The breakfast was nasty I’m sorry other hotels have options like scrambled eggs, bacon toast bagels and extra that sandwich was nasty and lazy your hotel is great but we gotta do better on breakfast it’s crazy I had to go eat somewhere else to eat breakfast

Fantastic breakfast! Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

The staff were very kind and helpful from when we arrived to when we left, breakfast was wonderful and delicious giving my family a variety of options. Our room was exceptional upon arrival very clean and spacious for our family of 6. The building was so well built that we did not realize there was a party happening Nextdoor, no noise or ruckus could be heard.

Everything was great

The property was very clean and the staff was great. The only issue we had was that they cleaned the floors with bleach and the smell was so strong that my son started to get sick that night. We stayed gone most of the day hoping it would go away but it didnt. So we cut our trip short and just left because he wasnt feeling well.

rooms need to be updated, couch looks old and dirty, front staff were nowhere to be found when I checked in, Breakfast area was dirty and customers had to wait for food trays to be refilled, and it took 10-15 minutes to get the trays refill again

The bed was comfortable. Large bathroom. People above us banging around stomping around throwing things into the wall who knows, called front desk to report, they assumed they were having sex and wanted me and the kids to live through it.

The food was decent. Items were hot there was not any bran cereal the yogurt bar was nice. The rooms can use a dusting and some updates to the sofabed mattress.

there were large rust spots in the bathtub around the water spicket. the rust did run down to the bottom of tub but wasn't a hazard as long as a person didn't sit in the bath water. you could tell in other spots they tryed to cover it up with paint.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location to my destination was perfect. Tabitha was extremely helpful and kind when we ran into a small issue. The fold out couch had dirty sheets on it, with food and stains on the sheets.

The front desk staff was amazing. We felt special. We hugged them when leaving. The breakfast was very good. Our room was nice and big with plenty of electrical outlets.

They did ask why I used a third party to book my trip, and looked surprised when I said I can afford to stay with you when I book 3rd party, but if I go direct I usually have to turn to a less expensive hotel. It is a shame.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Not everybody likes a warm chicken patty for breakfast. It wasn't even crispy. Should of also had sausage or bacon.

Breakfast being a grab & go type situation. I expect better from the Hilton hotel chains for the price I pay when I stay with them. The pandemic is over, go back to the regular breakfast service.

First off, bathroom door didn't fully close and it didn't have a knob but it was rather a sliding door without a handle. No bathroom fan either. Pillows were too thin. But it was cleanand in order. But the thing that appalled me wa the front desk staff. I remember when the staff behind the desk looked clean, ironed clothes, pretty and so serviceable. The staff, both night and day, looked raggedy, unconcerned with either being personal, attentive or mannered. They were neither pleasant or cheerful. They looked like they just had a job for 8 hrs and thats it. Sad.

Breckfast was sparce. No yogurt, cereal was second rate. Bagle and English muffins were old and dried out.

We didn't get room cleaning service but maybe we had to ask for it. Location is good and access to restaurants is very convenient. Staff friendly but a bit laid back.

Don’t expect room service to come everyday . I had to call for clean towels and for trash to be taken out . When I called, front desk requested me to come down because she was the only staff there . It was dirty . Microwave was not clean . Dishwasher still loaded with dishes prior stay. Hair on the bathroom floor when arrived

The area it’s really convenient you have everything close to you!! Like HEB, carwash, mall etc.. but the receptionist.. No, they wasn’t nice bad attitude and that’s sad. None good hygiene, they never change our sheets and I got allergy for.

We had a good stay, the sofa bed was uncomfortable as they usually are. Sheets were stained and old. Friendly staff and very clean, we enjoyed the cookies and lemon water upon arrival from our long drive. They also had a nice coffee bar with hot cocoa and assorted creamers.

what I didn’t like is there were trying to charger me double after I already prepaid ahead for the stay and then they wouldn’t give me no clean towels even went don’t to the front desk to ask and still they said no one lady was very very rude and on top of that someone keyed my van I asked if the camera’s were facing the front park lot and I was ignored..I will be call corporate in the morning and will not stay there again…

Wonderful place, will be back. I was there for work so didn’t spend much time there but would like to return and enjoy more of the amenities. I booked through a 3rd party and there was an issue on their end but the desk clerk worked quickly to resolve it.

The room was very spacious. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Our family was very happy with our stay there.

We booked well ahead. Booked a 2 Queen bed. Come to check in to be told there was no queen beds available that we will have to share a bed. The AC was so loud you could not sleep. Was not going to ask to switch rooms because we were told there was no removes left.

Property is dog friendly. It has green areas with waste bags available. Out door lounge area. Nice enclosed pool. Rooms were spacious. TV is a good size. Bathroom was clean and updated. The tv had 5 annoying spots on it the whole time we tried to watch it. Rather large. We could hear people talking and walking all night and early in the morning. No fruit at breakfast…nothing healthy! Unacceptable!

Stayed 9 nights and had to ask for trash pick up and more toiletries. There was a posting about coming and checking every other day but that didnt happen. Overall the location is close to grocery and a few restaurants and bars.

I can't tell you how the stay was. Because the hotels.com app said it changed my dates so I went on with doing what I needed. Then when I look today at my email it says oh how was your stay. I contacted hotels.com they were no help refused a refund lied and said they contacted the hotel when they did not. So now I don't get to see family for the first holidays without my mom. I am out $130 and get to have a nightmare day for Christmas Eve👎

The shade in my room would not shut all the way and my room was lit up all night long.

The property is very nice and was really clean. We were impressed with the clean elevator and hallways. The building just smelled clean, which isn’t always expected. Our room was spotless and super comfortable. The carpet was clean. The pillows and bed were soft. Everything in the room worked. We had everything we needed to feel at home, even if we had a short stay. The bathroom was also clean and had plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was free and had enough options to choose from. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I’m glad we chose this place for our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The front desk wasn't very friendly or forthcoming with information when we checked in. Our bathtub was so clogged that you had water up to your ankles by the time you were done. For the beds in the room, the hotel is reusing old bed skirts as the blanket. The cleaning staff doesn't clean very well because we found sunglasses under the nightstand that wasn't hard to see. The dishes that we used were filthy. We were grateful that the maintenance guy came on Thanksgiving to fix our bathtub.

Arrived to check in at 7:00 pm. Stood at the front desk for well over 15 minutes. Another guest came in and said, you need to bang on the window, they will just ignore you otherwise. I had been saying hello - and looking around. Finally found a lady on a computer. When I poked my head around the corner and said "Hello" she did not respond. She did not say 1 single word to me during check in. I had to come back down because our pull out couch had no pillow, no blankets, no sheets. Again, did not say a word to me. Room was gross, dirty. We stayed for 3 nights, one day they put fresh towels in our room, but that was it. Over the course of 3 days - the only time anyone who worked there spoke was when I said good morning to them. Each night when we returned, found another guest standing at the front desk waiting to check in just like us and no service. I understand that the customer service industry is difficult but I worked at a Hilton property for years and am very loyal. This hotel and their staff - major disappointment. Also, plan on getting breakfast somewhere else. Next time to Midland, will be staying at another brand. Our teammates stayed next door at Springhill and raved about their stay.

The rooms weren’t ready when we got there to check in at 5. The front desk attendant was very rude. The bathrooms had hair in the sinks and bathtubs. Disgusting.

My only issue was that the American flag was torn and wrapped around the top of the pole. I had too ask 4 people before I was finally able to speak with the maintenance guy. Extremely helpful extremely polite. A few hrs later I noticed he had removed the torn American flag. He went out of his way to let me know as soon as the new one came in he would erecte it.

The location is awesome. The hotel is very clean, quiet and has comfortable beds! Great breakfast too!

Love staying at Home2Suites, at the time of our stay the hot tub wasn’t working so this was disappointing but overall very enjoyable.

The room was lovely and clean. We loved our stay. Front desk girl was super helpful.

Bedbugs!

They were super accommodating. The location of this particular one was perfect for my needs. Very close to lots of restaurants.

The hotel was very nice & clean. They had a good breakfast, my only problem was I paid for 2 queen beds because I had my daughter with me for a softball tournament and they were out and gave us a king bed. They didn’t do anything to try & accommodate us and I had to go out of my way and buy an air mattress for the stay.

Daytime Staff was very accommodating

General manager was there and she was amazing. Very nice and helpful. One of the workers was a little agitated but the GM made up for it!

Great hotel in Midland

Nice place with a big open room. The breakfast was good and the employees were all very friendly.

Good option to stay

Home 2 was a nice hotel and all went perfect with the reservation. Place had a modern feel which was great. No complaints here!

Rooms were spacious and very clean, liked their service. Excellent!!!

Hotel room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful
