    Clean room but it smelled like it used to be a smoking room. Breakfast was included. It was ok. Biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffle maker, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. The cereal was stale and the OJ tasted funny but everything else was fine.

    I only paid $25 for an early check in at around 7 am. The room was clean and I had no issues. For those who prefer something quiet, the hotel guest were not rowdy or loud. I would say the establishment is next to some late night restaurants. Noise from there was occasional so just take that into account but it didn’t bother me.

    Did not like that the refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment. Unlike the previous stay in Adairsville KY at the Baymont on 5/8 which had a freezer that had 2 inches of ice buildup. Neither facility offered much of a breakfast. The manager at Adairsville was rude and unwilling to provide me with a receipt for my stay. Then she complained that us filling our Yetti that fit in our car cup holders better than the little cups as a reason there was no regular coffee. I will be looking for other stay options on my future travels.

    I did not have breakfast, but the parking in the front felt safe, in the back it was lit up but just woodsy and irrey feeling back there. The back door wasn't locked for key use, anyone could walk in. We did not encounter any issues..

    I have just 2 complaints - 1 next door is a bar or club and it was very hard to sleep with that maybe offering some earplugs would be a good gesture to put of town guest who are unaware of the area and - 2 the doors very hard and loud to close . Other than that clean, easy to get too off the highway and would stay again!

    Furniture needed dusting. Floors were very dirty. Refrigerator wasn't clean. There was noise in hallways most of the night. Sound of doors slamming. Needs some updating. I think they were in the process of doing that. Needs to be more attention to better cleaning of the room's

    Night desk person was excellent and very friendly. The bathroom did have not have a shower curtain so decided it was not worth trying to use the tub shower, and the faucet handle fell off anyway. The mattress was well beyond its intended life span and one of the springs was sticking out the side.

    Property was disgusting. When you walk in there's a strong stench & you walk out with that stench on your person. Rooms were dingy & smelled of smoke, lights did not turn on in the rooms, curtains falling off curtain rods, floors were not clean. Overall, I would never stay or recommend anyone else stay at this property. Needs lots of fixing up & just a basic fitting of the hotel & starting all over again. This property needs to have SURPRISE inspections by the BOARD OF HEALTH so that they can see the conditions up front & personal. Had to leave this hotel & find another bcz we were so disgusted with it as soon as we walked through the door & smelled the stench.There was 1 bottle of water sitting in the counter with a hand written note that said "$1.00". There was also some aspirin sitting next to the bottle of water which read, "$1.00". The printer/copier was one that you would have in your own personal home office & it would not function properly. The overall experience was quite terrible! We chose not to stay bcz of those reasons but they still charged us one night's stay. I am not over exaggerating my experience. Everything I said is true. Just walk in yourself & ask to see the rooms B4 booking. You will see exactly what I saw. No need for me to lie. I was not at all comfortable staying there, so I ate the cost of one room to get out of the contract & then went over to the Drury Inn which was a comfortable & clean stay with a great dining area & beautiful stay.

    The whole property is run down, dirty, and in need of too many repairs to list. Every corner of the hotel was filled with broken furniture. The furniture in the room was a hodge podge of mismatched old furniture. The bed was lumpy and old. The towels and sheets were thread bare. There was mold in the shower. The outer doors didn't close properly, so the building wasn't secure. The man at the front desk at check-in was rude. I wish I would have taken pictures to show you. The only good thing was the woman at the front desk in the morning was very friendly.

Also check out was 1130am and they knocked on my door 3 times before the time of check out. No ironing board and didn't get any help from front desk to try and resolve issue. Other people were comparing about this service and the hotel in general. I will never book this hotel ever again.

    The property was off the main road and there were alot of food options around. However the service I received was not good. The room had a damp old cigarette smell and the doors are so heavy that all you hear are slamming doors all night. The gentleman at the desk was nice , the lady the next 2 was always on the phone or outside, on the phone or possibly smoking. And just seemed not interested in being around. Theres a sign that says breakfast until 10am I came down for juice at 9:40 and she said they are closed. She was cleaning up. We were in town for basketball and needed to was jerseys. You have to pay for washer and dryer in cash but the lady at the front desk is so rude and acted so annoyed every time i asked a question or needed help. I was short a few cents for one of the machines and she wouldn’t trust me enough to bring it back , so then i took out 20 from atm then she turned around and said oh I can’t take that because i need to have change in my register. You saw me walking over to the atm , I came back with a 5.00 to get quarters for the machine then she says she can sell me a roll of $10 she didn’t want to break the quarters. What? I put my quarters in the machine to get detergent and it was empty and lost my money went back but she acted like that wasn’t there problem and not their machines. I tell you what, I knew the hotel was a no frills but customer service is free! I am a manager in the customer service world and I was very disappointed.

    Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, and I chose not to voice my concerns to the staff. I handled it and made a firm decision not to return. It’s puzzling why the cleanliness is so lacking, especially given the hotel’s prime location. With proper investment in renovations and maintenance, it could truly excel.     The plumbing inside my room was poor. The toilet did not flush after usage. Ten minutes later the toilet still wouldn’t flush. Another ten minutes passed before the toilet flushed. I complained to the desk clerk three times. Maintenance never fixed the toilet or unclogged the slow draining sink. Housekeeping provided me with a toilet plunger. Also, the mattress was very old. The mattress had tape covering several holes. The carpet was stained and the walls needed painting.

    Upon arrival the entire lobby reeked of marijuana, then once I got to the room the entire floor was dirty , it had not been swept or mopped. I went to look out the window of the my first floor room and noticed the window was unlocked, so I also checked the second window which had only one side unlocked, and when I went to lock it the entire window came out. My first thought was someone waiting until we left to bulgarize the room, the beds were also dirty. I changed rooms, and the carpet was dirty and stained. I stay at Country Inn and Suites all the time and this is the first time I ever stayed in one that was terrible. This one was privately owned.

    web says that comenity area has coffee 24 / 7 and breakfast is from 6am to 10 am. Went to get coffee and there wasn't any. employee stated that they had a busy morning. I was checking in at 4pm. Busy morning no explanation for no coffee. web site also stated check in at 3pm. I was checking in at 4pm. was told that house keepen hasn't finished so if we get to our room and cleaning wasn't done come back to front desk and will give us another. I stated to the person it isn't my job to check the room for her, that she need to see if room was cleaned. The next morning went down for breakfast at 8,:35am. We got out breakfast and sat down, was just about finishing up with breakfast when the person an proceeded to close breakfast area. I asked what is happening it isn't 10am yet. we close breakfast at 9am. I stated that web site stated 10am it closed. she stated 9am here. we sat there for a few minute and the lady came on and said that we need to throw our stuff away and leave. I said what. she said it again. We are in the commen area, why we have to move we are not done. I have to clean your table and yhis area. throw way your stuff and leave. I told him we checked in super late and that it was not my problem, and he responded "it's not my problem either" The room was gross. There was trash between the bed and the box spring. The ice machines on our floor did not exist - you can see where it used to be and it looked horrible. The ice bucket was dirty and there was no lining for it.

    Took a half hour to check in because the system was down. The ice machine didn’t work. The gym was closed. It stormed during the night and it rained in the windows, which were very old. The breakfast was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.

    The property is falling apart. The elevator jerks after you push the loose button panel, no ice ( machine has been out of order for a long time), our door was falling off the hinges and required a shoulder and lifting it to get it to shut. The bed was old and worn out, doors on cabinet didn’t stay closed, refrigerator buzzed a high pitch, no toilet paper roll holder… this is definitely not a $100/ night hotel… maybe $50. You can do better in the area.

    The property had a foul order upon arrival and on my floor. The furniture in my room was dilapidated. I left the hotel and when I got back to my room I could not get in. The agent at the front desk told me I had to come down to get my key reinstated; which was a major inconvenience.

    We got this hotel because it was late and we needed to sleep some before heading back on our drive south. We thought THIS HOTEL would be ok because of the name, Radisson. Nope, this hotel needs some serious help. Everything needs to be changed out. The first thing that hits you when you walk in the doors is the smell of incense, yuck. There is carpet everywhere that needs ro be replaced. The matress in my room was gross! It was stained and probably 10 years old. The carpet in the room was stained. I swear there was blood stains on the floor and matress. All the furniture was old. Missing curtains. Just all around bad!! My wife slept in her clothes and shoes. The facut in the shower came off when you turn on the water. Towels are for toddlers. Thank goodness we were only there for about 7 hrs. GO ON DOWN THE ROAD TO THE NEXT FEW EXITS. DO NOT STAY THERE!!

    Very pleased with this modestly priced option. Beds comfortable. Towels not luxurious but good enough. Room updated and clean. We were traveling with a 60 lb dog. Extra fee deposit reasonable. Rooms had luxury vinyl planking--easy to clean if we had had an issue and easy to clean for future guests. Breakfast had the usual assortment but the scrambled eggs were well prepared (not rubbery as if often the case)

    Disappointed in a Radisson hotel. Carpets seemed dirty. Rooms just ok. We didnt realize the was a bar right outside our room across the parking lot. The music started and was really loud. I called the front desk and the said they would call the bar which they must have because it was turned down. But the noise of people yelling and partying did not. Men in the parking lot loud and one even threw a beer bottle at the hotel. This was all in pouring rain. We didnt feel our car and items in it were safe. Called back to the front desk and they said there were cameras outside not sure if that was true or not but our car was intact the next morning. Would never stay there again.

    Disappointed that it’s a Country Inn/Suites (CIS) that doesn’t measure up to previous CIS locations where my husband and I have stayed around the country. I should have suspected something was amiss when the rate was much lower than other locations. It’s independently owned, so I’m not sure how the Choice Rewards program monitors the quality. The exterior looks pretty nice and is what I’ve grown to expect. However, going inside, the quality almost immediately takes a sharp southern turn the property has taken a brutal beating. It appears that it serves a great many contractors and construction workers. I understand how it can take a toll on the rooms, but the furniture is beaten up with more than a few dents and scrapes. The hall carpet is absolutely nasty with big messy stains and tears. Next to the hotel is a lounge/sports bar. Even with the AC fan going and television on a moderate sound level, I could hear music blaring past midnight. I had to call the front desk and ask them for insight. Apparently, Its guests sit outside in their cars with their music turned up loudly. The hotel manager was nice enough to go over and ask the bar manager to help. They finally turned the music off after he went back a second time 30 minutes later. So, run, don’t walk to your car and drive a bit further down I-75 where you’ll pay about $60-80 more, but will have peace of mind. You get what you pay for definitely applies to this location. Radisson needs to take their hotel flag away!

    Disappointed that it’s a Country Inn/Suites (CIS) that doesn’t measure up to previous CIS locations where my husband and I have stayed around the country. I should have suspected something was amiss when the rate was much lower than other locations. It’s independently owned, so I’m not sure how the Choice Rewards program monitors the quality. The exterior looks pretty nice and is what I’ve grown to expect. However, going inside, the quality almost immediately takes a sharp southern turn the property has taken a brutal beating. It appears that it serves a great many contractors and construction workers. I understand how it can take a toll on the rooms, but the furniture is beaten up with more than a few dents and scrapes. The hall carpet is absolutely nasty with big messy stains and tears. Next to the hotel is a lounge/sports bar. Even with the AC fan going and television on a moderate sound level, I could hear music blaring past midnight. I had to call the front desk and ask them for insight. Apparently, Its guests sit outside in their cars with their music turned up loudly. The hotel manager was nice enough to go over and ask the bar manager to help. They finally turned the music off after he went back a second time 30 minutes later. So, run, don’t walk to your car and drive a bit further down I-75 where you’ll pay about $60-80 more, but will have peace of mind. You get what you pay for definitely applies to this location. Radisson needs to take their hotel flag away!

    The staff gave me dirty towels and when I asked for more she said there weren’t anymore clean towels. Lastly, I asked for my trim to be cleaned while out for the day and came back to a completely dirty room still. The only thing she could tell me was that they only clean rooms after check out which was a lie.

    They allow pets, but at a fee of $25.00 per pet. Our dogs are potty trained and 8 pounds each, so i feel that fee should be refundable if your pet doesn't create any damage. It's been my experience that at other hotels/motels, if you have a dog 🐕, you end up with a room that smells like urine, but i was very pleased that our room was very clean. The door is not hanging completely on the going, so we had to lift the door up and slam it shut, in our to close it. I'm sure our neighbors weren't pleased with it. There is a continental breakfast, and it was okay. The only meat that was served was brown and serve sausage, YUK! It taste like fake meat. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room was facing a bar, which we did not realize until we tried to go to sleep. The music, people milling about, car stereos blaring, and then add our dogs barking at the noise into the mix, it's needless to say, we got little to no sleep last night. We were on the road for nearly 13 hours, as we drove from Michigan to Georgia. Now we have to start back on the road heading towards Tampa Florida, Tired! The main reason we stop, is to get a good nights sleep 😴. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. If we ever come back, we will not be staying in room 108, directly across the street from the bar on a Saturday night. Lesson learned.

    Wanted to visit family and friends l, the hotel was only 6 minutes away which made us very happy! The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk was friendly, very nice and polite which made our stay even more pleasant.

Room smelled like incense, bathroom like bleach. Stains on hall carpet. Breakfast nothing like the photo. The pool is permanently closed.

    I specifically book rooms that don’t have a deposit when checking in, Expedia said nothing about a temporary $50 charge and neither did the front desk but low and behold there was a $50 deposit held on my debit card. You can’t do that it is very misleading and I will not be back.

    The first room I was given had problems with the AC not working. The second room had a HUGE piddle of water on the floor. The front desk clerk had A LOT going on, and yet she was so gracious and sweet to both me and my fur baby. I don’t have her name but she was working the evening shift on 5/31 and the morning shift on 6/1. She deserves a raise or a bonus!!

    Country Suites arent what they used to be. The hotel looks worn and poorly kept. The room was fine with a comfortable bed, no chairs to sit. The shower had new granite walls which was strange since none of the rest of th facility had been updated. Towels were embarrassingly small and thin. Breakfast was ok and the staff was polite.

    This place was terrible. The door to the hotel didn’t lock, or even latch. The pull out sofa had blood on the mattress, there were no towels in the bathroom, the body wash for the shower was half used, there were crumbs in the bed, and the overall condition was run down. We would never stay here again!
