    It smelled musty, the carpets were dirty, just needs an overall upgrade to rooms. The lobby areas were clean but could tell it was just cheap furniture everywhere. Felt it was not worth the money I paid.

    Worst stay in my 71 years of life. Dirty and falling apart. Teenagers in the next room were screaming and slamming doors till 3 am, all within ear shot of the night manager at the desk on the second floor. We could not sleep with all the commotion. I had to step out of my room to tell 5 or 6 teenagers to stop so we can sleep. Then I went to the night manager who was within 50 feet of the rooms and instead of asking them to stop, he took their side and said I was disrespecting them! Even threatened to kick us out. Imagine that. I think he was enjoying seeing those teenage girls going in and out of the room and the lobby. Horrible place from A-Z. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Horrible accommodations and horrible unfriendly inexperienced staff.

    My room didn't smell that clean my carpet was dirty, faucet and bathroom wasn't clean.. I had to spend some additional funds on cleaning supplies to feel comfortable in my room... the staff was helpful, my tub stopper wouldn't stay up so they fixed it... i requested additional sheets and they sent up room service immediately... only the front desk spoke English but they were as helpful as they could be.... the breakfast was great, as well as the gym, lobby and amenties ... just wish my room was much cleaner.... I don't think id stay there again... and I survived one night... had to shower in my shoes my shower mat had pubic hair on it and couldn't walk in my room without shoes.

    The floor of the room was very wornout and not cleaned. Bathroom had a broken parts under the sink that made dirty residues on toilet paper. And there're tiny black bugs like fleas around the sink top. We were so disappointed by their menagements and maintenance of the property. They charged the parking fees of $25 per night top of the per night rates.

    This room was very dirty. Hair and dirty marks all on and under the mattress. Huge dirty stains on the carpet. Also scuff marks on the wall. The room also smelled of moth balls.The plumbing is bad. The water goes down very slow so as you shower you are standing in your own dirt. The sink you wash your hands in also goes down slowly. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast!

    Our toilet did not work.. maintenance worked on it but did not fix it. The door to the bathroom was missing.. so no privacy. The peephole on the main door, you could see through from the outside??!!!! We stuffed paper in it. Also, the telephone did not work so I had to go to the front several times to submit my issues with the room. The staff only spoke English to a certain extent .. they wrote my room number down and gave me the general managers card to make my complaints..

    We booked the room with roll in shower. and arrived late in the evening BUT the shower only ran Cold and the basin water was only tepid. Very unusable and reported to the front desk who were sympathetic but too late to resolve and logged it for maintenance to rectify. Recommend that management check this carefully afterwards to ensure no more guests have to suffer this inconvenience. Given a bag of Skittles as compensation

    After waiting for over an hour, they tell us that we cannot have a room. Sorry there’s nothing they could do. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t recommend anybody staying at this hotel just because of the fact that the staff doesn’t care about anybody most of them just look like they’re there to get a paycheck and that’s it.

    I had a noon checkout but was being chased from 10:00 am to get out of the room and was called by receptionist to ask if I wanted late checkout.     However, the condition of room 639 was a major issue. After staying there, there appeared to be signs consistent with bed bugs, and shortly after the stay, skin irritation developed.     It was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom looked like it’s never been cleaned. The room itself was gross, my kids feet were BLACK walking in the room for 10 minutes, the beds had a moth and random crumbs and dirt and feathers from the OLD comforters. The comforters were literally brown. Will never EVER stay here again. Stay as far away as you possibly can from this hotel. I’ve also never left a bad review in my life. I just felt the need to warn others because I was absolutely not expecting it to be so disgusting especially since we paid $400 for ONE night.

    This was perfect. We didn’t wanna stay too far from the airport since we had an early flight everything at the hotel was amazing. The only thing to consider is that Uber take a little longer to pick you up when you wanna go into Miami so anticipate longer wait times but outside of that everything was great.

    There was no one in line to check in and we waited forever for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. It was early evening. We didn't have any hot water the next morning either. The breakfast was great. This is near the airport in an industrial park, nothing close, i.e. shops restaurants extra. They do offer shuttle service to cruise ports that you book, it's convenient but next time I will just book uber.

Staff was very nice and it was really clean. Rooms also nice and big. We will be back in November. Well the shuttle is 15 per person to the cruise port. We took an Uber and it was 15.00 between the 3 of us. No airport shuttle.

    The room was clean the bathroom needed some little touchups with like caulking the breakfast I love their breakfast. I enjoy Hyatt’s breakfast everywhere I go. I love their buffet at this particular Hyatt. We’re all beautiful and amazingly nice people. I’m a first time Uber user and they taught me how to use the app. I was real appreciative for that.

    We were in miami for a convention and pulled up to the hotel and it looked run down and dirty. We decided to chance it and take a look at the room and we checked in, walked in the room and walked right back out and left. There was trash on the floor in the elevator and some nasty substance on the floor next to elevator leading into the lobby. The front desk agent was very nice and once we got to the lobby things looked a little better. However when we went to the room it smelt very musty and the carpet was disgusting. The sheets on the bed also didn’t look clean at all. We decided to just leave and went and checked into another hotel down the street. We attempted to get a refund through Expedia however because they were unable to get in contact with anyone at the property to get a resolution they only offered me 25 dollars in “key cash”. This hotel looks great in the pictures, but is definitely not the quality as it should be and shows in the pictures. Terrible!

    Been at other Hyatts, this one is more worn out than expected. There looks to be some upgrades to the property, but need to finish the renovations. Great location near the airport for easy commutes to everything Miami and the surrounding area has to offer.

    We spent a Monday - Saturday morning at the hotel. Upon check-in, the staff was very nice, but afterwards, there were not a lot of interactions with them. I understand that rooms were not cleaned every day, but every other day instead. However, I had to ask people to come to the room and just change the towels and empty the garbage cans. They did not do it without asking. Breakfast was ok, but after a few days, it became very monotonous, and then the number of things offered became less and less. Also, the waffle maker and toaster were extremely slow and caused lines to be very long to prepare your breakfast. It was quite frustrating. Overall, I would say the stay was average- it would have been fine for an overnight or even a weekend, but longer than that, it became very disappointing.

    This hotel is old and run down. The sink in the bath was broken, the shower head was severely clogged (spraying random directions), and the LED TV was broken, showing numerous bright spots. The window shade was not room darkening so light from the outside lit the room all night making it hard to sleep. The alarm clock made random buzzing / crackling sounds all night. To top it all off, the hotel staff member was more interested in doing their homework on their laptop than answering questions or addressing our concerns. Don’t stay here. Hotels.com please work with the hotel to get a refund for us.

    It was close to the airport The shower had hair clogged in it was coming out of the drain I have pictures for proof.     It was close to the airport and cruise terminal. The staff was very friendly and nice. The sheets smelled of suntan lotion, the water pressure out of the shower head was weak. I booked this hotel specifically because other reviews said the free breakfast was very good but it was not. The oatmeal was all water with large clumps at the bottom. It looked like it was there for days. The hard boiled eggs tasted sour. The scrambled eggs and sausage patties were edible. I filled up my water bottle in the dispenser in the gym and it tasted like bleach or some other chemicals. I threw it away and bought water at the desk. The restaurant closes early so we had to walk to the Embassy Suites next door for dinner. We should have stayed there instead.

    In addition to the distance be aware that the combination of traffic volume and extensive roadworks on the route to the terminal can create significant delays. In our case travel time was close to two hours. Plan accordingly. There is a shuttle company that serves the hotel with three time slots in addition to typical ride services. Fees to the cruise terminal range between 60 and 80 dollars (we were a party of five). In regard to the hotel, the staff was great. Very informative and welcoming. Dining options are limited at the hotel but there are delivery options available. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. There is a restaurant in the Embassy Suites which is an easy five minute walk. Kind of pricey but lots of options. The swimming pool is not heated so it is what my wife would call “refreshing”. Comfortable beds and relatively quiet so we had a nice pre and post cruise rest. Did not really meet Hyatt standards in my opinion but the place has potential.

    They did not have a room for us so they “upgraded us” to a room that had no AC, the TV had White lights through it. The toilet had pee around the base and the carpets were filthy. I would hate to see the room we reserved. The Embassy Suites next door looks much better!

    The hotel is next to the airport and they don't have a shuttle service to the airport; they also don't have a shuttle to the cruise port. They offer an individual service that costs $15 per person. The service at the host's and in the kitchen was poor; they had unpleasant attitudes and demeanor. The televisions in both of the rooms we stayed in were broken.

    We called for a late check in due to delayed flight. Arrived at hotel were given a room with one king bed when 2 queens was reserved. The room rug was filthy and the room smelled.     Very friendly staff and the cleanliness. We arrived before our check in time - the staff offered a secure room for us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Pool was open and clean also. The atmosphere was welcoming and beautiful. Location was great- super close to MIA airport, walking distance to foods and convenient store. Lobby was on 2nd floor- recommend signage for people entering the building, there's no guidance on where to go.

    This hotel is a little tired. Don’t want to think about how long it’s been since the room carpet was shampooed. I arrived to learn that the elevator wasn’t working, so they put me on a lower floor. The petite desk clerk was the only person available to schlep my big suitcase to the 4th floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, but this property needs a refresh.

    Dirty. I changed rooms 3 times in 2 nights. 1st room had hair in the shower (looked like pubes, gross!) and the 2nd room was ant-infested. Finally on my last day there, the hotel had a power outage. No backup generators which meant no elevators, no hot table at breakfast. I can't believe this hotel sits under the Hyatt brand, it's more like a motel. The only positive here are the staff, who are all hard working and very friendly and helpful. But the hotel itself, is gross.

    Rooms were nice.. Clean and everything you need. No microwave in rooms though. The only issues we had was that they ran out of food for breakfast. it was 45 min to the breakfast ended and there was no sausage, No Coffee.. We had to ask for more sausage and she said they were out and she would put out ham.. Which was fine.. But it wasn't ham she put out.. It was thin sliced lunch meat turkey. When we asked her for coffee.. She went to the back and got us one cup of coffee.. Like they were not gonna bring anymore out. Don't nice hotels have coffee out all the time. It was a disappointment. We ended up going out to breakfast our 2nd morning instead of fighting with the breakfast lady for breakfast and coffee.

    We arrived early and were given the opportunity to check in with a fee, which is took advantage of becasue we were VERY early due to getting off the ship earlier than intended. The carpets in the hallway leading to our room definitely could use some replacing. Upon entering our room we noticed that the bathroom door lock was broken and there was no handle on the outside and our TV had these stange lines going accross it which made it very difficult to watch. The outdoor area was very nice. We enjoyed sitting by the fire lanterns, although only one was working. If you are staying just to be be near the airport, the location is great, but don't expect there to be anything to do or see. You absolutely need a car or would need to take an UBER. There is NO bar or restaurant. They do offer cans of beer and some cocktails that the front desk staff make for you as well as some food that the front desk staff also prepare for you in a TurboChef. The staff was not overly friendly at all, they were just there to do their job. It did it's job, but I don't think I would stay again.

    The hotel when we arrived ( late as both flights had been delayed) did not have shuttle service and their communication system was completely DOWN for days which is why we couldn’t get in touch with anyone to clarify our reservation status and advise them our late arrival time. A lot of issues that could have been resolved in a timely manner or best completely avoided altogether. Poor service and very bad communication.

    Room smelled of mold. The AC was not on upon arrival and room was 77 degrees. AC also was not on in the hotel lobby/common areas. Only food nearby is hotel directly next door, which staff directs you to, however there is no access between the properties and you must walk around the perimeter fence on a sketchy, dimly lit side road.

    Furniture was badly worn, out of a lot of food and alcohol offered on the QR code. Presentation of food was lacking. So many things at this hotel especially food and beverage and layout not at Hyatt Standards. Very confusing layout and make your own waffles not Hyatt Standard. TV had lights all across the screen and turned it to 94 and still no sound. The cleanliness score was for the room.

    Everything was wonderful except the transportation shuttle. We waited and waited for our shuttle to get to the cruise port, were told 1230, our cruise check in was 1:30. We were told to be downstairs at 12:15 which we were. 12:30 went by, 12:45 went by and kept being told 5 more minutes they’ll be here. Well looking at maps it was an hour drive to the port because of traffic. By 1pm we had no choice to get an uber, the last boarding time was 2:30, we had no time to spare and the shuttle never came. I still wonder had we actually waited for that shtttle if we would have made it at all. Not reliable transportation when you need to be somewhere!

    I had to wait for more than. 45 minutes because I didn’t tell mommy that I will come late, I kept calling to hotel to open the door and door no one opened after a long time, another guest came he opened the door. Then I went to lobby. When I told them that I was waiting for 45 minutes thats when someone started checking phone and found their phone not working. I mean how irresponsible they are.

    The front desk staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast. It seemed a bit disorganized and several items had run out, including the waffle batter and butter. It would be great to see a little more attention given to keeping things stocked and managed in the morning. Overall, a nice stay, but I wouldn’t count on the breakfast.

    Towels were stained/darkend areas. Room wasn’t wipe down in some areas. There were smudged fingerprints on bedside lamp buttons. Check in staff were great and attentive.

    My room was spacious, modern, and meticulously clean. The large bed and fluffy pillows provided a restful night, and I appreciated the separate sitting area that gave me some extra space to relax.
