The hotel is very nice and the staff are great.I highly recommend this hotel to everybody who needs to stay in this area.

This location was fine, one downfall was the phone service and the WiFi wasn’t as helpful.

My room stayed clean. Housekeeping came by everyday to refresh. The front desk lady (dark skinned with an accent, wish I remember her name) and the the short white lady (Hispanic I think, but I also don’t remember her name) really stood out to me. They’re customer service was amazing and they made my stay even better.

Just ok. They have in wall air conditioning units. Mine was broken and l stayed on all night. It was extremely loud and i tried to sleep through it. Finally around 3am that morning I got up and went to the front desk and demanded a room change. They accommodated me and the new room was fine.

I got charged twice for the room once by Expedia once by Marriott I was checking my card and noticed that I had been charged by Marriott went downstairs was told they don’t accept Expedia. Then they came back and told me they have to refund my money. It could take 10 days or more.

The breakfast was a little expensive. And they didn't have exactly what I wanted for the price. So I did not eat The room was a little smaller than what I would usually get. For that price, free breakfast . I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff. The stay was good. I did not have to wait for a room. Just parking at night is a lot tight. And in finding parking is bad.

The location was great for me, the balcony room (when I managed to get it) was great. There was one staff at the reception who was amazing and kind, Margie, everyone should learn from her. For short stay or overnight stay the hotel is good. Initially I was shocked at how minimal the hotel was, but was then told that the hotel is specific for those staying overnight or coming for a meeting or such. The staff at the reception are very unprofessional and do not treat guests as guests, that is when you find them, most of the time they don't pick up the phone or promise to call back and don't. Their attitude is very insulting.

Not much The staff considering their maids stole jewelry and shoes from my mother while we were staying, which would have never happened if they actually gave you a safe in your room like most quality hotels do. Will never recommend courtyard mariotts to anyone ever again.

The hotel overall was great, however the electricity turned off a few times during. This mattered needs to be rectified asap. Why is the generator not kicking in automatically. Never had an experience like this in a HOTEL in ALL my life.

I did not have breakfast, but I went to get a cup of coffee. The lady could not get my coffee order right so I had to go to Starbucks couple blocks to get a cup of coffee. They had coffee station in the room, but the coffee machine was so dirty. The location was great because it was in a spot where a lot of stores and pharmacies and a lot of attractions. I did not like the room that I got the pillows were dirty dribble stains on them Fikret smoking burn on the pillows the room smell like feet. The bathroom was old paint were peeling off of the tub outside was dirty. The carpet outside was not invited at all the Service of the receptionist, and the staff wasn’t friendly. I think they didn’t care. That’s my opinion the way they treated me.

There’s not a hot tub and there was a man in the lobby the one day that smelled horrible. We think maybe he was homeless. On one hand I respect the hotel allowing him to come inside, it’s very hot there. But he was sitting on the furniture.

Location, and good rooms I didn't like the attention, the night I arrived even though I had already paid for my stay by booking, at the hotel they charged me the amount again, and today 2 days after the checkout I don't have the amount returned on my credit card, for me a terrible mistake because that out of all the plans

Our stay was great! We were able to still check in pass the alloted time but we called ahead first. The facilities were great. Room was clean and tidy, everything worked well and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the iron amd ironing board, closet with hangers etc.

1.5 mile walk to great outdoors mall with lots of shopping/dining/breakfast options, all sidewalk one street crossing. Less than 1/2 mile to anything you need. The hotel was nice and clean. The staffs are friendly. I wish it wasn’t cold so we could’ve got in the nice looking pool and jacuzzi. I just wouldn’t book this hotel again. My family and I were talking and enjoying ourselves and I guess grumpy people in the rooms next to us called front desk and complained because they were trying to sleep. The hotel walls aren’t sound proof so any noise you’ll be able to hear everything. When front desk called we turned down the tv and started speaking lower. The front desk woman came to our door to repeat herself. I told her we apologize and will keep it down. She still added at the end if she has to come again she will call the police . We felt that was so extreme and uncalled for. It’s not like we were fighting and causing a scene. Then I went downstairs to get a parking pass and soon as I gave the front desk man my room number he said “Oh the loud room” that was so unnecessary and wasn’t funny at all. Spent all that money for the weekend just for us to have to whisper and can’t let the kids enjoy and be themselves because we were afraid to be kicked out and police get called on us. Never experienced nothing like this at a hotel.

The property was very nice to our amazement and quiet , the room was quite restful and the king size bed just made it that much more so . The cleaners were cordial and once we posted our do not disturb sgn on the door we were never disturbed . A place that a second and third visit is very much in the future

The property is quite nice. Rooms are comfortable. There is no breakfast option for $5 as advertised and the in-house coffee provider serves old/stale coffee in the morning. Speaking English was a struggle for the server also. Better to drive to the Starbucks 2 minutes away and get better options. I also suggest all the staff be able to speak English
