Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was fantastic and the room was nice.

Location was excellent. Brrakfast was great. It was keept stocked and clean. Hwy 74 was a half block away. Could have been quieter.

gave them a room that I was supposed to be checked in. When the staff got to me, she said if I knew you was waiting to check in the room I would’ve never gave her your room. I had booked a king size bed a suite She changed me from that into a small room with a king size bedso I really didn’t appreciate that.

There wasn't one bad thing that I can say about this hotel in Charlotte.It was honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and I've traveled all around the world.It was clean.The staff were good.The breakfast was amazing and the beds were so comfy.I would stay there time and time again

I highly recommend this hotel. This is my second time staying with them. The staff is very friendly. If you have a problem with something in the room,they address it immediately!!

The hotel was ideally located from the airport. We were on our way to Myrtle Beach and wanted a hotel close to the route we were taking. The property is a good choice as Hampton Inns are comfortable and clean.

The staff was very friendly and greeted us every time they saw us and asked on numerous occasions if we were okay and needed help. I could hear passing cars overnight in my room.

My room and my bed were GREAT!

B careful w hold on ur card. It's policy to present one so any "incidentals" can b charged if u broke or stole anything. Never in 20 years have I bn charged by Hilton/Hampton, but this location did! It was not a hold-it actually was a charge that cleared my bank! I immediately called the bank to investigate & stop the charge that was suppose to b a hold. Also, don't get an even room on 1st floor bc the parking lot to close to building so u hear every single vehicle in/out all nite & morning. Staff was polite & friendly except the one older lady that kept tryn to school me that it was a hold, not a charge (I have my bank acct image as proof!). Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is ok if ur hungry. Plenty of places in area that serve better food.

The free breakfast was good. The room was clean. The beds were decent. Good location near my friend's home in Monroe Just a minor gripe. I called the front desk once for clean towels and again for a couple of extra pillows since my kid was sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed. Both times I had to go to the front desk and then wait in line like I was checking in again. If you're going to make someone come get things that most hotels will deliver to your room, then perhaps have an area set aside for your guests to pick this stuff up without having to stand in line and wait.

The TV didn’t work all weekend we were there. The sink in the bathroom went down very slow so it would fill up as you were brushing your teeth. Staff was wonderful.

Very impressed with the choices and cleanliness of the breakfast. Rose, especially, was very friendly. I was advised at check-in that housekeeping was only done every other day. When I arrived back my 3rd evening, nothing had been done! I had to go to the front desk and advised them to clean the bathroom and leave the rest. All housekeeping did was pick up dirty towels and leave a plastic bag of fresh towels on the counter. Rude.

Our room did look look like0 it had been vacuumed very good. So crumbs on the floor.

I liked everything! The room was perfect, the bed was great (a great mattress, specifically), breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was quiet also, other than hearing other guests briefly in the hallway, it was so peaceful! I don't have any complaints!

Breakfast was great! A good variety of foods so that everyone had good choices to pick from. I loved how polite the staff were and how clean and roomy the rooms were. No improvement is needed, in my opinion, keep doing a great job!

We usually stay at the Marriott when we visit family but decided to try the Hampton. We appreciated the breakfast options compared to other local hotels. The only thing I really hated were the pillows (too small and firm).

I was harassed by the one of the managers there and was accused of smoking when I don't smoke at all and they had a problem with me having a certified service dog with me . People there are not friendly at all and made me feel unwelcome there. They need new management and employees there

We were in room 215 the shower screams till you mess with the shower pull (thing to get it to go from bath to shower) you may want someone to look at that. Overall property was great. Loved the drink, snack and things you could have forgotten section. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, were very kind and helpful. Loved the strawberry kiwi water.

I was visiting for a birthday celebration at the nearby Treehouse Vineyards. The staff was welcoming. The breakfast was good. I was glad to learn the facility is pet-friendly. Would recommend.

However this particular stay was not what we have come to expect. Firstly while checking in the desk clerk Shelby left me standing at the desk to take a note to housekeeping because someone called about needing a bulb changed. There was no one in the lobby waiting to be checked in but me..I felt like she could've taken the note AFTER I was checked in. Our room was at the very end of the hall, with not even a handful of cars in the parking lot. Room 328 didn't have a floor lamp so the room was dim, also there were several stains on the ceiling. While I was in the lobby later, a man came to check in and no one was at the desk, he asked me is no one working the desk? I told him I haven't seen any one in the 10 minutes I was there, it took an additional 10 minutes for Shelby to show up to check him in..he wasn't happy. I do not think I will return to this location and I guess its time to find a new favorite hotel

Hotel did not have laundry facilities available. We had to go to the laundromat to wash uniforms for the team. The pool was closed. There was some sort of damage on the third floor wall. The staff was nice and friendly. Hotel was clean despite the conditions.

Loved the cleanliness of our room. Very quiet that night too. But was warned not to leave our utility trailer hooked up to our truck due to possible break ins. So left trailer at friends house that night.

The pillows might as well be non existent. The second you lay down on them they flatten to nothing. It was basically like not having a pillow. The ceiling in the room looked like it had leaked recently. The breakfast was pretty good. And the staff was friendly.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The building is showing it's age. A little mildew in the bathroom. That being said, the staff was great. Friendly, cordial, helpful. Yeah, we'll stay there again.

We were startled and she did not explain the reason for opening our door nail my husband went down to the front desk to find out what was going on How did she not know

We were not aware/told about letting the hotel know we were bringing dogs when booking room. Front office seemed agitated about the situation when we were completely unaware/assumed since the hotel was pet friendly, there wouldnt be any issues. Regardless, we are very happy the hotel provides a place for our fur babies!

What I did not like was the room smelled like dog and had dog hair all over the floor. I am slightly allergic to dogs. (Eyes irritation). I requested that they have the room vacuumed and use their air sanitizer. But there was still dog smell and hair on the flood the next day. When I booked the room I did not notice a "pet friendly" statement. If I had I may have booked a room at another hotel. I did not change rooms because I figured any other room would smell also. There was also strong cannabis smoke smell in the hall ways.

The room was very up to date and clean. The ceiling could use an update, as there was obvious damage that had been fixed above, just not the ceiling.

Needless to say, I didn't sleep well due to the circumstances even though the hotel is/was wonderful. Just unfortunate it happened...I'll get a full night's sleep when I get home. This hotel is ALWAYS wonderful, just wasn't my best stay.....

When we got a first room it was old smelly and dirty. They give us another room it was fine except the toilet water pressure was really low, also the rooms are really small compared to other hotels we stayed before.

First I want to give kudos and hugs to Makayla who checked me and my sister in really late and she was having a day (system shut downs and etc) but she was still very nice and calmly handled the situation. We were in town for my cousins 16th Bday Party had a great time . Thanks Kayla, Lisa (she checked us out) and the Ladies that run Breakfast you were Great

The staff were very polite and helpful, the hotel was clean and inviting. Only negatives were that the pool was not cleaned/very dirty, which was a disappointment as we were looking forward to that amenity. Ice Machine on our floor was broken and the elevator closest to our room was broken, good thing we were only on the 2nd floor or having to drag our suitcases down would not have been fun from a higher floor. All in all, not bad, would stay again.
