The hotel is showing its age and is due for a remodel. It was fine and no real complaints but not your typical Hyatt property.

Proximity to the airport. Quiet area. The room is very dusty and affecting our sinuses, the baby found a ball of hair as soon as we entered the room. There is also a smell as we enter the room. There is also no daily housekeeping service which we need because we have a baby. We had to leave earlier than expected

The location and also it has a calm atmosphere. Not too busy. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. The parking fee is not mentioned on the booking ad. The rooms are clean and comfortable but you do start to notice that it’s time for an upgrade.

Clean room and friendly staff. The van driver who picked us up from the airport and drove us back was so friendly and he gave great suggestions for dinner places close by if we were not eating at the hotel restaurant. Comfortable bed with the exception of the pillows which were super thin. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay there again next time we are on a lay over in Miami.

This property was an excellent choice to stay out before and after our cruise. The large two bedroom suites are available at very reasonable rates. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is also very friendly.

Great room for traveling with the family, since we got a 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and well upkept. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of different food options, and a large seating area so finding a place to sit was no problem. Our flight into Miami was delayed, so we did not arrive until close to 11PM. Unfortunately, their shuttle service stops at 10PM. Having shuttle service available later would have been nice.

Beautiful grounds and pool area. Quiet and safe. Can walk to grocery store and a couple restaurants if needdd! Love the kitchen. Rooms are terrific! Didn’t realize bar closes Tuesday. But they still were able to have the kitchen opened for dinner!

We only stay at the hotel for a few hours, awaiting a connecting flight the following morning, I only complaint was that behind the bath gel and the shampoo look like housekeeping didn't clean, but everything else looked nice and clean.

I liked that the gym was located outside to it's self and the staff was friendly and helpful as well.Breakfast was pretty good and the room was very pleasant too. Food and shopping was just up the street(walking distance). They didn't have a(n) ironing board in the room.

My family and I were able to check in early and staff even upgraded our room. I was very grateful as we had just gotten off a cruise and were tired. There are many restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance and the property has all of the amenities you need, along with shuttle services to/from airport. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall this was a good stay for a night between our flights and cruises. Employees were friendly, helpful and attentive. Food wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great either, about what’s expected from a hotel breakfast. Airport shuttle was definitely convenient. Main bad thing is the hotel could use some updates here and there. Some chairs/benches were broken and wore down. The floor in our room was still dirty as well. But overall not a bad stay.

The property is well kept and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are the most spacious I have ever experienced (full size kitchen!) and the nights are quiet and uneventful. Pharmacies, restaurants and shopping are just a short walk away. The shuttle to and from the aiport is very accomodating too. Breakfasts options are also pretty decent. There are only pros and zero cons for this hotel in my book!

Pool was heated and enjoyed that over our new years trip. Great location too. So easy to get around miami hot spots during the day.

We only stayed one night as we were taking a cruise the next day. The evening staff at their restaurant greeted us warmly and spoke with us in such a welcoming tone. It made us feel like he really wanted us to be there. Most places that we've stayed in after the Pandemic, the employees grumble and barely speak making us feel VERY unwelcomed at their hotel.

Amazing hotel. Stayed with my family. Pool is nice and not crowded. A bit of noise first night that we stayed by the pool. Very quiet second night on 3 floor with a view of the lagoon. Staff is very friendly. They let me do a late check out very easy. I am overall very pleased.

This propert is excellent. Nice size rooms for family of 4. Very nice atmosphere and front desk/management very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again when i visit Miami.

This hotel is pretty good due to location, free airport shuttle, excelent breakfast buffet, kitchenette and staff friendliness. My grievance is about the extra $300 dollars they held on my card at the time of check-in. This is insane and upon discussing this with them they told me this security deposits varies per length of stay and it would be reimbursed within 5 days of my checkout (let's hope that is the case and I don't have to dispute it with my bank). Still, a $300 extra hold on a 4-night stay is excessive. Also, they charged $5 per amazon delivery, which is not only ridiculous, but also not communicated upon me inquiring if I could receive package deliveries at the hotel.

The two room was excellent but the only thing i didn’t like the hotel is the parking charge.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and may return. I did have a small delay with checking in but after the 2nd time it was quickly resolved. Overall it is clean but it was clear some areas looked clean but were overlooked when cleaned because they appear to not need cleaning. No biggie one call and it was resolved.

I have stayed and will continue to stay at this beautiful property for its convenience to everything that I need. The ONLY issue I have is that the water pressure could be a LOT better

It was very close to a shopping plaza which was very convenient, the breakfast was great, and the people at the front desk was very nice.

The place looks a little run down, but it was really perfect for a one night stay for a flight the next day. There appears to be some remodeling going on, and our room was great...two bedrooms and enough space for a family of five. We had a little kitchen for dinner and breakfast for the toddlers. It was just what we needed

I loved the amount of room we had as a grouo of 6. The 2 bedrooms and sofa bed gave us plenty of room and it was really nice to have 2 bathrooms for 6 women to get ready in. As always, the Hyatt never dissapoints with the comfort of their beds, pillows and bedding. Breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations for a continental breakfast. The process of getting a shuttle from the airport to the hotel was confusing and time consuming for a weary traveler. Better instructions from the hotel would have been great!

The front desk was very polite. They allowed us for an early check in and a room upgrade! Room is very spacious and clean with kitchenette. Theres coffee available 24hrs if you want to at the lobby. Breakfast has variety of food from bread, cereals, juice and fruits. The property is clean, quiet and very near the airport with a free shuttle transfer! Restaurants are walking distance. If given the chance to visit miami again, i will definitely choose to stay here.
