There are nearby grocery stores and Fast food so, you can warm food when you need to. (there are also 2 stove burners/ NO oven) Also, the parking is near rooms and convenient and the staff is very nice. HINTS: Hotel is near a busy Highway and it is noisy outside....best rooms are on back side of hotel....there is a walk/bike path nearby and it is quieter. There is also a small "garden" area with grill, if you want to make burgers. **the "breakfast" is very limited!

Clean room, all you need. Recommend a room in the 300's wing as the road noise is highly reduced over there.

The BEST thing about the room is the full sized microwave and refrigerator! (*NO coffee maker) The worst thing about Hotel's location is the noisy highway nearby.....you want to request a room that faces a walking trail (on the opposite size of hotel)

You will want to request a room facing the walking trail because it is quieter; the rooms facing Hwy. 85 are VERY noisy! There is a small outdoor area with trees and a grill for burger making. I LIKED that the rooms have full size refrigerators and microwave plus, hot burners (No stove) The bed mattress in my room felt old and did not have good back support (the mattress was NOT firm)

I checked in, went to my room and immediately left and found other accommodations. Although the accommodations were fine and the staff was friendly enough, personal safety was a HUGE concern - especially for someone travelling alone. Driving through the parking lot, there were cars that appeared to have people living in them. Within the lobby, next to the check-in desk were large signs pertaining to stopping human trafficking.

This hotel is very clean and affordable. Getting into the parking lot is challenging especially if you are not familiar with the area.

Felt like a crack hotel. No shampoo, poor shower pressure, room door jammed often, sheets were incredibly thin, traffic noise was overwhelming and ran all night. It was clean though, so they get an extra star for that.

Everything was more than I expected. We had to leave at 5:00 in the morning, so we did not get to partake in the breakfast and I did not get a receipt, which I need for tax purposes. It can be emailed to me at [email protected]. It was also a relatively short drive to the Stanford Eye Clinic where I had my surgery. Thank you. There was no fitness room and I love to exercise.

Loved the location, very private and quiet. Very much appreciated the fact that the bed did not have a duvet cover but rather a sheet, blanket and bedspread so it was easy to control the temperature. Check in and out was quick and easy. It was actually perfect, just the way we like it. Not too fancy and a great price.

My mom found the room comfortable and a good location for having her dog with her. She wasn’t greeted very well by the front desk and her room key was an issue teying to get into her room. Otherwise, she enjoyed her stay.

I do a lot of one night travel stays and this had to be one of the best. The room was IMMACULATE. Furnishings were comfortable and everything you could need for a good nights sleep was there. The driveway is a little had to find if your not familiar with the area but that is nothing they can change :)

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of parking. This location is next to a freeway and is extremely noisy, four of their rooms are approximately 100 ft from the freeway and we were assigned one of them - the noise levels were crazy. The room was sparse and tired looking. The 'breakfast' they advertise is dreadful - packaged muffins (that will be around long after I'm dead they had that much sugar and preservatives in) some pretty bad coffee, a nutri bar thing and some Quaker instant oatmeal packets were the offerings.

The room feels old and dirty. No shampo, conditioner, lotion. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was just a getaway- a time to bring some much needed quiet into my life! That being said, I loved the locale! I loved the staff! My room was a studio & had an Apartment sized fridge (Kudos) I had a stove & microwave- able to put food, drinks- snacks Outdoor-woodsy setting! The Price! Grab N Go delectables were ok Free Parking Someone complained about the Wi-Fi, but I used my Hotspot & had a video conference. I was upstairs & felt extremely safe! My first night, I found a nearby Nob Hill store, still open & enabling me to get toiletries, food, soda, etc. I was able to enjoy a Chai I heated up with a fancy-schmancy pistachio/berry croissant from a cafe called, "1 oz Coffee". Loved that morning! Rating of: 90/100 I don't mind if a place is "quaint", that is, if a place has a grab n' go breakfast, not too swank. But as long as it is clean & accessible. *Unfortunately, there was not an elevator & the room was soooo slanted the drawers continued to open. This was bearable. *However, there were places were long, black hair & dust bunnies gathered & that was not ok- at all! My hair is gray! *The overall room was clean & the bathroom was emaculate! The kitchen, was clean & the majority of the items (I rewashed the silverware & knives, but nothing dramatically wrong)

There was nothing to drink other than Tea or coffee, no water, no milk, no juice. The vending machine did not have water so I had to ask the front desk person for a free water. They only had mini muffins and low quality breakfast bars. They could have had prepackaged danish, at least. WE ordered take out food and there were no utensils in the room, we had to go to the office to get some. The location is very hard to get to and they are hidden behind another hotel.

Nothing even though I called and told them that we were gonna be late because we’re going to a concert they said that would be fine when we got there. They canceled our reservation. We had to drive two hours back home at 1 o’clock in the morning. N/A

The room was fine, but I have to give 1 star because my car was broken into and some of my property was stolen. The place is not safe and you can't leave your car unattended. I've stayed in a lot of places during my business travels over the past 15 years, and this is the first time this has ever happened. Be warned!

The manager had the exterminator come and treat my room. All my belongings are exposed to the pesticides. I was denied access to the room all day. They refused to give me ah refund, or treat my car, and replace the items which were damaged. I've lost a week's wages. And to top it all off, I'm allergic to bedbugs! I'm suffering from the gross negligence!

Only two complaints. The breakfast options were pretty terrible, some protein options need to be added (greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs). Will the small kitchen was great, there was a sign that said please option windows while cooking, however the window had a metal block that would not allow opening, so the door had to be propped open.

I've stayed here four or five times. Great location but try to get a room that isn't on the side of the highway. It was pretty loud. Other than that I'll keep coming back when I work in Mountain View, CA.

After our home burned down in the Eaton Fire, we stayed at the Extended Stay America in Mountain View CA for weeks. The full size refrigerator and stove gave us options to make healthy food in the room. It was easy to get replacement towels, bedding etc. also, we were near trails that were appropriate for hiking and biking. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay - the clean hardwood floors in particular. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Great value for money if you need a long stay.

I went for dinner and when I came back my room's door had crack on it means somebody tried to come inside and it didn't lock again so I told them and they didn't help me . 4. Supe noisy , I couldn't sleep good enough l. If you looking for prostitutes or drugs,this location is a good choice 5.you should to give my money back for that horrible experience

Reserved a queen suite was giving a smaller room that smelt up cigarette. The person that checked us in, followed us all the way to our room until I turned around and told him we did not need any help. The room was filthy floors were sticky, and there was bugs crawling around which I did take pictures and videos of. When I tried to call the front desk had closed and couldn’t reach the front desk. I have never experienced anything like this before and I always book with Expedia and I’ve never made a complaint. Good morning I checked out. I talked to a young man which was so helpful. He allowed a refund that I still have not received yet through Expedia.

Everything was great..very clean and newly modernized, the only set back was the entrance to the hotel was too risky because it's immediately after the entrance to a highway, slowing down to enter could cause a rear end because the vehicle behind you is speeding to enter the highway while you attempt to reduce speed in order to enter through the driveway.

We arrived late at night, reception could not find our reservation even when provided with proof and confirmation number. Attempted to charge for a new reservation. After waiting for over 30 minutes for him to figure it out he said he had to go, kick us out and locked the door. Worst service we have ever received.

Additionally, there was not even a bottle of water left in our room and the breakfast that they serve in nothing but sugar. Muffins and granola bars. Very dissappointing.

The room itself was decent. Had an issue with the shower curtain which the front desk rectified right away. The door to the room had a gap so air, bugs and noise came through.

Quiet, big dog-friendly (Bernese), comfy, welcoming and relaxing right in the middle of the Mountain View rat race. We would definitely stay here again.

Floor was very dirty. Wife had black soles from walking barefoot in room. Even after scrubbing by staff the floor was still dirty. Bedside lamp did my work and was not repaired during our stay. Outside of hotel was full of trash including empty liquor bottles that had not been picked up.

No hot water and it was not clean. Floors were sticky and had an odor.

The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cool. The only thing I didn’t like was the ac was very loud and we woke up a few times at night by the loud noise. One other minor thing was they didn’t have any shampoo so bring your shampoo.

Reservation was paid before we arrived. We were traveling and were going to be there very late at night. We called the hotel to confirm our reservation and let them know that we would be arriving late. When we got there tired at 2am ready to rest we discovered that even after having a paid reservation and confirming our late arrival they had given our room away and now we had no where to stay. Horrible service would not recommend that you book there.

The “breakfast included” was not a real breakfast, just cheap coffee and baked goods. There is no daily room service, as we were told that they only come every 2 weeks.

Why is everything disposable in this country?

Pros: Easy drive to the venue, close to nice walking/biking trail, lots of local dining and shopping nearby. Good price for the area, microwave and full sized fridge. Cons: Room wasn't "dirty" but could have used more attention. Bathtub didn't drain, no coffee maker, ran out of TP, housekeepers arguing outside our window at 8am. Might stay again when in the area for another show at Shoreline, but will probably look around more first.

The night staff was upset that he was inconvenienced when I tried to open the lobby door, which was locked; so I rattled it. He came out with a bang, grabbed my card. Left me outside waiting, and was speaking angrily in a foreign language when he banged the dooors open again to give my my key.  I was the one that was inconvenienced THREE TIMES mind you. Sheesh, it was my worst hotel experience ever!

Gk guest service representative is a excellent ambassador for the property, always helpful kind and makes sure that guests stays are great experience. all the team members at this property are excellent , one of the upscale extended stay properties i have stayed at, Surely will be back at this property for future reservation , Thank you team at Mountain view property

Went above and beyond to accommodate our employees, and provide parking for their truck and hydroseeder as well as make sure they had a room with a good view of their vehicles & equipment. Excellent service.

The place was nice and the staff were friendly. However, the hotel gave misleading information. On the accommodation details it says free breakfast which is not true. Ny reservation was July and I am still waiting to this day to hear back from the property and a supervisor who assured it will take 48 hours and how many 48 hours has it been since the and they have made bo effort to resolve the matter. Obvioulsly, they got paid and they got their money so they dont really care to much wether they mislead and fool their guests
