The only thing that i can advise for the property owners is to make the sink fault for the bathroom to pour less water and the shower head to pour more water with more water pressure

As advertised. Breakfast is as I have come to expect. Only negative I would give was staff didn't let us know there was an available parking garage under the building. Didn't notice it until after our first night. Very secure. All doors need room key for entry as did the elevators.

They were very accommodating to our family of 7. The breakfast was fresh and had a large selection. The rooms were very well organized and maintained. The parking was a huge convenience. The pool is nice and the staff was great! 😊 would absolutely recommend!

It was really great spent one night they offered to take us by golf cart to the top golf nearby which was great and the room was amazing plenty of parking available as well. Complementary breakfast was awesome too!

Our family loved our stay! The staff was very helpful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and is located in a reasonable distance from the Dodger Stadium! (Our reasoning for choosing this hotel) The only reason I am giving this hotel 4 stars is due to the low maintenance housekeeping. Our room’s sheets weren’t changed, nor was the room cleaned. I had to specifically request fresh towels, or I was more than likely not to receive any. Nonetheless I will most likely rebook but hope that the housekeeping ups their game.

I stay many nights, breakfast must be different for travelers with more thank 5 stay days

Our rom was very clean, loved having a kitchenette, having coffee on hand in the lobby was great. We took a walk around the golf course and really enjoyed it.

Everything about my room accommodations and breakfast time was excellent. I would like to recommend adding a couple more accessible parking spaces in front of the building. There are plenty of street parking spaces available. Making additional parking lot spaces available to vehicles with disabled placard privileges would reduce our chances of needing to park on the street. Thank you.

The lady that makes the pancakes during breakfast is so rude and disrespectful, we politely asked for a pancake and responded with a very rude attitude and told us we had to wait 10 minutes for no legitimate reason.

Clean room, fully stocked bathroom with plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc. kitchen was a treat. Only concern was on Saturday (5/3/26) night there was no parking. We had to park on the street.

My family love to stay here. The property was so clean and had all the amenities that exceeded my family’s expectations. Not to say anything bad but the pool did not have towels. The staff was quick to get us some when we asked.

I loved the entire room, the bed the bathroom, kitchen, and the tv with access to netflix hulu etc when having an account ! the staff was also very sweet and welcoming and always finding ways to make my stay as best as possible ! I also loved their breakfast waffle, muffin, and bagel with bananas nutella and syrup, so many amazing options :))

Really liked this hotel. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Parking was free and easily accessible. Coffee in lobby was always available and good. Only issue, need to fill up shower gels and shampoos. Gel was empty and when asking housekeeping, they said call front desk. Also only give 1 bar of soap in bathroom so u really need the gel.

This place was so clean. The rooms & the hotel, in general. It was so quiet & nice. No one pounding around upstairs or being loud in the hallways. It was great! The view was awesome. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again, when in the area.

I liked that the rooms were clean , the surrounding area was clean and the view of the golf course was beautiful. The one thing I would possibly have to say that I didn’t like was not about the property itself but that there was the same breakfast every morning , no variety . Other than that I loved my stay .

Breakfast was superb, and the location is great. It’s about 18 miles from Universal Studios, but with weekday traffic it took us around 30–40 minutes to get there. The hotel is in good condition overall. My only complaint is that the bathroom door was really hard to open and close.

Only the room is small for a family stay, even it has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed enough for 6 people, but restrooms no lock and space is narrow. After all this still a good place stay. But next time I will book 2 room instead of one studio for my family size 5.

The room was very clean. The little kitchenette was equip with essential, just the utensils don't have fork. The bedding are clean and towels are clean and lots of them. The complimentary breakfast was great and accommodating to all diets.

I absolutely adore this hotel. The location the amenities everything! Very, very clean. If I would suggest anything, I would change the bedspread. I did not like the bedding. I felt like I was laying under a fitted bedspead, I prefer bedding thats a bit more plush, but otherwise 10/10. My second time visiting and I would definitely come again and again!

Clean, accessible, good food, good staff service. Only the cutlery… there’s a teaspoon I used that has jagged edges when I felt it touched my lips, good thing I wasn’t hurt. I gave it to the front desk upon my check out to let them know so it will be used again.

The rooms are huge, clean, the breakfast is good. We liked our view of the golf club and mountains. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was fast and helpful when we ran into minor issues. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom door, Its a slide door and does not lock. Overall, we would stay again.

Everything was amazing, but the breakfast food was hard to keep up when it was busy so there was quite a wait, but food was good. I did call the week before to make sure my two rooms were close together and they said we'd be on the same floor, but when we got there we were not and that was inconvenient for our families. Overall, very nice hotel

Had everything we needed. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast included. Indoor pool and hot tub! Spacious suite for our family of 5. Would def stay again. Decorated beautifully for Christmas.

The property was really nice and had security at the entrance. It was very nicely kept.

I was never advised of a pet fee at check in or on website. After i got home i noticed a charge of 80.00 called and was pretty much told oh well.

But the second day my son's forehead hit the tea table by accident falling off the sofa, he got 6 stitches in ER and we checked out early. I take off 2 scores just for the super sharp edge tea table which is very kid unfriendly, hope it can be removed during my next trip. Thank you!

It was a good experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was genuinely kind. The room was nice. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled of mildew, but it was clean aside from that. Tons of storage space so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases. Beds were actually comfortable with pillows that weren’t flat. Traffic around the hotel wasn’t bad either. Will be back again!

Only things I suggest to the facility to make the stay better (just nitpicking honestly) 1. The smell used in the lobby is amazing but it is over bearing. My son and I have severe allergies and it does make it difficult if we're in the front entrance too long. 2. The breakfast bar has AMAZING selections! Just would be nice if there was an organized way to get through it. Like enter this side and exit this side or only stay on your right side and circle around to get something on the opposite side. Besides that we have stayed in a few places in the area and we will most likely return on our next trip.

Since it was my first time traveling alone and to LA I was looking for somewhere to stay that was going to make me feel safe and comfortable. Home 2 exceeded my expectations, helped me feel super secure, and was in a great area! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others as well!

1. We didn't book a conjoined room. 2. We paid A LOT of money for 1 night, just like everyone else. 3. It isn't illegal to speak in our room; we were not screaming, just talking. 4. No quiet hours were posted on the reservation, so having a man come up threatening to kick out a group of women at 2am in not the most amazing area is NOT ok. I am an IHG Platinum Member and was hesitant about brand changing. Needless to say, I will be sticking to the IHG brand. Holiday Inn, although seen as lower tier than Hilton brands, has much better service.

All the reviews stated this place would be clean. I specifically paid for this hotel because I was under the impression that it would be. Unfortunately it was truly disgusting and I felt scammed. The floors were grimy, the pillows smelled like someone else's cologne, and the carpet was stained. Additionally part of the reason we stayed here was because it was a suite with a kitchenette but the dishes were disgusting and the dishwasher didn't work. They also provided only small dishes and only a few of each. Overall just super disapointing for the price and we definitely would have chosen somewhere else had we known. Additionally, the one time we asked for more washcloths, the front desk told us they would deliver them but we never got them.

Not an oversized regular room . Those room 401 wasn’t a suite ! No separate area just one long room! We were a party of 5 and were mislead thinking we had a suite ! Not happy at all please update the description so in the future guest book 2 rooms instead of one for the same price !!!

Hotel is awesome! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were clean, food was great! This is a great hotel all around. The room was clean and had everything you needed for a comfy stay. Home 2 is like a home away from home. Thank you for your service and hospitality.

Nice property

They are very accommodating with whatever request (reasonable). Extremly nice and very very safe facility. Breakfast was great and they have unlimited starbucks coffee all day. They have a washer and dryer thats available.

The stay was comfortable. The staff helped us with late checkin . Room was clean and they provided us with cook top on request . The property was 25 mins drive to universal studios and 40 mins drive to downtown . The pool area was clean and the breakfast was average .

Short one night stay, but we loved the big spacious room. Beautiful big bathroom, comfy bed & sheets, and two big TV’s. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the seemingly limited parking spaces.

What i didn't like for the price you pay No Dodgers games excuses No waffles Excuses i find out ICE stayed here No happy about that. I am Mexican American an don't understand how we can treat people the way they have. BAD Leadership No excuses,.

The only issue we had was that the bed wasn’t comfortable and it had bed bugs!

Perfect! Clean, professional, everything we wanted and more.

Bathroom shower needed to be scrubbed and room re cleaned when we got there. We needed hypo allergenic rm and staff not too familiar with process. Pets allowed on all floors. Overall they made up for it in addressing our needs, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

The people at Home2Suites go above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here! We stay every year for our volleyball tournament. I book our whole team here.

Hotel lobby, my room and all corridors were always clean, everything was functional. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of hot items. Parking was nice, I parked in basement during my stay and it had easy access to elevator and room. Overall very pleased. I will stay again.

Wow this place was clean and had everything we wanted. The best breakfast available and plenty of parking. Plus the safety we felt at this place was wonderful with security and gated area. We will definitely be staying again here on our next trip

The staying was ok. The room was ok clean but not as clean it should be. The floor carpet was little sticky not very clean. The room air was very stuffy.

I was so frustrated on how the front desk person responded on this incident - she did nothing to resolve the noise issue, but, instead, she was angry at me, the person who was reporting the issue. I'm so disappointed about the service and upset about the staff's attitude.

Ive stayed at this property several times..but this time was the last. I was moved rooms 2x . The first room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, Stains and crumbs on one of the beds. The second room had hairs in the bathroom and hairs in one of the beds...the staff apologize but did nothing to compensate me for the horrible experience

Customer service is non-existent here. After another guest was assigned to our room and strolled right in, no effort was made to contact us to apologize. We were later awoken by a housekeeping manager who knocked on our door and told us we needed to call the front desk to “sort things out”, which was odd because I’m not in charge of assigning rooms, so I’m not sure why this mistake was mine to fix. After this, the only contact made by management came in the form of two generic text messages and one email from guest services which still has not been acknowledged. On top of the gross service failure and lack of standard hospitality skills from the staff, the location does not have sufficient on-site parking for guests, which includes a ground level lot and UG garage. The shower tile also had pencil measurements from the contractor who installed it; somehow never having been seen or cleaned by the staff.

We loved the layout of the room; it's the most functional, roomy "typical" 2 bed hotel space we've experienced! The kitchenette was amazing and fabulous to help cut back on eating out expenses too! Our only suggestion is that the property could consider examining the showers/bathrooms for cleanliness in between guest stays.

Very close to downtown LA, but still quiet and had a local grocery store within 5 mins (Albertsons) I also enjoyed they made the waffles for guests -way more convenient and delicious!

Home2 Suites in Montebello has been our go to hotel when we come into LA. Very convenient and the area is safe. Close to both Universal Studios and Disneyland.

First time ever staying at a Home2suites Hilton hotel and let me say, it was very clean! Ive stayed at 5 star hotels before and this doesnt compare. The sheets on the bed smelled fresh and clean.

It was so fun and excellent. My family had a good time. The dishes were not spotless we had to wash before use and we noticed there was hair in our sheets, but overall it was a great experience. The pool was heated and we were able to enjoy outside food and drinks in the patio with the fireplace on. And our guests loved it. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helped us when we needed it. Thank you

despite being fully booked, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. check in/out was easy breezy

Loved the underground parking garage, the breakfast options and key access only elevators. Truly feel bad for the staff after breakfast. People just leave their plates and garbage on the table like it's a restaurant. The hot tub could use better attention as well as the rooms. Overall felt secure on the beautiful property.
