This hotel was so clean, rooms were clean the bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast and coffee was amazing. The staff from every shift were so kind and amazing. Will definitely stay here again

I love the big, clean and quiet rooms, the gym, pool, the parking, the front desk staff, the cleaning staff, all they was very nice persons. So yes, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Love the in room coffee. Clean towels and nice body wash and hair products. Responsive staff and always enough food for complimentary breakfast.

Great stay overall. The rooms were modern, very clean, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The property also has a lot of activities for kids, which made it perfect for families. I’d definitely stay here again.

Toenails on the floor hair in the bathroom and did not looked like it was cleaned. Wine corkscrew on the floor. It didn’t look clean rather than touched up. Front desk moved us to a room down the hall. It appeared clean. Until our baby found wrappers to feminine products and old candy. We also found Pubic hair all along the tub and toilet. There were food crumbs all along the bed.

When I spoke to the front desk again, I was told that many guests had already reported the issue and that they even had CEOs staying at the hotel. The way this was communicated made me feel as though my complaint was less important or less valid than others. Every guest deserves the same level of comfort and service. Due to this experience and the lack of resolution, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We had no water at all for the first 36 hours of our stay , hot water only for one day of our 3 day stay & given we were bringing a baby home from the hospital this made things incredibly hard . There was also no pots / pans / kettle to boil water - I had to ask staff repeatedly . The water was again shut off completely (no flushing toilets /taps/ showers ) for the last day of our stay so there were no showers etc able to be had before we got on the road .

We had to use the pull out bed so we asked for extra pillows and were told they were out of pillows so we could only have 2. There were only two rooms that had one washer and dryer each. One was occupied most of the time and the one on the third floor did not have a cover on it. It cost way too much money to stay here. Do not be able to have a working washer and dryer accessible. You should not have to go to a laundromat when you stay in $1200 a week hotel.

We are an older couple, so it was nice to be close to an outside door to take our dog out to potty. We were on the third floor but was close to elevator and back door

Spacious rooms!!! Very comfortable bed! Carpeting was extremely worn and torn in room. Inconvenient to have remodeling going on at time of stay.

My son has allergies to dairy, eggs, soy, some nuts. We were able to have oatmeal and sausage at breakfast which was nice. The oatmeal did give him some redness. I’m not sure if there was a cross contamination in the toppings or an ingredient in the oatmeal. We will be more cautious next time.

The staff is really really incredible at this location! The rooms are always clean. It’s a nice good hotel with an excellent location off of the loop easy access to north or south Midland.

Room was nice, needs a little tlc, carpet fraying and bathroom needs new lighting as well as lighting in bedroom by beds. Bedside table table was on verge of collapsing and housekeeping should check that both remotes work before signing off on rooms. No interaction with staff other than check in and she was very nice.

There was black couple fighting out front about 4am Sunday morning, for about 30 minutes. I don't think they were even staying here not sure. I don't want a room by the exit or the bottom floor or near the elevator.

Great breakfast. They made carnitas which were delicious. Along with the usual fare. The staff were so friendly and professional. Our original room was directly over a meeting room hosting an anniversary party. We could hear the music so the staff kindly and immediately changed our room. Must be a great manager because that kind of smiles and service comes from the top.

I like the location of this property. It’s easy access to loop 250, lots of dining and shopping surrounding it and other hotels it’s also nice and quiet. Window only had sheer curtains. Refrigerator was very noisy.

The hotel was kind enough to let us check-in at 2pm. Very appreciative of that. They put us in a hearing impaired room first off, which was not request. We did bring our little fur baby with us on this trip. So entering our room there was a funny odor that was overwhelming. It smelt musky and like pet urine in some areas of the room that had not been cleaned at all. Mostly the corners of the room had that strong nasty smell. The toliet seat had not been cleaned well and had some brown residue on the front of it and the seat itself was very loose and coming off. My husband was nice enough to fix it for me. The corners of the bathroom had this dark orangish color along with dirt and some human hairs. There was smeared stains all along the bottom portion of the walls left of the toliet that had not been cleaned either. The bathtub had green soap scum all along the faucet, which was so disgusting. The corners of the shower wall had a good size gap that was not filled with any caulking. The bathroom was in horrendous shape. So later in the evening we go to pull out the hide-a-bed couch and the couch is broken from the hinge. At this point I am so frustrated with the quality of this room I had my husband call down to the front desk and let them know that the couch was broken from the hinges so they didn’t think that we had damaged it. For what we paid for the room for 1 night was not at all worth it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They said the hotel was full so another room was not an option.

Breakfast was cold every morning and had to ask staff to bring bread and eggs there was not enough out The rooms were needed some upgrades carpets were ripped, sofa was torn , bedding was terrible base cover not ironed. We were there for 8 nights and had to ask to get bed changed and trash removed . Will never stay here again

The only thing i would recommend iis a slip pad for the shower. Our shower was very slippery. Also we asked for an exrtra towel and a plunger because the toilet was clogged when we got in. Welll they made us go to the front to get them. Even motel 6 brings them to your room. And we had to unclog the toilet ourselves. We also had a shampoo and conditioner that were empty. I did not want to ask for refills because I didn't want to have to go get them myself . I was done after all that, and we checked in late, around 10pm so we were tired.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Midland that we have stayed in. We were greeted right away with check-in being quick and easy. The hotel itself was very clean and the beds were so comfortable it made it hard to get up. Although we were there for a short time and didn't get to enjoy, there was a beautiful patio area and basketball court our boys would have loved! Pool and fitness center looked great as well! We will definitely be booking here again!

When we arrived, we were kept waiting by a single person at the front desk who couldn’t check in the people ahead of us. While he searched through the computer, he couldn’t tell which rooms were clean, empty, or being used. He ended up leaving all of us standing there while he went to check the rooms himself (not a single other staff member to go check the rooms, or help those of us waiting. When he got back- he knew which room he could use, but the computer wouldn’t let him check them in. We have still not even been acknowledged. When he got to us, he couldn’t tell us which of our two rooms was suite style and which was not. He then insinuated that it was our fault due to how we made the reservation. This morning we got to breakfast at 8:15. The trash can (only one) was overflowing, there were no eggs (empty, dirty steam pans), no butter, no milk, no cream cheese. Plain bagels and white bread with peanut butter, cold cereal, waffle batter and a SINGLE sausage patty. I assumed there was only one person working until we heard the laughing and joking from the kitchen. We asked if there would be more food and were told they were working on more eggs. Twenty minutes later we had finished our coffee, took the paper cups with us to throw away outside and never got any warm food. We will be returning to a non-Hilton chain from now on.

Stay was really good comfortable beds and very nice rooms clean rooms also . Only thing is there was no trash can in restroom we had to get the one from kitchen area but still good stay

Stay was really good comfortable beds and very nice rooms clean rooms also . Only thing is there was no trash can in restroom we had to get the one from kitchen area but still good stay

My room smelled like cigarettes

Although the facility was in great condition, it was not clean. Our pull out couch had sheets that were dirty still in it. The bag with all the sheets pillows etc was incomplete. Our tub did not drain therefore had been left dirty.

I hate to complain but room could have been cleaner, floor was sticky trash and crumbs everywhere not cleaned like it should be!

The hotel staff were great, unfortunately in cleanliness it was less than satisfactory.

Room and staff experience was great. The pool however was dirty, had debris and trash in it, the hot tub was about half a foot low on water and smelt like urine.

This a great stay! Ever since my stay I have recommended it to tons of people. It’s very convenient as it has many stores surrounding it. Extremely clean. I really like the digital key! I didn’t get to deal with front desk too much but when I did they were very helpful as my daughter had left her cellphone behind after check out. I appreciate the staff honesty and returning cellphone when found. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth the price. Breakfast has a good variety!

The remote in our room was not working. Parking is $7.00 a day. We parked across the street.

Water was not running the whole stay. Every time we ask the front desk for something we got attitude or they said that they couldn't do it

Easy to access from I 20 . Not enough towels and okay stay

Cons, they ran out of breakfast before 10 a.m., the indoor pool had such strong chlorine fumes it made our eyes burn just sitting there, and at 11 a.m. they had zero clean towels available. Not a single towel for the pool or your rooms. Our reservation was for 6 and we only had 3 towels in our room.

The motel was very nice enjoyed our stay only problem was the elevator on our end of the floor was not working so you had to walk a lot to get to your room and get where you wanted to go that or take the stairs closest to your room with bad knees is not very convenient

The beds were hard and we were not told at check in that rooms only get cleaned every 4 days unless you request it. Had we been told we would have requested. We had to search people down to take the trash out and get linens/toilet paper daily. Not to mention at check in it took 30 + minutes as the system had been changed and training was not done appropriately.
