Nothing The furniture in the rooms looks like they got it off a trash pile. The rooms smells old and mildewed. There were German cockroaches and spiders. Stains on the pillow cases and sheets. The water backed up into the sink and tub. Broken light fixtures. Just all around horrible experience… I barely slept. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Clean place to stay for the night. No hair dryer or hangers and it was hard to find our room. Once we found it, it was a good place to stay for one night.

Do not stay, low rates lure you in and you will be very disappointed. Breakfast is cereal or a waffle, toast is all you want is squeeze butter. Rooms are noisy no amenities, little bars of soap, no ironing board or iron 3 hangers. Wifi is up and down constantly, staff is rude to say the least.

The walls were pilling, the sheets had stains and burn holes (in a “non-smoking”room), there were literally cigarette butts and dirt all on the floor when we got to the room and we had to sweep the floors ourself they were so nasty! The walls were dirty. The leg on one of the night stands were hanging on for dear life. The towels were dirty and we still had the previously used toilet paper rolls from the other guest and even the past guest clothes were still in the drawers!!! No way they actually cleaned anything around there! The water did not heat up at all so we were stuck taking cold showers the entire stay. We also had to use the couch in the room to put in front of the door since the door didn’t have the safety lock. The wall to our room literally looked like it had a bullet hole. There was also so much noise being made there early morning and all through out the day, I have no clue what they were doing around there (hopefully fixing these poor excuses of rooms)! The staff were not very inviting or friendly either! Would not stay here again!!! Save your hard earned money!

Good location. Easy access. Climate control was easy to use. Was everything I hoped for in a budget friendly establishment. I didn't give a 10 because the shower took extremely long to produce warm water. Not hot enough for me. Otherwise a good stay and I would stay again. Hot water for shower took way too long. Almost thought I was going to have to settle for a cold shower. It did get warm after about 3 or 4 minutes. But not as warm as I like.

I am still waiting on the staff about a refund. I came this weekend. I accidentally booked the next weekend. They all seem like they do not understand on how to refund you when you’re not gonna be staying even the service I used said they’re just waiting on roadway to let us know not to mention the water wasn’t working so he moved our room then put me in a room where it was absurd disgusting then he moved me to another room and had me walking around this whole time and then said sorry we can’t put you in that room because there’s something wrong with the key. Then I go to use the phone because the microwave is not working. The phone doesn’t work. The microwave doesn’t work. The water doesn’t work. I don’t know how this place is still open and running. I understand this is not the Ritz Carlton, but they are simple things that they should be able to do and they’re a simple amenities that should be working in order to be open and running by law.

Dirty rooms with evidence of roaches. Police showed up almost every nite. Most uncomfortable beds iv ever slept on. I have stayed at rodeway inns all across the country and this was the worst motel iv ever stayed in.

Next door was a very loud 24 hour convenience store, loud patrons walking and talking outside of our door all times of night. The train was the loudest, horn blew evey hour all night. I know the hotel can’t help that train situation but if you are a light sleeper you need to know. Good value, taco truck on site, convenient parking, ice and soda and snack machine conveniently located next to front office.

We drove 2 hours and when we got there there were no rooms. Only a line of people that had booked there apparently overbooked. So at midnight we were still searching for a hotel room that was confirmed and has been paid. I'd like a refund and I'd like to report that hotel. How could you let this happen and it wasn't just me. This reservation was made in error as I was trying to back out of the online page. I tried to contact hotels.com and also the property to notify them of the error but was unable to contact either. I did not stay at this hotel. The customer service at hotels.com via telephone is nonexistent when issues arise.

Exceptional stay. One of my favorite places to stay when I'm in town. It's quiet it's clean the rooms are spacious and well maintained with all amenities. The front desk is amazing with the hassle free check in and out. Quick easy process. The location is convenient walking distance to a few local restaurants and bars.

The woman who worked the desk at check-in obviously hated her job. She was so rude. Also, people just loiter outside the hotel and sit on the steps smoking. I’m not even sure if they are staying there or not. But being woken up at 1:40AM to people arguing in the parking lot, yelling, was not how I would’ve chose to woke up. Spend the extra money and just stay somewhere else. People who loiter in the QT parking lot, which is located right beside the hotel, will also try to yell and speak to you.

Checked in a Friday night after a long night of canceled and delayed flights. Exhausted. The bed was absolutely dirty. Hair and particles all over the sheet. And in the morning i discovered a dirty sock in the corner of the room. Leading me to believe the room wasn't cleaned at all.

I got locked out of my room, wasn't able to get my belongings until 10am the next morning. Wasn't giving a refund, no apology.

The room smelled like smoke. I don't believe it was clean. All night I heard the sound of someone partying. I feel that this particular hotel is more like where people stay for extended periods. Meaning this is their home. It's not somewhere I would ever stay at again. My stay was for a total of 2 days. Needless to say I checked out after day one.

It was pretty good for a cheaper hotel. I never saw any bugs and checked throughly at check in. Staff was excellent, we had what we needed. I would recommend if you don’t want to break the bank. The room stunk like cigarettes but that was the only bad thing.

As o was checking in the lady at the counter would not allow a guy who was paralyzed that was in a wheelchair have someone bring the check in paper to him to sign. They did not have a ramp and the curb was too high for him to get over. In the room, the toilet was missing the lid and had a piece of plastic over the part that held the water instead. Smelled awful, wasn’t clean, questionable customers drunk and high fighting in rooms and the parking lot. Stank of weed. Small plastic bag on floor behind toilet. No breakfast at all despite having it listed. One of the worst places I have stayed,

Very unpleasant and uninviting. Caught a mouse and I didnt even try to complain because i knew i would be a a threat and probably get put on the streets with all my belongings . Because i know that they are not the type to cater to the complaints of their customers. I am going to rate this trip As well as all the other times as very unpleasant and very rude staff and management. # last resort

I rented rooms from this place multiple times, this most recent experience was the worst by far. I booked a room for 3 days for a funeral, a week in advance. Thinking the room I was gonna get was going to be nice and operational, it was absolutely not, the electricity wasn't working, it was cold and a roach was in the fridge! I then requested another room right after I unloaded one small bag. The desk rejected my request stating that they are tied up on rooms and the electricity issue is temporary, so I left for about 3 hours. Only to come back to the room in the same condition it was previously in. Now my wife (mind you has asthma) went to the desk and now angrily requested another room, in which they delivered this time. The room was in working condition, but it had two major flaws. One it was upstairs, I requested a handicap accessible room because I am physically disabled so it was hard getting up and down stairs every day, but I pushed through it for the sake of the funeral. Two it's a SMOKING ROOM, I REQUESTED AND PAID FOR A NON SMOKING ROOM BECAUSE MY WIFE HAS ASTHMA!

Room was clean, neat and everything functioned well except for the mini fridge which just needed the thermostat inside to be adjusted which isn’t a problem for me but for my partner who initially noticed that the refrigerator wasn’t working while I was gone, placing a call to the front desk didn’t resolve the problem. I would suggest that the manager post a memo for employees pertaining to the possibility of the refrigerator thermostats needing to be turned down/on when new guests call for assistance, in lieu of saying “ yea, it’s broken, I’ll send someone “ Our stay was uneventful, no loud music late at night, partying etc. No apparent drug transactions in the parking lot, hallways etc No drunk guests fussing with their significant others, lovers etc We did however have a small issue when my roommate decided to apply some red hair coloring which unbeknownst to me was required from time to time. Inevitably some of the red hair dye stained a towel, a singular ( 1) towel which now was a pleasant shade of pink after many attempts to wash out. I know for certain these facts because I personally witnessed the alleged incident personally as I laid on the bed watching TV ( wishing I had brought my Amazon Firestick btw) . Instead of simply throwing the towel ( singular mind you) meaning 1 towel in the trash, the culprit made fatal decision to purchase a bottle of Bleach. out of spac
