Front desk staff clearly didn’t understand her job. Over charged at check in, checked out early and was not given a refund for the day I didn’t stay. Hotel smelled of cat urine. Bath tub was rusted. Breakfast eggs were soggy

The room was semi clean and bathroom was a little updated. TV didn't work no signal. I called the front desk and told them about the TV they said they would let maintance know and someone would come up to fix it. Yet know one came to fix the TV. then called again and they said some one was on my floor yet still know one came called I called for a third time and final time and they adked if maintance could enter my room I said yes. by the time I got baco to my room still no tv. The TV didn’t work the entire time. They said they were full, so we didn’t get to switch rooms. It was never looked at or fixed.

One thing that really irritated me is my wife asked to go to the restroom at the front desk when she went down to get some breakfast , the man behind the counter said no , that the restroom was for employees only. That really got both of us mad , because when someone has to go , they have to go. I wish that guy was still there when i came down so i could have let him know how i felt about it !!!

My TV kept going off the last night i was there. On the online checkout there were two places that asked for staff tip. I stayed in a five star Caesars penthouse suite last week in New Orleans no tip was ever requested for the staff cleanup. I feel that that is management job to pay the staff.

It's your standard room, but I would not stay there again. Beds are small, bathroom needs an update, shower faucet was rusty and leaking. Kitchen area needs a update also. Floor was dirty and comforter had stains. I did not get a clean feeling with our room.

The TV was not operating properly, I contacted the front desk. A person came up and looked at the TV and said... yep it isn't working properly, let me get maintenance to see if they can fix it. I asked if they can just replace the tv... nope, they moved me to a new room 2 hours later... and wait for it... the 27" TV was operating properly... but the room has a foul odor, bed still hard with 5 small throw pillows... DO NOT pay more than $60 for a night's stay at this place, and only if nothing else is available and you are dead tired!

Rooms were extremely nice and the price was really good.

I paid for my room by credit card on booking.com as I always do, once I got to the hotel the woman at the front desk charged my card full price again, instead of incidentals only. I was told the charge will fall off of the credit card, but it had already processed through booking.com. I will not book here again.

The room looked like it was still in the process of being remolded. There was still painters tape on the light that was installed on the ceiling. The bathtub had quite a bit of rust. The bed was not comfortable as well as the pillows. They felt like bricks.

Heat is controlled by owners. You can't adjust it. Water heater was down had to wait on maintenance.

We just needed a place for the night and other places were booked solid, otherwise we would’ve left. I had to ask the guy at the front for my ID back. The website says they have rollaway beds, they don’t. The hallway stunk so bad we held our breath going in and out of the hotel. We won’t stay there ever again.

Rust on almost everything metal. Sheets were stained. There is no place to drive in a check in. If the few spots in front are full you have to park in back and walk around. Room was not what I booked.

All was well 50 dollar damage deposit that cannot be refunded at time of departure. Have to wait till it transfers which could take a while.

If you book through hotels.com they won’t give you an invoice. Room smelled funny like old sweat everything has stains I it, carpet, towels, sheets, seats. Breakfast is basic at best. I guess for that price range there must be better options in midland. Smallest tv ever! Don’t recommend it.

It took 20 minutes to check in, way too long. The staff were nice, but my room door would not lock, and it took over 2 hours to find a new room. I had to really push the manager to give me another room, as they said they were full. Room was subpar, smelled like smoke. Overall I was not very happy with my stay.

Check in was quick and painless. Room was average not really a fan of the dingy dirty looking towels yellow and grey. I am sure they were clean but they didn't appear that way. I understand this is an oilfield community and most of the people staying there could care less about the color of the towels. Breakfast was cold and unappealing and all the signs don't take food out of the area, seriously a lot of people eat on the go. Not to mention who would want to sit in that noisy area. I assume there was a ridiculously loud dishwasher or something being ran while we were attempting to eat a below average breakfast. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Twice we had to go back to the desk because the key cards to the room did not work. The elevator was also out of service the entire time. Will never return to the location.

My room was freezing. The front desk had to supply me with a electric heater. Bathtub was all rusty. Something nasty on the paper towel holder.

It was good. Got in late. I was tired. Turn the ac down. Turned the tv on louder than my wife lets me at home. Went to sleep. Small breakfast buffet, but it was enough.

You can definitely tell oil town use. Needs some tlc. Overall not bad for the price. Hallways are banged up and scuffed. There was a whole in the wall in front of the elevator on the second floor. My bathtub had the porcelain chiped off and rusty metal exposed in multiple places(nickel to quarter size each). Breakfast was good though!

Front doors were locked when I first arrived. Had to knock to get someone to let me in. Complimentary Breakfast was good, but area looked like a storage room, boxes & stuff stacked everywhere. Wifi was down most of the time. Very frustrating when trying to work from your hotel room. Hotel room was very clean & updated. Enjoyed the mini kitchen with fridge, cooktop & microwave. Limited channels to view on tv. No luggage carts available, even though the hotel was clearly not busy at 3:00 pm. Had to use laundry cart. On second night, heard a loud commotion outside my door in hallway only to open it up to at least 10 men loudly talking in a foreign language, some sitting & some standing against the wall. Whataburger sacks everywhere. First thought was illegals all staying in one room next door to mine. Very scary for a single white Female!!! Elevator needs to be monitored, so 10 people can’t sneak into one hotel room.

I almost slipped in the shower, the should definitely lay slip resistant tape in shower. The bed was super hard. I tossed n turned all night and my hip and back is still hurting from the hard mattress.

The first person I encountered was rude when checking in. I had to wash my clothes and needed quarters so I got enough to do 1 load and their washer didn’t clean my clothes there was soap all over them and when I asked them to replace the quarters their machine basically ate they wouldn’t. I had to go find $2more in quarters to wash again. Room had a broken chair and old food left in the cabinets and dirty floors! Cleaned beds and bathroom but clearly wasn’t vacuumed or fully cleaned! Super low water pressure in the shower! With COVID you would think hotels would make sure to properly disinfect their rooms! Other staff were nice and beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok.

Given the extraordinary conditions of the area at the time on my stay (no electricity, heat or hot water for a combined total of 12.5 hours), they could not provide a hot breakfast, as advertised. Therefore, a discount on the stay should have been offered.

Bree the front desk was very nice. We came during the power outage and she apologized for the issue even though it wasn't her fault, we came back another night when we realized our pipes had issues. The hotel was clean and the roomy. Ill definitely stay again.

Property was convenient. The desk clerks were great! The brown bag breakfast was awful. It was very cheap and thrown together. I understand the Covid problem, but a packaged sausage biscuit and a packaged muffin would have been much better. Orange or apple juice would be better than fruit punch for adults.
