This hotel is one of the best i have stayed at. The room/property was very clean and convenient location for our stay. The staff was amazing and super nice. I will definitely be reserving this hotel for my future trips to Midland.

We weren't told about a $5 daily parking fee at check-in and got surprised by the billing when we checked emails at home days later.

The 2 room suite was more than what we expected. Plus we got a room with a balcony which was an added bonus. We will be staying at the Residence Inn the next time we go to Midland.

Immediately found mold in AC system vents. Also, we had the toilet overflow numerous times. We tried to get housekeeping or hotel manager to assist in cleaning but was denied. Pretty old hotel with patch job fixes.

Dirty, no one stays at the front desk so it look an hour to check in- this was consistent for the rest of my work team staying there. No matter what time you arrived, there is no one at the front desk and they don’t answer the phones. Once someone arrived there was no greeting or apology. Worst hotel service I’ve truly ever experienced.

Clean, inexpensive, room was big, full kitchen. Pool was nice - has some rusty spots on the steps and around the edges - not sure if it’s stained or dirty. But the pool area and furniture were nice and well maintained. There were enough chairs for a random Saturday, but definitely would not be sufficient if the property were full. Small and not many chairs. Also our room A/C did not work - afternoon staff said midday staff was told not to book the room. One pool gate was chained shut. Outside pool door did not recognize key cards.

However, I must report a serious safety concern. On August 16 at around 3:23 PM, my daughter was taking a shower when the shower head came loose and struck her on the head. This caused bruising, swelling, and a small cut. While the room amenities were otherwise good, this incident overshadowed our stay. I hope management addresses the issue promptly to ensure this does not happen to another guest. Management has yet to reach out to me regarding this incident and had to pay out of pocket for ER visit,

Shower Unclean and broken items. Had to be moved to another room because they had no maintenance man onsite to fix the items. In the second room my husband had to fix the toilet and the bathroom light worked like a strobe light, awful

United is very old because of the very high price. I won't visit the Residence Line again. Because of the smell of food in the hallways and the changed my parking fee even when I'm the not has a cars

This hotel needs to get their rooms updated. The oil field workers have really taken a toll on this property

Room & bed sheets dirty . Had hairs on the bedsheets. Carpets old worn out & dusty. Breakfast was terrible. No option for waffle etc. Very limited.

I've stayed several times because of the kitchen's, but this time there was no hot water. I asked 3 times for maintenance, but it wasn't fixed.

I enjoy staying here. The market isn’t always stocked (which is disappointing) and often hit water doesn’t come quick in the shower. Staff are wonderful.

The hotel is quiet, has a nice eating and reception area. Fridges seemed to run a lot which made it hard to sleep. Front desk personnel were polite and responded well to a few calls I had to make. Fair rate for the room and enjoyed having the breakfast each morning. Thank you.

Clean room and quite large. The room had a bit of an odor like sewage but we were too tired to try and get another room for the night. Side entry from outside door didn’t work. We told staff but the guy could care less though polite.

The building as such is old including the bathroom, faucet and other appliances were all old and out-dated. There was no daily cleaning or change of towels or blankets

For the high price they charge, there are other comparable hotels in the area so I would probably try a different one next time.

There was no hot water in the shower. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel when there wasn't any hot water and it seems to be a chronic issue. Please allocate the appropriate funds to their maintenance team to get this resolved.

Overall this location was okay was very dissatisfied with not being told they had a $20/day incident fee granted you get it back but we weren’t told or emailed anything until we checked in but you also have to pay to park in the parking lot tht belong to the hotel your already paying to stay in very ridiculous in my opinion

Quiet rooms, kitchette, was ok, could have used a stove with an oven!! As I wanted to make banana bread and couldn’t!! The bathroom was ok but with being in a wheelchair it was to hard to try to get the soap and things on the wall.. as everything was to high up to reach it!! And also an arm reaching shower head as with it being so high up to get the water on a person!! Otherwise we had a nice room!! Thank you!!

Staff were very friendly. Everyone was polite and accommodating in every possible way. Our stay was fantastic and I plan on staying here again next time we go back to Midland.

OH... you may want to check the hall flooring for termite damage. Multiple areas where the floor would sing about an 1" when you stepped on it.

It was very close to the stadium which held our band competition but we never got new washcloths as housekeeping didn't come and the toilet ran all the time. Good place to stay if you are going to Astound Stadium.

Everything was great except for Sunday morning breakfast. The person that was supposed to be there called in sick and it was about an hour and a half before breakfast was ready. Unfortunately we had to leave and had to go out to eat. Things happen.

Friendly staff, place was spotless, something that is very important to me. Breakfast was fine, what you would expect if you have stayed at other Residence Inns. I always have the plain Greek yogurt with nuts. My husband likes the bagels and cereal. There is a daily hot offering of eggs and sausage.

No hot water in the morning. I let the shower run for at least 10 minutes with no hot water......very disappointing. I normally rate a hotel based on a few small luxuries, and one of them is a good hot shower in the morning. On this point, this hotel failed miserably. Sorry......I will NOT be staying at this particular establishment again.

Very quiet great parking friendly staff ,beds are kinda hard maybe putting better matress pads for support especially on ADA rooms? Other than that really good 👍

The stay was actually ok. The hotel room we had was in serious need of upgrade. The furniture was essentially worn out. All serviceable but significant age issues.

The suite was comfortable and had plenty of space. Breakfast was free and had many delicious options.The location was perfect. Easy access to many places we went in Midland and we were able to walk to grande stadium for our event. The only drawback is that there is no ice machine available on property. Apparently the refridgerator in the room is supposed to have an ice maker in the freezer, but ours did not have one. It took multiple calls to the front desk to find all this information out and to finally request the hotel prepare some ice for us to keep in our freezer. But it was the only time the staff were not very helpful. And the convience of the location made up for the negative interaction. I just couldn't pick excellent all around. I would stay here again, I would just be prepared to bring my own ice. :)

This place was old, tiles were popped up in the bathroom, no hot water because they put us “on the farthest side of the boiler”. Told us it takes running water for 30 minutes. The pet dander throughout the room is horrendous. Those with allergies Beware! The dog smell is everywhere throughout the hotel.

The ice machine did not work in my rooms freezer so I asked where the ice machine was and they didn't have one. reluctantly I was told by the front desk she could get me some. Today I find a $20.00 charge on my card. I was never told there would be a charge nor should have been charged because they had faulty equipment in the room.

Traveling across country with my partner and our Bulldog. Searched "pet friendly" hotels - this one came-up. Booked. Arrived very late and tired. Told there's an "incidental $20.00 charge for the dog" - turns-out that a $57 pet fee / charge hit my AMEX in addition to the booking. I will be disputing.

Great room, very comfortable. Our only complaint would be only cold breakfast items available in the morning. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was kind and inviting. Very safe location.

The staff at the Marriott was very friendly, and knowledgeable. However the rooms wasn’t that pleasant. You open up the door and it squeaks like it’s the haunted house, there’s dust all over the baseboards in the bathroom, and the paint is peeling or chipping off the bathroom doors 🚪

When I first walked in the first thing I noticed was EVERY and I mean EVERY kitch cabinet, dresser and bathroom drawer was WIDE open. And the let out bed had been pulled halfway out of the sofa. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Then though did they just fumigate this room?!! I moved on to look in bathroom and the tub was rusted at the front AND back. I stood there in speechless amazement. Then began closing every drawer/cabinet and pushed the sofa bed back into place. I later tried to take a shower (not touching the sides with rust) The water took forever to get hot and seemed to have a drainage problem because water begin to fill well past my ankles.There were workers across the hall doing reno on 2 rooms. They woke me up both mornings at 8am sharp with banging on the walls. Residence Inn you need to do better for what you charge.

The lounge and breakfast area was NICE!! Has a small high priced convenience store with liquor. ;) The rooms furniture and kitchenette was nice as well. Loved it!!

Everything went well. From check in yo check out - polite, friendly, helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was clean - bathtub had a little rust but - hey, overall a great place.

Room wasn't very clean. Torn window shades, dirty furniture, super thin walls can here your neighbors casual conversation and more. Rusty bathtub and crappy repairs. Pool was fithy not useable and gates were broken. Hallway is scuffed and carpet is dirty.

The place is difficult to get to because it is surrounded by construction. GPS took us in circles. I finally made my way in through the parking nlot of the neighboring hotel.At check in the clerk told us that they had an indoor pool that was heated and open until 10. I was surprised being that the photos showed an outdoor pool that closed at 8 but nontheless my kids were super excited to hear this. Turns out that clerk must work at another hotel because they in fact had an outdoor pool that was closed due to having a pipe burst during the last winter storm. Additionally the tub was covered in rust and to top it off there were fake eyelashes on the ground that did not belong to any of us.

It was a great stay! Second time in Midland. Love it here.

Did have an issue with Hot water in the evening, but it worked fine in the morning. hotel staff was very nice
