Didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee. Nice to have the large refrigerator.

Location was great. These are rentals in a hotel right in downtown Coconut Grove. You have plenty of restaurants and shops right outside your door. I found it extremely hard to contact the property owner. They have a cell phone listed but they will not return calls or text messages. You can see they read the texts, but won’t reply. The unit was fine but the bathroom smelled extremely bad and there was mold in the shower. I would stay the hotel next time and book directly through them

I was surprised that the pool closes early (7-7:30 p.m.), and their restaurant has not reopened since the pandemic. It would have been nice to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop, which offers beautiful views of the marina. There is also no lobby gift shop or sundries available. Overall, the hotel and apartment feel very secure, and I would consider staying here again.

The condo was very nice and had a spectacular view of the area and bay. The black throw blanket and sheets on the bed were dirty and should have been cleaned. Would otherwise stay again.

Fantastic place!! Everything was clean, beautiful views, great shower. Heated pool, and great hot tub on the 8th floor. Bed was comfortable, we loved the unit and would come back!

I had a lovely stay here in Coconut Grove in January 2026. The building is gorgeous with a pool on an upper floor and a spacious lobby. The location is perfect for walking to businesses and restaurants just a few blocks away in the Grove. The room price includes free parking in the hotel's covered garage, a big plus in the Miami area. The room itself was perfect! Comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The host was responsive and excellent. I will stay here again!

I had an issue with the flight for my friend and needed to change the reservation. Expedia said they could not approve the refund without the owners approval. I got the owners approval and Expedia still would not approve the refund. The room was fine but Expedia was terrible. I was required by the Expedia agents to check out of the hotel before they would consider the refund. I checked out and then they denied the refund. This is terrible serve by Expedia.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! Location was perfect! The only issue we encountered was with the room temperature. It was a very chilly 63 degrees no matter what we adjusted the thermostat to and we were unable to turn it off.

This was a 200/10 experience. The host welcomes you with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a credit to enjoy the pools bar. Although there’s isn’t free breakfast $19 for a buffet is unbeatable especially with Miami food prices. I felt 1000% safe without your key card there’s no way around the hotel. Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed the stay, the room, the staff etc. I will most definitely recommend this to others and hope you guys enjoy it too.

The area was absolutely lovely, with plenty of activities to enjoy at a reasonable price. The room was spotless, although there were a few minor imperfections, but they definitely didn't detract from the overall experience. Additionally, the room included a complimentary bottle of wine and a $30 gift card to a fantastic café.

We loved the property. The room was great. The views were amazing! It would not stay connected to the Internet. The rooms are very close to each other, we couldn't sleep at night because of hearing the voices in the next room, and the pool worker does not know how to talk to customers, he is disrespectful

We had a great stay here. The location is really good, free parking in the garage. Coconut Grove is a beautiful area with loads of nice eateries and a lovely vibe. Pool was great, not busy and the apartment was clean, spacious and with a great view from the balcony.

We had booked a sea view room but there was a problem with that apartment, so we has to take a city view, we were quite disappointed but we did get a refund of 1 night and a $30 coupon for the Green Market restaurant.

I booked a room with a bay view and received a pool view. The entrance to the condo, lack of elevator key and hotel access key makes the entire stay complicated and stressful.

There was no housekeeping offered. There were no USB ports and it was quite dated. Walls are very thin and noise travels. The staff were not particularly warm. No cable TV or if so there were no easy instructions on how to access it. We will not stay there again.

I would give five stars but for one thing. The room itself was gorgeous and exactly as advertised with the exception that I reserved an ocean view room and my room actually faced the city - no water in sight from my balcony. I would have like to have been notified if the ocean view was not available. Other than that it was perfect.

This property is in the perfect area and has a fantastic wrap around deck with beautiful views. The cava in the fridge is a really nice welcome gift. We will definitely stay here again.

I really liked the area, wasn't too far from the Airport or attractions like the Viscaya Museum and Gardens or even the Beach. Very clean, had nice pool and gym and hot tub. Everything was amazing the staff were nice and accommodated for my needs. What could be improved is to offer more variety of transport near by other than Uber like a trolley (if it is possible) or more late checkout options, but otherwise it was a lovely space and I would definitely come here again. 5/5 :)

The property was really nice & the view was amazing.

staff and parking being the very first impression, it was an immediate disappointment. The security guards refused to assist as they sat in the parking booth (both the male and female), I called to the front desk for about 25 mins, to report the hot water that went out (maintenance call); however, they continued to only pick up and immediately hanging up the phone.I tried the main reservation line and the hotel did the same to the reservation desk. Overall, this was a great stay but a few things pertaining to the property itself was a turn off.

We absolutely loved our stay at iCoconut Grove. From the cozy and clean apartment, to the fabulous rooftop pool and surrounding ocean and things to do it was a perfect stay. We can't wait to come back!

Nice. Everything worked well. Great views of the coast. Beautiful exercise room and, my favorite, a sauna. Room was comfortable, well furnished and designed. Air conditioner kept up.

Check in was easy. Even though it's all online, it is pretty straight forward. Had an issue with not receiving the details of my stay through email and they were able to resolve it. Lovely pool and lots of great places to walk around. On the day we left, one of the pipes came loose. Property management brought an engineer to repair it within 20 mins. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great last 2 days of living in Miami. Looking forward to going back. The condos at Arya are perfection. No other area like Coconut Grove.

Having so many options to choose from in Miami, I finally decided on this property due to location and cost. Based on the reviews I knew I would be happy and I really was. Very beautiful room with a wrap around balcony. Spacious and so conveniently located to some great bars, restaurants and a Marina. So glad this is where I chose. Of course, nothing is perfect and if I have to indicate one snafu it was the AC. Sadly, it was loud every time it went on. Throughout the night it would wake me up but if you are a heavy sleeper, which I am not, you may not even notice. Not a deal breaker by any means but something to take note of if you're a light sleeper. Overall, our stay was great. The front staff were great and the pool area is nice (the restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which was a bummer). Communication with host was perfect. This is definitely a place I would return to and plan on it.

The host did provide a night's refund as ac didn't work when we arrived. Which was appreciated. But there is no ability to get extra towels or toilet paper. Booking add was confusing showed washer and dryer. Parking is a scam. 30$ a day for parking but they don't Register a license plate. No baking sheet in kitchen. No fresh sponge for washing dishes it was an old used one.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated everything is in walking distance. I would definitely recommend

Communication from the property management was terrible. They told me that they emailed me, which they did not. Said I was the only person ever to not receive an email. I was only given an address, not the name of the hotel. I was given incomplete info for the room code. I was told there was no check in desk and when I could not find the property, I was finally given the name of the hotel and told to go to the check in desk. This was only after I yelled at the person on the phone, who was very unhelpful. Saving grace was the hotel staff was very helpful and the pool area had a great view. I would never use I Coconut Grove Vacation rentals again

The place was very nice, extremely clean and had a beautiful well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

The view is incredible and the location is absolutely perfect for restaurants and nightlife.
