    Room was clean. Staff were very helpful. We knew breakfast was available but very happy and surprised that some evenings there was dinner also available. It was also nice that there was complementary washer and dryer.

    Our room was very dirty (dark long hair everywhere) stains on the sheets. Our AC was broken the whole time we were there. The staff was very unhelpful. We couldn’t get extra towels or coffee for our room.

    Location of the hotel and the additional free meal Monday to Wednesday from 5-7 The room was old and run down. The furniture was old and broken. The bed mattress was very soft and worn. Could use the pull out couch because that mattress was totally worn. Rust was visible on fixtures and there was even mold on the bathroom ceiling The breakfast spread was us very limited

    My stay was a complete disappointment—especially after having come to call this place my second home. My most recent visit began with the front desk informing me that check-in was now at 4:00 PM, whereas it had always been at 3:00. Many breakfast items have been removed, and the quality is terrible. The staff members are rude; there are never any towels available in the pool area; and there is no ice available for guests on any floor. The beds are uncomfortable and hard. The sofa bed was not made up, and—unlike in the past—there were no spare blankets or pillows in the closet. In a family room meant for four people, they left only two towels. You have to wait an unreasonably long time for someone at the front desk to assist you. I will never return; it is sad to say that I once considered this my favorite hotel—I had even recommended it to others.

    Every time I called the front desk to ask for towels or toiletry it took hours for them to bring it or they didn’t bring it at all. Someone across the hall from me had a dog that barked all day & I couldn’t sleep. They beds were hard and I had back everyday when I woke up.

    Always polite staff, clean rooms and ample breakfast. Have stayed at most hotels in Doral over last 10 years (12-15 visits a year) and this is one of the most consistent ones I use. Centrally located within Doral business and dining options.

    The breakfast had improved. Previously, if you got there 30 minutes before closure, you were lucky to end up with anything as staff did not replenish the buffet. On this occasion they did. And the assortment also had improved/1 I had packages sent ahead of arrival, and they arrived a week before I did. However, staff at the front desk repeatedly denied having the packages. It was not until I contacted Corporate Customer Service (CCS)that my packages suddenly showed up. My packages were there the whole time and only through contacting CCS did I retrieve them. Despite the positives going for it, that was a deal-breaker for me. There were other incidents at this property all dealing with staff which suggests a lack of proper training, or worse. All my issues were resolved prior to my departure but only through my persistence.

    Housekeeping came in room when they weren’t supposed to and took away one of the two toilet tissue’s we had only to not give us a new one and to leave the toilet roll bar on the counter with my belongings. Refrigerator doesn’t work only the freezer. Breakfast did not look appealing.

    Only then informed sold out and we would move next day. We packed and went out for the day, manager moved our stuff and new room was great. Spoke to front desk several times to confirm everything was in order. Why the day before departure did agent say we now owed money?? I had been there for 6 days, moved rooms after 1 night and confirmed everything was in order. Worse I have a receipt showing zero balance. Return home to find the hotel tried to process a payment 4 days in a row!!!! No emails, calls!! I have contacted bank to argue the payment! It was a fun week in Miami. Buffet breakfast was ok. Great location for shopping. Front desk 1 star. They have to do better and be honest at check in.

    It was a great stay and amazing view if you get the suit . I stayed there with my girlfriend fo a whole week . They have breakfast early but worth it . They also have dinner , didn’t eat but they do and room is pretty good . The only thing they don’t have is Netflix or anything only cable . It’s close by hotel to the airport too. I would say it’s a 9.2 /10 for me .

    we first came in and had trouble checking in. we paid everything on Expedia and they told us we had to pay 1000$, good thing we checked before giving our card. they ended up saying whatever and gave us the key to our room. the breakfast is mid, with very few options. we had to change rooms at 11pm on our 3rd night because there was a leak coming from above. they didn’t give us any sort of compensation, but at least we were able to change rooms. the room wasn’t the cleanest either. there were paint stains on the floor, stains on the walls, stains on the carpet.

    I stayed for 9 days, I had cosmetic surgery and the hotel was very clean and had everything I needed, the room did have a weird smell but I think that came from the AC. We didn’t complaint about it just went to dollar tree and purchased a room spray which helped. Staff minded their business and was very kind when ever we needed something.

    This is the worst hotel or rental stay I’ve ever had. I travelled every other week for 3 decades & not once experienced this fiasco. Same with vacation rentals. Here you’re greeted first by only 1 of 2 working elevators. I was there for over a week, no one came to fix it. The ‘working’ elevator wouldn’t stop at your floor unless you hit the up button when you wanted to go down, thereby extending the 5-15 minute wait to just get out. Then, the room. Clean but missing what one pays for at a Staybridge. No pots, pans, storage, drink, microwave or cooking utensils. Cutlery was a singular spoon & just a pair of other but all super cheap bendable cutlery, not at all like at other Staybridge’s I’ve stayed at throughout the USA. Then the refrigerator was internally caked with ice clogging the vents. This made the refrigerator part warm (useless) forcing me to use the freezer to barely refrigerate the food I’d purchased. The worse part was the patronizing placating, ‘yes we’ll fix it’ but 3 full days went by before anything was even addressed, after asking several more times. The maintenance guy said they’d either defrost or switch out refrigerator, but they never did. I fixed the flood causing shower pull myself. It literally would spray all over the floor. This hotel is besieged by either terrible ownership, management and/or processes. This has never and never would happen at any Marriott owned or run property. IHG has lost me, my family, my friends & associates for life.

    I did not receive the room I purchased at check in. THEY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY! I was told I would be put in a studio queen until the next day and then would be placed in the room I purchased which was a king suite. I was also given the option to stay in the studio queen. Well, who wants to sanitize and unpack and then have to do it again the next day. I asked numerous times ‘what is the difference in rooms’ and was told numerous times ‘the studio doesn’t have a balcony’ Not to mention the price is clearly different. So I agreed to stay in the queen studio my entire stay with noted discount of $240 that I will receive at the end of my stay. When I arrive to the room there was more than ‘just a balcony’ difference! And I have not received my discount!

    Location was excellent Walmart within walking distant and the bonus of having a park across the street and Miller’s Ale was ideal. The breakfast was not great and did not meet expectations and had a limited range on offer and extremely disappointing and certainly not value for money. Frequency of cleaning of the room extremely disappointing done every 7 days, constantly having to ask for toilet paper, towels etc every day and most frustrating of all the staff don’t speak English and constantly being told don’t speak English.

    The hotel is dirty and needs cleaning. The breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:30 but all the food was gone by 9am and wasn’t refilled but that was the smallest problem we encountered. We scheduled 2 nights here. We left for the day on 12/31/25 around 10am and returned to our room around 11pm. When we checked out in the morning, 2 pairs of new Hoka gym shoes were missing from our room. They were in plastic shopping bags and next to the couch. We notified the front desk when we noticed in the morning around 8:30 am. He told me the housekeeping manager would be in by 8:50 and they would look into it. I never got to speak to the housekeeping manager or hotel manager and was left waiting around in the lobby. I contacted the police, they came to the hotel and spoke with the hotel staff. They said they spoke with housekeeping and was told she didn’t do anything in the room except drop off towels. This is a lie as she made the bed and took out the trash. They filed a police report and told me the manager would be in touch with me. It is now Jan. 2nd and I have still not heard from him.

    Si dejaba las toallas en el.piso para ser cambiadas, se las llevavban y casi nunca las reponian twni que ir a recprio a pedirlas. El sofa cama nunca lo arreglaron, me hacian la cama pero.la del sofa cama nu la tocaban. La poceta de mi baño tenia un bote de agua, lo notifique varias veces y nunca fueron a arreglarlo y escuchar el tanque cad e.min. que recargaba era bastante ruidoso y molesto. No hablar del.olor a Mariguana en el pasillo que invadia hasta mi habitacion y munca nadie hizo nada Puedo recomendarlo solomsi mecesitas un lugar para dormir y ya debido a su buena hubicavion.

    The Room was good, the shower head however kept leaking.. Maintenance came but didn’t solve the issue. Also there are rooms like the one i stayed in where it can be very loud due to being close by the stairs access and also hearing water running through pipes as if someone flushed… Buffet Breakfast is the same everyday eggs boiled or cooked with either sausage or bacon with biscuits or hash… Stayed there for a week and didn’t use the pool because it wasn’t cleaned regularly. The pool had many leaves that fell in for days. Also i was not informed of the social days from monday to wednesday where you can do wine,beer & snacks tasting.. Not many things to do in walking distance.. 🙂 Staff are very friendly and helpful The Room is spacious and also comfortable beds.. The toiletries where of dove and very smoothing for the skin and hair… Housekeepers came by everyday

    Las instalaciones impecables, y muy bien dostribuidas ademas de muy bonitas. Las habitaciones muy comodas, limpias, el aire acondicionado en perfecto nivel. Con respecto al desayuno, muy bien balanceado, todo pulcro y cantidades suficientes.     Not the best. I was delighted with a previous experience in another Staybridge location. By this building is past due in their renovation. Everything is old and some spots are falling apart. Had issues with my chosen room and they downgraded to a room that was not cleaned, shower curtain was smaller than bathtub, closed didn’t close, ceiling had water damage and stains. When I asked to change room the next day, I had a bad experience with their staff, who was not only pushing me to take out our stuff, did not offer help, or alternative for waiting the new room to be ready. Just pushed me to vacate my room. That was very disrespectful and disappointed. Until the hotel itself is at least renovated, I would not stay in that location again. By the way Supervisor saved my situation. Thanks to him I remain.

    I don't like the location too far in the back - located directly behind another hotel. Too many hedges seems a bit dark needing more lighting in the parking area. Decor is old - brown suite doors and inside the elevator is also brown. The bathroom is a very very tight space. You can literally touch the light fixture in the bathroom ceiling. I haven't seen a 🛁 in a hotel in ages. Besides having access to (2) TVs I didn't like anything else.

    The hotel supervisor, Arthur, was nothing short of amazing during our stay. I would stay again just because of the hospitality he showed us. That being said, the breakfast was absolutely horrendous. It was free and I still wouldn’t even eat it. The eggs were watery, the sausage tasted like cardboard, and the waffles were okay at best. One of the elevators was broken, so we basically had the entire hotel utilizing one elevator. You can imagine how long the wait times were for the floor you’re staying at.

    We had booked two rooms for a group of seven, and on the first night, there was no linen provided for the sofa beds. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, the agent said she would follow up within 30 minutes but never did—she ended her shift and left without resolving the issue. The following day, we requested towels and bed linens again before leaving the property, only to return later and find that nothing had been delivered to the room. While the stay was comfortable in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through from the staff was disappointing.

    This hotel was just average. My room could use some renovations/updates. The shower handle was broken and we couldn’t regulate the hot water properly. The bed was very uncomfortable and so was the pullout. Parking is limited and the lot could use repaving. GPS also directed us to a different location on the opposite side of the hotel. For being in the city of Doral, it doesn’t compare to the surrounding hotels. Would likely not stay here again.

    The condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing: The carpet was stained, and the room looked old and poorly maintained. There was trash in the hallways, damaged walls, and a broken bathroom door. The fitness room had a major leak, and the laundry room was filthy. The pool is shared with the hotel next door—something I was never told in advance. While the front desk staff tried to help, they admitted many rooms weren’t clean or available. They offered a 50% discount, but the overall experience was awful. If it hadn’t been 4 PM on July 4th, with my family exhausted and options limited, I would have canceled and gone elsewhere. To make things worse, I spent over an hour on chat with Hotels.com trying to resolve the issue. The hotel wouldn’t help further because I booked through a third party. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I will never book through Hotels.com again, and I will absolutely never stay at the Staybridge in Doral, FL. Gross, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I'm also not sure if the pictures advertised on Hotels.com are accurate of the Staybridge Suites in Miami, Doral. Very misleading...     Not bad for the price. Breakfast could’ve had more variety and ALL food items should be covered as there were flies some days which can make people sick. Otherwise the place is clean with great amenities, it was a decent stay.

    I would like a refund I had no A/C in my room there was no hotel staff at the desk all night till about 1 am I needed water or some type of drink because I suffer from kidney stones also have to get surgery on my neck to remove a stone may 1st so water is a requirement for me there was none not even complimentary water. Also my WiFi did not work and my shower water barely got I am requesting a full refund.

    Helpful and friendly reception, clean and cozy room, it was spacious eith big windows and a kitchenette. 3 min ride away from CVS, Home Goods, and Marshall's. Quiet hotel, I would come back again.

    Staff thought I wasn't in my room and I head my door unlock, this is after have something stolen* out of my room. The person at the front desk lied, stating that they no longer use trash bags in the suites - Which was completely false, the cleaners were just lazy. I stayed a week, and when I called room service only once did someone give me new bags for trash (at the end of my stay). The sheets were dirty, the room wasn't fully turned and there was a used sponge on the ground by the knight stand. This was my second time here, I thought I would give it another chance but no. They also conveniently don't have cameras in the hallway to see who was entering my room without permission. Lastly, my entire stay I had to call the front desk because of noise, there was a birthday party which was fine, but this grotesques shirtless man was letting his barefoot toddler run up and down the hallway at midnight! He didn't speak great English but I know that he understood I was upset. What made everything so much worse was a small percentage of the staff spoke English.
