I enjoy my stay at Hampton inn in Georgia. The room was clean including the bathroom. Staff were amazing and friendly. My family enjoyed breakfast and parking spaces were always available. We had a wonderful time.

My husband I stayed at this hotel while we were assisting my parents move to another state. We ended up staying three different nights in different rooms. Each room had different things missing. The lights on the elevator didn't work. You couldn't tell which floor you were on, because the lights didn't illuminate. There was a greasy film in the sink that appeared that cleaner had been applied but never wiped off. The toilets are so low to the flow, it was very hard to get up for myself and my husband. They were child height. There wasn't even a bucket for ice. This hotel had a lot of issues to be part of the Hilton brand. I was very unimpressed. We stayed there out of necessity, but will not stay there again.

Our stay was nice and comfortable with a nice staff that greeted us with a warm smile.

Friendly staff. She was nice and switched to first floor because of my mother being with me. Carpet in hallway on first floor needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bathroom door in room was all chewed up lake someone had a dog locked up.

We left before breakfast. The room was fine. The staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming. I was very glad to see the parking lot with very bright lights. We felt very safe coming back after 10PM. Also we felt safe when we left at 6AM. I would definitely stay if back in the area.

Pool was shutdown, breakfast was not good at all. It looked nice from photos but not so much in person. Our room was not very clean at all, the doors all slammed so loudly, man’s the ac wouldn’t stay on for more than 5 minutes at a time. Very disappointed.

My stay was very relaxing noise free breakfast was great but not enough waffle makers to accommodate the many ppl that waited in line for a waffle, but it was worth the wait though . Location of hotel is top tier the mall is less than a mile down the road and there is a small outlet across the street from hotel. Lots of places within the area to grab a bite of food of any sort . This is my 3rd stay here at this hotel each stay gets better and better. I highly recommend this hotel it also has a very well lit parking lot that makes it easy to walk safely to and from your vehicle to hotel room .

Location Filthy Complained about used sex wrappers in sheets, cigarette butts under bed, and pills, (God only knows what kind on floor!) Toilet seat broken… I reported , asked to speak to management, wrote out my report, requested a call… nothing! I have pictures of what we found, showed to front desk… nothing response. We discovered how bad it was when we got up in the morning… grossed out by this place. Their silence guarantees we would NEVER return. I will let everyone know! Horrible place to stay!!!

The staff was outstanding. Polite and very professional. The only thing is that the door to my room, 414, didn’t lock. It had a door stopper so we didn’t say anything or ask for a new room. They should fix that immediately. Other than that, it was very clean and the breakfast was amazing.

We only stayed one night, so we didn’t raise a big fuss. Thankfully, I had Lysol in the car, so we cleaned the bathroom ourselves and kept our shoes on the entire time. This was actually our second time staying here. After our first visit, we promised we wouldn’t return. But this time, the Holiday Inn was fully booked, and we didn’t want to spend a lot of money for just a few hours of rest. We also didn’t want to risk staying somewhere worse, so we gave this place another shot. Lesson learned, we will be booking the Holiday Inn well in advance next time.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in that area of Georgia. The staff is amazing and you’re about 15 minutes from most things. The breakfast was delicious and it’s walking distance to a few useful stores. The only downside was I found a bug in my room but was quickly given a new one & the pool was out of service.

Had a great stay! The staff was AMAZING & they made my stay very comfortable. I saw a questionable bug go across my TV and they didn’t hesitate to switch me to a new room. I stayed a couple nights and every time the room smelled great. I was bummed the pool was completely out of service but loved the breakfast options, staff and location.

When we travel we select facilities that offer early breakfast options so that we can leave early to avoid traffic issues. Breakfast was to begin at 6:00 and by 20 minutes after there was sign or smell of breakfast preparation. There was also no one at the front desk. We needed to ask for the access information since we did not wish to join the rewards program. The info did not work so no wifi. Our initial check in with Latoya was professional & she was very help full with area information. The lack of breakfast staff & no wifi affected our ratings. Would also prefer a designated no pet floor.

1. The door for the room is totally tilted and we need to slam hard it whenever we need to close the door. 2. The drawers of chest dresser were all unfitted and they were not working properly; almost unable to close and open them. Thus, we needed to fix them by ourselves. Thanks to another staff, we could switch the room to #304 for our last night (5/22). Anyway, we were in shock to see these terrible conditions of the room and wondered why the hotel gave this unsellable room to us. Furthermore, we reserved the accessible room for my elderly mother but #305 did not have the accessibility, which impacted a lot our stay. Most importantly, we want to know why we did not get the room we reserved (the one aforementioned above) in the first place. Expedia.com presents incorrect description of the room in question? Or hotel provided inaccurate info to the third party like expedia.com? Please give us clear and logically understandable explanation on this issue and how to resolve it.

Were in the middle of replacing carpet, what a mess. For the price and name recognition I was expecting much higher quality but I could have had as good or better at a $65/night place.

Overnight stay as part of a longer trip. Easy to find, friendly staff and comfortable room. We will stay here again.

Staff was helpful and very courteous. Our room was essentially neat and tidy but could have used a deep clean of flooring, vacuuming in corners and edges and such. A shower curtain that extended into the tub would be a major improvement. It seemed the shower rod was installed too high so the bathroom floor was unavoidably sprayed.

The wall plumbing door above the toilet was not locked and was open all night. TV did not work- power outage. Could not get points because I booked through hotel.com no one told me that . I joined Hilton’s Honors program because of the point system.& Ho t no points for this stay.

An older Hampton, shoddy rehab job (in our room, at least), and bathroom door looked like a dog chewed partial way up. It wasn't as nice as other Hamptons we have stayed in. The lady at front desk was pleasant and breakfast was decent enough.

Had a 3 night stay they didn’t clean the room any or bring fresh towels and wash clothes. They say that breakfast starts at 6am it’s normal 6:15-6:30 before it’s actually ready. I have to be at work by 6:45 so if I waited it would make me late

Front counter staff was great. Room was comfortable enough. Breakfast was fair. Coffee seemed like it was from previous day. All of this had to do with kitchen help. She sat staring at her phone and a don’t bother me attitude.

Our room was clean except for poop stains in toilet bowel and underneath toilet seat we called front desk they sent someone up to re clean bathroom .The breakfast was decent they served could’ve had a better variety of food you would think A hotel that big should have had 2 waffle makers but no ma’am! But what they had was a mini waffle maker and a line full of people waiting to use that one mini waffle maker smh! But the breakfast crew workers was friendly and did a good job with what they had. Hampton needs to do better with the following breakfast set up ,making sure that both elevators are working properly at all times and definitely do a better job with bathroom cleaning for the price they charge to stay there per night . Oh yeah we had to get our room keys re did twice the 4 days we stayed there because the door battery was dead maintenance did come up and repaired that as well . Location of hotel is in very good spot right down the street is The South Lake Mall , directly across the street from hotel is another small outlet mall with a Burlington and TJ Max.Hopefully Hampton Corporate will get their act together and address these small defects to become a 4-5 star hotel because it’s really a nice hotel if they really stepped up on those issues I stated .The location and Staff was Great .

This hotel is roach infested. While in the bathroom there were 3 small baby roaches crawling on the floor. When I entered the main room area there was a large roach crawling on the ceiling (picture added). Needless to say I checked-in and checked-out. I’ll surely be requesting a refund for my non-stay.

We had a king accessible room. I don’t understand why low height toilets are placed in these rooms. I couldn’t get off the toilet despite grab bars. There should be at least 18” tall toilets in handicap rooms. Appreciated that there was a roll in shower but I didn’t use it. Room was small - I use a rollator and it was tight. Someone in a wheelchair may have difficulty moving about the room.

A great place to stay on the south side of Atlanta. You can start out in the morning past all that traffic when you are headed to Florida!

The breakfast was very good, just the thing to get us started on the final leg of our trip to Florida. The hotel in clean, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. We will be stopping here again in the future.

Great stay!

I did not like the attitude of the staff. When i am pay $131 per night, I expect clean sheets and clean towels every day. When I called down to the front desk, I was informed that I need to "schedule " room service, otherwise it was only provided every fourth day.

The mix-up with the rooms & the clothes door stuck

The property was well-maintained and they offered a very nice Buffet breakfast

The water not hot and there are stains on the bathroom door

I booked this hotel because it had a pool. When we arrived, I asked about the pool and was told it was closed for the season. The man at the counter was very condescending when he said this. I paid more than I usually pay for this room because of it having a pool for the grandkids. The breakfast was not up to standards of a Hampton Inn I've been told about by my friends who stay at them frequently.
