The location was great. Everything was very clean! We extended our stay two different times they are absolutely kind and helpful about it. We will definitely stay here again. I wish that they would update their TV system so that you can stream things like Netflix, Hulu, etc. There was only a few TV channels, and they were all boring.

I liked everything about the hotel. The location was excellent. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff was very kind. We will definitely be staying there again. I do not like that it doesn’t’ have a pool. And the Fitness room could use some improvement but overall wonderful stay

Price and cleanliness Breakfast was terrible! The first day I made myself a waffle and the batter was spoiled. The Breakfast items were never refilled, it was always empty. Our stove range kept tripping and the emplyee was annoyed with us for asking him to flip the breaker. We finally gave up and didn't use it anymore.

The staff was helpful at check-in, the room and common areas were nice. It was very convenient having the Tesla charging station in the parking lot. We were told at check-in that breakfast would be available until 10 the next morning (Sunday), and this was consistent with printed notices, but when we went down at 9:15 the food was already cleared.

Rooms where clean, was really close to Highway and close to everything. Stuff was very helpful. Hotel was not loud like other hotels we stay during the weekend. I will recommend it. n/a

Everything was excellent, the room was very clean, I loved that it had everything I needed to cook, which is a plus, and everything was well organized and clean, so highly recommended.

I checked in early and the hotel staff offered me water and/or milk. I got to eat the tail end of the breakfast and the attendants were very friendly. Got to check in early because there happened to be a room available. I enjoyed my quiet room, and asked the staff for and was given a recommendation for a local barbecue place called KD's. Went there and the bbq tasted great. It was quiet at night and I got good sleep that I needed. The next morning breakfast was easy, check out was easy. After I left I realized I had forgotten my phone charger in my room. The hotel staff handled it and placed it in a nice looking manilla envelope for me. Excellent, warm, friendly hospitality. The staff makes this place great and I felt taken care of. Great job.

Visited Midland to see family. The check-in was super easy and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and it was very convenient to areas we traveled to while there. Also was nice to see all the USA flags and decorations inside the motel lobby and entrance area.

Second time staying here. I liked the gas station sharing the parking lot-very convenient for a 1 night stay. On the flip side it was noisier than usual. Doors slamming shut kept me up. Very noisy.

The front staff is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a bottle of water for free! Next morning the staff also gave me a free bottle of water. Other hotels charge $3. I love the kitchen! It has a better equipped refrigerator. We could not find the place easily even if we had the GPS. The time we stayed, it had a flush flood and the roads were under construction. Roads conditions were not great around there.

My wife said the bed was hard. My co Worker in another room said the pillows and bed was also uncomfortable. I slept fine. For the price I couldnt complain at all. location

Building seems in pretty decent condition overall. Rooms were clean. Variety of breakfast options (at least a little something for everyone). Nothing really was bad. It was a good stay.

Location close to airport, staff was nice, room was pretty clean and had lots of amenities. Occasional noise outside due to location next to truck stop, but it wasn’t that bad

Room exceeded expectations for the price I paid. Clean, quiet and great staff. Location was ideal - close to airport and to the 3 appointments I had for the day I spent in Midland. I experienced difficulty accessing hotel WiFi. The front desk directed me to an IT support person who successfully got me connected. Breakfast was ok but not special. I tried an english muffin but it was stale.

Room is set up like a studio with a full size fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, induction stove, coffee machine. Can with bowls, plates, utensils, dish soap, sponge, glasses. Very well equipped for longer term stays.

I booked 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived, there was no record of my reservation. They were sold out. There was no room at the inn. I had to spend an hour on the phone with Hotels.com to get a refund. On this trip. 3 hotels.com reservation s I was not allowed to stay at. Something is drastically wrong.

Breakfast was good and changed daily throughout our day. The hotel was very quiet. It was mainly oil field traffic but it was very quiet and clean regardless. The location was accessible. The kitchenette had all the essentials we needed to cook meals. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. However, the best thing about this place were the showers. The water pressure was excellent and it got quite warm. Plus, the breakfast was above par.

Breakfast was outstanding and the staff is friendly. We stayed as part of a long road trip and this was the best shower we had the entire time, great water pressure and temperature.

Elevator was down, which happens yes; but having to haul several large items into room, it would have been nice to have known prior to arrival, a room on a lower level than the top or even a staff member to have offered assistance. Thankful for the dishes & cooktop amenity, I came prepared to keep from having to eat out. That ended up being a waste as the cooktop did not work. Stayed 2 nights so used the 2 complimentary regular coffees the 1st morning, they did not add any while cleaning the room. Overall, not great but okay for the price. Just call ahead and ask what works and what doesn’t.

I believe that anytime there is a power outage at your facility for hours at a time you should offer some form of compensation to your consumer. It was extremely cold, I couldn’t charge my devices, no breakfast was serviced, etc. Typically a decent stay but I feel I should be refunded for this night.

Clean with great service and a good location right off the Interstate. The only drawback is there is no food real close, but it's only a couple of miles away.

This place is as good as the online pictures show it to be. The staff was VERY helpful, kind, friendly, considerate! I would definitely stay here again. My only little nit pick is that this hotel is located next to a busy Love's Travel stop. It never bothered me at all! However, I would not let my mother stay here if she were traveling by herself.

We have stayed once before at this Hotel, several years ago for surgery at the Midland Hospital, as was the case this time. It is convenient to the Hospital. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms clean.

Unit was newer and clean service good, only bad very busy area with a loves truck stop next door. Have to drive to restaurants, unless you want Pizza or Chicken from Loves.

My only complaint was with a woman eating breakfast yesterday morning while I was. I had assumed she was a guest as I was staying at the hotel and was checking out because she had a large mount of luggage stacked up around one of the tables. It was suspicious because it was 4:30am and several hours away from check out. This woman was on her phone talking loudly and had quite a vulgar mouth. I was greatly offended. I later saw this same woman at the nearby intersection with a cardboard sign begging for money. I began to wonder if she even paid for a room but just moved her belongings into the dinning area and was eating the complimentary breakfast. While I admit that I know very little of any circumstances surrounding this woman’s life or the hotel staff, I feel that disruptive people, paying customers or not, should not be allowed to disrupt other guests.

Very nice Hotel. Perfect location to navigate Midland. Next door to Place to eat for cheap plus they have a nice breakfast in the morning. Will be staying again next time I'm out here.
