    Very basic and every day the same food, not many options for a brand like JW. I had to eat breakfast out instead as the food was not tasty. Different options, and better service. The staff (one specific lady, a bit old) was rude, telling me that it was a self service restaurant, but in the bill they were asking for tips

    Only the location It’s overrated, service is poor. Breakfast is a disaster. There are no options and they ran out of coffee and many things from the buffet. You have to queue for coffee you have to queue for omelette, and you pay 500 bucks per night There were no enough towers in their room and on top of that we asked for an additional pair of slippers because there was only one pair and we were four, and the reply was that they ran out of slippers. Will never return to this place, a total waste of money

    Mark at the front desk was so kind! He acknowledged my toddler and gave him a little color kit to calm his nerves. As a family who travels a lot, a little acknowledgement even to small humans means goes a long way with me. I appreciated it. Sheets were crispy and beds were comfy.

    the room was clean, the beds amazing and the property very well taken care off, I had real issues with the towels, we were a party of four( as per the reservation) two adults and two kids, I had to call the front desk every day for the extra towel, 10 days in total and once had to call for toilet paper, it got to a point that it became anoing

Got stuck in right side elevator upon arrival by lobby. Staff seemed indifferent and could not provide solutions. A loud area to stay at night; police activity constantly.

    Restaurant The room wasn’t ready and it was check-in time. I asked for the front desk to call me when it was ready. They never called. I went back to the front desk after 2.5 hrs. They said “we emailed you”. I was tired from a long day and wanted to relax but felt uncomfortable waiting around for 2.5 hours expecting a call.

Those people decided to party loudly in the room instead of going to a bar or restaurant (cheapos!) and were so loud that we could hear conversations and laughter in our room. This went on from around 10:00 PM to past Midnight. We repeatedly complained to the front desk and they sent someone to talk to the other guests, but not long after they left, it all started again. Thankfully we did not have an early flight next morning or else we would be in trouble. Cannot blame the hotel for this .

    Breakfast was good and had a variety of hot and cold options including bacon, sausage and an omelette station. But it can get a little busy around the omelette station. Property shows its age. The carpets in the room are dated but the property is clean overall. Also I made the booking through booking.com with breakfast and parking included, but I had some trouble getting those sorted.

    -Location -Facilities -Room service -After landing on the evening of the 12th, we were warmly welcomed by the customer care receptionist, who was truly helpful and supportive in all aspects. We have stayed at JW Marriott properties across different cities worldwide and consistently appreciated their hospitality and dedication to maintaining genuine five-star service standards. Unfortunately, our recent stay at JW Marriott Miami did not meet those expectations. During checkout, when we requested luggage storage for 2 hours, the male receptionist asked us to arrange and align our own luggage, explaining that no staff member was available at that time. This felt unprofessional and inconsistent with the service standards expected from a five-star hotel. Guests should not be instructed to handle luggage arrangements themselves, especially considering the premium rates paid for the stay. If staffing was limited, the luggage should have been managed by the hotel team at an appropriate time. When I asked for the feedback form, he attempted to share something else that was irrelevant to my request. This experience was disappointing and has made us reconsider booking JW Marriott properties in the future. We hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps reinforce the high service standards that JW Marriott is known for.

    I didn’t like anything about this hotel. The location wasn’t bad but the room we stayed was smelling so bad and air conditioner wasn’t working well. Management can double check for the smell; room 1817. Also, the windows are not isolated well so it was hard to sleep because of the very loud exhaust sounds.

    The location of the hotel was fantastic, steps away from the best shopping and restaurants in Miami. Awesome pool area. We paid extra from club lounge access. Bad move I thought I was in a hospital cafeteria! Very poor decor and food choices. Breakfast room was much the same. Loved the breakfast staff, tried their best but cannot speak English! For $1000 Aud a night I was very very disappointed. We stayed 4th of July and there were no decorations or events on offer. I thought Americans loved 4th of July!

This hotel looks like a Motel 6, premises are very old and the type of people staying in the hotel were very cheap (horrible people). This is a brand that is melting down!!!!!!

    Absolutely Excellent! I checked in very early and Irene was super helpful and very Friendly. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and also gave me an upgrade. She had a very friendly professional Demeanor, and I can’t say enough great things about her and everyone at this property.     1st: No room for the car. Told to park elsewhere yet they parked the nicer cars. Overall room was clean bed was comfortable. attention to details though did not justify the $450+ room. 2nd: No one is doing QC on service or staff. Complimentary room coffee had the machine but no coffee. No big deal goto concierge level but the coffee machine is broken. Call front desk (i'm on red bull now) and they tell me to go down 20 floors to the 2nd floor. No Marriott you need better QC at the room and tier levels or send up a pot of coffee! 3rd: Had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Ordered beefsteak tomato Burrata-meal came with 2, yes 2 cherry tomatoes. Staff had no idea what a beefsteak tomato was or what the menu stated. Off to bar for food-it was good 4th: The hotel maybe housing migrants. I don't knock any migrants they're just getting through life.But look i cant have 6 people, babies crying family squabbles next door late night. Marriott, its your premier hotel in Miami. All I need is a comfortable bed (it was very good) a quite nights sleep (nope, family next door) and just a little caffeine to get started-for 450++/night. My opinion-go elsewhere until they solve the QC issues.

    Checked in and out was as easy as I thought it would be. The pool area was nice and clean with a nice view.     We were given a room on the 19th floor that was in need of serious renovation. Little did we know that when we checked in. This is a bad policy of some hotels and for the money we paid, we were dissatisfied. I will have to point out that when I mentioned it to Nicholas in the morning, he did comp us for the breakfast, which was appreciated.

    The property is old and needs to be renovated. The staffs were phenomenal and super attentive, friendly. I hate that the bellman has to go up and down the stairs to transfer baggage. The carpet was filthy and lifting. The hallway carpet on the 19th floor had a long tear. I wanted to have a very great new year and I did. Housekeeping did their very best but I had to give them a 1star for cleanliness and property condition.

    They have us a contiguous room that had literally a party going on in the other room, and would change them or us, They blocked our door for three times, so we had to go to the front desk every time to get it unlocked, and they apologized every time, and didn’t ask for anything else but the day we where checking out a lady at the front desk told us we had to be accompanied to our room by security because they needed a credit card which nobody ever asked for, and something we where going to use because we were checking out but still she was yelling at us… luckily the supervisor was around and listen so he apologized.

    I am not happy after I got home from checking out. I notice I was getting alerts that there is fraud charges happening. I cal the gas company they stop all charges. So it seems that valet took my gas card from vehicle.

    I like the spacious room and the pool facility (I like swimming as a work-out and to relax). The location in superb if you are traveling on business to Miami's financial district. The pricing was also reasonable. The check-out time is very firm and I had to pay a half-a-day given that my return flight was not scheduled until later in the day.
