The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful There is a bit of confusion about whether or not I was charged for the complimentary breakfast. The final statement says I was charged for 2 0f the 3 days but the front desk said it will be deducted after the comp slips have come in. Otherwise, Great Stay.

The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the bistro and the proprietor was super friendly and the food was tasty. The last day of our stay the elevator was broken --we could not call it from our floor (both buttons were already lit and stayed lit but it would only stop on the floor if someone from another floor pressed the destination from inside the elevator). The front desk said they would have it fixed.

We booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 2 in each room. They do not have it worked out with the breakfast counter. I was still charged for breakfast on my final bill which they said they would rectify. I still have not seen the refund.

The amenities are part of the joy of staying at a hotel and should be working and clean. The hours of the pool and hot tub close too early. 10:00 is a normal and reasonable time. Not sunrise to sunset.

At check-in, the desk clerk seemed annoyed that I had used Expedia to book a room. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel is it as listed as having a “restaurant“. When we arrived, we found out the restaurant was simply a counter with a bar and pre-prepared foods, nothing fresh. The prices for the premade food was very high, and the service was slow, although there were only two of us in the “restaurant“. The room overall was clean, but dated with the usual things that needed repair or care, that had not been given. We tried the bistro “restaurant“ again in the morning for coffee and breakfast, it was a long delay to order two croissants and coffees. The staff didn’t seem to care that someone had to wait for something rather than talking amongst themselves and sitting down to take a break.

Thank God for the Courtyard Marriott in Mount Pleasant on Isle of Pines, SC! I absolutely would not stay at the first hotel i booked on your ap. This hotel was much better. The desk lady at the Marriott was wonderful!

The room service was delicious. It was centrally located to all of our destinations. It was clean and the staff were incredible.

Breakfast was a shock. Paid $15/person in advance, only to learn you must order your breakfast from a one-person coffee bar station. It takes forever, with all guests forced to do the same thing. I had to leave very early and had expected to be able to conveniently grab hotel breakfast without a 30 + minute wait.

Quick getaway trip for me and my best friend. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. It was a staycation for a conference nearby. We are both residents in Berkeley County. This was such a cute hotel. I highly recommend.

The problem we had was the family above us were jumping around most of the night and it was loud throughout the ceiling. The wonderful staff helped us relocate to another room which we appreciated.

They didn’t have a microwave in the room, only a shared one in the lobby so that was real frustrating. Also they didn’t provide any coffee in the mornings. Only Starbucks and that got pricey especially when I just wanted black coffee

It was clean and friendly staff The holder for the hand held shower sprayer was broken, could not get the tv to turn off. Every time we pressed the power button, it would turn off and then automatically come back on.

Staff was okay. Linens and bedding were okay. The hotel needs an update. The water didn't drain, and the faucet was coming off the wall.

The hotel was very nice but the pool area, fire pit area is what really made this stay extra special. It was beautiful. We had so much fun the night we stayed. We will definitely be back.

Pool and hot tub has a curfew now? Doesn’t make sense. Also hot tub was out of service for one whole day. Sound insulation could be better. Can definitely hear people walking in the hallway and in their rooms.

Location The pool was completely occupied with extremely loud adolescent unattended children which made impossible to enjoy outdoor area

Exceptional friendly staff at the reception, very clean rooms and beautiful garden. Bus stop 3 mins walking distance from the hotel, lots of uber close by. AC was very loud and the breakfast seemed a little bit too expensive for what you got.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. And when I went down to the hot tub it was out of service. The pool grounds were dirty, broken glass and trash everywhere, the room was the only decent thing about the stay.

Air conditioner had to be replaced,roared the first night and had to be replaced the next day. Couldn’t get the new one to turn off the second night. Small blood spot on comforter, not Marriott like. Offered no recompense, though I eventually cajoled $100. Supervisors Not Friendly! Stayed there last year and it was perfect. Not this time.

wasnt happy with the room entry cards always failing to work and having to walk to the lobby to get it fixed. the excuse not to put near your cell phone was used everytime, but not once was the card placed anywhere near my phone and it still didnt work, like 10 times. very inconvenient. the lobby person was like well not so professional about it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and clean, even though it was a little older. The hot tub and pool were fantastic. It was close to shopping and restaurants, and not too far from Charleston.

The shower/tub in room 321 didn’t drain properly and water pooled up in the tub while showering. The toilet flushed the first time I used it but the second time it would not flush. The bathroom tile in the shower had some mold. The beds were clean and the room was spacious.

I was shown $120 a night and when I checked out it was $149 a night. I specifically chose a hotel with a hot tub and theirs was not working properly. The room was very nice and clean but the price and lack of a hot tub was a disappointment.

The property was nice and clean very busy with several large crowds yet,the staff stayed focus on us all being served.(Wedding Party AND HIGH SCHOOL SPOTS TEAM).

I love the pool area and that it's surrounded by rooms, not looking out on the highways. I love the friendly staff, the easy check-in, the closeness to the beach and good dining. The property feels safe and cosy.

Two negatives: I heard every step someone took in the room directly above me until they crawled into bed. I was on the first floor and the morning crew was totally unaware how their voices and laughter traveled at 4:30 am!

The only thing we really wished was part of our stay was some breakfast! The pool area is terrific and the location was great.

Really liked our stay. We have got a corner room with windows on two sides. Very comfortable and clean inside. Thank you, Marriott! We always get what we are looking for with this hotel chain.

Very nice place an very quiet I would be staying here in the future

The courtyard was fantastic with fire pit in the summer and palm trees shading the pool. We even played corn hole on the artificial grass. The only thing we were disappointed by was that the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. But that’s a small thing compared to all the other amenities we enjoyed.

Overpriced. For the location and time

I was in a handicap room. Damage to the bathroom walls from the leaking hard to manage handheld. I am not handicap so not sure why I was is a handicap accessible room. My reservation was made a year in advance. The location of the hotel is too far from the city. Not an enjoyable stay

Bed was comfortable. We didn’t like lack of charging outlet options near bed. Sink was plugged. Lights in bathroom were so bright we had to turn them off to do anything in bathroom. Some back lighting would be better or dimmer bulbs. It was like surgical hospital lighting.

The Bar should be open. A few things can be updated. Overall ver nice.

The front desk person was more concerned with admiring his nails than helping me. I was to be called if a room was available before 3:00 pm but was not. I was told that no rooms were available at 2:00 pm but a man walked up as I was leaving and was checked in.

My wife has trouble walking long distances - when I asked at check in where the elevator was she directed us to the elevator at the complete opposite end of the hotel where our room was located, thus we then had to walk to the complete other end of the hotel where there was an elevator within 15 feet of our room.

There is a very peaceful atmosphere at this hotel. The lobby area is comfortable and has access to outdoor seating around the pool. Although it was a bit chilly for swimming, it was lovely just to sit outside in the warmish air. Our room was perfect and had all the necessary amenities.

I had a nice stay the workers were very nice the hotel was quiet and clean
