Check in was fast and simple. Friendly staff would absolutely stay again

Arrived to be informed I was upgraded to a suite. However I requested a King bed and ended up with two full size beds *advertised as Queens. Room was cleaned but I would have liked a notice and an option to decline the upgrade.

The location was great, very close to many things.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

My first time here. The front desk clerk was an angel. My experience was top notch. I will definitely stay again.

We did make it for breakfast and we were expecting like two bedrooms like a king bed and Queens but all in all we managed two bathrooms would have been nice for 7 people.

Don’t get room 103. Shares a wall with the kitchen and it can be loud.

Due to staffing issues we were not able to check in at 3:00pm. But the two ladies at the front desk kept us informed and were so very kind. We checked in at 4:30pm.

Breakfast was fantastic, parking lot felt safe, not on a main highway so it was quiet, clean rooms, great staff!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Only thing I didn’t like was the VERY small burner they have in the fire pit. It’s a good size fire pit and nice sitting area around it, but it was such a tiny fire.

this hotel is not equipped for 2 people for an extended stay of 5 or more nights. They would only give you 2 towels and 2 washcloths every 3 days, and a full service every 7 days. Bathrooms should be serviced every day without a request. Also, the same breakfast gets old; they need to change it up a bit, I will not stay there again!!

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times because it is close to my son’s house. Staff is always friendly. I’d like to see some variety in the breakfast offerings. Same old stuff. Shower door wouldn't stay closed. But this was not a deal breaker at all. I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the room and the facility itself.

I think after the last 3 years of traveling to Monroe, I have stayed at almost every hotel in Monroe. This is the nicest one. Very clean, everyone was very nice. Decently located. I didn’t eat breakfast but the coffee was good also. So that’s a plus!

That's awful and causes sharp drop in air quality inside , but in this case it was a bit worse than in other hotels we visited.

The handicap spaces were used up , there was a u-haul truck sitting there the whole time didnt move. , there was no room service and didnt have clean towels for the last morning

Unfortunately it rain an entire day on a day if our stay and water got in our room on the 1st floor. We had standing water and one of our suitcases with clothes in them got soaked. We informed the front desk and they treated the situation with no urgency. We informed them at about 5pm and nobody came to check on the situation until 10am the next day. They sent a guy with a carpet cleaner. He was there for less than 5 minutes. We never heard from management about rectifying the situation. We ended up leaving a day early due to the room smelling like mildew, si we were out a night stay as we had a non refundable room. Im assuming this isnt the first time this has happened. Since they did nothing to fix the situation.

The beds in our queen suite seemed smaller than actual queen beds, but I'm used to a king size and everything looks a lot smaller in comparison. They weren't the softest, but they were comfortable! Housekeeping came in the 2nd day for a room refresher and it really blessed me that when they made up the beds, they also folded and arranged our granddaughters' personal blankets, pillows and stuffed animals on the bed they were sleeping on. It was very sweet and I appreciated it so much! Every part of the hotel was clean, the breakfast was sufficient with several choices (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, grits, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, juices, milk, coffee). We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was really nice only thing is there where no towels or trash bags. Which made me feel like maybe the housekeepers had not really finished cleaning the room throughly before our check in. But the lady at the front desk apologized and corrected it.

The room was spacious and clean. Lots of amenities in the room. Plenty of outlets and places to charge devices. Plenty of lights. Temperature was comfortable and easy to control. Bathroom shower was amazing! Lots of counter space.

We stayed 2 nights and found the rooms to be quiet, clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and on-site breakfast was convenient. Free, easy parking was a bonus.

All hotels over priced not just this one. But to go cheaper you take home bedbugs. So this hotel is worth it. But very nice/clean and convenient to area

I liked the location, the friendly staff, the neat and clean facilities. I didn’t like the breakfast. We and our grandkids were looking forward to a hot breakfast. There was no waffle maker, eggs or cinnamon rolls. Microwave sausage biscuits, green bananas and cereal wasn't very appetizing.

Super accommodating, I got in from an overnight flight crazy early and they helped check me in way ahead of time. It made my trip immensely less stressful because I was able to get some sleep ahead of going to a funeral. Thank you so much.

I reserved a non smoking room with king bed. Upon check in our room was a smoking room with double beds and wet swimming trunks in the closet. However, when we went back to the desk we were given the proper room. Although an inconvenient check in experience we enjoyed our new room - very comfortable and clean.

Hotel staff was friendly, lobby and facilities were beyond clean. Room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was a great size and very spacious as well.

I tried you guys instead of my regular hampton inn down the road. Thought it being newer might be a better option. First, there is no sitting chair or small sofa. I either had to lay in bed or sit in the small chair for using at the desk to do my work. Not comfortable to sit in for a long period. There were some small insects in the bathroom. Looked to small to be ants but could be wrong. The breakfast was not what I would expect from this hotel chain. Not impressed and will be going back to Hampton Inn next trip to Monroe NC. Which is often for business.
