Best experience ever! Room was clean. Always has towels soap and everything we need. Bed comfortable and clean. Staff really friendly and happy to help. We had to extend another extra night and there no issues at all. Definitely will stay here again. Pillows are pretty little but no big deal.

I have 2 service dogs and the man working the front desk charged me for them. Despite me offering to show documentation. This was not the experience I needed after the horrible day I was having. The place is not in very good shape and doesn't match the photos. The place was grimey and did not feel sanitary. For being a Wyndham you would think they would update their furniture. My room was a non- smoking room and smelled so bad of cigarettes. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is the manager this morning gave me a refund for the pet fees and confirmed that it is not legal for them to charge a fee for service animals. The bed cover, chairs, and floor was filthy. I had to fill the bathtub and rinse before i could use. So glad i did with all of the hair and floaties that came out lf the jets. My feet were black after walking on the floor. Hopefully this review inspires some change.

Paid a premium of $300 for the night at this budget property due to a lack of available and reasonable accommodation with peak occupancy in Tallahassee for college move outs on this date. Housekeeping / management / ownership / the brands attention to detail is severely lacking at this property. Pulled out the desk chair to find it horribly stained and marked, wouldn’t sit on it, shower curtain needed replacing it was visibly dirty and brown at the bottom, I showered without the curtain, went to use the hairdryer and never seen such a filthy hairdryer in a hotel. The phone was visibly filthy. shocking. Although there was an upgrade with new lamp shades still wrapped in plastic in the room, it was unhygienic.

If you are looking for a clean place to stay this is not it. The room stinks, there was trash from the previous guest in the dresser, the microwave was filthy, and the bathroom had bloody dried boogers on the wall and build up on the floor. There was thick layers of dust on every fixture. For breakfast I went down and was making waffles and noticed a disgusting plethora of cobwebs in the lobby. At check in I had a dog that was going to be staying with me and they went to charge me $20 for the pet fee which was fine, but rather than jus the pet fee she tried to charge me for the whole stay even though I had paid through Expedia. The staff was kind of rude and the one I said good morning to in the lobby during breakfast didn’t even acknowledge me. I am disappointed and disgusted. I do not recommend staying here.

Everything was good but it has doors to outside and I’m older and don’t really feel comfortable with that.

Everything else was just super average - nothing particularly noteworthy for an along the freeway hotel. I know you get what you pay for, and this was not an expensive room really - but In my opinion this room was not worth what we paid for it.

Can’t beat the value, great staff, clean rooms. No bugs or infestation. Everything in the room works. Several appliances. Bed is fairly comfortable to sleep in. Pillows were miniature and almost nonexistent, but they did the job. Appliances were older and noisy, including air conditioner. Older motel building occasionally settled and creaked. Walls are seemly paper thin.

Room was basic. Nothing special. Breakfast was comical, the spicy bean burritos really set it off, oh and the little Debbie pecan wheels. Smh

The room was not clean. The floor was so dirty my feet were actually black after walking from the bathroom to the bed after a shower. Tge trim and doorsxwere not any better, filthy. The room smelled of urine, I found that the smell came from the ac/heater unit so I turned it off. If it weren't so late and we weren't so tired, I would have demanded my money back and gone someplace else. Then, to top it off, there was a cockroach crawling on the wall the next morning.

We found the facility needing exterior trim repair and general up keep. The facility had many construction workers who were up early and it appeared that the staff didn’t feel the need to restock even when asked. The bfast was spartan to say the least.

The door looked like a Panthers was trying to get in. The phone had stuff all over the top of it. Shower was horrible, shampoo was so old it turned into a solid jello. If we wouldn’t have been exhausted we would have left and just drove home 6 more hours. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Breakfast was trash. Just all around BAD.

The photos from the website must have been from another hotel because it certainly didn’t look like the room I stayed in. The room was dingy and needed extensive repair to the walls and painted. The bed was fairly comfy Booked last minute and was slightly disappointed. We got to our room and as soon as we opened the door there was a musty smell. The room also was not very clean- there was a very thick layer of dust on everything and the floors were kinda dirty

We were in Mobile Alabama the night before & our beloved cat just began wailing in pain so we rushed him to the vet where they asked us to leave him for a couple of days but since we were moving to Florida and needed to get in for a new position we could leave him & being it was 6 am, we called this location to ask about an early check in due to the medical emergency. The man on the phone sounded irritated but said after 12 pm we could check in. We headed to this location after driving 5 hours and getting zero sleep that night due to our poor baby screaming in pain. I got out & went to check in & immediately was met by Rad, an indian man who looked really annoyed and angr "Hi my husband called earlier about our emergency..." before I could speak he interrupted saying, "I told him you cant check in until after 2!" I was shocked bc thats not what was said on the call prior to leaving Alabama. I said, "No, you said 12, not 2." He said, "No! I said 2 pm, my maids can not get the room you requested ready!" I said, "we will take any room that is available, I have to get my cat out of the car & comfortable as he is in a lot of pain." He said, "You have a cat!? No way, we dont allow cats only dogs!" It said, "pet friendly" not "dog friendly only" so again I was shocked, exhausted & disheartened. I turned to go outside to relay the news to my husband and Rad yelled saying, "This is non refundable!" I said, "I will be disputing with my cc company. The worst experience we have ever had!

Very frustrating and rude. I explained I already paid through site, then she proceeded on with booking. WiFi weak signal movies blanking out, pillows were dirty and had to be exchanged at front desk, soaps were old and mismatched, breakfast had no hot food except for waffles. I guess we will ask before we book, since it seems these Wyndham hotel chains are not consistent. Also had to ask for laundry bag and standard coffee pot. Not very relaxing at this location, too much frustration when you are just trying to recoup and relax on vacation.

The area is sketchy although safe. We had no issues overall. The property is dated. If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head it’s not bad. We were in town for family weekend at FSU and the price was right. Bed’s were comfortable although our pillows were weird. They weren’t the normal pillows more like couch pillows. All this being said I would stay again if I had to.

I have never written a bad review in my life, but when the floors are dirty to the point they would ruin a pair of white socks, it’s worth mentioning. Along with that, the no smoking room smelt like smoke, bed sheets had holes, and nothing seemed clean in general. Tried to upload a video to show the quick 5 second, gentle wipe of the floor that turned a tissue black, but it wouldn’t let me. (I was able to put some before and after photos along with other photos) also, I have since found some old reviews mentioning the same things and it still hasn’t been fixed. How this place is over a 7 out of 10 is mind boggling.

There was a man training a woman upon our check in. She didn’t understand a portion of the check in process and he was very rude and condescending to her. Stated he had told her t entry times. Don’t care if he told her 20 million times. I should not have been witness to that and he should have more respect for her.

I feel like the hotel had potential the pictures online were definitely misleading, the room did have a smell of mold and we did find some by the beds. I wouldn’t come back but the staff was nice. As a woman I definitely wouldn’t come here at night as it’s a bit shady and the residents are not welcoming.

When I complained and asked for a different room they said that they did not have one. I am partially handicapped so I stayed where I was. At midnight the people, who had an adjoining door to me brought there party inside and yelled and played music the rest of the night. There was no phone in the room so I could not call any one.

The room smell was awful. The bedding dirty with an odor. Burned holes in the sheets. The shower tub was filty. The door to the bathroom did not close. The door to the room had been kicked in so no seal. Spiderwebs all over the balcony as if no one ever cleans there. Gave us room keys in a flithy sleeve at check in. Overall not a room worth more than $50 and that is a generous number.

Found a bag of old burritos in my room so not sure how the overall cleanliness was. Ir was a late might unplanned stop and only there to sleep and freshen up then back on the road.

They advertise as pet friendly with no specific details mentioned, upon check in I was initially denied as they do not allow cats and have a 2 “pet” minimum, after being told to contact Expedia for a refund and I explained the hotels policy is no refunds per the hotel’s refund policy via Expedia, so Expedia cannot refund, along with another guest checking in, agreeing with me that they should specify what actual pets they accept and the limit. I contacted Expedia as advised by the front desk but the manager called back up to the front desk and said they would fulfill the reservation

I stopped in for the breakfast which consisted of coffee, tea, juice, 2 cereal options, toast, muffins, yogurt, and fresh made waffles. The staff was very nice and helpful. My daughter used the fitness room and thought it was great. My kids and I had a very nice stay and would recommend.

Bring extra towels. We asked housekeeping twice for towels and never received them.

We had to go buy bath towels and washcloths to meet our needs for 3 days. We also had to buy toilet paper. We could t walk barefoot in the room without getting black feet. I assume the diet from the parking lot is an issue, so I'm glad the room has vinyl floors instead of carpet, and I do realize some things can't be fixed. All the staff were very friendly, and our room, being in the ground floor, was easily accessible for us old folks. I do think the hotel should keep a sufficient supply of towels and washcloths to meet the needs of the guests without having to wait all day for the soiled towels and washcloths to be washed and dried.

The price was excellent I paid $202 for 3 days and 2 nights!

Check in was easy and quick. Room was fairly clean and recently renovated. Very sketchy place. Neighbors were loud until about 2:00am.

Bare bones. There are no hallways. You enter from outside so it is noisy from other guests and traffic. The free breakfast does not offer much and the space available to eat just has a few tables. You can take coffee back to your room but no food. If you want food for your room they make you pay for it!! My husband paid for my yogurt!!! I cannot understand why a company like Wyndham feels ok about putting their name on this facility. Happy to leave today.

The rooms were clean, geat water pressure, nice landscaping. Also, easy access to I-10.

We got a jetted tub room and I will say the jets seemed clean. When turned on nothing came out of them. The sheets seemed clean but dingy and had some tears in them. It was dusty behind the bed and the bed skirt looked dirty. No bugs to be seen though. Nothing around to eat except a Dennys attached to a gas station.

Coffee makers not in the rooms. Asked about it. We we not offered one but told Wyndham stated as optional. When booking stated was in all rooms.

The place was fine. Location is good, everything fine. Just my misfortune to be under a room of loud inconsiderate people.

The floor boards in the bathr oomwere not clean. There was a PVC pipe in place of a railing in the shower. The inside or the door had significant peeling paint.

The location would have been perfect. We asked for a room with a Jacuzzi. Upon entering the room, we encountered a pronounced moldy odor. The manager did give us room spray but it would have been better if they sprayed the room before allowing us to fumigate. We eventually reduce the odor was sourced from the air conditioning system. Maybe filter needs to be changed? Then the Jacuzzi jets were blackened and we decided not to use it. Finally, we found hair in the Jacuzzi. This seemed to be an example of not paying attention to detail. All other things were pretty good but the things that weren't ruined the experience.

It's straight room had a slight odor but other than that it's my go to motel spot

My mother and I stayed with our two service animals. We had a good stay, however I didn't give five stars because the towels and rags need to be updated. I highly recommend staying here, it’s 14 minutes away from downtown Tallahassee and basically not far from everything.

The property was dirty, had a very strong musty odor, greasy handprints on headboards and mirror, multiple bugs in the room including cockroaches. Extremely limited breakfast options and customer service seemed like we were more of an inconvenience than anything. The exterior of the building looks pretty good, nice parking lot and easy access to and from the interstate. I would suggest sleeping somewhere else due to the cleanliness and bugs in the room.

..TV channels seems to be a little limited for the money.

Decent place to stay for the night while passing through. The room had an odd smell but all in all was comfortable and clean. For the money it was exactly what I needed.

There was nothing offered that my wife and I could drink. My wife is lactose intolerant so cannot drink regular milk, and that was all that was available. I do not drink caffeinated beverages, I drink decaf, which was not offered. The bread was white which is carcinogenic, no healthy bread was available. We decided to skip it and went to the Dennys across the highway and spent $40 on a more suitable breakfast.

This would not been my first chioce for a vacation, but for a overnight stop or in my case and emergency it was fine. Breakfast wasn't much and its not close to mich about 7 miles for a restaurant. Waffle house and subway is about your only option close. Beds were comfortable, and the room was almost scilent even with folks laughing and talking outside. The front desk people were very friendly and accomidating, also pet friendly.

The room was musty. It just did not smell right and that make everything bad for me.

Overall it was okay at best, the employees were friendly, the room was decent. Even the breakfast was pretty good, but I would've given the cleanliness of the room a better rating but there was a used condom in our room.

Our bed was ok, but rolled down on the sides. The pullout sofa is way too small for an adult, and was uncomfortable. The staff all but made up for everything, they were extremely c courteous and helpful.

I have stayed at this location a numerous amount of times. The staff and customer service are always friendly, easy check-in process, accessible parking, and convenient location. However, the cleanliness of the rooms has gown down each time I go. I only book the jetted tub rooms so I’ve been to those rooms several times and the smell gets worser and the maintenance of the room is getting worse. I know consumers are the main cause of the rooms losing its beauty/cleanliness but as a repeated consumer myself, I see the change over the years. However, everything else is fine.

Staff was rude. Hotel was supposedly pet friendly but they have additional fees taped to the window when you check in that are not listed on Expedia. Mr. Patel called me while I was in a meeting to tell me my dog was barking for 30 mins this was around the time maids clean so I’m sure it was because she heard them opening and closing doors etc. Their card machine was down at check in and I felt harassed by the staff my entire stay to pay the additional fees for a pet! I was there for work and didn’t have the energy some days to walk to the front desk or remember there was an extra $90 they demanded! they called my cellphone everyday, the room phone at night, knocked on the door then refused to give my son clean towels and tissue until the balance was paid in full. I sent my son to the front desk with his card to pay $70 and told him I would bring the rest on my arrival they refused and did not give him towels nor tissue! The TV stopped working and the front desk agent couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Room was noisy from the 18 wheelers as well as the air conditioners drip pans sounding like they were being flushed every few hours. Restaurants were about a 3/5 minute drive away. Definitely felt safe because the 9 police and K-9 units were in front of the prop almost every day!

Check in was quick and easy, hotel had alot of workers that were outside playing music.

It was a great plave to stay in the area after my wife had a baby at the Birth Cottage as we were from a different state. Great access to Tallahassee and stores.

The first room I was given smelled musty and I asked for another. Staff was great and gave me another room. It wasn't much better. Everything felt damp and after hanging my clothes up, they were damp the next morning. Towels were dingy and the bath mat had holes in it. The toilet tissue holder and the metal on the lamps in the room was rusted. Honestly, the whole thing needs a refresh. Staff was great...room was sub par. The food truck was excellent

The blanket on the bed was like burlap it was rough and stiff. Not sure where they came from. But overall, it really wasn’t bad for the price.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location.Also it was quiet and had a large gas station across the road with a restaurant also. Was very pleasant stay and would stay again.

They are indeed listed in several web sites as being cat friendly as well. But they are not accepting cats. Dogs only. I found the experience annoying at best.
