I received a text 3 hours early that my room was ready. I went one hour early and the room was gross, heat up to 80 (end of May stay) shower not cleaned, bathroom smelled of cig. Appeared sheets had been fluffed not changed and room in serious need of a deep clean. I asked for a different room the only difference was that the air was on and the bathroom didn’t smell. I asked for the sheets to be changed and I went a purchased cleaner for the shower and to wipe surfaces. I do t know how this hotel has good reviews it’s the worst Hilton ive ever stayed at cleanliness wise, the whole place needs deep clean. I had two stars instead of one bc The staff was kind.

The place was clean, you didn’t smell any pet “funk”, the room was of very good size where you have a king size bed & a living area, where the sofa opens to a queen size bed. The kitchen served a very good breakfast for 3 hrs each morning. I did get a chance to check the amenities out, but saw a work out room & a pool area outside, complete with chairs & umbrellas. I’m very thankful there are places like this where I could take my pet & enjoy the visit to wherever we’re going. Thank you!!!!! 😍

This is our favourite hotel. Probably is in excellent condition. Great breakfast provided.

The hotel was located in a convenient location, however that’s where the positives end. The room itself had terrible workmanship, the quality of the finishes were cheap and were cracking/breaking especially the tiles and finishes in the bathroom. There was mold around the edges of the shower base and the floor of the bathroom was dirty. We were not provided with enough towels and when we called reception we were told curtly that we had to come get them ourselves as there was only one employee in the building. That in itself wasn’t a big deal however once we got the towels and went to use them we saw they were stained and unusable. There was also stains on one the covers on the bed. The mugs in the kitchenette were cracking and dusty, and the kitchen drawers themselves were not clean. We would never return to this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was ready for us right away. One of the highlights of our stay was that we were able to get two rooms side by side, which made things incredibly convenient for our group. The rooms themselves were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable—exactly what you hope for when traveling. Everything felt fresh and organized, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is another big plus. It’s perfectly situated for an easy start in the morning, with nearby gas stations and quick access to the main roads—ideal if you’re hitting the road early. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of options to get the day started right. Overall, this was a great stay with excellent service, a convenient location, and clean, comfortable accommodations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through the Mooresville area. I'll definitely look for this hotel if in the area again or seeing another concern in Charlotte.

The mini kitchen came in handy since we brought leftovers. There was no ice bucket on the room and tbe desk clerk had to search for one. Also, there was no sugar on the coffeebar.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times on road trips. Staff is always friendly, room is always clean, and breakfast is always solid.

Rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast was included which was a great Plus. Little early for the pool but look like it would be a nice place to stay in the summer.

The hotel was clean and the dog areas were well kept up. Breakfast was fine.

I enjoyed the entire stay from the friendly staff, the food and cleaniness throughout the hotel.

We like stopping at this hotel when traveling from Toronto to Florida. Our Room was clean with a basic kitchenette with some dishes/pots and cutlery. Close to Walmart and Costco. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold options. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall a good place to stay.

Location. Many restaurants and activities at night in walking distance. We had a suite that had 1 fork, no shower gel, no body lotion, no soap to wash dishes,no toilet paper. WOW!!!. Breakfast was not what was expected. Some items were out of stock. On a Saturday morning, you know they won’t have it Sunday either. Staff tried to make it right but the hotel was definitely understaffed.

The hotel was wonderful, staff (Brian) was exceptional, and we slept soundly. My kids enjoyed the breakfast too.

The breakfast was okay. I liked the location. The staff that checked me in was extremely rude. She had zero Customer Service Experience. I let her be rude to me. But then she was rude to my two adult sons and my daughter in law and I complained the next morning. She should not be allowed to treat people that way. I felt embarrased that I paid to stay in a hotel that allowed their employees to treat the paying guests with such disresprect. Also, wasn't that clean.

Love the location, cleanliness and the size of the room. Brian was the front desk person who took care of our check in and out and anything we needed. Brian is so pleasant and such a wonderful personality. You have an excellent employee working the front desk. Not anything, we were very pleased and plan to come back.

We’ve stayed here a few times while visiting NC, but this time wasn’t our best stay. The first room we were given keys to smelled very strongly of cat urine, so I was thankful that they were able to give us a different room quickly. But during our 4 day stay, housekeeping never came by. The sheets are not great and fall off the bed

We have stayed at this property several times, and will continue to do so whenever we are in the area. Staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, the surrounding area is safe and quiet. The location is convenient to our needs including proximity to visiting the local college, restaurants, shopping and more.

To make a long story short, we were so tired that we passed out and didn’t bother asking for a different room. We either got used to the smell or it dissipated. However, when we returned the next day after a family event, the odor hit us again. That’s when I figured out that the smell was a combination of body odor and smelly gym shoes. The parking lot was full, and it was past 10:00 PM, so we decided to deal with it. Additionally, the shower stall was not very clean, as you can see in the picture, and the couch showed signs of wear. There was a missing iron and no ice bucket—these may seem like minor issues compared to everything else, but I figured I’d mention them. We had a reservation for four nights but left after just three because we didn’t want to continue dealing with the situation. I ended up going back home. With all that said, other than the worn-out couch, the dirty shower pan, and the smell, everything else looked immaculate, including the hall, common areas, and the rest of the room.

We stay here a few times a year and this stay was showing some concerning decline in service. There was mold growing on the AC unit. The coffee was watered down. Front desk staff were cold. Wondering if under new management and a little disappointed. The pool was drained too, so we were not able to use it. Overall a safe, clean and pleasant stay as usual.

Check-in and out staff was excellent, friendly, and personable. Made them aware the air conditioner in the room was not working and she was forwarding to maintenance. Housekeeping was very loud outside of the room and down the hallway despite being at the end of the hall and with a do not disturb sign on the door. Otherwise excellent property in a great location!

The pool was closed and looked dirty and the halls and elevators smelled musty. One of the days the staff called the room to let us know the water would be shut off for 2 hours by the fire department. So that was a rough start to the day and ended in a rushed 2 min shower. Id stay again though.

I have stayed a lot of Hilton hotels and the breakfast. There was horrible. There’s no meat. I think everybody came down for breakfast was looking for some type of meat. That was the only problem.

We got the king suite and were in LOVE! The bedroom had a lot of space, ans the bathroom was huge. I also loved how the bedroom part was private with a door that locked. The kids said the queen pull out sofa was comfy. Room was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. Several business within walking distance. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool and gym were both great. Employees very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would change, would be a bigger trash can in the room and pillows a little more firm. We will definitely stay here again.

We arrived late at night, and the front desk was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was perfect for everyone, including our picky eater. Being able to stay somewhere nice with our dog was icing on the cake!

Nice area. Convenient location. We traveled with our 2 cats and the room was not cleaned as expected before our arrival. We understood the pet fee was to make sure these rooms are cleaned thoroughly but it was not. The shower had traces of mold and lingering smells. Definitely not a good experience in a pet friendly room.

Overall we had a good stay. There was a mildewy smell in the room when we arrived though. We asked for some additional towels and bedding as we had three people in our room. We were told they were out…..that’s unacceptable. However, the staff was friendly and tried to be very accommodating.

Very nice place with a few quirks. 3 night stay, went to find service cart to replace towels, got towels and then had hand towels removed from room while we were out. Why? At breakfast, waffle station has no trash can near it, leaving people searching for 'lone' trash can almost 20 feet away with cup dripping of waffle mix. Why?

They are supposed to clean your room every other day and even with me requesting service my room was still not cleaned and I was there for 3 nights. I had to ask for clean towels and the front desk said they were out of towels. I was also told by another guest that when her family of five checked in they were only given two. I would not stay at this location again.

Pool wasnt open like it was suppose to be. This is why we booked the hotel. Room wasnt stocked with sheets or towels and hotel was only staffed with 1 employee. Thankful only 1 night.

1) twice we asked to have the shampoo dispenser filled. However it never was. Not a huge issue but more of an annoyance. They also were pretty “tight” with towels. Only 1 wash cloth and it wasn’t changed out. They also didn’t change out the floor mat towel 2) bigger issue. Last morning I came down at 9:35 and the free breakfast was closed. I could see the food still there but they pulled a curtain in front. People were still eating. The food that was cooked would need to just be thrown out. I had to ask if it was closed and the answer was “closed”. Very short. I asked why since I was told it was 10:00am. The answer was “it’s not the weekend”. Again very dismissive and rude. Keep in mind we checked in Friday night and were told 10:00am. No one said “only weekends”. There was no signage in lobby or rooms saying different on weekdays. It’s a small thing, however if “free breakfast” is offered than any restrictions should be mentioned. It was more the short, dismissive attitude of the man who clearly didn’t want to deal with a customer.

It was surprising for Hilton Hotel to be in need of such upkeep. Wallpaper was coming up. The room wasn’t cleaned in three days. There was no shampoo, but I went to ask for shampoo. The person at the front desk said there was none in the hotel, the breakfast was good. The outdoor patio was never cleaned. The pool was not open to Memorial Day, but that was not posted on the website.

Surprisingly comfortable and clean. I think I have finally found my home in my hometown.

Front desk clerk could gain a personality(Gabriella). Seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. Not welcoming or friendly. Seemed unapproachable.

This hotel was conveniently located and parking was a breeze. The room was nice with a small kitchen area. The shower was awesome because it had great water pressure. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and hot eggs. We enjoyed our stay there.

I get it. It's an off the highway, affordable hotel that takes dogs, so I'm not expecting the Ritz. But c'mon! The TV picture and sound were breaking up, the garbage disposal did not work, linens for the convertible sofa were missing, dish washing liquid and dishwasher soap were missing, lights under the microwave did not work and the kitchen had all of two forks. All minor inconveniences for sure, but not something to look forward to after 8 hours of driving. As far a I could tell, the afternoon staff consisted of one disgruntled employee at the front desk. She did get us the missing items, but didn't seem to happy about it. The room cleanliness was adequate, but the hallways and elevator floors looked and felt unclean. We frequently use Home 2 Suites when on the road and usually find them to be a good choice - modern, clean and comfortable. This property however, felt poorly managed.

We stayed at number of these home2suites hotels and never had a bad experience however, this time our room smelled like a pet shelter, with dirty sheets on one bed and a broken shower door. Would not recommend this place

The bed sheets had piling on them making them feel very rough and used. Made for a very uncomfortable stay.

Very clean but staff needs to be more professional and nice , they all sucked but the lady that prepares the breakfast . I was not greeted when we walked in , had an issue with the reception lady to the point she did not even give us the bag with the bottles of water so we had to drink faucet water to takes our meds , I wish the hotel could check the cameras to see her very demeanor performance.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our biggest. complaint was missing linens. We registered as four guests but only had 3 towels and we didn't have linens for the pull out couch. Thankfully the front desk staff went above and beyond to help and find us the missing linens. It was our fault for not reading the description of amenities more carefully and didn't realize the pool was outdoor and seasonal. That was a disappointment.

I didn't like the sofabed matress, the stains were disgusting.

We lived our stay but the pillows could be replaced. Also 2 women in our party of 4 with 2 rooms. Both complained where is the conditioner in the showers
