    There were several conventions in the city and there simply wasn't a place available for me to stay, so I made the reservation two weeks in advance. I had to walk with suitcases on the street in a city where I don't know anyone, at the risk of being robbed, walking from hotel to hotel looking for an available place. I called your customer service, they called the hotel and the only thing they did is (cancel my reservation for free) and unfortunately I had no solution. Tired of walking, I had to sleep on the couch at the reception of another hotel, uncomfortable and without privacy because there was a room that would be available the next morning. It was the worst experience booking accommodation with the Booking.com I DIDN'T LIKE THE EXPERIENCE.

    Cleaning staff need to be more thorough , the rooms need to be inspected often due to tank behind toilet not filling and some tiles in one of the rooms restroom coming unstuck especially it being a handicap room.!

    Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Room was clean and AC was extremely cold....perfect for the humid 99+ degree weather we were having. Did notice the room was missing the smoke detector and under closer observation, the wall where the smoke detector should have been mounted was chard as if the wires caught on fire.I did bring it to the attention of the front desk personnel.

    Our room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub for a little while even though it was almost time to close, the AC worked really good and the shower was very nice and warm. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We always like to stay there.

The latch to the room looked like someone tried to break in, the door to the bathroom was missing a hinge so it caught on the floor everytime. The pool and hot tub are the same temperature, which was cool, not cold and far from hot.

    I booked at that property because my son had a football tournament over the weekend. We arrived on Friday check in was easy. I had to put a $50 deposit down which was disclosed before I got there. No problem we were booked until Sunday check out. unfortunately, Saturday evening I was admitted into the Midland Memorial Hospital to have emergency surgery, which was out of my control. I was unable to drive the seven hours back to home without having surgery. I booked a room with two queen beds my daughter who is 20 son-in-law 21 and son who is 14 and myself we’re staying in the room. From my hospital room in pain I called the property to extend my stay until Monday because my sisters were driving into town so one of them could take the kids home on the seven hour trip. At this point, the property advised me that I had to rebook on Booking.com for the Sunday night and that I would not be charged another deposit as I had already paid the $50 deposit. I booked the room. I’m Booking.com called the property back. Let them know that we wanted to stay in the same room to 216 they said no problem. and my 20 year-old daughter went down to the desk and had the keys reactivated so we could check out Monday. Sunday night I let the kids order pizza and it was delivered to the lobby. My daughter and son-in-law went down and picked it up and went back to the room. Monday, my sisters were helping get the room cleared out and get the kids loaded up when the front desk manager went up to the room, made my children go down to the lobby. Accuse them of stealing somebody else’s order for pizza and not paying for the room. instead of the property calling me as the reservations were both booked and payed for by me they continued to call my kids liars and thieves. luckily another football mom was their checking out an managed to resolve the situation. after all that they did charge my card without authorization a second deposit. Terrible management, awful customer service and will not be booking with them in any state in future travels

    Pics were definitely deceiving. It is an older hotel that could use some work. I overheard the front desk worker complaining about how “there are a bunch of kids staying here right now, so it’s really loud.” To someone checking in (who told her after the fact that they had kids in the car). They have a restaurant and bar, but it’s completely separate and you can’t take food or drinks in annd out. Did the job for one night but won’t stay again.

    Brenda was talking badly bout customers in front them saying one the room at 3 we had was destroyed because we complaint or her saying she was going room to bring clean towels and trash she never came or never sent anyone but some kid that said only picking up sheet but never brought us back any and they all left for the day we had to get cleaning supplies trash bags and buy new towels they had already charged us for the 4 days and when we tried get a refund stay somewhere else on second day they said the were solely operated there was nobody to complain to but some staff don't stay at this hotel at all

My cousin was told that he did not have a room at this hotel and the clerk sent him to a different Wyndham hotel. My cousin was sent back to this hotel and the clerk found his room. This is unacceptable. My cousin should get a partial refund for this room. He didn’t get any sleep. Had the room for only 4-5 hours before he had to attend his father’s funeral. And the breakfast was horrible!

    The night staff sucked. The man there at knight refused to make any coffee and did not have your 24 hour coffee service only because he was lazy and refused to do anything. Either needs to be retrained or find another job in the hotel. I had to get dressed and 18° weather and go to a local store to get coffee hot coffee at 4:30 in the morning because he refused to do his job. Unacceptable. The staff when we checked in was outstanding don’t know what this guy’s problem was but you need to investigate this. Room conditions are very worn out. Was not at the level of even a motel six as far as the condition of the room. Yes it had to sit in couch. The bed was semi comfortable, but the condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable

    They were going to charge me $100 to have my tiny dog in the room. A terrier-Chihuahua mix. Obviously an animal they will destroy a hotel room. The attendant declined to charge me the extra $100 but only because I told him it was highway robbery Aside from that, the place was okay.

    Staff was polite and kind. Room toilet didnt flush when i asked about joining rooms, since we rented 2 rooms i was informed they would be attached when infact they were not. We opted for late check out and were called and told we didnt have late ck out.

    Ocho 80-the steak was so tough that I couldn't chew it and was over cooked. I brought it home and gave it to my dog. Potato and steamed veggies were really good. I will save my $35 for somewhere good. The hotel part was good, the restaurant maybe a 2.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. The “luxury suite” looked like it is still in the last century. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine preparing for takeoff, and the “complimentary breakfast” was a slice of white bread and something pretending to be orange juice. The staff looked as thrilled to be there as I was — which is saying a lot. I left with more questions than when I arrived — mainly: what did I just pay for? I had to get my door key rekeyed 3 times and each time, some how, it was something I did incorrectly. The manager said that I could check out, but they were going to still charge me. Customer Service is dead, especially at this hotel. This is not a Wyndham Garden hotel. Save yourself, stay somewhere else.

    The walls are paper thin so unless you like hearing your neighbors' TVs and normal conversations, I wouldn't stay here. And if you think calling the front desk on the room phone AND your cell phone to ask for assistance will help, it won't because the front desk doesnt answer the phones. I won't be back.

    Stay was very good. I had to look through a lot of reviews before I picked the Wyndham hotel. Midland hotels seem to have a lot of issues in their reviews. My brother stayed at a supposedly nicer hotel than this and was very disappointed. For this hotel it was clean, the rooms were large, it came with a microwave refrigerator and coffee pot (sorta), and the bathroom was clean although rather small. They seem to keep the place up the best they can and all in all it was pretty nice. Price compared to what I got was very good. I say sorta on the coffee pot because I could not get it to work, however I did take it down to the front desk and they took care of it and even made me a cup of coffee. I did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot say anything there. They did serve a nice breakfast with a lot of choices from waffles to eggs and either bacon or sausage. There was juice and yogurts. Here's the small convenience store located right around the corner about two blocks away. The grounds were all well kept. There is an indoor pool and I did use it but cannot say it was the best pool I've ever been to. If you're staying in Midland it seems like you have to read through the reviews. I did see two elevators, one was out of service the other one worked. There was a nice maker also and it seemed to be working all the time. Very happy with the stay, room was clean bed was comfortable and it fit the bill for a couple nights.

    You did not place me in the correct room. You placed me in an handicapped room where the shower head was short and didn’t function normally. It spewed water all over the floor because the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to prevent water from overflowing, so I had to step into a wet bath mat. The room appeared to not have been cleaned and occupied in sometime. You guys had a credit on my account which was correct then fully charged me after I cancelled and left the following morning. This was a terrible experience for me

    Was disappointed my room did not get cleaned after I left for day and when returned and saw this was like let me go down desk and at least get clean towels and desk personal not only didn’t acknowledge me as I stood at desk 5 plus minutes while we ok phone when he did get off phone said all he had to offer me was 1 large dry off towel. Customer service needs improvement as well as why my room was not cleaned.

    Key didn't work after I used it 10 minutes prior. One elevator didn't work at all and I got stuck in the other one. Whole place smelled like diesel and oilfield. Paid for 3 nights didn't stay any of those. Checked right back out lost my money and had to pay for another 3 nights at a different hotel.

    Pool and hot tub water was stagnant. Coffee maker in room did not work,after notifying the front desk I was told to give her about 15 minites and she would get a replacement,after waiting an hour, it never came. Elevator would stick on the 2nd floor, after pushing the button several times ot would finally open.

    The hotel was out of towels on Saturday. They came on Friday collected all of the towels, Saturday at 8 am requested towels my hisband took a shower and no towel to dry off with. No towels by 2 pm!!! Mentioned this to the frint desk lady i was told...there is a tournament this weekend (what does that have to do with us that no towels available). Also told, well ma'am we are out of towels because everyone wants to take a shower. Really!!!! West Texas with 30 mph winds, sand, dust and whatever else is in the air peps need a shower hourly!!!???

    The Internet did not work the whole entire time the manager Kaci was extremely rude. The pool did not work the whole entire time the linens when changing in our bed were filthy. They were having an attitude when I requested them to be changed only to get dirty ones again the ice machine did not work it was just not a pleasant stay just be aware.definitely wasn’t worth my money

    We were checked into the incorrect room type. The room was smelly with no towels. The front desk staff promptly fixed the room type issue and we were moved to a much cleaner room. However we had to ask repeatedly for towels each day and no towels were ever available at the pool. The pool was closed most of our stay which was the reason for booking.

    The room was so small for a double. Very dirty inside room, our hallway smelled like Marijuana other hallway smelled like rotted stuff & mildew the photos on website looked very nice but in person totally opposite except main entrance area & pool once you start down hallway to rooms the disgust begins also elevator not work other elevator kept opening & closing while we were inside of it but staff members were nice at least checked out not long after checking in went to another hotel

    This hotel is nice enough for the price. I always, for some reason, have some random towel that looks like a maintenance towel left somewhere in the room when I check in. Weird, but I just leave it. Also, the bedding needs desperately to be updated, specifically, the pillows. Each time I go, they're so lumpy and uncomfortable. I stay here most visits to Midland and the front desk people are always friendly and helpful, if needed. The music in the restaurant is pretty loud, but not an issue once in the room.

    I have stayed at this hotel fairly regularly and it gotten progressively worse every time. This last stay, there was no hot water and I tried calling the front desk from the room and my cell phone for 15-20 minutes with no answer. I will not be back until I am assured that I will not have these issues again.

    I made online reservations for a PET room. When I checked in on the day of arrival, there was a paper hanging in the back of the check-in area saying that there was a NON-REFUNDABLE PET CHARGE OF $100.00 AS OF JAN 1, 2024! Nothing online told us this! Our Room was $172 for one night PLUS the $100 FEE for our Medium Dog! I made a claim, but they never responded! I asked for a receipt for the $100 charge, but they never sent it. BE VERY AWARE of how this place works, they seem not to like to do business with normal travelers because most of the people staying there are Oil Field workers who stay for extended times. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and never had a charge like this. I contacted the main chain and they were unaware of the large fee but said it was up to the site of the Hotel to determine it.

    I've stayed here multiple times and have never run into so many issues. When I arrived I noticed a maintenance towel hanging on the closet door handle, but didn't think much of it at first. At 1am when I was going to bathe, I realized the room had no hot water. I assume they'd been working on it and never finished fixing it. I changed rooms not long after that. When I went to bed right after. the a/c unit would make a loud rattling noise when it turned on, so I got zero sleep that night. But there was hot water. The next day, I changed rooms again. When I went to bed, the pillows - ALL 4 OF THEM - we rock hard. I wasn't able to get sleep on these and got a neck and headache. When I got up in the morning to bathe, again, NO HOT WATER. Y'all, I don't know what's going on here, but you need to get it together! There was construction on site, but hot water is a major thing. Maybe update the pillows as well! I don't know if I'll be able to stay here again. The front desk staff was friendly and didn't fuss when I wanted to move, but the stay was just not good.

    The water did not get warm for my shower the first night, but the second night I realized that you have to let it warm up for about 15 mins. The hotel staff kindly allowed me to switch rooms with ease when I told them I was uncomfortable being toward the back door instead of close to the front.
