Very nice hotel and staff

Very clean rooms, very calm and relaxing place. Breakfast is okay, ive had better. But they had scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links. Waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, apples, coffee, OJ, apple juice, milk! Breakfast starts at 5:30 on weekdays and 6am on weekends. Check out time is at 11am

there was construction noise all throughout the day.... they could have shut the hotel down for a couple of days to do repairs instead of having so much noise during the day. the noise and the cleaning staff listened to loud music during them cleaning adjascent rooms to ours.

I liked the price & location The lobby area had no a/c and the sheets were dirty we had to ask for clean sheets. 2nd night we asked for clean towels and the girl said she didn’t have any. We were woken up by a fire alarm that the girl said “it goes off at 8am every day,fire department needs to come check something “ and we were also awakened by the people in the workers talking loudly in the hallway .

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was large and clean. Overall the value, location, and services were good. The facility was/is going through remodeling and I expect a more comfortable and useful place when it's done. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage, coffee. The only issue I had was no half and half.

It’s calm quiet it’s not high class but it’s nice and it’s close to restaurants and Walmart. The carpet didn’t look vacuumed and my bed sheets looked a bit dirty.

Everything was fantastic from check-in all the way to checkout, and even every single person here has been amazing which is a wonderful experience for this area for a change. Thank you for everything. Looking forward to my next stay

The hotel seemed to have been under remodeling but the bathroom in my hotel room had an old, seemed moldy strip of white tape or looked like a peace of tape.

Beer cans left in hallway from workers attempting to remodel, no tv channels, low water pressure, never had to fill out a sign in sheet just to get towels before at any hotel, remodel workers doing more talking and blaring music then work and hotel workers hanging with them so poor service during those hours or able to talk and hear reasonably

The bathroom light went out. The description said bathtub. We did not have a tub and I had my toddler with me. When I first walked into the hallway it reeked of marijuana. On the door it said no smoking allowed I don’t know why the smell was so bad if this is not a smoking facility. House keeping did not come not once to refill toilet paper, or towels we had to go to the front desk to get them ourselves. At night there were tones of people in the parking lot. I’m not sure what they were all doing but

All in all an okay hotel to lay your head and get some sleep. Other guests were loud and did not observe quiet time

Upon arrival at the hotel, I made the front desk clerk and manager aware that I was traveling with service.Dogs. i even showed them the ada certificates for both animals and asked again if I would be charged to which I confirmed that I would not. Several hours after checkout this morning, I was charged an additional hundred dollar cleaning fee for having pets. after contacting the hotel, I was told that I traveled with animals.The manager never marked down that I was traveling with service animals and he was the one who put the charge on my room. As well, when I first arrived, the manager told me that they don't honor service animals and I would be paying for it regardless.

One room was on the same floor as construction and did not have the same amenities as the other room on the third floor.

The breakfast was good. My room #105 was located near hotel construction, which was noisy. I did not have hot water either. I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub so I could take baths. I was very disappointed that I could not enjoy a bath due to the water not being hot.

The location was inconvenient and the hotel was older. There weren't king beds.

I didn’t like anything. Place was very dirty. Carpet was absolutely filthy. The bedskirts on the beds had tears and rips. The shower had an orange colored mold in it. The room door didn’t function properly. There was a huge gap and you could see into the hallway.

The room smelled like mildew and urine, I think it was the ac running that made the room smell like a gym locker room, was not pleasant. The bed was not comfortable neither. Small parking lot making it difficult to find parking.

Water pressure was very low in the shower. Air conditioning worked perfect but made a very uneasy loud noise.

It was nice for a one night stay. It was kinda clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk did not know what she was doing. It took way too long to check in after arguing with her that I’ve just been married the card was mine I just was waiting for my new one with my new last name.

When my partner became sick with norovirus we requested a late check out, instead we were told we had to book another night. We paid a full rate for a second night but only stayed two more hours. Also, don't trust the water fountain.

The Continental breakfast, besides the usual fruit & a waffle maker, also had scrambled eggs (good ones), 2 kinds of sausage (both just average), & biscuits with gravy (both great), so that was nice. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean but needed updates. Mattresses were very hard and the room had a musty, almost stale urine smell to it. Shower had minimal water pressure. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The main issue we had was staff. The person who checked us in should get a refresher. When checking us in she announced our room number. I've worked in hotels over the years and I'm a well versed traveler. That is a huge no-no for guest safety is to say what room number they're staying at. She could had easily opened up the card holder and said "there's your room number you're on the first floor." And when checking out the staff member couldn't had been bothered to leave the back office - we had a question about something and tried asking but she just waved us away telling us to put our keys in the bucket.

We feel we were placed in a specific room where someone could watch our every move. Screen on windows were off showing some could come into our room. I’ve know a few hotels that were set up like this one that one where people stuff got stolen. Also the door was half off the hinges

The room was well kept and clean, staff was very nice since we checked in. What really stood out was when they called me to my person number to check if I was okay because my room phone was hanging off the machine. Their breakfast was fresh and hot as well. Overall this is a great place to stay if you’re looking into getting a good price hotel with a safe environment.

The hotel was generally okay. Everything was acceptably clean and the room was comfortable. The TV was horrible as some channels had no sound and other channels did not work. Selection of channels is minimal.

The stay was alright, there were no plugins in the room, I had to remove a drawer to get access to one for my computer. The couch cover was dirty. Felt like the room was about 15 years behind in style and decorating. The air conditioner fan sounded like 1,000 demons coming from the depths of the earth when it started up, but at least the room was cool.

Room was so so, dirty carpets for sure, some of the walls in room has frayed carpet going up, the door didn’t fit correctly so some light came in from hallway, lights are all screwed up and bed was so so.

I originally booked thru hotel.com but upon my arrival my booking had issues so she cancelled and rebooked me as a walk in. I paid a few dollars more but nevertheless after driving 8 hours I just wanted to rest. My shower had some hairs and so did the toilet but it's fine. I just cleaned up myself. The rooms are on the smaller side but they had all the amenities needed. I didn't get up for breakfast but it was offered. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Very clean and I will return if needed.

Overall it’s an okay hotel. They’re pet friendly, but there’s no grass or pet stations nearby. They provide breakfast but it’s not good. I tried their eggs and waffles, but nothing else looked even edible. My child had the cereal options but even those weren’t good. All the food looked plasticky and frozen. I asked housekeepers to vacuum my room because my kid made a mess with the cereal, instead they took the trash out and the sheets and left me with nothing. I had to remake the bed myself and when they did finally vacuum they came at an inconvenient time and kept my kid awake so there was no nap that day. Friendly staff and good hot breakfast, which is a big help. Accommodated my request for 1st floor room for health reasons.

Just needs a major renovation. Carpet is very stained and the furniture is old and has thin, wrinkled slipcovers on the couch and bar stools. The bed was clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly.

The room was really dirty, the chair was so unsafe to seat on as well as dirty. They charged us $30 more for the upgrade and did not find any justification for the extra charge. I am hoping that you do the right thing and credit back the $30. Also the room keys did not work the first time so we had to go back to reception to reprogram them and only one worked.

The staff were all great! All 3 front workers were great and very kind, the ladies cleaning in the mornings were also very polite.

Was a nice place where I’d stay again. Very nice nights sleep. Only problem was I’d booked for two nights but plans had to change. The hotel was happy to cancel the second night but I’d booked through hotels.com and hotels.com charged me for both nights - they wouldn’t modify the reservation after initial check in. Will book directly with hotel next time.

Room smelled like smoke and a dirty wet diaper

I paid 165 on a Wednesday for this hotel. The air didn’t hardly work and my husband and I were sweating. The pictures are a lot nicer than the hotel actually is. It’s not worth anything over 95 bucks.

The lady at check in was so sweet. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. The entire staff was great!

The desk clerk made sure my pet and I had a first floor next to an exit door. Very appreciative and helpful.

They need new beds our backs hurt the tv and phone didnt wrk the bathroom didnt have much space by sink needed more toilet paper it wasnt even on the holder

It was a nice stay and the staff was very nice.

The bathroom was dirty, AC was ridiculously loud and walls so hollow!

Front desk was extremely nice. Hotel was very clean and smelled nice. Clean room and comfy beds. This is second time we stayed in a Microtel.

Didn’t like that there was no one available to check me in on a late arrival and had to wait for 30 mins for someone to show up at front desk. Number that was left didn’t seem to get answered.

The outside of the hotel looked great but the rooms smelled like Clorox and wet water. There were spiders, more than one crawling on the bed and spider web throughout the ceiling. There was hair in the tub and only two towels. Also, I requested conjoining rooms and I got rooms across from each other which was a hassle.

It was a typical old run down property. It is in need of some love and maintenance. Had several burnt out lights. Shower head was loose and kept falling down.

The floors smelled of marijuana use almost the whole time we were there. If not marijuana then people smoking in their rooms.

While the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive , the hotel was awful. We ended up moving to a different hotel because it was so bad. Massive stains on the bed, bedskirt and carpet. The beds were too small for the frames therefore there were 6 metal hooks sticking out that caused a safety issue (my ankle was the one who unfortunately found that out). The “fence” was open shipping containers. It was full of homeless people who might not be dangerous but I have a family to protect. Overall we felt it was in our best interest to switch to a different hotel, I was fine losing the money because it was that bad. The pictures online have been doctored and it looks nothing like the images shown. The hallways also smelt like pure urine. 10/10 do not recommend

Not bad for the price but there were several maintenance issues including noisy fan on a/c, lighting issues, refrigerator temp control knob missing, elevator broke down while we were there. Neither treadmill was in functioning condition in the fitness center so there were just plate weights with no bar and a stationary bike

It has restaurants and walmart nearby which was really helpful and convenient. The property overall was great for the price. . The fitness center is terrible. There are three machines, 2 treadmills and a stationary. The treadmills were out of order. And there were just dumb bell plates with no bar. Either throw it all away and turn it into an employee breakroom or reinvest in it with equipment that works.

Elevators smelled like weed. And the restrooms had bugs in the sink , restrooms where not as clean. Not family like at all

The desk manager the first night was smoking right at the entrance, despite this being a non-smoking hotel. Other than that the staff was nice.

The ac was very noisy and it was either hot or cold in the room. Door slams from the neighboring doors kept us from restful sleep.

While the staff is great, we find the property a bit run down. For instance, the carpet in room 104 needs to be changed. The refrigerator is not working due to a broken knob that got thrown somewhere. One of the lightbulbs is burned out. The bathroom sink has no stopper. Finally, the room that we were given (room 104) is a connecting room which is noisy.
