All overall everything good.

This was a very pleasant surprise. A one-night get-away for my bride and me, we found the room to be very welcoming, comfortable, private, clean, and modern. The breakfast was the true surprise -- the omelettes were especially wonderful. If we ever need to stay in the Riverside/Moreno Valley area again, this is where we will stay!

I've stayed at this hotel twice and both times, I've been slightly disappointed. The first time i was ready to spend money on a fabulous spa treatment and massage but they were unexpectedly closed. They weren't open this time either. All in all, i think this hotel is over rated for the name it carries. It was not a resort or spa experience at all!

I did not like the fact that my cousin was profiled because she was sitting in the lobby and security was called on her.

The property was in pristine condition, the staff was quick and helpful when needed, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast included was exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10.

The staff , breakfast,cleanliness of the hotel ,is wonderful. That has been my favorite hotel for the past few months since I’m in Ca every month.The only draw back are the metal beds they put in recently. They squeak when you sit on them , and it is most annoying when you turn over during the night . I’ve stayed in different rooms , so it isn’t just one bed . My stay last night was good until two in the morning when I turned over , and there was a loud clanking noise . I have complained and I do believe the management is working on the problem. I hope they resolve it soon , because I do like the hotel.

My room was wonderful, but the smell of someone's perfume was on the bathroom counter and 1 of the pillows. the young lady at the counter let me great her first as we approached the desk to check in. Minor things! The breakfast staff was extremely friendly and warm. they served a really good breakfast! All in all a very good stay!!!

Breakfast was amazing and the staff in that area were so helpful and amazing. The price was great too! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family again!! Highly recommend!

On the 1st morning when we took our showers the room flooded from the shower water thur the walks the staff did come and help us and moved us to a new room the next day we when to breakfast and to our surprise the omelet bar it's everyday today May 27th I'm using the restroom and there's a big spider the Lord had to come save me

I was making my stay at aryes for a wedding and my stay at aryes was very well ! unfortunately I couldn’t attend the breakfast but that’s my own fault, the room and overall building was very clean and well maintained. I believe redesigns remodeling was being done but they made sure to make it very clear with signs and caution blocking hazardous material and that noise may be present. the staff was helpful with the checking in and checking out process if I was in the area id definitely be making my stay with aryes again!

Such a great stay the staff went above and beyond for my husband & I when we arrived thank you!

It was a nice hotel and the room was spacious. The only downside was the bed was very squeaky. It was hard to get a good nights sleep because every time I moved, the bed creaked so loudly that it woke me up. I ended up sleeping on the fold out.

We have stayed at Ayres Hotels in the past and have always had great experiences!! One night we had to park at adjacent hotels parking since there was no parking available at Ayres parking, was very close to Ayers’s hotel but staff told us they would not be responsible if there were any incidents.. we had no choice but to park there

Jacuzzi not working, water super cold. No towels available. Housekeeping went on and only did one bed instead of both.

We stayed 2 nights. They made our bed and changed our dirty towels after the first night. The breakfast did not open until 7am but the worker overheard me saying that I wish I could eat breakfast before we left. It was 6:50. The kitchen worker said that she would open the doors early so that I could get something to eat. She was very kind. Everyone was very nice.

This has been one of the best place I ever stayed at. From the clean room,the staff,the breakfast bar everything was so well put together and outdone. I had no complaints all my needs was meet before I even before hand,and it's located in the perfect location

Knowing I was going to pay a little more than usual, I was expecting the Ayres Hotel to be an exceptional stay and it was! Upon entry, there was counter space and below a nice-sized refrigerator and miniature freezer (didn’t freeze optimally). The toilet and bath/shower was in a separate room from the sink and counter. I was AMAZED how quickly the water temperature turned hot (within seconds!!)! The beds were extremely comfortable… kind of like sleeping on pillows. Speaking of pillows, there were various levels of softness to firm (6 pillows on the bed). The breakfast was great too!! Such a wide selection to choose from AND there you can have your order taken for an omlette! I forgot to bring toothpaste and the sweet lady, Donna shared her personal toothpaste which was a kind gesture! Also, I had to print some documents and there is a business room with a desktop and printer. Oh wait!!! Mid-afternoon, there is a plate of fresh baked cookies for guests at the check-in counter! I only had good things to report so, there was nothing I didn’t like.

The coffee was really hot and do like that, I also liked the size of the waffles. The attitude of the person (black lady) on Saturday morning. It was clean. That they start closing before 10 am and the closer you get to 10 the colder the food is, it is not maintained hot enough. Not many choices either.

We had a very spacious and comfortable room. The complementary breakfast was extensive especially the freshly baked waffles. The room was very quiet eventhough it was near the highway. The room airconditioning was a bit loud, but could be turned off.

The system was down so we had to wait 15 minutes before we could check in. The spa Jacuzzi wasn't hot. However, the breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. The staff was pleasant.

The description on Hotels.com says it has a restaurant. I booked there in part because I was in Moreno Valley on business and I knew that, after a long day, I wouldn't want to go anywhere after checking in so I looked for a hotel with a restaurant. When I got there the desk staff (who were very kind and gracious) told me the restaurant was only open Mon-Thurs. I had to order food delivery -- very disappointing.

All staff were exceptional. They greeted me every time I walked by someone. I felt at home. Rooms were excellent! The overall feel was refreshing. It smelled very good!

The other thing I would have to say is the bed is pretty uncomfortable for the price that you pay for. The pillow is comfortable, but everything else was OK. There was an AC and a wall air conditioner that was pretty noisy. The TV is pretty old and small again for the price that you pay you would think that you would get something bigger and newer. The shower was decent, but wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a woman’s hair on the wall. Other places I’ve stayed at they usually provide toothbrush, maybe some shaving equipment and Q-tips and floss, but this one did not. In the morning, I would pass by a couple of workers that were cleaning. The ladies were very kind and said good morning the gentlemen were less friendly and did not respond when I said hi and good morning. Not a dealbreaker, but also not welcoming. As for the breakfast for again, the price you pay, the options were a turkey patty or turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, quesadilla with I’m assuming Mexican blend cheese, yogurt, that is lukewarm, cereal, waffles, drinks, like coffee, apple juice, orange juice, milk, I saw one soy milk, and some fruit. Really nothing looked appetizing, except for the sausage and scrambled eggs. Oh, and they had a hard-boiled egg available. The coffee was very bad. I honestly couldn’t not even finish it. I’m not sure what coffee grounds are using, but it’s not good. Again, I think I would say for the amount of money you pay the value is very low as in the quality of the room and the food. I did have a workout in the gym. It was nice and somewhat spacious. The the equipment was organized They had one bench, an elliptical, a bicycle, a treadmill, and some medicine balls and yoga mats. I do like the yoga mats, but they’re kind of hard to clean. They have a little bridges and holes that I don’t think the wipes can get really clean unless you stood there doing it for a while.

The hotel room is very neat and fresh! I’ve enjoyed the view and how they’ve kept our rooms neat and tidy. the staff are welcoming and are nice to talk to. Breakfast is nice and standard. Overall, the hotel was worth the stay and was very convenient

Breakfast was great on Saturday. Sunday was very busy and only one staff worker. An additional staff worker would have made a huge difference. Other rhan that it was a great experience. This was our second time visiting and will be our go to hotel when in the area.

Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is delicious but I am fussy with scrabble. I like to eat dry scrabble. The portuguese sausage is so delicious and perfect. Hash brown is little overcooked. I like crispy hash potatoes better. I have not get to the bar. Other time will do. Thank you for giving me a very clean room.

The trash cans were overflowing with trash This was Sunday @ 12 pm I do have expectations from this area Especially if the hotel knows that it’s high season and people will be using this recreational area of the hotel

Very spacious room and well cleaned. Love that they are non smoking. AC was on when we arrived, appreciate it since it was 90+ outside. The only issue we had was an unfortunate leak that caused a significant loss if water pressure but was promptly repaired.

Very nice and clean hotel that serves hot breakfast. During the weekday they have eggs to order but not on weekends. Room was clean, it had all the necessary amenities. House cleaning is everyday which is nice. These days hotels skim on cleaning rooms everyday. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

We stayed here and paid 50 dollars more for the night becaue it had a spa and the two other hotels we were looking at didnt. The spa wasnt even warm. The water wasnt even luke warm. Pretty pathetic especially when you advertise you have one. We went up to the room to get warm and use the shower and that took 15 minutes to get hot water to gje rooms

Very nice hotel overall. Excellent free breakfast with omelette station and bar with taco during week. When I checked in at 6 pm hotel was full and the only room available had no working TV. I was offered a 50% discount for that night, negotiated that night to be free but folio only shows the 50% discount. Will follow up but maybe I will hear from Ayres to correct this in light of my positive review? Stay tuned.

Location was good, in the city, not too far from freeway and shops/restaurants. We were able to grab a burrito around 9 at night. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Tub was nice big size. Check-in staff was not particularly welcoming, didn't tell us about breakfast, pool, gym. Just checked ID and gave us room key. A bit of noise during our stay like bumping on the walls several times. Breakfast could have had more fruit and veggie options.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was spacious and had a very good layout. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. It had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator freezer. Good hotel, reasonable price. My second time stay here. The only thing I didn't like this time is that they don't serve omlettes on a weekend unlike my previous experience on a weekday and it was surprise for me.

Always love this hotel have returned several times. It’s very clean, quiet and inviting. Good “normal flow” showers, big rooms with mini kitchen and sink outside toilet. Great location, with tons of restaurants, shops and nature in very short walking or driving distance. Staff have always been nice, inviting and helpful. Breakfast on weekdays includes fresh made custom omelettes which are enormous. Usuals have a couple buffet style items like home fries and scrambled eggs as well. Coffee and waffles are good. Laundry on site has big load size and works well. Overall a great hotel I am sure we’ll return to again and again!

We stay here every year , always have a great experience . However on the second night the room next to us was smoking marijuana and the smoke and smell came in to room . My husband told the front desk and security did come and talk to the room next to us but gave them a warning only . I think the hotel should have asked them to leave or ask us if we would like another room , the smell was strong and didn’t feel comfortable with my kids smelling that .

Rooms are very clean and the breakfast bar is good-better than average. I like the omelets. It would be nice to have a soft blanket available and an extra pillow in the room. The extra blanket was not soft. Also our A/C unit was noisy.

I’ve stayed at many,hotels ,none of them measure up to the cleanliness of the facility or the variety of foods they have for breakfast They offer made to order omelets with fresh condiments , as well as other foods 😊 . That will be my place to stay from now on when I’m in Southern California. I wish they had hotels throughout the states .

Convenient location, clean and professional service. Breakfast was good with a number of options for omlettes. The only downside of breakfast is the water from the oatmeal machine is not hot enough to cook the oatmeal. I had to take my oatmeal to our room and cook in our room. Not a huge hassle but a little inconvenient.All and all a great stay and will return.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was spotless and very well maintained. Its location was perfect—centrally positioned for both driving and walking, making it easy to explore the area. The layout of the room was superb, especially the thoughtful design of the bathroom with the sink and counter outside the shower and toilet, which added convenience and functionality. The staff was absolutely top-notch—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I had a really nice stay. My room was clean and comfortable. Noise level in the hallway and surrounding visitors was really good. Daily breakfast was delicious because of its good amount of options. I arrived late in the evening and the front desk person was not present. I waited a few minutes before she came out of the back office to help me check in.

Would absolutely stay at the Ayres in Moreno Valley again. I had a 3-day conference at the Riverside Convention Center and booked late, so had to find a hotel in Moreno Valley. Aside from a few small details that weren’t “dealbreakers” (a loose toilet seat and light switch plate, a slightly-clogged sink), everything was great. The overall condition of the hotel and room was great. Loved the high ceiling in the room. The quietness of the hotel, the cleanliness. The friendly and attentive staff. *I would maybe just request a couple more vegetarian breakfast options—like fruit.

Second time staying here and each time the food options are great and offer enough that you arent stuck earing the same food every day. Love the made to order omelet station and the days fresh salsa is brought in. Location is great too, near tons of things and the room made for a very comfortable stay. Will be staying here again when we visit Riverside in the future.

Desk staff amazing they’re friendly and personable. The hotel is under construction but it’s still very nice not a lot of good options in Moreno Valley this is a good option. I don’t like the service staff but I don’t usually they are often times rude and non assimilated.

The hole entire three days were just great.

The staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was not high. Hairs in the shower upon arrival and shampoos, conditioner, shower gel containers were dirty. The hot tub was broken for our entire stay. which was unfortunate because we chose this hotel because of this feature. Next time we will stay at the Hampton Inn across the street.

2nd time at an Ayers hotel and it's was such a great experience! It's perfect for our family. Check in was friendly and easy. Free coffee in the lobby. The room was clean with a nice little patio and we really appreciate the mini fridge. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was in a good location close to many eating and shopping options.

The hotel was great, when I checked out and received my bill from the hotel the rates were significantly lower then what exledia charge me $100.00 difference, so if you are traveling please go through the hotel and not expedia ! Front desk staff inadequately trained and unable to properly communicate. Erratic restaurant timings and guest are often unaware or misinformed of the breakfast timings. And no courtesy drinking water in the rooms is totally unacceptable and cruel particularly to senior citizens. Abysmal customer service.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ayres hotel because the room was well sanitized, the sheets felt clean and they were able to accommodate us when we arrived early for check in. Breakfast was just a bonus to the incredible stay at the Ayres.

It was a good experience up until when there were no parking spots available. It was at night and It was unsafe I had to park at another hotel and the front desk clerk and the security guard did not care. Another guest from the hotel walked me safely to the hotel while the security guard just sat around unbothered.

Ayers hotel has always been our number one place to stay whenever we visit Riverside. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Good breakfast options as well.

Way surpassed my expectations. From the second we checked in, to the second we checked out - we were so impressed. The gal that checked us in was pleasant and super personable. The room was pristine clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable - which is rare to have both. Bathroom had a huge tub. Water reached scolding hot (my favorite). There wasn't a single thing to complain about. There was some renovation going on, but nothing that was an inconvenience. Breakfast was delicious with a cook right there continuously adding fresh eggs and potatoes and sausage. Parking was easy and accessible. We will 100% stay here again.

The Hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay. We never heard any construction noise and there were only small inconvenience with one of the entry points closed. Overall I would recommend.

Apart from that my husband and I LOVED the location, the hotel was inside a town center FULL of shopping and plenty of dining options no more than a 5-10 min drive away. The hotel is very clean, there’s complimentary coffee in the lobby all day and complimentary breakfast from 7am-10am on weekends. Their food options were really tasty consisting of country potatoes with bell peppers, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, and a really delicious and flavorful salsa my husband and I loved. They also have a waffle maker, cereal options, coffee and plenty of coffee creamer options; a bagel, toast, muffin, and donut corner.. fresh fruit, light and regular yogurt, vanilla almond milk for those who are non-dairy drinkers, pre-packaged boiled eggs, fruit cups, and juice dispenser… there is PLENTY and you can always go back for seconds because they keep it stocked all morning. (No vegan options) The rooms are very clean, spacious like a little condo, and the shower?…. The tub was HUGE, my husband and I both weigh in the 200lbs+ category and we were able to take a bubble bath together. Pool area was great, there’s a gazebo there with a table and chairs and a grill in case a family would want to use it, there’s a 24 hour small fitness center, and overall the staff are so nice. Recommended!

While the hotel was fine, we were unaware of the construction taking place during our stay. Staff were very friendly and the included breakfast was very convenient.

Overall, a great stay. Nice facilities. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I liked that there were 2 window shades. The couch was cute and I liked that there was a safe. The downsides were the make up smears on my pillowcase and not super clear signage/info about how to get to the hot tub.

We stayed for 4 days and loved the room. It has everything you need while away from home, including a microwave. The hotel is very clean and smells so nice. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked really nice. Breakfast is included and it is a real breakfast, not a continental meal. Parking was a bit scarce if you arrive later in the day. My only complaints about the room are that there isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom and there isn’t a mirror by the desk to use as a vanity.

Our one night stay was very restful and the breakfast was full of options. Everything was clean and orderly.

Newly renovated rooms. Very friendly staff. Most importantly, wonderful free hot breakfast, with waffle machine, pancake machine, and you can even order your own omelette (also free!)

24 hrs gym(little small). Swimming pool was outside with gated. But random person was roaming around to pick up empty cans n bottles. I was little scared at first. Jacuzzi was good option to have for relaxing at the end of day. Definitely I am saving for next visit.
