    In the photos it looked like a clean boutique hotel. It was absolutely not. We checked in at 2 in the morning before our cruise the next day. Check in was fine but once we got to our room it was a completely terrible. The walls in the room were dirty, the room looks nothing like the pictures and the bathroom was not clean. The walls had stains and the counter was dirty I had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes that I brought. The sheets after inspecting them did not look clean they looked like the bed had just been remade. The front desk wanted to give me a new room but after going into that other room there were wings of a dead bug on the top blankets. At that point I asked for clean sheets for the first room since we were just sleeping a few hours before out cruise. He brought me new sheets and helped me make the bed. Very loud!! Racinh cars all night! And honking and yelling. This was nothing like the reviews or pictures. Do not stay here you will not get any sleep!!

    Hotel was clean, looked upgraded with newer bathrooms and floor. I had issues not having the TV connected to the WiFi after numerous tries, but did not persue with front desk. Garden area was cute and well maintained. It rained during stay, which caused massive pooling of water on all sides of hotel, which made it difficult to get out without getting shoes entirely wet.

    When we checked in, Micheal was so pleasant, he even helped me take my luggage upstairs. Later that evening we enjoyed the garden sitting area it was so peaceful we had breakfast there the next morning. They had water in the room and it was very clean.

    The hotel was located very nicely in the city! The room was small but clean and bright. We had a very nice stay before our cruise. There were good places to get food within walking distance.. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! Cost was very reasonable for a night in Miami!

    So for a one night stay: it was fine. The room itself was a bit worn down and the bathroom had a clear window that could see into the shower so that bothered us- covered it with a towel. Door lock wasn’t good and kept chirping in the night. What we did like- the bed! Was super soft and almost luxurious! The shower gel and shampoo were very nice. All in all though for the cost probably wouldn’t stay here again and the things that need work are not minor things.

    For a place that’s supposed to provide rest and privacy, this was completely unacceptable. I barely got any sleep and felt uneasy the entire time. Soundproofing clearly isn’t a priority here, and it really shows.

    The place is different than shown on the photos. The staff was nice but I had to wait 30 min in my car for them to appear to open the door. The room smelled humid and the AC looked damaged. The AC while on made a noise very loudly very 6 minutes. Outside my door which was in the dark edge of a hallway there was dirt and lots of empty water canisters and slip signs. The room itself was not the worst part but this place is not worth the amount I paid.

    Good enough for the price. Bathroom shower had low water pressure and some rust stating but room overall not bad. Walking distance to some great shopping and restaurants. Easy check in. $10 an hour for late check out.

    Completely TERRIBLE!!! THERE WAS A LIVE & MOVING COCKROACH in my room. I have a picture and video. I spoke to Micheal at the front desk who said he would be up and didnt come. I went down to the front desk and found out he left his shift after a hour of waiting. I spoke to Roberto who was NO HELP and kept switching from speaking English to Spanish especially when I requested the manager, a change in my room, and finally a refund. When I contacted Expedia and waited for hours to finally get a live person after being transferred over and over, having the expedia rep at first state that she couldn’t reach the front desk at all and then more call transferring which finally resulted in the Expedia rep talking to Roberto at the front desk at 1:12am, he finally agreed to a refund if I were to uproot my kids and vacate the premises. That was the worse part of my stay, howe, from the start of check in there were plenty of issues such as the lack of amenities stated during booking the room; the first microwave didnt work but was switched out, the TV didnt work AT ALL and when I spoke to Micheal about it, he came to my room with a shoebox filled with old remotes then stated the WIFI was the issue and the weather caused it to not work, however, there was small drizzles of rain for about 20 minutes. Trying to speak with a manager was a hassle and I was set to cruise the next day and was unable to make calls that would result in me waiting on hold forever. My overnight stay was OVERKILL!!

    Good location near restaurants, fast food, a mall with a Target, and a Walgreens. Large comfy room with roomy bathroom. Cute garden area. Friendly staff. Very good price for Miami!!! As other reviews have stated, there is a LOT of street noise, so if you are a light sleeper (me) be forewarned. Didn’t bother my husband at all.

    Room was fine but the air conditioning and TV did not work. Location is terrible on the busiest part of Biscayne. Literally drag racing all night and several loud fights across the street at the 24 hour McDonalds. We booked because we were looking for a single cheap night before our cruise. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for a better experience - and a good night’s sleep - somewhere else.

    The place was a little run down. You could tell that it has been repainted, but nothing fixed before it was repainted. Large bugs crawling around the outside of rooms. Our room had an alarm that would go off every time you opened the door. This was not a hotel, but more of a motel. First desk attendant never greeted us, just instantly ask for our name and my driver's license and credit card. The shower flooded onto the bathroom floor anytime you used it. The rooms were pieced together with old or make shifted furniture. Pictures and description were false advertisement. Would NOT recommend this place.

    It was nasty, there was stuff sprayed all over the walls although it wasn't clean at all it smelt so horribly of bleach that it was hard to breathe. there was a rusty refrigerable, mold in the bathroom and broken outlets. Not to mention, there was no deadbolt lock or any lock on the door for extra safety. Would not reccomend.

    Cons: As soon as you walk in, you get hit with an over powering smell of bleach. It doesnt go away and stays lingering the whole stay. There were mosquitoes throughout the whole room. Wifi on the TV lags really badly. Had to eventually switch over to own hotspot. Water pressure was slim to none. Shower head falls off as soon as you try to move it. Stains and spots all over ceiling, walls and bathroom.

    The location is nice next to downtown and the cruise terminal for the price. The room was fairly clean.     There were several places to eat and shop within walking distance. 15min drive from airport and to cruise port. Everything was nice. Hotel was nice but needs some work. There were stains on the towels, black in the showers and some hair on the towels. Beds were comfortable, sheets clean and room tidy. My favorite part is it’s not carpet in the rooms so it doesn’t smell like other hotels with musty carpet.

    Nothing about this place matched the online description or images. Upon arrival, the location showed this to be very rundown looking, spit shine polished, and questionably sketchy. The front office could fit a desk and about 3 people (2 guests and the front desk clerk). The room was no better, and I would've called the local authorities to investigate had I not arrived at night and was only staying the night. 1. The booking was for 4 people. There was only one set of towels within (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 face cloth). The hand towel was dirty and the bath towel was unfolded outside of the room. I went to call the front desk to ask for extras to be delivered to the room, the phone in the room was disconnected, without a cord to plug back in anywhere. When I'd gone to go to the front desk to ask for extra towels, the clerk gave a "huff," then told me to follow him. We traveled back up to an outside laundry closet, where he retrieved and handed me the extra towels. I took a glance in the laundry room, only to see baskets of unwashed bedding and towels. 3. The beds looked as if construction workers, working on the nearby job site, ate a pizza and took a nap in both beds, while still wearing their work clothes. I'm not sure how to properly word this, but if you've ever gone into sheets that seem used, or as if they've either been heavily sweat in and/or someone used massage oils and went straight to bed afterwards, that's what these felt like. I couldn't properly confirm or rule out bed bugs due to poor lighting, and the phone flashlight wasn't 100% helpful. They could NOT have had them, but who knows! 4. I suspected one way mirrors and one way mirrors. As a precaution to places I've booked and never stayed at, I usually bring a device detector that can detect hidden cameras, bug devices, GPS tracker, etc. I confirmed there were hidden cameras behind the mirror in the bathroom and the light that was recessed in the ceiling of main room.

    The room was rated 7.5/10. It was a 0/10 for us. The biggest concern was our room had a horrible toxic stench that made us feel sick. There were no windows. The bathroom had hair in the shower and was not clean. There was a used water bottle with a hair dangling out of it. The bottom of the bathroom door and front door looked like an animal had bitten through the wood. The front desk/management denied any ownership or responsibility in correcting these issues.     There was no remote in the room, the AC barely worked, our window was covered and we could not see out the window. It just felt like we were in a secluded box. The sheets were dirty and they placed us directly next to a boiler room and we heard noise all night. When I went to speak with staff there was nobody in the office. The pictures that are posted on their website or Expedia website does not match the hotel in person at all.

    This property was absolutely disgusting. When we were given our key to our room, we noticed a damp smell. The counters were sticky and hadn’t been wiped. The furniture was scratched and extremely cheap. The floors were disgusting and covered in dirt and hair. Our sheets had somebody else’s hair on them and stains not only on the comforter, but near the top of the sheets where we lay our heads. Our windows were covered with paper (to the point where you couldn’t see outside at all). And there was a homeless man scratching at the door outside of the leasing office when we went to ask for another room. they provided us with one which wasn’t much better although we did have “clean” sheets. The deadbolt didn’t work on our door and we had to put a chair under the lock in order to feel safe. In the middle of the night, the large metal door outside our room blew off its hinges, and slammed against our room. I expect a full refund from this property as I paid $250 a night to stay in a disgrace of a hotel room. Avoid this at all cost.

Arriving with missing luggage, we appreciated the extensive shopping opportunities within a 10 minute walk as we were able to replace missing essential items for our cruise. Staff allowed us extra time before checking out because of our situation of trying to replenish and repack. Fast food restaurant across the street proved very convenient.

    The check in was easy, the drive from the airport to the hotel was good. Access to food around. Room smelled clean, but the beds were awful and gross and we were left 1 towel for a room of 4. The floors were slippery in a greasy way. The toilet paper was half used and that’s what we were left with. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and for one night on a budget it did what it needed to do. If I had to, I’d stay again, but if I can find a different place I will.

    Sadly I’m not sure who the culprits are but I’m going to assume it’s .com as I was charged twice for my stay. One for the real rate and second one was for a much steeper charge. This hotel is known for being cheap but .com charges a huge fee so i did some looking and they do this with all other listings. Just contact hotel directly. My first time using .com but no more after this time. They literally rob you.

    When you check in the charge you 100$ deposit that has NOT been refunded to me yet- you cannot speak to a person either when you call. You get a machine in Spanish that hangs up on you! I will be reporting this as fraud if I am not refunded my deposit with my bank. Rip off in a bad area! Stay away from this place! It is cheaper for a reason.

    I entered into the room to find hair and stains on both beds, the room had a heavy smell of Mold and whatever spray they used to try and mask the smell made it way worst. You could barely breath in there. The walls were also stained and dirty there were broken picture frames as well. I would not recommend anyone stay here at all.

    No ice machine but McDonalds and Taco Bell are across the street so we went there and got ice. No elevator for the second floor. Remodel was decent for a lower end motel and was impressed by that. Outdoor sitting area was comfortable with plants and good vibes. None of the clerks spoke fluent English, but was able to get needs met.

    Had 1 really dirty towel out of the 3 provided, shower was strong, bed was comfortable, it was nice you could use your apps on the tv. Room was dirty but manageable. Didn’t have any room cleaning for the 2 nights i was there.

    I really enjoyed my stay here. For a last minute booking before Miami music week I really don’t have any complaints. Very central location to get to anywhere fun like South Beach and Wyndwood. Room looked just like the picture, though the sheets did have what looked like ink stains on them but not actually in a place that mattered.

    There was an alarming smell as you entered the room. A cleaning supply smell that absolutely took over. My eyes started burning and I started sneezing, walked out and found another place. Do not stay here if you are at all sensitive to smells, cleaning supplies, chemicals.

    The hotel looked nothing like what appeared on their website! Room was used and worn. It smelled of bleach. Location is terrible. Very noisy with heavy traffic. Doors of other rooms slamming all night. Only good thing I can say is that the bed and pillows were comfortable. I'll never stay here again.

    I stayed here previously, but totally forgot when I booked the room otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed here. I was even in exact same room as last year. even though they had a nice new TV with a fire stick or something every time I tried to watch TV it would turn off because the Wi-Fi connection sucked. I couldn’t even get on the Wi-Fi with my phone. The smoke alarm went off a couple times and I had to have them come back twice to get it fixed, the gap around the door allows so much light in that you can’t even hardly sleep and also I found a little creature in my room the next morning, the floors were dirty. There was hair on the floor and trash on the floor, it’s like they don’t sweep or mop at all. They have a hairdryer on the wall, but it has a sticker that says please don’t use the hairdryer. What is that? It’s a decent location and plenty of restaurants nearby.

    You get what you pay for.Stayed for 1 night Not the best nor the worst place ive stayed but intersteing. To use the in plug charger or the plugs you had to turn on the lights, you knew they use alot of bleach for cleaning, no face towels (small towels) but nice size bed, pretty comfortable, shower was hot and decent, air worked, little noisy around but not the hotel ( motel like setting) it was cool for the time though..

    The hotel is an ok place to stay if you are staying for a night or two. It’s conveniently located next to the central street and highways. Getting around was relatively easy. The hotel has its own parking- a rare commodity in Miami. The room had a small fridge and microwave. You can get hot water in the office. However, the mattress was old and caved in, there was a strong smell of moisture and dampness in the room. The noise from the street and other rooms was really loud. We could hear everything people were saying in the room next to us.

    We had a 2nd floor room and it seemed bigger than the ones our family had on the first floor. The wifi that was complimentary barely worked for most of our stay. Location is very good though as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There is barely any sound proofing as we can hear the street noise very loudly throughout the night.

    The pictures online are enhanced because the actual MOTEL doesn't look exactly as the pictures. The room we had appeared to be clean, and you could smell the bleach all throughout the property, but our room was infested with gnats. They were all over the curtains, flying near the microwave & refrigerator and all in the bathroom on the toilet seat, in the shower, landing on the bed pillows, on our bags and attempting to land on us. I was so uncomfortable and could not sleep at all because of the gnats. We were only staying 1 night for a cruise, so we chose to stay and deal with it. The room itself is average for a MOTEL. Keep in mind, its exactly that, a MOTEL... Not a Hotel, so expect a different experience. The staff were very nice, and they held our bags when we arrived early, but overall for me I definitely would not stay there again. If the gnats don't bother you, then go for it. For me its a no.. I'm 1 and done.

    Quick checkin process. Quick one night stay for a cruise. Location close to port. Booked a king bed but was given 2 doubles. Not gonna complain. Bed though was not comfy at all. Never tossed and turned so much in a night. We’ve stayed here before. Room looked and smelled clean. Bathroom faucet looked like one hard turn would come off. lol worked for what we needed though.

    Honestly, you get what you pay for. Just needed a pillow to rest. But there was little rest. Overpowering aroma in room of cleaning supplies, zero insulation (ask me about conversations on either side of our room), vibration from other doors slamming shut, dog barking in middle of night in hallway (what?) and so many loud people and music till 2:30-3/00

    The hotel should be considered a motel and it is very dirty and you will fell absolutely disappointed by staying here. It is not what is shown in the pictures. The pictures are photoshopped to show a nice place. When you get there you will quickly see the bait and switch and when you get to your room you will wish you did better research and read more reviews. Don’t believe any of the positive reviews. Thus place should be removed from and listing that recommending to stay here. It is an absolute disappointment if you stay here. This is my honest review. Stay away if you are at the faint of heart for low budget standards at a premium cost.

    Stayed for Art Basel, so everything was super expensive. This place is not as nice as it appears in the listing - we arrived and there was a pube on the bedsheet. The person behind the desk, Carlos, was so amazing and changed our sheets for us, but it was definitely very gross. The beds ended up being very comfortable though and we slept well. It just felt pretty icky overall.
