    When I arrived, I was asked to pay an additional $22 for early check-in. After waiting another two hours, we were finally given a room. The room had a window, but it was completely blocked and we could not see outside at all. To make matters worse, there were blood stains on the bed sheets. I have pictures as proof. The hotel does not have an elevator, which makes it very difficult for older guests with luggage. I asked for help carrying our luggage upstairs, but my request was ignored. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and it will be my last time booking with this hotel in Miami.

    This is my first and last stay, and the service provided by the staff was very good, but the hard conditions were not met. I arrived very late at night, but there was no parking space. There was no elevator on the second floor, and I almost fell while carrying my luggage upstairs. The room and bathroom were very small, so I won't stay again next time!

    The front desk staff was amazing. Our flight was ridiculously delayed so the front desk attendant extended our checkout without me asking. We were very appreciative of the shuttle service after our flight got in at 1:00 a.m.

    No elevator, caught me off guard that a hotel by the airport doesn’t have an elevator. Maybe is my fault for not checking but didn’t even think it was such a thing but had two heavy luggages and they put me on the second floor

    Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, large convenient outdoor pool. Great place for air travelers with overnight layover. Good price. Just off the airport, very good shuttle service, excellent on-site restaurant plus three dinner options in walking distance. Will stay in future.

    Do not recommend. The room was clean but the carpet was ripped, some blemishes on the wall. Most importantly 3 insects and a lizard appeared during my 1 night stay and internet was spotty forcing me to use my phone as a hot spot. On the positive staff was very friendly, and the bed was comfortable and had a USB charger on the side table. Would recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re on a very tight budget.

    The room was large, clean, and was great to see after 16 hours on the road. Breakfast was OK, a little expensive, but the room was cheap so I called it a wash. Breakfast to be included in room fare. Better signage for parking

    For $100/night, you can’t beat them. Absolutely wonderful stay if you need a night before or after a cruise. We got off our cruise at 9am and to the hotel by 9:30am. Even though check-in is officially 3pm they worked hard to get us a room early (which we got by 11:30). In the meantime we had full access to their nice pool and had a very relaxing day. The staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating. Trust me- this place is a no-brainer! (Oh, and the room was the size of 3 cruise ship rooms with 2 very comfortable king beds). We will definitely be back…

    An okay motel with good customer service. Outdated but fairly clean. Pool looks nice. Breakfast for a fee. We went to McDonald's next door though. The bar attached is fantastic. Good drinks and food. Airport shuttle is free but port shuttle for cruises costs $14 a person. Overall, I think it's slightly overpriced for what it is.

    Bed is big and comfortable, shower has been recently renovated and it's comfortably large. Rooms are not soundproof, you hear other guests often and also every single plane taking off from the nearby airport. Rooms are dirty and managers do not care or act for it. I checked in a room, which I found out didn't get bedsheets changed from previous guests as when I removed the duvet, I found plenty of human hair inside the bed. I complained to Manager on Duty at the reception who just give me a new room and didn't offer any help with moving all my things to the new one. I was already upset but when I moved to the new room, I found that one of the nightstands covered in some sticky substance and also some hair in the bathroom. I definetely didn't want to switch room again, moving luggages on my own and they refused to give me a credit discount for the very unpleasant situation. Very bad customer service. Also the AC is very noisy, like a truck and when it gets to temperature, it starts smelling bad, like fried chicken. Being a busy place where most guests stay 1 or 2 nights probably managers don't care about service provided, but it's very disappointing.

    We and another couple waited at airport at least 1.5 hrs for shuttle, and finally gave up and hired taxi. When we arrived, staff said there had been a police incident. Lobby furnishings were worn out, in poor repair. Key to room didn't work. Restaurant was filthy, smelled of old beer, mold and urine. Arrived at room only to find AC was as loud as a truck engine (no exaggeration) and smelled like a moldy swamp. Wanted to leave for somewhere else, but 10 pm so we were stuck for the night.

    The night we checked in we were given a 2nd floor room. Both of us needed assistance and my roommate was on a walker. There was no elevator and no one to help us. We asked about perhaps switching rooms with someone who had checked in before us. There were 3 people ahead of us the older receptionist said she couldn’t do that and was not helpful at all. Finally she reluctantly asked the van driver to help us and he did. She also stated she couldn’t guarantee there would be anyone to help us in the morning. She didn’t advise of the bar, food or breakfast buffet. The next morning a very helpful front desk person had maintenance help us with our bags. We spotted the sign for the breakfast buffet as we were going to try to go across the street to McDonalds. I would not recommend solely based on the attitude of the receptionist at the front desk at check-in. I thought the name Ramada stood for something.

    The location. Was the sleep over point before 24 hours of traveling. Also there is a McDonald’s next door which is convenient if you don’t have transport. Also offers airport shuttle. Internet and gym was ok. Was cheap! Oh Where do I begin! They ask for a pre checkin process which is highly invasive to privacy, including pictures of passport (which I ignored). What’s the point when I will present the passport when I arrive. I had interaction with half a dozen staff and none ever smiled, especially at my reception. Not welcoming at all. Mentioned about the dirty pool and the filters not working, said it would be looked into. The morning I departed the debris was still there. Be warned there are no elevators so you will be dragging your bags up stairs through a labyrinth of corridors. Room felt very cramped and needed to be a contortionist to close the bathroom door. I utilised the airport shuttle, the driver appeared to have zero interest in the hotel guests. I pointed out to one of the guests that the driver left his bag next to the van as he was about to depart. I asked for air conditioning at the back as the van was heating up - ignited. I had a particular airline for the drop off. Was pointed out by the driver it was to the left. That left was a 10 minute walk with heavy bags and a broke wheel which the driver could have dropped me off at the right entrance but I guess he had better things to do. Also there was a buffet breakfast but it was closed despite the adverting.

    This hotel was fine for what we needed which was a quick overnight. The staff wasn't especially helpful with explanations of parking so getting to our room was slightly delayed (the lack of an elevator at the property was also a negative). The worst part though, was that the hotel lets solicitors in the building to distribute pizza flyers under your door! Do not order from them - it's horrible. The people are rude and the pizza is not good. I recommend booking another place if you need to stay near the miami airport.

    -PROPERTY CLEANLINESS 1)Room (5*) great, cramped but clean, that's what I care about. AC fan would not turn off, not enough to lose stars. 2) Lobby (1*) Three cubbies, quite convenient if somebody needs to work on a laptop. One/two couches, good for waiting for shuttle/uber. Loss of stars? Cafeteria style tables. Chairs & tabletops dirty. Do they get wiped down, when? A lounge chair and couch that has diamond tuck upholstery. Ever been vacuumed? I think not. You shouldn't have diamond tuck upholstery and not take a vacuum to it. OFTEN!! The amount of crumbs and dirt embedded in the upholstery is enough to feed a small army. Nasty!! 3) I didn't walk around the property, so don't know how clean it was. -STAFF 1) Front desk (3*) Helpful. I arrived very early, tried to get me in a room earlier. Disappointmented!! speaking ill of guests. Had reason, but please in private. 2) Concierge (1*) No help. 3) Shuttle to airport (0*s) Yikes! language barrier? Rude if asked to repeat answer, couldn't hear over the AC. Left on outer ring, points at doors, must cross traffic. Now what? -PROPERTY MAINT Didn't walk around. -AMENITIES 1)Breakfast (0*s) closed b4 10:30! Not one cheerio. 2)Toms bar n grill (10*s) Everything was exceptional! Stay again for that alone!

    Very friendly staff, room was small but clean and cold! Which was amazing after a long day of traveling and the extremely warm weather. No elevator, and breakfast was an additional fee. Also the airport shuttle came to the airport in a timely manner but didn’t stop at the doors for us where we were told to go, we attempted to flag him down and he just kept driving. We ended up getting a Lyft because it was already so late

    Awesome staff! The old man at the reception was so helpful, efficient and friendly. Our room was dated but that's fine coz we were only there to sleep for the night then headed out the next day for our cruise. You can tell that the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly as there was some hair on it when I wiped it. The hot breakfast was pretty good and a good deal for $12.

    To make matters worse, when we checked out, we went downstairs very early to go to the airport, and even then they told us they couldn't take us because there were two of us. A very bad experience; the staff offered no solution. I say this because it's not my first time in Miami, and I haven't had any problems at other hotels. The shuttle buses leave every 30 minutes; trying to find solutions to avoid inconveniencing guests is part of the service.

    It was so close to the airport heading out early for our flight was easy The room was kinda gross, kept my shoes on walking on carpet. The roads around the property were so busy it was almost impossible to make a left turn none main road from the parking area.

    We had for the first time nice big room. The staff, or the Latin Lady with black hair. She was very rude. And also while standing in-front of her she was rude to a guest on the phone who wanted to make a reservation. We were at the hotel at 11:00am and they promise us a room on de lower floor, when we came back at 07:00pm they told us they don’t have room on lower floor. Also we couldn’t make a payment for a made reservation via booking online by the desk(because had the money cash). I needed to cancel the reservation and make a new reservation and still they didn’t take my money. Looks like the night receptionist didn’t know how to make a payment.

    Ben here several times this time was a horrible experience compared to last few trips pool was clean thank goodness since no air n our closet room Paid more for smaller room waited 3 hours for a shuttle to hotel n still ended up getting a uber AC didn’t work n our closet small room no fridge no microwave nothing n paid over $130 compared to 3 months ago when I had a huge room with workin AC fridge microwave everything for under a $98 and shuttle was on point to and from hotel

    My husband and I needed a restful night of sleep after arriving at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. The room was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable with wonderful pillows and a soft comforter. The room was small, however we were there to sleep so it was perfect for us. Highly recommend as it is close to the Miami International airport.

    The property alone was great not one problem and very spacious the STAFF was BEYOND great welcoming and nice !! The shuttle service to the port a little confusion and could start some problems between you and others because it’s over booked so you could pre book but theirs a lobby full of people waiting and expecting to go because they sit their in the lobby and wait and people who prebook come at the time their told which makes it look like you are cutting we made it on time though

    A good option for a layover. Close to the airport but not noisy at all. Great bed and the room was spotless too. I tried speaking with the property to get more details about the shuttle service but they were unresponsive via booking.com. If they had a WhatsApp number (and not just a US number to call) that could go a long way, since they are located right next to an international airport.

    On top of that, the two attendants at the front desk were very snappy and unwelcoming when I asked questions. Customer service makes a huge difference during a stay, and overall I did not feel valued as a guest. I believe guests should be informed ahead of time if there is no elevator, especially for travelers with luggage, disabilities, or mobility concerns. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay and I would not choose this location again.

    The rooms were very large, probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. They also have 2 king size beds in the rooms. A great place to stay if you're setting sail on a cruise the next morning. They also had a real nice bar attached to the property.

    Just needed one night before flight home. It has a classic motel pool and McDonalds next door. It was perfect for us, cheap, convenient and with relaxing area (pool) and free shuttle to airport next day. Definitely good value if you just need one night at the airport and don't want to overspend on hotels that aren't that special anyway.

    We went to the bar and grill on-site. Very good drinks and food. First server we had was spot on! She told us she would only be our server for a short time until someone else came in. The second server (long dark straight hair) we had sucked. She took care of the table next to us really well but literally walked past us minimum 5 times with empty glasses. We were don't eating for more than 15 mins before we finally had to flag her down and ask for our bill. Would have stayed and had a couple more drinks but by that time we were over it. It was clean except for th hairs in the sink and shower. Pool area was clean. In the morning I went to the desk to ask for someone to carry our bags down and the guy working the desk was not polite and rolled his eyes when I asked. I told him not to worry about it that I would carry both bags down because my friend had ankle surgery last year and she was scared to take hers down.

    Many people stay here before going on a cruise. So to come to this property and not have an elevator is not good. It was several elderly people upset about this and we all shared the concern. Luckily my mom was able to get a room downstairs. I would not recommend this property. Especially for someone who is disabled. No one to help you get your luggage to the second floor

    -Sheets are dirty, with fuss, and with hair. Faucet has water marks, and shower looks dirty. -The toilet looks dirty inside as well. -Dust behind bes -Couldn't contact anyone at front desk from thr room because it gives you a busy signal and then when you call from your phone no one picks up or they leave you on hold for 20+ minutes or never answer (same thing happened when I was trying to find out where to get the shuttle at the airport). -I had to go downstairs and get a bag with sheets to put on myself because there was no housekeeping available at night. -Additional sheets given were also stained. -There is no elevator and I was in a delicate condition to continue walking all the way to the lobby from where I was. -Ice machine on first floor. -Hallways are also dirty and smell. Perks: Has a pool outside and a connecting restaurant/bar. Lobby looks updated and nice; close to airport with free shuttle. If you don't mind all of the negatives I just mentioned, I hope you enjoy your stay!

    Everything about the hotel was really nice, the rooms were spacious. The only issue we had was the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We waited an hour and then the bus was full. We were going to have to wait another hour and hope that there was room next time. The transport bus was too small and did not come frequently enough. We saw other hotel buses picking up more frequently. We ended up paying for a taxi out of pocket. When we mentioned it to the desk at the hotel, they did not offer to make it right.

    Needed a hotel near the airport for a single night. Check in was fast and efficient. Older, dated facility, but clean and felt safe. Onsite parking was free and easy access to outside doors. Room was clean but very small. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom / walk-in shower was nice size, water pressure was good. Only issue was limited food opportunities in the general area. Local pub next door, IHOP near by, other fast food options within short driving distance. Issue was that all of the food offerings ware terribly understaffed. Long waits to be seated. Food options weren't the fault of the hotel, but travelers should be aware. I would definately stay here again as an option flying in or out of Miami.

    I was shocked to see 2 KING size beds in the room. (The listing said queen). Floor was a little dusty, but rest of room and bed was spotless! Staff was excellent…. We came in late and room keys were ready and waiting on the counter. No wait to check in! Pool was absolutely beautiful. Attached restaurant was really good.

    I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and upon my very early arrival I was provided a comfortable waiting area and a room before check in time. The pool area was pleasant, my room was clean and comfortable and they had an onsite restaurant. A free shuttle was provided for the airport.

    It said airport shuttle when i called she put me on hold and after a couple minutes it disconnected. I rented a car when i asked at the desk she told me i hung up, this happened 3 times.i didn't hang up. Its very frustrating and I was more upset when she said I hung up instead of apologizing.I had spaced my calls when I called. When I called the second and third times I tried saying please dont disconnect but she put me on hold not hearing me. Why have an airport shuttle?

    The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport for early morning flight. They also have airport shuttle. The front desk staff were not courteous nor polite. The hotel offers breakfast buffet, which was nice since there aren't other options around. The rooms are large, but quite dated. The hotel was on a busy street and the rooms are not sound proof, so our room was quite loud at night due to the heavy street traffic.

    Room was clean but dark and dingy with dated furnishing. In an old building with poor security, saw a number of people who came in behind someone who was staying there. No direct access to front desk from the part we werer staying in and a back door that went no where but to a locked fence. McDonalds close by but really no place to eat unless you like a dark sports bar that smells of old greast and beer. Front desk staff at check in, not all that friendly and wouldn't crack a smile even if you tried your best to be friendly. Couldn't check luggage until the room was ready because they only had space for a few suitcases. Nothing in walking distance to go and "wait for your room".

    Room in good condition and bed comfortable. Staff were courteous. The hotel lobby looks good, the rest of the hotel is old and smelly carpets. Don't understand why anyone in this day and age uses carpets that can never be cleaned like a good wood or linoleum floor. Someone was walking around above my room, so could not sleep. The Shuttle only runs once an hour.

    Works hotel ever, it’s not advertised that they do not have an elevator so your carrying heavy suitcases up 2 flights of steps. And at 10pm when showering the shower would not turn off so tried to call reception desk and the phone don’t work either. Had to be switched to a new room at 10:30pm and that room was down the steps outside in a whole different building up another set of steps. And they offer no compensation terrible place!!

    The pool looked really nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The shuttle leaves at each hour on the clock and arrives to departures just a few minutes later; they pick up arriving passengers at the MIA departures gates (not arrivals) and you have to make sure to wave to the driver and that they see you, because that airport is a mess. Some negatives were very small bathrooms, my room had just one set of window curtains that didn’t block a lot of light in the day, the AC is somewhat noisy, and you can still hear planes departing. The noise from the AC mostly masked the planes, but I can see how someone with light sleep would have trouble in a room like mine. I could not perceive any other noise from the outside. Good budget experience if you’re not demanding and just spending the night for a layover.

    The buffet breakfast can be enhanced/increased so that vegetarians and pescatarians can have options to still have an enjoyable breakfast. I appreciated the hotel location, airport shuttle, onsite restaurant among other things. I will book the hotel again but I will need to be sure that I review carefully so that I select the type of room which have a fridge, microwave etc. as these were important to me and I mistakenly thought the rooms I reserved were equipped with them.

    This is the worst hotel.my friends and I booked two rooms the sheets were soiled and dirty there were bed bugs.rooms were old outdated curtains were dusty.i didn't expect such terrible experience will not recommend this hotel at all

    Shuttle driver told me I was not staying at hotel and jad to call again. Ultimately waited over an hour sitting outside of airport for the shuttle driver. Unacceptable

    Elevators most likely non-existent. We were never told how to find them! Hostess checking us in could use a smile but then maybe working on Christmas day makes one frown! Rooms are tiny.

    It was the smallest room in the absolute worst location. I think it was a converted closet. The road traffic kept us up all night. There was no where to put anything anywhere. The tissue box affixed to the wall had one tissue. There was no place to even put a toothbrush or toothpaste.

    We end up taking a taxi to the hotel because waiting too long. Hotel is a little outdated but it's clean. We have a room on 2nd floor but no elevator in this hotel. The restaurant downstairs is a sports bar. The food is really good and reasonable. Not happy with the shuttle but other than that is ok.

    The windows keep no sound out. The bathroom window screws appear to be falling out. There is no elevator and that should be noted on the site. It said breakfast included we had to pay. Half of the outlets in our room didn’t work and the hallway carpets look like they never get vacuumed. The cleaning crew does not speak English so it was hard to ask questions. However the front desk gal was very nice and friendly and helpful

    Waiting two hours for a shuttle because of you once-an-hour shuttle policy doesn’t cut it when all other hotel shuttles were arriving every twenty minutes. It’s a deal breaker. Never again.

    Everything about every Ramada is terrible, but this one took the cake. Not only did they not have an elevator, I had to shower in the bathroom sink because the shower head, which is the same at every one of their hotels from Michigan to Florida, are the worst. I am a man and the flow was so bad, it wouldn’t take the shampoo out of my hair. So bad.
