I called cuz I got a text saying my reservation was canceled when I was already 2 hours away and was coming from Maine… the lady on phone was very rude said they canceled cuz they had no rooms left how do u just cancel a booking when I had already paid in advance? Worst experience ever

Dirty, broken windows, door locks missing, overflowing garbage everywhere. Lots of feral cats everywhere, furniture and curtains ripped and dirty. House keeping was a homeless looking man pushing around a shopping cart. Total getting dump! Felt unsafe.

When we arrived we immediately realized the floor in the room was filthy. I had a mop in my car and rinsed it out 9 times to get the very small floor space clean. They should fire the maids! Honestly, we should have left!

The location was convenient and the staff was great! The unit wasn’t the best, there were black spots on the shower curtain and the tub was very stained and did not drain and the door did not seem very secure and also had a big gap at the bottom. Also, someone’s leftover KFC (i’m guessing from previous guest) was in the microwave when I got there, so no telling how well the units are cleaned overall!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms have a homey feeling. Convenient location. Also pet friendly for our furry family members. The breakfast could be a little more well stocked. Was looking forward to the waffles but my first stay there was no waffle iron spray and the next time there was no waffle mix. But overall, no complaints.

Bathroom was disgusting with an old used wash cloth still hanging on the shower. The toilet was nasty. Dead bugs and flies. And broken items. Room smelt stagnant and of smoke.

Starting at the door of my room, the stucco was coming off the wall. The room inside was OK but poorly painted. The bathroom floor was failing and sinking, the doorknob was about to come off the toilet door. The towel were denigy gray and had pieces of grass on them. The towel rack and shower curtain rod were loose. The rate was nice, but still too much for such poor maintenance.

What appeared to be drug deals and prostitution going on in parking lot. Migrants loud in parking lot most of the night. So bad, we had paid for two nights, left after one.

Forgot money in my room and they said they did see it. It wasn’t the cleanest and the bathroom pipe was broken so water was running from I got there and I’m sure it’s still running now. I was promised the room would be ready at a certain time and when I got there it wasn’t. I had to leave and come back

The grounds were clean cut and clear of trash, the rooms were clean with fresh bedding. You can tell they are changing into something better. Remenants of the old management can still be seen. Our lamp was rusty, the secondary swing latch on the door was broken, but the primary bolt was functional. As long as the new management keeps improving, this Super 8 will be great again.

The pictures online are very misleading, we had a hole in our floor, no door knob on the bathroom and the place has a 75 sanatation rating. Needless to say we left as soon as we saw the rooms.

No complimentary breakfast - they were "remodeling" Check in was slow and tedious. $10 refundable deposit for the key. Long document to sign about extra guests, etc. Overall appearance of the outside was sketchy. The entire place needs a complete redo inside and out.

The motel property looked like a homeless shelter. Trash everywhere. Including a shopping kart parked next to a resident's room. There was not enough staff to clean roooms. They had to find room for me that was cleaned. Some of the residents were loitering in the parking lot all night and blaring music in front of our room at 3am. Then decided to peel out of parking lot when they left. Very inconsiderate. Nothing was done about this. I couldn't get any refund,i would have left after seeing my room. The smart TV in room 302 was not working properly. A staff member helped n the TV worked. The only reservation was, I had is the TV needed an assist thru my smartphone. Using super 8 password that I entered in my phone the TV started to work properly. Never before did I need to use my phone to get the TV working. Strange

The hotel was disgusting. The first room that I was given had not been cleaned and had the bed sheets and comforter in the floor and beer bottles on the counter. They didn’t have any more non-smoking rooms so I had to get a smoking double bedroom. It was disgusting. I definitely recommend you not staying at this property.

The rooms here are horrible, they stink and they have burns all on the beds. Not a family environment. Not to mention I had to stand the customer service was horrible. I was not the only that was disappointed, people who checked in behind me were very disappointed as well.

It was apparent that overdoses and probably many other unmentionable things have happened in that room, based upon the obvious forced entry into the bathroom. The mattresses were stained with who knows what, the floor was sticky, there were cigarette burns all over the bedspreads, stink bugs crawling on the lamp that didn't have light bulbs in it, and it smelled like rotten meat. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is not a "budget hotel", it's a crack house.

Thing I didn’t like about the property was that it was chaotic and dirty. I’m the room it was very unstable not even the bed was clean and the bathroom. I stayed in for 5 minutes and turned in my key because how dirty and unstable the room and property was.

I booked a non smoking room thru Orbitz and it was not available. The front desk offered me a room that was terribly smoky I had to leave and find another hotel at 1am. I did not get my money back despite expressing my simple wishes of a non smoking room as that’s what I paid for.

This hotel is disgusting. It should not even be open to the public. The pool was scum green and roped off with caution tape. The room had the smoke alarm ripped off the wall, broken ceiling light, trim falling off everywhere, spiders in the bathroom, no top sheets or comforter on the bed. Not a single accurate picture! The front desk "did not have the authority" to refund us and recommended we wait till Monday to speak with the manager. We left. $$ down the drain. Disgusting place, both motel 8 and expedia should be ashamed for even having it open.

The room smelled like cigarettes FRESHLY smoked, the sink had a trash can under it due to leaking and the replacement parts were sitting on the counter! The bathroom door was broken and the shower looked as if someone had bathed their dog in it. Not even a remotely good experience! Will not recommend or return. 0 Stars!!

Several units looked to be long term rentals as well. Staff didn't care about reservation and didn't have the room type I picked available, even though the motel was not at no vacancy levels.

Check-in was horrible, waited extended amounts of time just to find out the king bed I reserved wasn’t available. Had to settle for what they had left(double bed). Check in area smelled like saliva, guests selling drugs outside in the open like it’s legal. Housekeeping told me a pillow was missing off the bed and she’d bring one, never happened. Ironing board with NO iron. TV remote is FILTHY! Room needs updating desperately. I will NEVER EVER stay here (or any other super 8)again!!

I don't know what was worse, the blood stained and cigarette burned sheets or the dirty pillow cases and dirty nasty bathroom. No matter how bad the condition of your room, they will not issue refunds. I should have known when I checked in and they required me to sign a sheet of rules that referenced utilizing law enforcement several times to remove anyone that does not comply with them. It was so bad that someone had cut the cord off of the hair dryer for the copper wire and the bathroom floor felt like it would give way at any moment. VERY MISLEADING ad...it says that they have a pool, BUT, the pool is closed for repair...but it appears to be permanently closed, the sign was screwed into the gate and the gate screwed shut and the tarp on the pool was very old. Absolutely terrible property, no redeeming qualities at all. I have stayed in 100s of hotels in my career, this was the absolute worst and the very first time I felt compelled to warn future renters.

Ending up leaving after walking into room…did not stay here. Room had not been cleaned even though tried give appearance it had been. Dirt and trash not swept under air conditioner ..towel racks broken and previous guests bra still hanging on bathroom door plus room smelled terrible. Door had huge space at bottom could see out onto sidewalk and did not close properly. Did not feel safe here or comfortable and definitely not clean!!!!

Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There were cobwebs, dust, random splatters of who-knows-what on the walls, dirty floors, no real sheets, linens were dirty, and an OPEN HALF FULL BEER BOTTLE underneath the air condoning unit in the room. No amount of bleach could clean this place. We left immediately and were refused a refund. Front desk seemed unphased by the condition of the room. Do not stay here. Travelocity needs to pull this listing from their website.

All the sheats had stains and tears in them. We had two rooms and the one didnt have a trash can. The toilet had been used and not flushed when we went in the room at first. This hotel should be removed from this app. I dont recommend anyone ever staying here.

Saw 3 drug deals go down in the parking lot in the 15 minutes it took me to unpack the car and the repack to get the heck out of Dodge. Very unsafe and very much not family friendly! Police made sweep through parking lot as I left.

Do not book here!!! It should not be an option on hotels.com. We needed a place that was pet friendly for our 11 lb shih-tzu traveling companion. We were attending a wedding in Monroe and had to make last minute sleeping arrangements, so didn’t have time to check out reviews. BIG MISTAKE!!!! We checked in, went to the room. Strong smoke smell. That is because in the bathroom there was a used cigarette in the toilet bowl with urine in it. There was a soft spot in the floor that my husband thought he might fall through. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. The whole place was disgusting. I wouldn’t leave my dog in here!!!! We immediately took our belongings back to the vehicle and booked a room at another hotel in the area. We didn’t have time to argue for a refund, so we cut our loss on this place and just left. I feel like it was the best decision we could have made as this establishment was unsanitary and the area where this hotel is located feels very unsafe!

The place was poorly maintained. Staff knocked at the door and asked for receipt literally 5 minutes after I got into the room. The room was smelling like cigarettes and the smell won’t go away even after I sprayed for an hour. The bathtub doesn’t drain. Water barely coming out of the sink. The blanket has cigarette holes in it. There is absolutely no quiet time even at night times. The so called security keeps riding around on the scooter loudly and talking loudly to guests who would not stay quiet. Just a terrible place to stay.

Tha place is not appropriate for family. There was people front of the room doing grill. The place is look like for people that don't have home. Languages, activities and environment inappropriate for family to stay with small kids. Front desk employee was very kinds and I can tell that that was the only positive thing from that place. DISGUSTING!!! I was so appalled that I did not stay there. Refund or no.... it is a pigsty. Dirty floors, dirty tub, sheets that seemed like cardboard AND I saw mold. It also did not feel safe. I was traveling alone and there were men lingering around the area of my door. They did not appear to be travelers. Also as I left my room, a man in the doorway of the room next to mine tried to coerce me into his room. I hate that I did not read all of the comments BEFORE I booked this. I will never make this mistake again.

It was not good. The room did not seem cleaned, the sheets on the bed had stains on them. The owner said he was going to refund me for this and said he was calling to confirm the refund. Please let me know that is happened.

This place cannot be owned by Wyndham...I have stayed at Wyndham hotels in the past. This is not even close to the quality i remember. Wyndham needs to sell this property quick to get their reputation back.

I only stay one night because I book online from the pictures but It felt like I was staying in a shelter hotel. The room smells like urine, the bathroom was broken down from the tub to the tiles on the wall and floor, the bed had torn sheets and holes in the thin blanket,

The room wasnt fully cleaned. There were grapes and the it's stems on the floor in different areas of the room.
