It’s pretty bad , I mean it’s a place to Lay your head down at night but if your looking for clean this place ain’t it. Room definitely does not get cleaned after use , a quick pick up sure , bed remade wrapped items replaced such as cups and soaps , but sheets and pillows washed not at all. Floors vacuumed not at all , stuff wiped down not at all, you may even be using a previously used towel. So if you’re cool with using stuff someone else has used or used sheets and blankets this place is for you if you don’t like stained sheets or dusty floors choose somewhere else , I promise there’s better cheaper places.

I made one request at check in and was told “No, you should’ve came earlier” They’ll also request a credit card for a ‘hold’ on the room. It’s not a hold. They’ll keep your money. I had issues with them cooperating, I finally had it handled through my credit card company.

**Not a Good Experience** My recent stay at Victorian inn was disappointing. The man at the front desk had zero customer service skills and was completely rude. To make matters worse, he started having his own issues tapping his fingers on the countertop as to say hurry up while I was trying to look up my confirmation code. Additionally, she was watching some kind of creepy satanic video right there in the lobby instead of working. The lobby also smelled like dirty feet and ramen noodles, which was quite unpleasant. This unprofessional behavior made my check-in process frustrating and unpleasant. At the end he just insisted to cancel my reservation and deny me service he told me as I left the door I don't need your business anyway and to that I bid him ado and went down the street and gave the next hlotel my money. Everything

Aside the fact that the place is under renovation/construction , the room offered to us was not satisfactory. The tv did not have a remote control, which didn't matter because it wouldn't come on either way. To begin with, we had to wake the attendant up by knocking on his door after waiting for over 20 minutes. When we informed the attendant of the issues we had with the room , he was not at all helpful and denied to accommodate us with a alternate room. Horrible experience, horrible service

It was a place to sleep on our way to our destination. Not much else. The neighbor was noisy, people outside were talking loudly. The toilet seat had been peed on and we had to clean it before we could use it. The location was too far from where we wanted to see the entertainment that we came to town for.

The ac didn't work, the towels were so old and smelled like cooking oil. The bathroom had NOT been swept or mopped.

The staff was great and the rooms were modern and spacious There were people not staying at the hotel walking back and forth beside the rooms looked like drug addicts. It was very uncomfortable to go out of my room and smoke, and I was uneasy about my car being left alone. The toilet was dirty I had to clean dried urine off the seat which made me wonder how clean everything else was.

Motel is right next to highway so be ready for noisy stay. Price of this property should not exceed $40 a night at maximum

the floor was not vacuumed, all surfaces had weeks of dust buildup on them, and the building was in disrepair, broken and loose floor tile, trim falling off walls, multiple signs of poor craftsmanship, several water stains on the ceiling, and blankets had holes in them.

The lack of effort that the staff made to either catch the mouse in my room or put me in another room.

The staff's lack of concern when I reported a mouse in the room; they provided no help or options whatsoever. I left and drove back to DFW, 350 miles to my home arriving at 12:30 a.m. I am 72 years old.

Our home electricity had went out early that morning. We arrived at the hotel around 7-7:30. The inside of the room was very outdated and smelled. The covers were very thin. Within a few hours the electricity went out at the hotel as well. Went to the office no one was there. I knocked on every door and window no one came.

I asked for a different room because it was freezing cold and she got snotty with me saying other guests didn’t mind. Then I asked for an extra room key and she said how many keys do you think y’all need for one night. Then said how many people are staying in there? I said two, just like the confirmation said. Well to tell you the truth I’m not other guests I’m the one standing in front of you that paid for a room. I was very upset. The fire alarm didn’t have batteries in it. The wall lamps didn’t have lamp shades on them just a light bulb hanging out. One of the lamps had a short in it and flickered on and off until we turned it off. The towels were stained up. I handed bank card and drivers license to front desk clerk with a stern and dissatisfied look. Obviously, I didn't want to stay. Nonetheless I needed to sleep; therefore, accepted a room at the hotel. Being fair and giving the hotel a chance for redemption, I see a total of 4 cockroaches in the room. Not impressed at all. Hotel did not gain my loyalty, wouldn't recommend place. Not friendly, nor trusting of a U.S. Army trained veteran respiratory therapist and TX Tech UHSC ER/ICU registered nurse that offerred good samaritan help to civilians. Not to stereotype, a culture or race, so I won't mention the details. I have been trusted and given better service and trust from similar race and culture in Alpine, TX. The drive to Alpine and back to Midland may have been worth it!!!

The best days of this hotel was about 30 years ago. The hotel has made repairs that are done cheaply and as a result make the place look run down. For example, the bathtub and soap dish in the shower have been repainted. A lot of the paint and finish has come off making the bathtub look dirty even though it was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were replaced daily. The place needs to be updated.

The bathroom sink drained so slow that we had to brush our teeth in the nasty bathtub. The bathtub had pieces of peeling paint in it floating around. It was so nasty that we did not bathe. Please, don't ever spend a dime here.

Most of the people staying there are construction workers who already living there for a while and with the group they drinks , play music loud even at late night. Not a good place to stay.

I had to go back twice to the office because the card keys didn’t work. The sheets were extremely worn and the bottom one wasn’t fitted. The bathtub had very dark spots and was peeling away and I chose not to shower in it. The faucet almost came away from the wall when my dad showered in the 2nd room we had. The pillows were very light with little stuffing. The outside of the hotel appearance is very nice, unfortunately a lot of upgrading needs to be done in the rooms.

i rented this room last minute and in hurry. i planned on staying multiple nights but the condition of the room was so disgusting i left the next morning. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to refund me pre-paid nights i did not stay.

The outside of the property looked ok but the rooms had awe full smell, the towels were stained, rust around the tub, no hot water, cable didn’t work, pillows were paper thin....we will not be staying here ever again.

No coat hangers - front desk said they would bring but never did. No sound insulation at all, bathroom doorframe broken preventing locking, dirty and damaged equipment and grounds. A/C sounds like a jet engine due to lack of maintenance, etc. Very close to rail line. Mostly occupied by oilfield workers with loud pickups that start driving around at 5 a.m.
