The suite was large and comfortable. We were there with extended family. We enjoyed gathering in the dining area and around the pool Excellent accommodations. No complaints.

Surprised with upgrade

I’ve stayed at this Marriott plenty of times and never had an issue until this visit. As a Bonvoy member, I usually receive water or a small welcome gift at check‑in, but this time I wasn’t offered anything.On top of that, the elevator was down for a couple of hours. My room was on the 4th floor, and I had luggage with me, so I had to wait until the front desk called to let me know it was working again. I wasn’t about to carry bags up four flights of stairs.Overall, this stay didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from this location, especially given my loyalty and past positive experiences.

Everything was clean, but the refrigerator had a bad smell, and they should provide body lotion and a toiletries kit including a shower cap, cotton swabs, etc. It's a reputable hotel, and for the price per night, I think they should pay more attention to those details. The room was very nice, and the staff were very friendly and attentive to everyone.

Room was very clean Got there at 3 to check in. Room wasn't ready they told me to come back at 330 and the room still wasn't ready. I came at 4 and the room was not ready still. I ask to speak to a manager she said they had a lot of diamond members with late check outs she apologize. She gave me some points on my marriott account. But i'm still a customer just like the diamond club members are. So i got in my room about 430. Messed up my whole day me and my wife was tired from traveling l!!

They charged me for parking when it was posted in the elevators that they don’t charge for parking. The fan noise in the bathroom was super loud. Couldn’t open the windows they were stuck. The dishes were dirty had to rewash. Didn’t have dish soap in the room.

The staff was nice and breakfast was good The pullout couch one of our party was staying on was rather uncomfortable. I understand its not the main sleeping accommodation in the room and that a pullout wont be as nice as a bed but the mattress was rather thin and appeared well used and could definitely use a replacement

The only downside for me is that the price is a bit too expensive compared to other hotels in the area

Was only 10 minutes away from conference location. Day, one check-in was beautiful. However, once we arrived to our room, there was a strong smell of smoke in our non-smoking room. Went back to the front desk and let them know. There are room, it smelled extremely like smoke and that we had kids that didn't need to continue to smell. It receptionist inform me that there is nothing they can do about what the people before us did in the room and handed me a can of spray. And told me to just spray this in the room. Long story short that didn't work. Overnight the AC stop working. Contacted receptionist at front desk and informed her that IA c was not working in that we were traveling with a toddler and an infant, and informed them that the heat was causing them to be fussy. She inform me that she would send maintenance and she did..... however make this game at 10 AM and he informed us that the AC unit was just frozen, and it would only take him a moment to unthaw it. So I informed him since it was extremely hot that we would leave and come back shortly. My family and I left for about 4 hours, expecting to come back with the AC on, we returned to a pal of screws on the window seal and the entire side wall near the bed. Left uncovered and nothing but wires and the full AC unit exposed. So I called the front desk and ask, how long would it be before maintenance finished? She responded that she didn't know and would call us back. However, she never Call back so I called again, and her first response started with (like I said ) in the rudest way. When maintenance returned. He wasn't able to tell me much due to the fact that he did not speak English. So once again, I had to communicate with the front desk, they told me it would take another hour. 3 hours later, our AC was not fixed. And now we had another guess in the room. When asked, could we move to another room? No answer was given Add more rudeness in return. Due to this process, we now we're on a second day of not having ac.

I had a wonderful stay! We needed a place for 16 nights while waiting for our apartment to be ready, and this was the perfect spot. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful with anything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was tasty, and the laundry room was convenient and easy to use. The area is peaceful—even when guests were using the barbecue and pool, it still felt quiet and relaxed. It’s a very family-friendly and pet-friendly place, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Overall a good stay, room was comfortable, breakfast was great, the cleanliness wasn’t 100% up to my standards and had to ask around a couple of extra times for dish soap and extra towels and too much smoking by the pool, all types of smoking. Made it hard to breathe comfortably and enjoy it.

The pillows smell horrible. we are no longer in Covid times why are the hotels only doing light cleaning (only empty the trash or if you lucky they change the bed linens). The front office staffs were very nice and courteous.

I understand that issues can arise, but offering a plunger instead of sending someone to address the problem professionally felt like a poor response to the situation. While the rest of the stay was fine, this plumbing issue and the lack of proper assistance definitely left a bad impression. I hope the hotel takes steps to ensure such situations are handled more appropriately in the future.

The staff was pleasant, and the location was ideal. Upon entering the hotel room, there was am unusual smell. The trees outside needed trimming as the branches brushed against the window and created rattling noises. Additionally, there were loud noises from another hotel guest with small children at 3:00 AM. The bathroom vent also made a significant amount of noise when in use. Overall, the hotel felt noisier than usual. Also, the hotel elevator could use some cleaning and maintenance.

The hotel was fine, nothing spectacular. We checked in which was quick and the clerk was friendly. Parking lot is convenient and close and the room was clean and big. I did think the whole hotel had a smell to it like people used to smoke in it. A fire alarm was pulled at exactly 4am which woke us all up and the guests all went to the parking lot for about 10 minutes. That was a little unnerving but Im sure it wasn’t the hotel staff’s fault. I did notice about five police cars there the next morning so hopefully they caught whomever did it.

It was ok. There was a dirty plate and fork in the sink, only had decaf coffee. Pillows are horrible. It appeared clean but worried with the dish in the sink if it truly was clean. It is quiet. Close to where I needed to be for work.

The pool is open from sunrise to sunset! which my 5-year-old loved and took FULL advantage of. I forgot my MAC AIR laptop in the pool bathroom and had no idea. when I called the front desk 2 days later, it was there!!! MUCH to my surprise. I was not pleased with my stay at this location. Overall the property was decent. However, our unit lacked hot water and toilet paper and the staff did not seem to interested in resolving these issues efficiently.

Watery eggs, dry-tasteless sausage, and stale bread. The power went out and got stuck in the elevator. I got out quickly, but still, no back-up generator? The water pressure was terrible, meaning there was no water pressure when taking a shower. The location is commercial with no walkable restaurants.

It was clean, liked the full-sized refrigerator in my suite. Could always find parking close to the entrance door. Plenty of space to eat breakfast, or could take back to my room.

I chose to stay here, because looking at the pictures on the website showed a great workstation found in the suite. However, there was no Internet available for my laptop and I could not get work done as planned. this made my trip unnecessarily challenging for my business meeting the next day with building officials.

upon leaving noticed a car that was parked next to me that had all 4 tires removed and the car left on bricks! Apparently during the night someone stole all the tires… Security in parking lot is required!

Went to check in at 4:30 am after my flight deley and no one was there. Had to go to another place. They were fast to charge my card, then had to call to cancel my payment.

I liked that the dining area had books and was very unique. I also liked the layout of the room as well and the fact that it had a kitchen. The breakfast options were good as well. The sofa in the room was too hard and thats the thing i didnt like. Customer service was excellent!
