The ac and the bed The night staff was a woman who acted like she did not want to be there.sheveven refused at first to give me my receipt after I had paid for 3 nights. The continental breakfast was horrible and not worth anything because they very little to offer. The room was not no . where as clean as it had been in the past but had roaches in the room. The tub was dirty. I was very sad and disappointed that the facilities standards had dropped this badly. I do not think that I will be returning to a Days Inn facility again. Since their standards of service to,cleanliness of the room and their poor representation of the care and confront of the their clients

was very skeptical about this specific location but the rooms look way better than what they actually do on the site. The bed are kinda small but decent for 2 ppl per bed.

The young man at the check in desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It could use some updating, but for the price it was a great place to stay.

I loved the courtesy of the overall staff. On the second day, I was asked to step out of the room so that the room could get cleaned. So, I obliged, yet I noticed I had soiled linen remaining once I was allowed back into the room.

There was spiders & crawly bugs coming out of the wall under the baseboards, the internal was horrible, i couldn't enjoy tv due to sluggish intern, stains on the pillowcase & didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed i slept on top with my own blanket & travel pillow

The room overall was ok… I only needed it to sleep overnight! The bed was really comfortable and I slept well. I always travel with Lysol so I sprayed everything down. The property was very well lit and I felt safe there.

The place was very run down. The breakfast didn’t even have a toaster or bread also no teabags. The manager was very nice. I will never stay in a Days Inn again in my lifetime. I know that the price was very reasonable but I do expect to feel comfortable where I am sleeping. The next night we stayed at another Days Inn in Dayton Ohio and it was worse . I felt so unsafe that we only stayed a few hours and left. These places take no frills to the extreme

Location I was giving a non-smoking room, but it must’ve been converted from a smoking room. A cigarette burns on the bathroom counter and you can still smell the smoke inside the room. There were updates for repairs in the room. They’re certainly not up to code. They found the cheapest way to do things. There’s also a $15 non-smoking deposit which is not disclosed on the website.

Unfortunately, the refrigerator made a very loud noise—and don't even get me started on the air conditioning; we didn't use it at all. The breakfast was a total disaster. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Night time staff was very friendly. Day time staff barely spoke a word. Breakfast assortment was a joke.some day old muffins no juices,toast or basic.

This was probably the worst hotel experience of my life. Well I am aware this wasn’t a 4 star hotel - the room reeked or smoke and weed. The bed wasn’t even made when I arrived. The washroom wasn’t properly cleaned and I was scared to take a shower. Never again.

There were plugs on both sides of the bed, love love love. I stayed for 2 nights. After one night I left to get food and my key card was deactivated. The staff was very nice to give me a new one and help me open the room back up. Turns out the cleaning crew cleaned up and didn't bring replacements rags.

No I got charged twice for 2 rooms booking.com & Days inn both are not corresonsive to each other to take care of my issue

The parts they were remodeling inside the rooms were very nicely done. The lobby and dining area weren’t very clean including the bathrooms. Lots of grime and floors were sticky but The staff was incredibly nice and fast

Unfortunately my room was dirty stains on comforter refrigerator didn't work mold around shower . Wanted to go in pool but it was green would never even stick my foot in it. This property is run down and beat up . I couldn't stay another night found something much cheaper and so much nicer so so could go in pool and enjoy my time in Atlants

Rooms are decent, but bathroom needs an upgrade. Pool was broken and breakfast was terrible. Those are the two reasons I booked here.

Place is old and bathroom had dirt in all corners shower water pressure is low crack floor by bathroom where you can cut your feet if not careful. Pillows or so thin it like not having any. There’s so much and the price isn’t much different for the good hotels in the area. I felt like a fool staying there for 2 days.

I liked the place it was good but the problem I had was the customer service, that women who was doing overnight shifts was so bad at welcoming people she was welcoming us like she didn’t want her job. She is the reason I don’t give you 5 star

I came to Morrow in Atlanta for my daughters graduation/holiday. My family and myself stayed here for thirteen nights. The Hotel is very basic but clean. Breakfast included was poor. The two beds in the room were 3/4 beds not double beds as advertised. No tea/coffee facilities in the room either.That said, we booked this hotel as a base, somewhere to wash and sleep only as we planned to travel America. Therfore, i would book again.The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

Towels appeared to be well washed but had black grease stain marks on them like someone had used them to work on their car. Tub had very slow drain. The A/C worked but its plastic housing inside was smashed up like someone wearing heavy shoes/boots had smashed it up. Room overall not great but that's probably why it was inexpensive. Staff was very nice and location felt safe and exterior was good. Would consider again if price was only concern.

I think they should have waited to start accepting people until all the work was finished. I usually don't bother with reviews but this stay was disappointing.

Very easy to locate off highway. Easy check-in. Friendly front desk. Quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable. The tile outside my bathroom was cracked and posed a slight trip hazard, but was overall a great stay. 2nd time here and will stay again.

There were dirty towels left in the bathroom from the previous guest, and I got locked in the bathroom because the door doesn’t open from the inside

Asked for a downstairs room, desk said I didn’t…..(see pic) postage stamped-sized pillows. Clean / semi quiet.

It was a pig pen, and in need of a serious update. No way can recommend, ever stay there again. This place is terrible.

The property was one of the only still available in the area during the Atlanta snow storm, and there were certainly reasons for that. We had to ask that the stained sheets and comforters be immediately replaced upon checking in. The carpet had crumbs on it when we walked in. It was just in general in a fairly dirty and old state. While we were thankful to even find anything in the area that night when we were stuck at the airport, you certainly could see why they were one of the only that still had rooms available...

The room was dirty, smelled bad, and there was used wet rags on the shower.

I just don’t understand why they don’t have a standby washer. They only have 1 washer anyway. Plus the ice machine isn’t working…still it’s my favorite hotel.

I didn’t see any info during booking that stated you would have to pay a deposit upon arrival…but it is required! So make sure you aware before booking. Especially if you select to not insure the trips booking (that offers a refund/or change for any unforeseen circumstances)

The last stay the toilet roll bracket was broken. The room was still clean…but I did smell a bit of smoke but it wasn’t over whelming. I always choose the same room & it was my first time smelling smoke, it normally smells clean.

We paid for a 2 bed but due to the door not locking we had to get a 1 bed to accommodate 3 people. Staff was not helpful and rude.
