The room smelled like cigarettes even though I got a smoke free room. Found items from previous people do tells me the room was not cleaned! Literally had glade plug ins to try to cover up the smell

Large room with separate living and kitchen areas. Staff was great to communicate with and Dana was most helpful.

I've stayed here several times. Debie is always sweet and helpful whenever I stay there.

The place is clean. The reception people are nice. The room is adequate. The TV in the bedroom is a challenge to get running. There could have been greater generosity with bathroom soaps. Otherwise a good deal for the price.

The counters, the stove, all of that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The people who work there would sit right outside the door you one to go through to get to the parking lot and smoke. Not really what you want your 6 & 4 year old kids to have to walk through.

Wonderful place to stay - more than amenities than I needed - would be a great, affordable option for a family. Very clean, inside and out - quiet! Great staff - Dana, the manager, was exceptional!

We loved our stay. It went beyond what we were expecting. Great rates. Plenty of restaurants close. The only thing was, we left our pillows. I left a message. We would definitely stay again.

It was close to where I needed to be location wise Didn’t really feel safe there. How all the rooms were enclosed on the inside. There was no one there when I checked in my key code was left in a lock box no staff on duty the unit smelt like someone had been smoking there.

The manager was courteous and attentive and the suite is spacious. The check in process had some unfortunate hiccups. The suite itself has great potential but definitely needs paint, new flooring and attention to a few other details. There was a faint smell of smoking from somewhere. It worked out okay, but it was not what I had in mind when I made the reservation.

Very spacious. There wasn’t an elevator. The kitchen sink was hanging down into its lower cabinet. The front desk is closed majority of the weekend. The tub had what looked liked burn marks all around the rim, and the shower was not clean. The bathroom was really the biggest downside. The hotel environment felt low budget causing discomfort. Therefore, I only stayed one night causing me to lose money due to the no refund policy. I ended up staying at a nicer hotel for the remainder of the trip.

This place was perfect for my extended stay and at an affordable price. Great location in a quiet corner which was easy to get to. Nothing fancy, but clean and spacious with full sized kitchen appliances, living room, bedroom and bath. The kitchen was fully supplied to accommodate 2 people and was easily maintained. Very cute outdoor court in between the wings with a barbecue grill. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Typical extended stay facility where supplies are provided at the start of your visit, but you’re on your own after that. Takes a bit more planning to cover any gaps, but a quick trip to the store provided anything I needed. Staff has limited hours and free TV didn’t offer much variety. Otherwise no complaints.

Nothing. Well first of all the doors doesn’t have locks on them and my child accidentally got out all the door should have safety lock to avoid that problem.. Kids aren’t allowed to play outside really even when supervised. Your not aloud to wear tank top??? The lady that stays or work here horrible staff and rude then she had people watching for her the whole experience was uncomfortable and horrible. The air didn’t work at all . And where the air thing is it’s mold and the sink needs worked on.

When turned on it rocked so uneven that it could decapitate you. The closet door had no handle on it, only the hole through the door. The couch&chair were so stained wouldnt sit on them. Located just outside the hustle and bustle of Mooresville. Its basically a one bedroom apartment with a center common area outside to barbecue or just sit and visit. You really couldnt adk for more, especially at that price. If you are planning to cook and eat in the room you would want to grab some cheap plates, etc. from the dollar store.

I thought this was wonderful, nobody ever contacts you anymore, I really appreciated this! The room, which was spacious enough to feel more like an apartment than a hotel room was Comfortable and clean! The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was a bonus stocked with basic essentials! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I will be returning the next time I am in the area!

The mattress was hard & stiff. If my appointment was later than 745a with Dr or had I been able to check in earlier than 11p I would’ve requested a refund & would’ve made other arrangements.

What a great place! I would absolutely use Affordable Suites again - full kitchen with a counter for eating, a sweet sitting/living room area plus a separate bedroom, and 2 TVs, 1 in the bedroom, and one in the living room area. The only thing it lacked was spoons and more bowls.

What a great little spot, it exceeded my expectations. The lady at the front was very helpful. The room was clean, very spacious, the kitchen was fully set up, I didn’t have to go downstairs to ask for anything. When I got there, the room was at a perfect temperature, and everything was amazing.

We've had a couple good stays here. The place has been remodled nicely. I could nit pick about a couple things. We arrived new year's day for 1 night, so limited staff, wasn't enough to worry about (example -burned out bathroom bulb, dark, lol couple other minor things.. No "emergency". I do wish there was more than a skillet. Sauce pan and cookie sheet would be nice ... and hot pads, pot holders are never provided in any hotel kitchens where we rent. Overall 5. My little complaints aren't worth a star ! We'll be back again !

Was easy to check in and out. Staff was friendly and professional. Any time I needed something we were able to get it. Easy parking. Felt secure. Was a little out dated but still very nice for the price. Traffic around that hotel is the worst for leaving and coming back Sunday thru Friday. We got the room to be able to cook but only used to microwave so I don't know how well the stove or oven worked. There also was an obscure gentlemen's club within walking distance from the hotel and I was happy to see that I did not notice any increased traffic not any unsafe practices in or around the place. It is difficult to get food delivered as the main door into the apartment like rooms is locked so you would have to go upfront for food deliveries.

Very good place, it is very clean, there is no noise at all, it is a very safe place and many businesses and shops around and the manager is very friendly, we will definitely stay there again

I would absolutely recommend staying here. The commodities in your room like a full kitchen and living room make this place a comfortable and convenient spot to stop for a while. Not to mention there’s also a shared laundry room. The rates were also the best in the area at the time and was an absolute steal. The staff are also very nice and helpful and will do their best to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

5th time staying at this location and we find them very accommodation. Central location to everything we wanted to do and see. Can't wait for next year

Avoid this hotel! This hotel seems to have low class staff and people living in this hotel, maybe section 8 housing. The room smelled disgusting, was dirty and trash under beds and couches. The desk chair was all ripped up, the bathroom door did not close either. The Front desk employee is trashy and rude and yup can’t get any new towels during your stay either. The tub was nasty and didn’t drain the water in it. There was a few kitchen items but would never use them they were very old and nasty looking. Do your self a favor and find another hotel in the area. You get what you pay for and this hotel is not worth trying to save a few dollars

Nice place to relax

Room was large and beds were comfortable, staff very friendly. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Living room chair and sofa need steam cleaning really bad, carpet could use it too. This isn't a typical hotel, set up for extended stay use, no 24 hour front desk.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Kitchen came fully stocked with pots, pans, and cups. Overall very clean. Beds were a little too firm for my liking is the only downside.

It was really nice and New: everything was extremely well kept. No noise off the highway. No traffic. The Staff was Nice and Friendly. The rooms were very nice and Clean. And the price was really affordable. Definitely will tell friends and family. And will stay there next time I am in town. 👍

I wish they had more dish and pot and pan . There was no dish towel or dish cloth in the room. The staff was very friendly. I wish there was a way you could let them no you need a room on the first floor. I have back trouble and husband has keen trouble so the step was hard on us. I would stay here again.

Simple, everything by we need and adorable!

Room was spacious. Nice layout and comfortable. Shows some age but taken care of.

Property grounds were good and safe. The kitchenette in our unit was in rough shape and needed attention as far as cooking utensils missing it broken. Property staff were new operators who were friendly and trying to correct the deficiencies.

Property was close to noisy interstate highway with traffic all night. Especially tractor trailer traffic

All the rooms open to a secure inner court yard. The room was exactly what we needed. A small sitting area for visiting and a kitchen that allowed us to visit withfamiky in private instead of eating out

It was set back from the road a little further than I like…but it wasn’t nosy…. Wasn’t used to not having staff on site but it was an enjoyable stay…

Decent enough. Pretty clean. Good hot water and good shower water pressure. Bed were so so but overall comfortable. Convenient, quiet location and friendly staff. A little dated but good value for $$.

No office/front desk service on the weekends. Had to pick up room keys from a lock box. Keys didn’t work. Had to call 2 different numbers to reach someone for help. She arrived quickly and got us new keys. After that the stay went well.

Was close to everything but quiet. Kayla was always friendly and helpful.
