available during my stay, amenities which are typically advertised and important to many guests. It would have been helpful if the hotel had clearly communicated that they were undergoing repairs, as this impacted both the facilities and overall experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences.

The room reeked of cat pee! That was the 3rd room she finally gave us. There is cigarette smoke in every room, but the hotel is supposed to be a no smoking facility. The room was dirty, and the facet was leaking. They over charged me for the room, and the desk clerk gave me attitude about the whole thing.

It was horrible! Breakfast was supposed to be included, no breakfast at all. Water was flooding the floor in front of the elevator on the 1st floor. The commode in our room wouldn't flush. No one ever came to fix it. It was just horrible.

They were in the middle of remodeling and the place was not clean, they didn’t have the amenities that were listed on the property. The location was wonderful and obviously the price was good. Just had higher expectations for the brand.

They are doing construction therefore there was no free breakfast, there was about a foot of green water at the indoor pool. The construction personnel utilize the only passenger elevator to move construction supplies to the fifth floor. The breakfast area is full of pallets of LVP flooring and new bathtubs. I'm sure the place will be nice in a year but this week it was disgusting!

This way I could make the decision about whether to stay there And the curtain in the room, on the first floor, was not made so you could close it. only the shear could be pulled to. I had to switch rooms 3 times! Well the first room had an ice machine right on the wall of the room that was very noisy and when I first got in the room the ice machine dropped ice and it sounded like it was in the room so I called down to see if I could get another room she said she didn't know if she had one and then said I have another room, the second room had the very loud beeping of the smoke detector so I called down to explain this and called the front desk again and asked for someone to change the battery she said she had no idea when that would be.so i said I would have to find another place to stay and she said very rudely I'll have to see if I can get you another room and seemed to be very annoyed and inconvenienced about all the issues with the rooms and when I went down to the desk to get new keys every time they were just sitting on the counter and she was in the office just sitting there and didn't even acknowledge me! So I got to the third room and the toilet won't stop running so being totally exhausted after traveling and had a very bad day I just lifted the lid on the toilet and stopped it myself and did so every time I used the bathroom! I will never stay here again or at another Quality Inn by Radisson or any other Radisson establishment again! This hotel experience has been one of the worst and if I wasn't so exhausted I would have left!!!!!! I WORN AND SUGGESTED ANYONE FROM STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

Apparently there is a bar next door and the music was so loud couldn’t hear the tv on 25. Given room next to ice machine which was loud and carpet was filthy. Continental breakfast looked unappealing.

I usually dont write reviews, but our room was absolutely disgusting. I dont know how they are allowed to keep room prices what they are with the state of their hotel. Our room was musty, the walls and ceiling had mold, and everything was very outdated and unclean. I would recommend just about anywhere else to stay.

The hotel was convenient to Garden City beach and was pet friendly, overall a good stay. They could do a better job cleaning up the elevators and carpet stains outside the elevator. Turn on the TV with News channel in the breakfast dining room.

UNINHABITABLE! I don’t know when the photos were taken but it had to be years ago. The building is blue not as pictured on the website. I have 2 videos but no platform to upload them. It Ruined part of my Family Reunion because I was unable to join part of it because my time was consumed seeking sleeping accommodations elsewhere. Alternative accommodations cost an extra $100. I booked through Expedia and sat in the parking lot and filed a claim to cancel. I am Currently awaiting a reply from the hotel to confirm my cancellation order. I’m prepared to seek legal assistance should my claim be denied. Please, please, please don’t stay there! All types of shady looking characters were standing under the covered entrance and riding up and down the elevator. The only advantage of being there is if you are unhoused and seeking shelter.

Upon entering the room we found ramen noodles left in the sink. No faucet in the hot tub. Stained carpet in the lobby and hallways. A group of drunk women allowed to wander the halls, laughing and yelling loudly while falling all over each other.

We had 3 different rooms because lock was broken on door, toilet didn’t flush well, fire department showed up after the fire alarm went off, they said an A/C unit on 3rd floor caught fire. However, the filthy floor was 100% the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was actually good. We had eggs, bagel & cream cheese, sausage etc. it was quite nice. My only issue was the hotel was just generally dirty, but ya get what you pay for in situations like this. As I said, it was a comfortable night's stay.

The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower. It smelled musky. The mini fridge needed defrosted, you could not get anything in the “freezer”. Was told after we checked in that the pool was closed, because part of the ceiling had fallen down. We were told that an AC in one of the rooms malfunctioned & set off the fire alarm mind you at 12:30 am. We had to evacuate our room and find a safe place to wait for the fire department to give an all clear before we could return to our room. It was about 45-60 minutes later. We were not compensated for all the inconveniences. Maid service was only offered every 3 day. Will not be staying here again. Very disappointed!

We were bringing the kids down before school started to visit the beach, but we did know there would be rain in the forecast so we wanted to find a hotel with an indoor pool. So we found this property because they had an indoor pool. The first day we arrived it started to rain so we headed to the pool only to find out it’s closed “They Said” for the season. Wish that would have been known upfront on the website.

This hotel has some good points - friendly staff, nice lobby and dining area, and comfortable beds. The room furnishings need updating, the carpeting in the halls needs replacing, the bath enclosures are narrow and slippery, the pool needs attention, and more outside seating would be a plus. We understand renovation plans are in the works- that will be wonderful.

I checked out as soon as I saw the condition of the property. The room smelled like a crack house. The hallways and common areas were filthy. This hotel is a disgrace. The online pictures are not real.

Upon exiting the elevator to our room, the carpet was disgusting, very dirty, stains all over, What looked like a little piece of feces was in the hallway for 2 days, (we stayed 3 nights- never again) Didn't know if it was just our floor (4th) or all floors were as dirty, when the elevator stopped on other floors carpeting was the same. I asked the girl at the front desk how often they cleaned the carpets, she replied "we vacuum every day", I said I have never stayed in a hotel where the carpets were this dirty, She them said we are going to renovate. Why would a County Inn & Suites let a property get so disgusting? The carpet in our room was damp, our socks were black from walking on it. There was a chunk of wood missing from the bottom of the dresser, bathroom door same. The lamp on end table missing a bulb, bulb burnt out in bathroom, the telephone was extremely dirty, had not been cleaned in years. Our toilet would not flush, called Maintenace they came & plunged it, (we did not plug it). The safe was a hollow box, no lock . I took pictures, I wish there was an option here to post them. Day 2 the fire alarm went off early i the morning. No one knew what was going on, my husband had to go down to the front desk to find out it was a false alarm. We had to listen to it until the fire department came & turned it off. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. It is clear the owners have no pride or care about this property.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Upon entering and checking in the lady at the counter was not friendly or welcoming AT ALL. When we got off the elevator the carpet was filthy dirty. Not just a few stains it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. It was disgusting. Upon entering the room it smelled like mold. It actually made my stomach turn. When we turned the bed down to go to bed it was full of hair. I mean full like someone had just slept in it. I went down to let the lady at the counter know and all I got was her shaking her head like I was making it up. I asked for a different room and was moved to the first floor. The second room smelled a little better and seemed cleaner. When we got up in the morning we noticed a condom wrapper on the floor which was not ours. So that room was not as clean as we thought it was. We got our food at breakfast but couldn’t sit down because all the chairs in the breakfast area were so stained I couldn’t sit down. I again felt nauseous. The man putting the food out didn’t have gloves on, was wearing open toed sandals like he was going to the beach and was also dumping trash while going back and forth to where the food was. The lady at the counter didn’t apologize or try to make things right. She called me rude. I called to speak to the manager and by 1:00 he/she was not there. Sleeping in my car would have been cleaner and more comfortable. Save your money and don’t stay at this hotel.

The property is not very clean. It looks tired. The staff was friendly, though. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We’ve stayed here before and it has gone down hill.

elevator had an odor and i had no shower curtain

The pool is under construction and this was not noted on the website. The elevator was filthy and slow. This this being a Radisson hotel we were totally shocked.

The carpets were horrible with stains! Not vacummed enough! Elevator was super slow and not too mention it needs 2 elevators! The carpet in our room was ok but needs to be cleaned also!!

This hotel was disgustingly dirty and run down. I can’t believe they would charge $200+ a night. Carpets were stained and walls need painting. Woman at the desk when we checked in was rude and couldn’t be bothered when I tried to ask a few questions.

The staff was plenty friendly but that place was filthy. They gave away my room right before I got there. The other room they offered did not have enough space for us to sleep (we tried to use it but it didn’t work out). There was a roach in the bathroom. The couches/seats were disgusting. The hallway carpets were filthy as well.

The pool was closed for our entire stay without notice. The room was dirty and no one was available to clean it. We had to get cleaning supplies and do it ourselves.

The rug in all of the hallways needs to be replaced desperately. I had a room on the third floor and there were definite water spots in all of the ceiling as well as mold in some corners and mold underneath the sink in the bathroom. The bathroom towel rack also had been rusted and there were definitely spots where they painted over rust and or water damage instead of fixing it. The staff was kind and doing their best. There were many families staying with upwards of six people in a room and that made getting breakfast extremely difficult as people were tying up the toaster for 15 to 20 minutes and taking all of the egg omelettes back to their room. I have photos of the condition of my room and hallway rugs. I will not be staying there again ever.

The property was very dirty in the hallways and room had a very bad smell in it could not get smell out even with air freshener. Front desk staff had no spray or anything to get smell out. The furnitures in the room old and worn out missing drawers. Great location but needs a lot of upgrades. Don’t plan to ever stay there again. Over priced for what we got. Very disappointed

Did not eat breakfast because we were so uncomfortable at the hotel. The bed was OK. There was only one elevator and it had no air conditioning. It was hot and stuff and dirty. The mirror on our bedroom wall had come down and was sitting up against the wall. There was a tooth flops stick on the ottoman. We should have left, but had no choice. Hotels.com charged me over $200 for this room. The Raddison app nor website worked. It took me to hotels in Iceland,

Radisson must have forgotten about this property. None of the floors are getting vacuumed, including the floor in the room my family and I stayed in. The floor had crap all over it. The facility is dirty and grungy. The carpet and walls are filthy throughout. It truly lives up to the "dirty myrtle" mantra. Do not stay here. Customer service was awesome, everyone was nice and accommodating. I feel bad for them having to work for a company that doesn't give a crap about providing customers with a clean, sanitary, and comfortable experience. Do not stay here.

Estimated time in surrounding area 30 minutes, to Myrtle beach, Conway Georgetown SC, We were in Muriel Inlet, and definitely would recommend the Country inn suites . Next door to Cracker barrel, Breakfast is free,and it actually is Breakfast not just continental, The room was. A nice size with refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker, The only thing i was disappointed in,was no wifi i used quiet a bit of data and i didn't understand why they had no connection, Also the sauna, in rooms do not work,and our door was loose so we had to fold paper to make it stop wobbling Maintenance came immediately cuz water did not go down in tub,all and all i highly recommend. The aquino Japanese dinner was awesome and a must see brookgeen gardens such a fantastic garden you will not be disappointed. We did bring our service pet .bring your paper work or tag, But they do accept all pets which i love.only one night person was noy nice but every one else was great.

This place needs major upgrading. The carpet on the entire hotel was nasty dirty. The elevators floors were dirty. The walls were dirty. The hallway was dirty; the lobby was dirty. The Bathrooms NEED MAJOR remodeling. This hotel should never get away with charging over $80 per night in these conditions. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

This place was very dirty. We arrived late in the middle of the night and I wish I could have asked for my money back and went somewhere else. Moldy window seal. Floor was not vacuumed. Room smelled like urine. Dirty hallway carpet. Dirty elevator. Walked by the front desk a few times with people waiting for someone to show behind the counter. Only one key worked. Then had to have them reprogrammed for the 2nd night after we couldn’t get back into the room after the one key stopped working as well. Told my kids to keep shoes on at all times walking on the carpet. I’m highly allergic to mold. I was having itchy eyes as I gave my kids the regular pillows and I sacrificed using the feather pillows. The feather pillows only made my allergies worse. We stayed out late the next night to not have to spend any extra time at the hotel. Something was on the wall next to the bed. My kids wouldn’t even go swim because the pool looked gross to them. The reviews on hotel app said good things and why I selected this one. I would not recommend staying here. It’s the dirtiest hotel I have ever stepped foot in and paid more than a super 8 hotel.

The room felt dampish and we did have to kill a cockroach.

Informed property and the only option given was to PAY for a room change. We left immediately as this was not acceptable. Having booked a non-refundable room, I asked for a refund as we COULD NOT have know we would be charged to have a room without MOLD. I offered to pay for one night if the remainder could be refunded but they said no.

The hallways were dirty and looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time. The smoke detector in the room was hanging from a cord. The safe had no locking mechanism to secure items. The carpets in the room looked stained.

Staff checked us into wrong room which had other people in it. Lobby, hallways, elevator, and room were not clean.

The surly and unfriendly woman checking us in was not aware of the condition of the hotel telling me she “never goes up there”. We left immediately. I suggest travelers choose a better and cleaner option.

It was dirty from floor to ceiling rugs haven’t been cleaned since they first put them down, the elevator smelled of mold the room hade torn curtains the toilet was broken I had to fix it. Staff had no personality they had drug addicts sleeping in the front lobby, it was just awful yet it was a step up from the last one.

The floor and outside of refrigerator was not cleaned. The furniture had stains. The hallway floors and dining chairs were very dirty. The ice machine worked on and off.

Be warned....only one elevator for the entire hotel....they advertise "full hot breakfast"....go next door to Cracker Barrel!! Plumbing in bathroom shower was about to fall out of the wall!

The rooms could be upgraded a little. Our tv remote didnt work, the a/c was loud. We had to get our own towels everyday. The room was never refreshed. The beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Will Stay there again

Good afternoon! My experience was horrible. The rooms ac wasn't working properly. I discovered black mold in the room and I ended up leaving and not staying there. Then when I reported my concerns the guy at the front desk was too concerned with playing his game that he had on his phone. So needless to say I got screwed out of 131 dollars. Never recommended this place to anyone

Dirty, stained rugs, broken key entry at back door so anyone could open door and enter hotel. Bathroom tub had soft floor underneath, beds comfortable, walls and floors stained and dirty etc,etc,etc. Could not get copy of statement when leaving - told Expedia would send it to us ????? Had to call when got home to get a copy and no problem at that time. Will not stay there again.

We loved the location, breakfast bar, cleanliness of our room and comfortable beds. But the 5th floor hallway carpet, 1st floor dining chairs and elevator were filthy.

It wasn’t worth the price for a rundown hotel.

We got in super late after driving for ages. The guy at the front desk was barely talkative, and when we asked for sofa bed linens (which weren't there!), he acted like getting up from his Cheetos was a huge ordeal. Still barely a word. No apology. The bathroom lights were practically out. The beds were comfy, or maybe I was just wiped. Then, they wanted THREE TIMES the price for the next night! Worst Country Inn & Suites ever.

Carpets in hallway and furniture in dining room looked filthy. Room was okay, but carpet was musty and AC smelled stale like smoke. Check in and out was fine and patrons were nice. Food was good.

Charged my card 3 different times, none of which were for the price of the stay. The total of the 3 were 140$ over the price of my stay. The front desk lady wasn’t pleasant and cut us off when we were asking about the charges saying it was a deposit that will be returned after checkout and that each night was charged separately. The charges didn’t match my nightly total through the app. It still hasn’t been returned.

Everything was good except for dogs barking early in the morning. Someone across the hall had a yapping little dog that wouldn’t shut up.

I liked the location and the pool.

It was for my family visiting for a couple of days for business. They were very pleased with everything.

All in all okay...Nothing to really brag about...Room smelled of maijuana use...We were on the 5th floor and traveling with our pets...The hotel is in great need for re-carpeting...The staff is friendly, The breakfast is a good mix of on the go and eat in if you want. With eggs, sausage, waffle maker, toaster and juice dispenser...Good location on Rt. 17 for entertainment and food...Also has a small indoor pool.

This hotel was terrible. There were many drunk people loitering in the parking lot. The room was dirty... down to a filthy sock in the tub. Would NOT recommend!

The desk clerk who checked us in was friendly and business like. One of the keys we were given did not work, but we just used the one. The elevators and in-room bath were outdated and didn't seem to be clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. We didn't have the continental breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am where most hotels end this service at 10:00. Thee facility was a typical 'older' beach hotel. We chose this one for convenience but will not stay here again.

Horrible location, workmen laying on ground at front entrance, whole hotel was sub-par, certainly for Country Inn and Suites, who should take this off their roster. One elevator for entire building, stopped at every floor up and down. Other guests rude and pushy. Did not feel safe there.

The property itself smelled of mold and mildew we had to switch rooms because of the first one. The toilet would not flush the room itself looked rundown and dirty. The bathroom was not clean. Telephone would not work. The mattress was clumpy and looked really old carpet was nasty because I asked for a family friendly room with a pet. I believe they put us in the room because of that because when we change rooms, this room was a little better. The hotel itself needs a lot of work. I really felt lied too because the pictures did not match what was shown on the Internet. Nothing represented on the Internet was correct. The only reason we stayed there was we were short on cash and I had already paid with the room through Expedia and they were refund would be hard to get.
