    The staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and well maintained. You can tell the team pays attention to the details. I also appreciated how organized the housekeeping staff was — even though I was coming and going at different times throughout the day, they always found a good moment to clean the room without being disruptive. The only downside was the package policy. Unlike other hotels in the same area and of a similar level, this hotel charges guests to receive packages, including fees based on the package weight, which I found disappointing. I also had an issue with one delivery. Even though I had a photo confirming that the package had already been dropped off at the hotel, it took more than 24 hours for it to be located and delivered to me. I had to follow up several times and push for the staff to actively search for it before it was finally found. To make matters more frustrating, I was still charged the package handling fee despite the inconvenience. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. My recommendation for future guests is to have packages delivered to a nearby locker or alternative pickup location instead of the hotel. If the package handling process were improved, this place would easily be a perfect 10/10.

    Relatively clean rooms. Staff wasnt the most helpful, they didnt tell me where the elevators were. Not like they were hard to find but I had to use my card to go to my level and one elevator only went to floor 4. Overall ok. I always hate over priced hotel bars. $9 for a bottle of beer. Cmon.

    The stay was affordable and very nice. We stayed here for one night for a cruise. It is 14 mins from Port of Miami, very easy to find. The Front desk guy said his name was Mohammed not sure if that’s so… But he was very helpful and paid attention to details. Loved that we were able to print our ship passes for free. Very nice hotel close to sexy fish and Komodo restaurants very popular in Miami. Overall experience 10/10

    Front reception was very rude, I don’t know if they are overworked or just rude. I felt like I was checking in to a one star hotel, I asked the front desk attendant who checked me in, I think her name is Sabrina if she knows or any Cigar lounges in the area, and her answer was very rudely “use Google”.

    I like the hotel. It is clean, comfortable and not far away from cruises piers and South Beach. The staff is friendly, there is a fantastic roof pool. But paying $25 for a small cocktail is not fair at all. Food and drink are ridiculously expensive.

    Check in was extremely difficult due to the receptionist ‘Mai’. I booked for 2 rooms at the cost of $433. She asked if we wanted connecting rooms. I then told her if it was available, yes. We in fact did not get connecting rooms (no big deal) just rooms next door to each other and was charged $40 more for the convenience. Again, completely understand but this was not mentioned prior to. The showers were terrible, there was no threshold to keep water from coming out of the shower, had I not noticed, the bathroom floor would have been covered by water. None the less, after a long day of travel I just wanted to rest. As I pull the sheets back, there’s what looks like oxidized blood stains on the sheets. I work in the service industry, so I’m not big on complaints. I simply went down, made them aware of what happened. Housekeeping then went and changed the sheets. I was weary the entire afternoon and could not sleep. My fiancé and I thought it’d be a good idea to attend the rooftop bar and pool. The pool area and scenery was amazing. The bartender was also very friendly and very helpful with drink recommendations. All in all the stay wasn’t great, but there were very few things that kept me in good spirits.

    Booked a suite for our honeymoon. The room was amazing! On check in the staff made us feel welcome. We were on the 5th floor and the view was beautiful. Temperature in the room was perfect! Rooftop pool and bar made us feel like a total Miami experience and the bar tender took care of everything and was so attentive and made us feel so taken care of! We needed some pictures taken in the lobby to share with family and the staff assisted us and were so wonderful about it! We will definitely stay here again! This was a perfect hotel for our honeymoon adventure! Would definitely recommend.

    Honest review- hotel was beautiful, 7 min away from Brickell center. Breakfast at hotel was great also. However, parking had no signs and I got locked in by another car. I asked staff to help and head of security went above and beyond to help me but still couldn’t get things resolved within an hour so I had to take Ubers to and from hotel because I had a museum exhibit to get to. My problem is they didn’t even offer to comp the parking fee or the uber fees. Again, head of security went above and beyond to help me, however front desk staff did nothing to right the wrong. I unfortunately will not be going back.

    The location was perfect, close enough to walk everywhere in Brickell, but far enough from the noise to actually relax and sleep well at night. The pool area and bar were also beautiful and had a great vibe. The only inconvenience during my stay was one morning at the café when service was unusually slow. However, the next day the manager personally stepped in and made sure everything moved quickly since I was checking out and heading to the airport, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

    I showed the confirmation to the front desk employee, and after checking with the supervisor, they confirmed that breakfast was in fact included. The same situation happened again when I went to breakfast, and I had to go through the whole process one more time before they finally honored it. In the end, everything was resolved, but there definitely needs to be better communication between the Expedia app and the hotel to avoid situations like this. I completed the booking process correctly, but someone else could easily end up losing their money.

    The ONLY negative was that I had booked over a month ago through Expedia and paid over $700 for two nights. My son decided to get a room when we checked in and he paid $450 for two nights for an identical room. He was told to book himself at the front desk by the check in person. I am so upset that I paid more!

    It’s frustrating to spend your hard-earned money and then have to fight just to get your own money back. Communication has been terrible, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend checking your bank statements carefully if you stay here. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel to others.

    Their pool wasn’t working , the toilet was clogged since we got there and they never fixed it and it took them a day to switch our rooms which is ridicuos because imagine not being able to use the bathroom for a whole day ! And they didn’t inform us that the pool wouldn’t be working for the duration of our trip … so it ruined our stay because I mainly booked this particular hotel for the pool.

    However, I did have a minor issue with the hotel service. We wanted to use the outdoor pool late at night, but the bartender informed us that it was closed. He said that if we went in anyway, the lady at the pool would yell at us. Apparently, she had yelled at other guests who had done the same thing. I understand that there may be liability concerns, but I think the hotel should have closed the pool and the outdoor rooftop bar, which is right next to it. Another thing to note is that if you miss the scheduled hours of housekeeping, you won’t receive any cleaning services. We asked for the housekeeping to come back 20 minutes later, but she never returned. Overall, the hotel is very nice and the location is convenient. Many things are within walking distance of the downtown area. I’m pretty pleased with our stay.

    In the room, the shower handle was broken and the water wouldn't turn on. I reported it via phone with the front desk around 9pm, waited 20 minutes and never heard back, went downstairs to the lobby for a follow up and the 2 women acted as if they had no idea what I was referring, tried to tell me how to turn it on as if I didn't try until I showed them the video I recorded. That took another 5 minutes then all of a sudden a technician came to my room another 5 minutes later and told me I "had to apply more force" because it was in fact STUCK. I recorded that as well because how or why should anyone have to go through that. How would guests know they wouldn't break it if they tried to push so hard without instructions. At checkout on 3/25, I tried to do express through the tv which didn't work or wouldn't update. Then went to the lobby around 3am and was told the system was down or updating between the hours of 3-3:30am therefore I couldn't receive a total or check out with them during that time. There is no cell service. The WiFi didn't work initially...etc. just all around terrible

    I had a distressing experience at this hotel. In the middle of the night, a random woman attempted to break into my room. I had no choice but to call the reception, which led them to involve the police and ultimately arrest her. This incident highlights the hotel’s severe lack of security and professionalism.     The shops are not as close as advertised. The hotel is moderately clean. I booked an Executive Suite thinking I was going to having an elevated experience and it lacked this in multiple ways. Additionally, I was given a corner — Executive Suite with no view, the windows were dirty, and on the exposed ledge there was trash and dirt. The rooms are very outdated, TVs didn’t having any accessibility to streaming services. Pool area is relatively small. Given the price I was expecting more but lesson learned.

    The food was good (7/10), and the drinks were excellent (10/10). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, as the room was cleaned only once during my 4-day stay. More consistent daily service would have made the experience even better.     Horrible experience, we had no AC. They gave us our room and as soon as we walked in noticed there was no AC and gave guest service a call to come check on AC or show us how to turn it on. I ended up calling again after dinner and they said the AC only on floor 3 was not working and won’t be coming back on and asked for a room change and they said they couldn’t do that. Very disappointed knowing they knew the AC wasn’t already working before they gave us the room.

    More amenities in the room - have very few essentials - don't provide shower caps, full toilet paper rolls, slippers, extra towels, vanity sets, sufficient coffee pods for the coffee maker, sufficient bottled water for the coffee maker. Provide the minimum number of towels and no bathrobe. Concierge doesn't answer the phone consistently when you call downstairs to request more coffee, etc. We had to come down. I must say though that the beds were very comfortable as were the hypoallergenic pillows and extra pillows were provided on request. The domestic staff were very nice as were the people working at reception.

    Came here for a weekend stay with my wife. I have to say that this hotel hands down is the best. From the rooms, to the customer service even the breakfast buffet, was great. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to town. The location was great and they had on site self parking which is a plus considering parking is hard to find!

    The room itself was good; however, the service did not meet expectations. I encountered a last-minute issue related to the credit card used for the deposit on an already fully paid reservation, and the staff was not very accommodating. Unfortunately, the manager was particularly unpleasant. I understand that hotels have policies, but in other hotels similar situations are handled without making guests feel distrusted.     This hotel is way overpriced for the value & quality of what they have to offer. I asked if they had a microwave I can use anywhere in the hotel to warm up my food their answer was we can bring you one to your room for an additional fee. A bottle water water $5 I have stayed in many hotels in my travels and bottle water has always been complimentary. The girl at check in was helpless when asked about the parking garage she stated we had paid $35 daily when we clearly didn’t thanks to the other girl. The room smelled like mold it was a musty smell to it. I booked a city view room and the window was to a parking lot.

    Don’t stay here. So many better options for the same price or cheaper. I travel a ton, the staff here are awful, extremely slow, super lazy. I didn’t have shampoo or conditioner in the room just body soap. Pillows were so thick and hard, tough to get a comfortable sleep. Ac wasn’t working. The showers had mold. The list could go on. The rooftop pool is super cool. But that’s about it - stay away - stick to Marriott or Hilton properties - same price and much better

    Everything was excellent. My first time staying at Novotel and liked it very much. I stayed for Three nights.Surely, will be going back. Only complain about the breakfast servers, some of them were goog but some of them were lazy. I had to asked some one to serve my wife and I. Some one send us that server, but he would not come and ask us if we needed any refil on our coffee and avoid taking dirty plates from table. Other than that everyting was fabulous. Breakfast was excellent as well.

    Overall a nice property. But, as often happens, our room wasn’t ready at check-in. And we were there at the posted time for check-in. The agent just said “Come back in about 10 minutes.” No apology, no “let me get your number and I’ll call you.” So we went to the bar area and had food and drinks. Our server was Alejandro and he was very friendly and accommodating- the highlight of the hotel. The food was also very good - we had the lamb skewers and risotto - both very good. By the time I got back to the registration desk, it was of course, swamped with people. Unfortunately, I got the strangest woman to check me in. She was an extremely low talker and had absolutely no personality. She has no business being in hospitality. It was overall a mixed experience.

    The hotel room was nice. They look newer, they're pretty spacious as well. The rooftop bar is a lil vibe. Hotel is also walking distance to a couple stores, coffee shops, restaurants. A few of the hotel staff (front desk) were friendly and welcoming, others... not so much. Also, don't try to check-in before 3p because greed. There is a $100 early check-in fee; even if there are rooms ready. Overall stay, it was OK. They're snobby-acting. That can def make or break a trip. Probably wouldn't recommend.

    My stay at Novotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was incredibly clean, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and refreshing. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were a great size, very comfortable, and priced really well for the value you get. Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a place I’d return to.

    Great experience. We arrived early but got the room close to the check in time as cleaning was in progress and it was a busy week due to Halloween. The hotel provided a kettle that we needed for our infant’s milk on request. Room was made available on a higher floor and view was great. Overall a great experiene.

    I paid for a friend’s two nights at a hotel room and two nights of perking in advance. They were supposed to charge me then and there for the two nights of parking but they didn’t. Instead, when my friend checked out they charged her for four nights of parking. On top of that, when I called the hotel to inquire about the charges a woman named Marina answered and she told me that my credit card had been charged for the parking and other charges. This was 100% incorrect. My friend’s card was charged, just like my friend told me, and so I got upset for nothing. It took another person calling me back to resolve the issue where they understood that my friend was charged for four nights of parking when she stayed two nights and she shouldn’t have been charged for ANY nights since I was supposed to have paid in advance. In the end after all of my frustration and really a ruined end of the trip I a received a refund for one night of parking. I will not be using this hotel ever again and I will let everyone I talk to know about this experience. Marina shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the hotel phones.

    On Sept 20, I asked Yusef at the front desk for a bellhop to help with groceries. He ignored me for 10 minutes, then said no one was available. He later returned with the cart but left it in front of me, expecting me to push it myself to the 10th floor. Only after I asked his name did he reluctantly help. Later, after coming from the pool, I found housekeeping still in my room. The housekeeper finished the bathroom while I waited, wished me goodbye, and never mentioned anything wrong. About 45 minutes later, a man entered my room without knocking, claiming he had a “work order” for the light. When I called the desk, Yusef first said it was for the toilet and sink, then added “maybe housekeeping put in the work order.” The housekeeper never mentioned an issue. This inconsistency, paired with the unannounced entry, made me feel unsafe as a solo traveler. I requested a room change and was moved to a suite. Unfortunately, when I later asked for help with the TV, the same man was sent again despite my complaint. I refused entry and called back until someone else arrived. No guest should feel unsafe on vacation. My stay was unsettling, and I rate it 2/10. Staff training and stronger guest safety protocols are urgently needed.

    The property exceeded my expectations. The lobby is beautifully designed and cozy, the room was super clean including the bathroom. The bed was super comfy. The sheets, down comforter and pillows were of great quality so made for a good night rest. The pool is on the 12th floor with a beautiful view. The bar tender was awesome. We even had a latte in the morning at the bar which was delicious. We will definitely come back.

    Our tv went out a few hours after check-in. I couldn't reach the front desk by phone after MULTIPLE attempts. I funally got through to someone on my cell and was routed multiple times, but finally got the front desk. They said they were sending someone, but as of check out, the tv still wasn't working.

    I had no idea that the buffet breakfast was not free. It wasn’t good and there were flies flying around the opened food. My husband didn’t eat which I was given credit but not for my daughter who also didn’t eat the food, she actually only bit off a sausage. I ended up paying $63 which I didn’t appreciate. If the person in the front had informed that the food was not free I would have never went in there. Lesson learnt.

    Checking in/out is easy. All employees are very kind & courteous. Rooms are clean. The mattresses have a protective cover to help prevent bed bugs from burrowing. (Checking for bed bugs is the first thing we do before settling into a room) Rooms have a full size mirror & a closet w/ motion sensor lights.There are multiple large elevators. (Protip: tap your key on the sensor while pressing your floor number) There is live music on Friday nights. It's a fun & nice way to wind down before bed, especially for families since the kiddos can interact, too. The a la carte breakfast is very good. The hosts & servers are excellent. Personally, I prefer to not have house keeping during trips, so I ran down one evening for fresh towels. The front desk was busy, yet they maintained composure & professionalism w/ each guest. Everyone was quickly tended to w/o being rushed. During my turn, I was told someone will be coming up to deliver the towels, but it may be an hour or so because of the influx of guests (no big deal). Not even 10 mins after returning to my room, I get a knock on the door. Someone delivered a bag full of fresh towels that quickly! This shows how well the team works together to satisfy their guests. Also, ask about the rewards program & parking discount. WGs & Publix are basically across the street if you need anything. The Metrorail to other districts is a short walk away, fairly priced. Next time I visit this part of Miami, I will certainly rebook at Novotel!
