    My room, 106, was very small. Especially the bathroom. The a/c was Sooo loud. The Atrium in the middle was cool. I love that the hotel has history. Great location close to the airport. And yes you hear planes fly over. Would I stay there again? No

    The worst hotel I've ever been to. The room they gave me had cockroaches!!! They changed it but then I found another cockroach in the bathroom. The rooms smell bad, old. The facilities are very precarious, literally falling apart. They don't have elevator. The wifi does not work well. And they charge 5 + tax for each package received, a fee that they do not indicate anywhere in the ad.

    Please DO NOT stay at this hotel as it is way worse than advertised!! Our first room was filthy with dirty sheets so the front desk clerk moved us to another one. This room had mold that was painted over, dirty bathroom with filth/dirt/unknown substances on the walls, and large roaches crawling (see photos) on our belongings. We couldn’t sleep because of these conditions. The shuttle did not come get us when we landed even though it was within the window of operation and we were told to just get an uber because it most likely won’t make it. The shuttle did not show at 6:10 as they said it would so we had to pay for another Uber to the airport. The shuttle is unreliable and is not on time or does not show at all. The breakfast isn’t until 7 so if you need to leave for a flight, no breakfast. Not a care in the world from management after giving multiple attempts for them to make this right. They put us off as well as Expedia every day for 3 days straight. The only person that was trying to be helpful was the front desk person. I would never stay at this place due to its unsanitary conditions and lack of care from management. Stay away as this was truly a terrible experience.

    Quaint small hotel near the Miami airport, though only hear planes from outside the hotel. Room was compact but had many amenities. The air conditioning system was a bit noisy and blew air directly on the bed. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were almost nonexistent. We had issues connecting the TV to cable service, but the front desk gal helped us out by coming directly to our room. Bathroom was very tight on space, water leaked from the shower or the sink onto the floor and there were no hand towels or washcloths, which seemed very odd. Breakfast was good. We were offered waffles, cereal, eggs, bagels, juice & coffee. For the price point, we didn't complain.

    The place was pretty decent honestly. The room was clean. The only issue is, they need a place to keep the soap in the shower. Like a dish or a ledge. I had to hold the soap in hand while in the shower and there was no place to put it afterwards lol. But all good

    In our room: the A/C struggled to cool the small room, shower was very tiny (and I’m petite) and the water leaks out from under the shower door and soaks the floor. For 2 adults, they only provided 3 pillows, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath mat. No washcloths and since our bath mat got soaked, we had to put the hand towel on the floor. Saw stray hairs in the bathroom & blanket upon arrival, indicating that their cleanliness could be improved. We were in town for an event and didn’t have time to request more towels. Appreciate the friendly staff, easy check-in, convenient location, & free parking. Otherwise, I would personally not recommend unless their cleanliness and scent improves.

    I appreciated the fact that my room was clean and tidy. The air conditioning was on and the room was a comfortable temperature too! It was very humid and I truly appreciated it! There were plenty of clean towels as well as body wash, a shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. There was a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board as well as a frig and blow dryer! Oh, and the shuttle driver was a hoot! Very personable and friendly! Julio, you're the best!

    A/C was very loud. Breakfast was ok but not great. The staff was very nice. There was no wash rags in the room and when we went to get some we were told that they ran out of wash rags. But the staff was nice enough to find us a couple. We wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

    Absolutely nothing. It was terrible. There wasn’t even an elevator inside the hotel and I had had knee surgery. There was no elevator inside the hotel. The mattress was on springs like a fold up bed. You could not move without squeaking. It was not clean and it sure didn’t look like it was in a place that was reputable.

    This place was fine for a cheap, single night stay as close to the airport as we could get. I wouldn’t recommend it for anything else. It had a ton of weird quirks that come with a budget hotel: the shower door was broken, so the bathroom fully floods every time you take a shower. There was no closet in the room, just a bunch of hangers messily hung on a little decorative ledge that ran along the wall and was clearly not intended to be used as a place to hang clothes. The room and bathroom were extremely tiny: two people with 1 checked bag and 3 carryons felt very cramped in that space. Staff were friendly and helpful, no complaints there! It’s just not a good or very well-maintained property. Definitely does not feel like you’re staying at a Wyndham property. More like a local motor inn.

    Very basic, close to the airport. Shuttle is a hit and miss, I took an Uber when the bus was still 40 minutes late. Staff are the best. No food on-site, yet they take your $100 for six days; that does not work for me.

    So the shuttle from the airport never came. Called and they swore it came and it did not. We had to uber. Upon arriving the lobby looked nice. But when we were assigned our rooms I knew this was going to be a bad place to stay at. There were fluorescent lights in the hallways flickering and then we got to our room and the smell was atrocious. A strong mildew mold scent. The covers were damp from the humidity. It was just incredibly humid in the room and the AC was on. The room walls were dirty, everything looked gross. Bathroom had crust in corners and it just needs a renovation, to be updated, oh and dusted. It got better at least with the smell but only slightly as the night progressed. Morning came and my hair was super frizzy from humidity. Breakfast was meh. Cereals, bagels, waffles, and OJ. There was sausage but it was super salty. However did get this place for cheap but never would recommend this place to anybody. Gave one star for price, another for roof over our heads, and another one for offering breakfast. Do not stay unless you plan to be out all day and just need a place to literally sleep.

    When we arrived to the property I didn’t think my experience was going to be all that great. To my surprise, the hotel was very nice. It was clean and appeared to be recently updated, maybe in the last 2-3 years. It smelled great coming in and it was very well lit and welcoming. The gentleman at the front wasn’t the warmest but he was nice enough. The check in was effortless since I had prepaid. I asked about on site laundry facilities, there was a paid washing machine and dryer in the back outside through a courtyard. I’m scared of critters and things that scurry so I only saw the laundry area once. Something ran fast out there and I saw a huge cockroach on a bag of trash. That was enough for me. The room was a little older but recently renovated as I previously said. The floors were nice, the bed left a little to be desired but it served its purpose. The bathroom was small and the shower was even smaller; but the water was hot and the room was clean. There were no bugs or rodents inside. Overall the room was good. I’d stay again if I had another over nighter or long layover. It’s perfect for that. I’m not sure I’d stay for several days however. The room was perfectly priced at $80/night. I wouldn’t spend more than that.

    When i checked into Atrium Hotel, i was giving a room, possibly worst room in the building smelling smoke, with no fridge, TV black screen, not telephone to contact front desk. Entire structure like a renovated apartment building with plastering and painting defects, but thanks to the manager (NICK) that responded to our complaint and provided a different room that was better than previous.

    The room was ok had a very weird odor in the bathroom. There’s only two sheets no comforter, no security lock on the door, and no elevator. I felt like I had to wear shoes in the shower and in the room because of how dirty it felt. It was good for one night before my cruise and being so close to the hotel, but I honestly don’t think I could spend more than one night there. It wasn’t the worst but I wouldn’t stay again.

    An excellent place to stay in Miami. It was very clean, and there were no insects. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. The customer service was impeccable. It is located very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. My reservation included breakfast, which was good enough to get the day started. It offers excellent value for money.     The night staff was great, she could only do what she could be the computers during check in was down. She stated she had being trying to contact the owner to have it fixed, but still was not resolved. She still done her best to accommodate the guest. There’s no elevator and there was a wheelchair bound guest checking in at the same time. Other patrons had to assist her up two flights of stairs. Across the way seems to be a hotel for the street walkers. The area looks a bit sketchy. The room was clean though.

    Manage expectations - this is an average basic hotel in need of a major overhaul. It looks like efforts have been made to upgrade or update, but there's still a lot of work to be done. The rooms are quite small (quaint?), bathrooms smaller. However, my room was clean, the tiny bathroom well stocked with nicely folded towels and nicely placed toiletries. The bed was sheets only (blanket available), but effort was made to make it look appealing. I wasn't there long enough to try the breakfast. The evening clerk was pleasant and helpful; the overnight/early a.m. clerk was also pleasant. The hallway was much in need of vacuuming. From my POV, the staff seems to be doing what they can with what they have, but the photos and even name (Wyndham Trademark) are misleading. A last note about the shuttle - I waited 30 mins, but it did come (unlike some other reviewers). I was the only rider and I carried my bag onto the bus (I wouldn't need help anyway). It smelled like old smoke and had an interesting grinding sound at driving speed. The driver said it would be a 10 minute ride and that there was a restaurant across the street. When he dropped me off, I thanked him and as I exited, he said "a tip would be nice." For what - doing your job? Overall, again, manage your expectations. This is not a Wyndham boutique hotel. But if you need a clean bed and hot shower before heading to nearby MIA, it will suffice.

    Air conditioner made so much rattling noise had to turn off and not use. Shuttle - wasted several hours waiting for one at airport as front desk did not tell us it was a Quinta shuttle. Back to the airport shuttle - 20 minutes late. The front desk staff was very apologetic and tried to get driver to come on time Outside of window was trashy wood structures. Area could be cleaned up and not be an eye sore. The lobby was adequately furnished. Good use of space with the ‘courtyard’. Will not stay here again. Did stay because of originally being cheap. Not so cheap on return stay. Not worth any savings we could of had. Price fluctuated too much.

    Cons: The lobby floor was filthy when I arrived. The whole room had a nasty smell, like stinky old dish water. It was strongest in the bathroom which is right at the door. There were 5-6 tiny drain flies in the shower. The shower door did not close properly. Ultimately, I did not use the shower. The water in the sink drained very poorly. The toilet was sandwiched between the wall & the shower enclosure making it an extremely tight space to comfortably void. The AC didnt cool too well & the vents were dirty and mildewed which added to the horrible smell. There was no blanket or comforter on the bed, just two top sheets. There was no microwave in the room, I had to use the one at the concession area by the lobby. The walls were dirty and there was insufficient lighting. As uncomfortable as I was, I was also too tired to complain. I just wanted to fall asleep. Pros: Check in was quick & easy. There was an effort to modernize the room and public areas. The bed was made up neatly and was comfy. The bathroom looked clean at first glance. The tv was large and had good viewing options. The place was quiet and I felt fairly safe. They had decent free continental breakfast and the rate was budget-friendly. Overall, my stay was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just really need somewhere to crash and can't afford a nicer place.

    The staff are friendly, kind and understanding. My first room the AC wasn’t working and they switched my room without any problems. Then I used the wrong key card for my new room and they made me another one without any complaints. Best part was the shuttle service to and from the airport.     This is a good choice for a low-cost hotel near Miami airport, and there are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel and rooms are a bit dated and the air conditioning cannot keep up with the Miami heat (pun intended), but the place is clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

    Importante recarcar El transporte es hasta las 10 PM. Si TU vuelo llega a las 10 no tienes tranportacion gratis hacia El hotel, tienes que tomar un Uber como me sucedio. Es un hotel de una Noche. En cuanto Al precio lo considero caro. En mi Caso pague un total de 130 la Noche. En cuanto a la ubicacion ESTA paralelo Al aeropuerto internacional, solo toma unos 10 minuto llegar en auto.

    The front desk gal was fabulous- she should be working at a better hotel. The hotel was just above totally sucky. In my first room, which looked like a mix of updates in a crappy old apartment, none of the lights at the bed worked and the phone didn’t work. I had to fight to get the shower faucet to turn. I was moved to a different room. It’s a crappy old building- they put lipstick on a pig basically. It’s a dump and I would NOT recommend unless desperate! Very disappointed! It’s a $20 a night hotel charging $90.

    I booked this property because it had an airport shuttle, but it starts far too late to be usable for early flights, so I had to pay for an an Uber. Room was somewhat dilapidated, bed uncomfortable, AC very loud. Mild odor to the room. None of the plugs nor lights near the bed worked. Would absolutely not return.

    The Staff was fine. Don't be fooled by the Wyndham name as the room was incredibly tiny and not very clean. The property is very dated. I kind of expected better based on the review rating. Also, the outside signage was terrible. It was night time and literally drove right by it because the place is so non-descript.

    The airport shuttle was not available when I got in, the staff was very apologetic and told me to check back with them later in the night if the shuttle would be available for the next day, (I only stayed for one night). I stopped back later, spoke to a different employee who looked at me confused and said the shuttle had been running all day and would of course be running in the morning, after I explained it hadn't been and was told to check back. The bathroom in the hotel room had a lot of dust/dirt in the corners. I had read other reviews stating the comforters were on the floor, which was true and I thought odd. I found two small worms in the blanket. Please hotel management if you're reading this, stop putting the comforters on the floor, just put them on the bed. The hotel shuttle was running the next morning and I was able to take it to the airport.

    The airport shuttle service not being available in the early morning was quite inconvenient, as I needed to be at the airport at 3:30 a.m. and was informed that the service only starts at 5:30 a.m. I was also advised that an exception could be arranged for a $60 fee, which I found quite expensive for such a short distance of about 8 minutes. I would appreciate more flexible and reasonably priced options for early departures.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. The outside of the building needs improvement but the lobby had some more modern decor. Our room was small - it looked clean enough. The lights & plugs on either side of the bed were not working when we first arrived but when we let the front desk know, they sent maintenance to fix it right away. There was no closet, only pegs on the wall. The AC was on & kept the room nicely cool. Only sheets with a top sheet were on the bed-no comforter. I wasn’t sure if that was because it’s always so hot out. The bathroom is way too small & it has only a pedestal sink. They need to perhaps hang a shelf to give guests somewhere to put their toiletries at the very least. The shower was minuscule-I didn’t even want to try it out. The bathroom could have used a more detailed cleaning. Breakfast was ok, though the tables were not cleaned while we were there so there were crumbs left behind by previous eaters which made it feel unpleasant. For one night it was passable if you’re on the more tolerant side. But the worst thing we found was the size of the bathroom-it would not be what we’d expect for what we spent on the room. I’ve tried to be fair and balanced in this review to give a clear picture of our experience.

    This is a $39.00 a night flop house that was painted and had holes in the walls that were poorly patched. They have added new doors, toilets and cheep vinyl floors. Breakfast was very undesireable. They served pre cooked frozen egg patties, along with rotten bananas and a few other items. We took the shuttle to the cruise port. It took two hours to get dropped off due to traffic and lots of customers going to various ships. It's better to take a taxi. Look closley at the pictures. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this business.

    They stated in the reservation that they have an airport shuttle which is the main reason I booked it out of the dozens of hotels in the area. Turns out their shuttle doesn't run at 8PM when the flight arrived, which I only found out when I arrived at the property after taking a shared ride. How does a business function this way? I let the phone ring over 20 times on several occasions not a machine, AI or human to answer a telephone? Unacceptable and we will not stay there again, there are other options. Otherwise the place is clean and convenient.

    very noisy, cannot sleep at all, i stayed on this place for two separate occasion, one on weekend, another one on week day. First time, i thought it was just one off, then it happened again on the second stay. i don't know what's going on there. Some people stay up ALL NIGHT, loud music, loud talking, loud laughing, door slam. Reporting to the front desk staff only helped for about one hour. around 6am in the morning, those people seem to finally start to sleep with outside "do not disturb" sign. the only reason to stay there is that it is close to airport, but there are other hotels nearby.

    Can’t imagine a brand name hotel like Wyndham would put their name on this place. So old and run down. Dirty, grungy, air conditioning window unit was so loud and only had one speed- high. Although it did drown out the noise as the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. It smelled awful as well. Pillows were as old as the hotel. And only a sheet on the bed- no blanket. Airport shuttle was broken down and not in use. Worst hotel stay ever.

    I have had bigger rooms at a motel 6. The bathroom on an interior cabin on a cruise ship is bigger and laid out better. Unfortunately when sitting on the toilet the door hits you across the knees. No place to put soap in the shower. The staff was very helpful and made up for some of the other deficiencies.

    When I booked the room I was told cash payment accepted. When checking in cash refused and was made to use credit card. The room we got did not look anything like the one shown online when booking. It was much smaller and barely furnished. There were three of us and we were not provided enough towels or washcloths. There was reconstruction going on so the place was disorderly.

    Unit doors have a tremendous amount id hallway light that comes through. Rooms were adequately clean, but in all honesty, did not feel clean enough to shower without water shoes. Bathroom is incredibly tiny - difficult to close the door unless standing in a particular position in the tiny space.

    The lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding. She worked very hard to accommodate the many people checking in. I have stayed at many Wyndham hotels in and out of the US, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at under their name. No elevator, sinks clogged. Room is the size of closet. My granddaughter and I did not sleep under the sheets because cleanliness was questionable. It look like a seedy hotel from the 1950’s. The breakfast was so questionable. They served cold eggs, they brought in on a glass dish covered with a napkin. I transferred to the Miami Hilton the next day for 50 more it was beyond worth it. You couldn’t pay me to ever stay there again.

    This was a place we chose because their reviews said it was clean and it was incredibly close to the airport. We just needed a place literally to shower and sleep for about five hours. The room was very clean. Very small but perfect for two people with two queen beds the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. We didn’t notice any smells in our room, but we did notice the hotel had a very overly powerful smell of some kind of fragrance or cleaning product when we came in. I have asthma so I just kind of held my breath through this process and ran to our room and our room was OK. The only thing that was weird was the lights in our bathroom were broken. It seemed like some kind of electrical issue they were going on and off like a strobe so it was hard to take a Shower but other than that everything was fine decent price great location. Check-in was easy my only recommendation for the hotel would be to address the strong smells when you come in. It’s a bit offputting and hard for people with breathing issues but other than that the room was great. Just might want to check on those bathroom lights. ! :)

    I called for over 30 minutes when I arrived for the shuttle to get us and no one answered. I even called the 800 number and they could not get anyone to answer. Finally got a call back only to be told the shuttle only runs on the hour so we would have to wait another 20 minutes before the shuttle would even leave to head to the airport. We ended up taking a taxi. Then on departure we were told the shuttle will be ready at 7 AM. We arrived at the desk at 6:50 AM. Only to be told the shuttle would be departing at 7:10 AM at 7:20 AM. I went in only to be told that the shuttle driver was still seven minutes away. This is unacceptable. I will not stay at this property again and would like to be reimbursed for my taxi

    No elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage upstairs, the male desk clerk didn’t even offer to help carry it. The toilet was under the towel rack so if you stood straight up you would bang your head. The continental breakfast was offered in a hot tiny room where you had to take your plate outside to eat on the veranda.

    I would not recommend staying at this hotel that seems more like a motel. The room had a nasty moldy smell with mold on the AC. It also smelled like the Ac had mold in it blowing into the room. There were stains on the sheets and headboards. The part of the hotel that was okay was the entrance and veranda. I definitely feel swindled based off of ratings they have on Expedia. Breakfast was a waffle and premade eggs you warm up, imagine McDonald's eggs. If my flight hadnt landed at 1am in the morning I would have requested a refund and went someplace else.

    This hotel is an insult to Wydham. Cheap mattress, worthy of a hostel, dirty, Goodwill bedding, broken down shuttle, sad "breakfast". Would be understandable if it was $69./ night. Pathetic. I stayed the night before in a lovely Marriott in Naples for less money. I will re-consider ever staying in a property with the Wyndham nane on it.

    The pick-up shuttle was a great help. I was quite surprised to find out (by enquiring if the shuttle was on schedule) that it was not operational. I asked when or if I would have been notified but received no answer. The taxi which was called was initially 2, then 4, 5,…up to 17 minutes late. The room, not the most up to date on its upkeep, was fairly clean. For a one-night stay, I’m happy. Some repairs to the bathroom will surely help. No toilet paper holder. The price was reasonable. I’ll stay there, short-term, in the future.

    When you first walk into the hotel the mold smell knocks you back, if we wouldn't of prepaid for this hotel & could of gotten a refund I would of walked out. Once we got to our room, the door was a hollow residential interior door, there was not a security lock, only the deadbolt. The bath room reeked so strongly of mold it made you nauseous. The baseboards in the bathrooms had so much dust/dirt/hair on them that you didn't even want to use the bathroom. There was hair on the bathroom pedestal & in the sink. I know you are in Florida but there wasn't blanket on the bed, it was a top sheet. I know that this hotel is trying to update but you cannot put lipstick on a pig to make them pretty. And charging $200 plus a night for a mold infested room should be illegal.

    Entire facility looked dirty and rundown. Couldn’t get air conditioning to turn off so unplugged it because it was freezing in the room. Only a single top sheet on the bed!! There was a blanket folded on a low shelf—blanket was almost touching the floor so I wasn’t going to use an unsanitary blanket. I was cold all night. I wrote a note and suggested they fold the blanket nicely and lay it at the end of the bed instead of storing close to the floor. Also, they advertise breakfast but must be saving a lot of money not serving guests who have to leave before 7:00 am, which is when they start serving. How about starting breakfast at 6:00 am? Can’t believe Wyndam has such a sub-par property in their inventory. Yuck!

    When we arrived there was a dead cockroach on the floor under the desk. I understand it is humid and its Florida and bugs are a possibility but yuck. The building is old but they have updated a little and repainted. It was a decent price and close to the airport making it convenient for our early flight. Overall not horrible but I'm not sure we'll stay agin.

    When I arrived, the front desk was on her cell, even when I was already standing at the front desk I was waiting for her to finish using her cellphone to address me. The room that was given to me had a nonfunctioning night light on one side that won’t turn on. The window frame had dead bugs surrounding it. The AC had spider webs that connected to the wall. The rest of the room was ok clean but you can obviously tell housekeeping didn’t care much for details. The bathroom light had one bulb that looks like it’s about to wear out, some occasional flickering. When I asked if there were other rooms available to switch or upgrade, the front desk told me everything was booked (without even checking). I went on Expedia and saw that it shows 1 more available for the same type of room I booked, along with 7 available for a bigger bed/room, so I felt like she just didn’t want to address the matter. The room looked much more aged and worn out than the reference pictures online. The sheets were also super thin with no comforter. The lobby compared to the actual room I got looked like two different worlds. I only stayed for a night because I had a 6am morning flight and it was close by to the airport. If I was staying multiple days, I probably wouldn’t pick this hotel.

    Based on previous reviews it was better than expected. 5 stars for clean and comfortable, everything in our room was great. Yes, rooms are small, still nice. Clearly this is an older building so they are working with what they got. And they did have blankets- so many said there was only a sheet. The blanket was on a bench shelf. Breakfast was as expected, not fancy but just fine. Shuttle was also great, our driver was so nice, loaded and unloaded bags, and was wonderful. We did fill up at the airport so others did have to probably wait a while there, but driver told them he would be back. The bad part now: lobby/halls smelled very strongly of mold. Room smelled strong also but different- can not place the smell. And bathroom- so clean and nice but so small the shower, door, and toilet were all touching. So if you are bigger you may literally not fit on the toilet as it is between the wall and shower with no room between. But the staff was great, we felt safe and clean and got a good nights sleep.

    Initially, once I landed, I sent a text to send me the information about the shuttle, they text back and said the shuttle was to 1030pm, once I landed at 10 o’clock I called for the service and they said that he had already left the airport and that I would need to find for the transportation. Then when I got to the hotel, I had two large suitcases and they didn’t have any more first floor units so I had to go up two flights of steps with two large suitcases on my own because there was no elevator. Then when I went to meet the food delivery person for my food delivery in a lobby I saw a lady downstairs getting towels and washcloths. And lower behold, I did not have any washcloths I would over it by then because I had had a 12 hour day flying all the way from California, but I would not recommend this place to anybody.

    I meant to take a picture of the bathroom but the toilet was flush against the wall! Not the back but the side of the toilet floors and walls cracked and dirty. Walls were paper thin so you could hear the people in the next room more than those sitting next to me! The outside chairs had no cushions so when my husband went out to smoke his cigar the bars were poking him. Can’t believe this is a Wyndham Hotel! Also wanted early check-in not available and no elevator! We also asked the receptionist to call us a taxi and she called a private service that charged us &40.00 for a 1.45 mile trip😡. Won’t be back ever!

    The hotel was old and filthy. A guest in another room found a cockroach which caused me to be very concerned that I would have cockroaches in my room. So my friend and I slept in our clothing on top of the bed. There was a lot of noise since the door of my room was not flush. The room where breakfast was provided had very little seating and there wasn’t much to choose from. Overall it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

    This was the worst hotel I have ever spent my money on. The hotel has no elevator so we were forced to haul our luggage upstairs with no assistance from the staff. The hotel is dated in appearance; from the halls to the doors of the rooms, nothing about this place is inviting. There were ac and heating units in each room which we were told by staff is not available. There were no comforters on the beds, only sheets. We were provided with thin blankets to stay warm with and we had to ask for a second because it was so cold. When we arrived at the airport, we saw other hotel shuttles that have passed through in 15-20 minute increments, while theirs is only one every hour and it’s no more than 15 minutes from the airport. Many other guests that were there when we came were also extremely disappointed with what they showed up to. This is NOT what I expected for almost $300 a night.

    The entire hotel is a little gross and unclean. My shower didn’t have hot water. There was nowhere for me to put any toiletries. The hallways weren’t vacuumed and the construction work was clearly done terribly so everything looked gross (even if it was clean). I also booked this hotel for the airport shuttle, but I didn't realize it wasn’t 24/7 so I still had to pay for a ride to the airport in the morning. I think this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and at $200 a night it’s pretty shocking.

    The hotel looks good on the picture but nothing like that when you get there yes, the lobby is nice in the outdoor, but the rooms are very dusty very dated and just not up to part like I thought it would be. The bathroom super small can’t even close the door baseboard is dirty. It gives motel 6 vibes a very older version we had to cancel and find another room because I was not satisfied. I don’t know where these people are staying at with the reviews, but I honestly don’t think that it’s real. If you want luxury, this is definitely not the place.

There was so much dirt on the floors in the lobby, stairwells and hallways, that it was tracked into rooms. I had to wipe my feet down to get into the bed.     It’s a Hyatt in name only ! A cheap motel Hyatt bought and stuck their name on it!! Pass on this one if you want a good restaurant on site .     Hotel is definitely outdated. It has no elevator. Heavy luggage had to be carried up two flights of stairs. Bathroom was not fully cleaned upon arrival. Housekeeping had to come clean thevtub that had hair and dirt in it. Had to obtain bath cloths from front desk staff due to insufficient ones in the room. The only plus to this hotel is that it is close to the airport and the front desk staff was friendly.

    You CANNOT believe the 5 star ratings! Kudos to the photographer for this hotel. Unfortunately, at this time of the year, all hotels were $350+ / nt. Driving up to the hotel, we knew were in for trouble. Outside resembles a 2 story fleabag. Once inside, the atrium was nice, the staff cordial. Afyer checking in at walking down the unvacuumed, filthy hallway with no matching doors upon opening the door to our room, we immediately knew, nope. Stains on things meant to sit on, s bottle of water already opened with several ounces missing. Someone else described the rooms as a rent by the hour type. Great description. We immediately turned around and left. Did not even bother bringing our luggage in. We drive home 134 miles. No way were we laying our heads down in that place after a long day. Expedia, do better at reviewing your member hotels.

    No elevator, so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage don’t stay here unless guaranteed a first floor. Pictures are very old. No pool. The rooms were falling apart…there was a hole in the wall to the outside, the inside wall was cracking, and if next to the atrium you will hear full conversations at all hours of the night and smell the pot being smoked. Staff was nice, breakfast was fine, but overall wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the only last minute option.

    We waited 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport and in the end we took a cab to the hotel (&22.00). The worst thing was the staff, no interest in whatever. When we shecked in, they had not told us the bus to the airport was running only once err hour in the morning. So we were told we hust missed it and would have to take a taxi to the airport. The girl at the desk called (? Who?) A man with a big car arrivedstarted a long chat with the girl and then told he was the taxi driver. When we arrived at the airport, we had to pay him $45.00.... no bill, no check, nothing, just a big mouth when we protested. Overall, a really bad experience!!!

    Upon entering the disgusting lobby, I proceeded to check in with concern. Once I paid and asked for the elevator, I was told only stairs. As I lugged my suitcase, backpack, handbag, and other bag up the stairs, I immediately realized that it was not a hotel but rather a rent by the hour scummy hotel. When I opened the room door, I was pushed back by the strong smell of urine. I immediately closed the door, went downstairs, canceled, and stated I wanted a refund. The front desk attendant, who was extremely polite and professional, got the manager to approve. I told her there was no way that "hotel" was part of the Wyndham family. She responded by saying an "affiliate". Wyndham needs to be made aware. Further, after research, every other website has it listed as 2 stars. How is it possible that you have 7.2? It is a disgusting dangerous hotel to say the least. Shame on Hotels.com for putting a small statured woman traveling alone in this situation.

    Worst experience I've ever had. The place was dirty, they didn't have hand soap in the room, there were no blankets, the room didn't have heat and it dropped below freezing.     Facility was old and not well-kept. Cobwebs and spiders in almost every corner of the room. Tiny bathroom. No fridge or microwave. Bright light coming into the room from the hallway at night because the door was old and not tightly sealed all around. Drunk/high people hanging out in the lobby at night. Only one thin blanket on the bed with no extra blankets available and no heat option in the room. The front desk ladies were extremely pleasant, but we will not be back.

    The shower was TERRIBLE. Either scalding hot, or very cold. Looked like it was from the 1950s. Very bad water pressure, too. The heater at night was so loud and clunky when it came on that it interrupted my sleep multiple times. So easy to get both things (shower and heater) right, yet the hotel got it wrong. Highly unimpressive.

    I didn’t find the staff welcoming like the other hotels I have been to on Miami Springs. Room is very small for the high cost. Bathroom floor tiles are very slippery. I took a good skid showering. Luckily, there was a hand rail to catch myself. They don’t talk much at reception. You must ask for information that should be given freely, such as breakfast hours, shuttle times if you are catching a flight next day. I suppose they assume you have been here before. I had to learn everything accidentally or by asking. They don’t even ask how your flight was (just for the sake of making you feel welcome). I have had better experiences elsewhere. Breakfast options were great though. I honestly wouldn’t stay there again. Sorry.

    Staff very nice. The bathroom had black mold and broken tile. Not all the lights worked in room. There was dirt all over the radiator. Buttons broken on ac. Odor to room. There was a wild cat walking around hotel. And one woman upon check in/viewing their room immediately left. Sidewalk in disrepair and another guest fell, gashed the side of his head and they didnt even have a first aid kit. Another gentleman was screaming into lobby phone and i dont event think he was a guest?!

    Facility had no elevator. I failed to see that in either the pre-booking site and in the booking confirmation. We're old - need elevator. Very luckily had one room left on the ground floor. Next: hot breakfast is advertised but not delivered. No hot food. Waffle maker - would have used except no butter and we were told "what's there is all that's available." Also no jelly. Coffee machine was out of coffee. Come on, really? Also I took photos of the bathroom: where the floor meets the wall is all rotten. If you don't believe me check out room 144.

    1) The shuttle took 45+ min to get to the airport. Come to find out, it runs once an hour. Not very convenient. 2) At check in, all was smooth thankfully. What I didn’t expect was there being no elevator. I don’t think this was listed anywhere in the property details. I had 2 heavy bags and was exhausted after having to drag them up the stairs. 3) Now, finally I get to my room. It was a lot smaller than I expected, but that’s ok because it was just me. I went into the bathroom, and found hair all over the floor, on the toilet paper, in the shower, and around the sink. That didn’t make me feel good or comfortable at all! I couldn’t request a new room as they were “fully booked” that night. So I sucked it up. I stayed in my room majority of the night. In the morning, I had the included breakfast - toast, bagels, hot dogs (I guess meant to be sausages?) chicken nuggets, waffles, apples and bananas. I wasn’t very satisfied overall. I had lots of bananas to eat. I did come down and spend time in the outdoor atrium. That was pretty cozy thankfully. Also, the guy at the front desk in the morning was VERY helpful and I really appreciated that. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again but I am grateful for the last minute accommodation.

    This was a terrible hotel, I’m not sure how they got rated so high without Expedia checking the reviews. I was so over come by the smell of the hotel that my eyes were running, swelling up and my throat was closing up, the hotel van was so dirty words could not describe the filth, the seats were absolutely disgusting, we waited for an hour and the vehicle had a check engine light. Thy shouldn't be allowed to charge more than $50.00 per night for this place it’s a real dump. I was totally embarrassed that I booked this place for my friends. We were traveling with a minor and I would have been very upset if someone would have picked a place like this for my child. The receptionist was vey nice I felt bad for her there were other people checking out as well. I contacted Expedia who said they would help if my money was not fully refunded. I had to immediately book another last minute hotel we stayed at the Even hotel which cost more becomes it was last minute. I think the Expedia should not only make sure our money was refunded but should also compensate the difference of the hotel that we had to book or at least issue a curtesy credit for a future travel

    When I requested a blanket because my room didn’t have one, the front desk attendant actually asked if I could come downstairs to get it myself instead of having it brought up — which I felt was quite unprofessional and not the level of service I expected. The bathroom also had maintenance issues. Both the sink and shower weren’t operating properly — every time I turned on the shower, water would pool in the tub, which clearly indicated a drainage blockage. The breakfast was another letdown. One of the staff members, who was incredibly kind and polite, spoke very highly of it and made it sound great when describing the eggs — but in reality, it was basic and underwhelming. Overall, while some of the staff were friendly and welcoming, the experience and room conditions unfortunately didn’t meet the standard I was expecting.

    All the communication about the booking - including the airport shuttle information- referred to a different Wyndham hotel, which lead to confusion. We had to spend money on an Uber to get there. Check in was incredibly slow and inefficient even though I’d done all the online check in forms. There was no elevator so we had to carry heavy bags of scuba equipment up the stairs. There was nowhere to eat nearby. The hotel room was clean but the building felt damp and neglected. Not a great stay.

    Online check in… sent pic/cc/etc for a “fast” check in process. However I’ve been standing in a line for 20 mins!!!!! Waste of my time- false advertising. One person checking folks in.

    Staff are great but cleaning must be improved. The carpet does not smell good. The floor was not totally clean. And the room maintenance needs improvement. Paint, walls and tiles. Look as bad work.

    They didnt have an automatic entrance door so we struggled to get all our luggages into the lobby area. Our room door was broken. We feel the room wasn't cleaned at all. The bathroom was so tiny we cold barely move. We booked and paid this hotel for 2 nights but we were so disappointed that we checked out the following morning and booked next night at another hotel.

    Room was basic but clean. Close to local restaurants. I ate at a nice Honduran restaurant across the street that has delicious selections. Both check in & check out were easy. Shuttle bus drivers were also helpful.

    It is disappointing that this is listed as a “Trademark Collection “ by Wyndham property. I expect more from the Wyndham brand. There is no way that this is a 3 star hotel. I have stayed at nicer 2 star hotels. If it hadn’t been so late when we finally got to the hotel I probably would have looked for another hotel. The pictures of the room online are deceiving. The room was small, dimly lit and had a musty smell. You could hear the people in the room next door. The bathroom was very small. While it was clean the lack of attention to detail like holes in the tile or the shower flange not being secured to the wall was disappointing. We were woken up in the early, early morning by some guy pounding on a door down the hall. The police were called and when got to the lobby later that morning there were 2 police cars in the front. As far as the advertised complimentary round trip airport transportation, I messaged the hotel about how to arrange a ride from the airport. They never replied. I called them when I arrived at the airport and they told me where to meet the shuttle. I went there and they were gone. So we waited for the next one. After some time we called the hotel and when no one answered we left a message. We called again later and found the shuttle doesn’t run after 10pm. That would have been good to put on your website. We ended up getting a Lyft. We were able to catch the shuttle the next morning and it went very smoothly.

    Arrived at hotel via uber from Fort Lauderdale. Approximately $40 for uber. Hotel sign is on fabric stretched over previous sign. Hotel was clean and smelled good in lobby. Room was small but clean. Bed was not comfortable at all. Our toilet was against the wall. Im not joking like an inch from the wall. Shower was either HOT or COLD. There was no in between. We walked about a mile or so for lunch when we arrived and they were setting up a cute little carnival in the town while we were there. The vending room is overpriced as to be expected, if you need sodas or snacks the hotel across the street has them available in an open room for cheaper. They do have a cute little courtyard that you can sit and enjoy take out if you decide to uber eat while there.

    The bathroom was very, very small. The pedestal sink did not have any counter space. Shower was very cramped with no shelf for bathing supplies and the shower door did not latch and could easily fall open.

    The room/hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. But this is not what you expect from a Wyndham. In fact we passed a Wyndham on the way in and was surprised at the building our GPS navigated us to. It’s like a small rundown apartment complex. The room was VERY SMALL. This is perfect for a single traveler with a layover or sleeping before an early flight- or if you need a quick nap and a shower before traveling….but definitely not where you want to stay on vacation and not where you want to stay with kids.

    This isn’t a reflection on the front-line staff, but rather on a clear lack of care and leadership from hotel management. When a management team shows this little pride in maintaining their asset, it raises serious concerns about how seriously they take life safety procedures. The GM and ownership should take a hard look in the mirror and question whether they belong in the hospitality industry. Wyndham should pull their flag, as this property fails to uphold the brand’s standards. And if the executive team believes this level of upkeep is acceptable, then they truly deserve the pay they’re getting. The positive guest reviews posted online must be fabricated, because no one walking past the lobby could possibly believe this is anything more than a two-star hotel at best.

    My stay at the Atrium Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, was excellent! The staff was welcoming and professional from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and transportation. I also really liked the quiet atmosphere and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

    The girl at the front desk was nice. When I walked downstairs to the lobby, there was a cockroach on the staircase. The rooms are very small like it was an old apartment that's been converted. But they were well appointed and I was in a courtyard area which was fairly quiet given. It is so close to the airport with the constant landings. Very similar to staying at a small hotel room in South Beach in Miami Beach.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Does not have a pool, so it might not be a good fit for families with children, but we were headed to the beach. Price was right. Atrium is beatutiful. Would definitely stay again.

    Parking was free. The area is a typical airport neighborhood. It felt a bit sketchy at first, but turned out to be okay. The room was VERY small, tight, very basic. It was not stocked well. We had 3 people and 2 queen beds. There were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Had to request more, the person at the desk tried to blow me off, but I insisted that this was not adequate for 3 adults. There was no plastic liner for the ice bucket and only 1 coffee cup. The hotel did the job but nothing to brag about. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient.

    The bathroom was really small in our room and very akward to shower in while keeping the curtain off you and the water in the shower lol but we made it work. Overall great place for the price and I would stay again, maybe in a bigger room of the showers are bigger. The staff were great and very friendly!
