Astro housekeeping, and I assume they would change my sheets and they did not and there was also black hairs intertwined in the sheets. I asked for sheets to be brought up to my room so I can change and I never got a response and when I told Managment about it, they just said I’m sorry I will talk to housekeeping.

Breakfast was hot and delicious. Parking is well lit and close to entrance. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable.

Front desk was very accommodating with a late night check in The floor had a weird sticky substance on it, it was very dated. There was also very little water pressure to the sink and hot water took a very long time. Additionally, there was 2 very sharp pieces of the bed frame that were sticking out which created a hazard when walking around

I need a refund

For starters right when I walked in the place, the lady behind the front desk was awesome. Very friendly very nice and I just all-around enjoyed her and then I came back a little bit later and it was a different lady and she was awesome too. They were super friendly with my pup and super friendly with me. They left me feeling great about the place. It was really nice clean and a wonderful experience. I really can’t think of anything that was not good. I guess I would’ve liked to have honey with my breakfast and maybe some fruit but besides that they were awesome.

Everything was good. Big room, comfy bed.. My husband didn't care for the coffee at breakfast at all and he's not picky about coffee. Usually hotel breakfast coffee is his favorite. Also, they didn't have any packages of plain oatmeal....

Hot tub was more of a ‘warm’ tub and the bubbles didn’t work. It was fine, just not working correctly. I might stay here again, but not without looking at others first.

It was an extremely busy weekend and one elevator was broken. The one that was working was so very slow. Something needs to be done about that before the busy summer season. We waited up to 5 minutes for an elevator.

The laundry was the most convinced and the only hotel that we don't have to pay to use them. The room was clean and the air worked good

After traveling all day and exhausted I caught an uber from the airport to the hotel. I arrived to a note on the counter saying the employee had gone to the airport to pick up crew. I had to wait 45 minutes before she returned and able to check in. Not what someone wants when they just want to hit the sack after a grueling day.

If I asked a question, I always got told I dont speak English no one could answer me.

Room was great. I was happy from the time I was greeted at check in. I saw that they have a shuttle service. They offer breakfast included. The nightly rate is very affordable. Hotel is close to many stores and one bar. H.E.B is around the corner. Every place is a walk. Hotel smells nice and breakfast was great selection.

The suite was everything I expected. it was very clean and well prepared. The staff was very cordial, even the maintenance staff. Greatly surprised that there was a bathtub, which I truly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was convenient; good food with a variety of items. I liked that the beverages was in the dining area, making them available after the buffet was closed.

The hotel isn’t really good condition and has a really great layout. Very family-friendly and very welcoming atmosphere. Our family of five stayed over in a suite and it was very comfortable.

Very convenient close to the stadium for graduation. Local stores close distance. The only downfall was most of the staff did not speak English. Breakfast was simple but fulfilling. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel is very clean but there was no bottled water available for guests. The breakfast is fantastic! One morning I had to leave before the breakfast started and the hotel prepared a bag for me without my asking for it.

It was not any better when the A/C kicked on as it squealed and bubbled loud enough to wake us up after we could finally try to sleep. Will not stay at this hotel in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights. Every night, the stupid fire alarm went off waking us up. Explanation was "oh, there's something wrong with the system.". Well...FIX IT!!! No housekeeping unless you ask for it. RIDICULOUS!!! I think I paid enough to have daily housekeeping, don't you? Breakfast...well, no orange juice. This the second Choice hotel in a row with no orange juice that we have stayed at. What's up with that? And cold coffee...blah!!!! Last night we were there, 5 bus loads of noisy people checked in. Sounded like they were having wrestling matches above and besides our room at all hours of the night. Got very little sleep....not a great stay.

I had no hot water for 2 days. I notified the desk when it initially happened and 24 hours later. It was still not resolved.Was never discounted.Any price on my room

I enjoyed my stay at Sleep Inn and Suites hotel. Liz was very kind and accommodating my entire stay. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Walls are a little thin. You can hear the other rooms TV and other people talking. Once you get past the lobby the upkeep could be a little better

It was very clean, accommodations were nice and spacious, breakfast was good, the shuttle to the airport was convenient, and everyone was welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. The inside was clean and liked how it was decorated. The only issues were the bed was uncomfortable/hard, the handles on the sink were loose and little water pressure, and the shower door leaked. Otherwise would have given it a 5-star rating.

If you book a suite, like I did, don't expect that to be the room you receive. I paid extra for and only picked this hotel because of the suite and was told upon check in that they only had standard rooms with two queens. They didn't offer a refund and blamed hotels.com. if they had given us the room we paid for I would be fine with the stay overall. Clean enough, cold AC, friendly staff, pool was small but refreshing during 100 degree days.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The room was very clean, the staff were fantastic, and the jacuzzi tub was HEAVEN. The bed is a smidge hard, but nothing terrible. Will absolutely be staying here again when I return!

We live in New Mexico and have had terrible experiences with motels in Texas let me tell you this motel was a relief it was clean quiet and comfortable friendly staff

We have enjoyed our visit here. The staff have been friendly, helpful and welcoming. The only thing I found a little unpleasant was the eggs at breakfast were cold so I just put them in the microwave for 10 seconds and that fixed that. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Loved the hot tub in my room

First of all, I booked the room and I was supposed to have a regular room. They put me in the handicap room. I am 6 foot tall, very active and that was a terrible mistake for them to do to me. Secondly, there was a couple that likes to get up at 4 o’clock in the morning That sucks. Thirdly, you could hear the elevator ding. Every time everybody goes up and down the elevator and now that really sucked so either item number two or auto number three really piss me off but either way I think this is the last time I was staying at that place .

This is a great hotel to stay overnight. Our only concern was that our water was lukewarm at best for showering, and we couldn’t get bathtub stopper to work for kids bath. The staff was wonderful though and breakfast was hot!

Overall, this hotel is a gem. Beginning with the friendly/efficient front desk to the cleanliness of the entire facility, we truly enjoyed our 1- day stay. Especially nice was our room: unique homey layout, clean smell and most tidy, comfortable bed, nice granite atonement to bathroom and wet bar, and a separate real closet. Our only dislike was the poor lightening in the bathroom/shower, as well as the lack of shelving in the shower (only a tiny one for toiletries).

the price was good for the value received. the room was good, but the sink in bathroom was very very very slow to drain. also was a slight odor to the room like stale standing water (we think it was the AC unit) Breakfast provided was great (eggs/bacon). And we appreciated clean towels that were dropped each day at our door.
