Absolutely NOTHING! Horrendous smell right when you walk in! Walked into the room and notice a roach in the bathroom. Bath tub is very unclean, still had a bar a soap from last user. Whole place smelt like onions, don’t even dare to enter the elevator! Almost threw up because of the smell!

Location Found long black hair on towel and on sheets. (I’m bald, my wife is blonde) Only had two small pillows. Shower head had no place to hang. No coffee in room nor down stairs.

The safety was bad, the inner door didnt lock, the T.V. didn'twork at all... Other than that, all Woodbridge Spring stays where excellent..... Nothing...... In general the hotel was ok and the staff was great. Just could not get over the German roaches in the 1st room they put us. But found a couple in the second that put us.

My guys stayed there for over a week, they finished one night early than they were supposed to and they didn’t want to refund that last night. Expedia should not have this properties on their listings

The pictures are misleading! Housekeeping is terrible… if you don’t request to have your room cleaned/bedding changed/clean towels & washcloths, they will not do their job. There is a huge roach problem; the beds are not comfortable, and the carpet was sticky/stained. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

For what it is this place is ok. It was clean but obviously old and needs some help. Bed was comfortable and I got a good night sleep. My only issue was the 1 little critter I saw climbing the wall in the bathroom but that’s it. You do get what you pay for though.

Hotel was not what we expected. Needs to be cleaned thoroughly and upgraded. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room but were told that there were none available, even though we had made a reservation.

So they make a copy of your ID which I hate. To top that off when I check out I ask for it back and I see the clerk go a multiple file cabinets and pull out large stacks of papers which I could only assume are copies of peoples IDs. Not good. No do not disturb sign in the room so at 0800 they start beating and yelling at my door. As I was leaving I questioned why there was no do not disturb sign and was told because they were an extended stay facility and I should have called them to extend but check out us 11. Her response let me call cooperate and get that changed for you. The bed was comfortable and linens/towels clean. However, the floors in the room needed better mopping and had several uneven spots. Our shower pressure was low and tub drained quite slowly. Despite being a long range hotel, there was no silverware, pots, pans, or even paper towels. We had to leave to get these to eat.

There is nothing like being woke up several hours before check out to ask you if you are checking out. First was a knock on the door waking me up from a dead sleep. I told the kid I would leave at checkout time. That was not enough he knocked again with same question. Then 15 mins later the hotel manager calls at 730 AM when checkout is at 11 asking if I was checking out. Not sure of their processes but it would only make sense to me that I would leave after my rent was up. Then at check out the manager was very rude and dismissive when I tried to discuss the issues I encountered. Oh wait I forgot about the ants all in the kitchen cabinets and the toilet that ran all night unless you jiggled the handle. I know I should not expect much from a cheap hotel but I would like to be able to sleep during the time I have paid for. I’m going to give this place a huge thumbs down.

Super basic hotel - uncomfortable bed and cheap furniture. The clientele is kinda scary and a homeless-looking man followed my daughter and I to the room. Even my husband locked it all from the inside and put a chair up to secure the door. The location is good, but it is nothing I would stay at again.

Only entry door not broken was thru front lobby. Was narrow and hot because maybe you don't want to waste money conditioning common areas. Put us in a smoking room when I expressly asked for non and the whole 3rd floor smelled horrible. Lots of people had their medical marijuana cards there too I guess. They showed a check in window like area, that was closed or lowered, so I proceeded to lift the phone device that was in the lobby, pretend area, and it rang for a while and no one picked up. Terrible experience. I got my stuff and went to look for another hotel that was normal. There was no check in clerk at the hotel as any hotel would have had.

Easy booking and we booked off expedia last minute after our orginal stay got extended. We check in about 1am and still received good customer services. Even called back downstairs for bandaide and was assisted. Smoking room was clean and was a nice room for your buck.

I reserved the room for a business stay for two nights. I checked in and immediately realized the internet was so poor, I couldn’t log into my accts online. The room needed some repairs and then the towels were not clean (had hairs on one). I decided to go to another hotel instead. I was told that I would not be refunded for either of the nights, even though I did not stay there. This might be an isolated incident, but the front desk should have worked with me to at least refund the second nights stay (that I never used).

I was not impressed but to be honest it was during the worst snow storm Texas has seen and the power was out. Didn’t come back on for hours. Not the hotels fault but even if it was a normal visit I don’t think I would have enjoyed my visit.

Tried to check into this hotel during posted hours. No one was there to check me in, the roll up door covering the check in window was closed and locked and no one answered the phone. It was about 8pm. I spent 30 minutes sitting in the car waiting on Expedia to help. They also could not contact anyone in the hotel so I had to find a new place to stay at the last minute.

When i booked my room on hotels. Com they told me 59.00 i got there to check in and the girl charged me 69.00 even when I pulled up my conformation # she proceeded to tell me that they don't except that. I was not happy at all.
