Disgusting place! Hallway smelled like pee and the room smelled like body odor. The paint everywhere was chipping off, the looks were stained and appeared dirty. I checked in and then checked out 20 minutes later. I could not stay.

This is a slightly older property so everything is not pristine but the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The staff were courteous and friendly. The restaurant was good and I was pleasantly surprised at how little noise there was from airplanes the hotel is right by the airport. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

The hotel was good for proximity to the port. There’s a restaurant on promises. Staff really nice. Room was decent. The only thing I didn’t like was the loud night club music. we stayed on 6th floor and it sounded like there was a club over our heads. Music played from 7PM til 2AM

Staff were super friendly. Rooms absolutely were not available until after 2:00pm. However, they did provide a service for you to drop off your bags and go exploring until it was check-in time. Room was very clean and spacious. It is an older hotel so there was still carpet in the rooms. It was a short Uber ride to the restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. Kayla (Receptionist), Murat and his assistant (Bar) and Mauricio (Driver) were all exceptional. Kayla and Murat made our stay so comfortable that we stayed for two additional days when we returned from our cruise. The rental car service at the hotel was very easy. Thank you Kayla.

It was great place to stay before a cruise the night before. It was close to the airport and they also have a Cruise Shuttle, which was great. The only thing there was a loud noise in our toilet when you would flush it occasionally… I forgot to report it to the front desk. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant upstairs and bartenders were very accommodating, and the food was delicious.Thank you!

Upon arrival to the hotel, attendant said there was no rooms available. I then went on and booked a room online. I went back in gave my confirmation number was then given the worst room facing garbage area. The next day I was locked out of my room that had been paid for in advance. When I went to inquire why was my entry card deactivated his response was my phone did it. He was interested in seeing my id again. Well I kept my phone attached to the new cards which worked until I checked out . I made the best of my trip, dined in the restaurant one evening. My overall rating would be a 4.5 to 5 out of 10. Place needs deep cleaning and updating.

The women at the front desk were not at nice or helpful. There was a young man there on Saturday before we left that was so helpful. The women acted mad because he was helping us. I think his name may have been Angelo. The women that checked us in acted annoyed if we asked a question. Not very inviting to come back too.

For our overnight between flights, the hotel was very good and close to the airport with 24 hours free shuttle every half hour. The place was clean and staff great with a decent restaurant upstairs (with great music as it was Saturday night). I would’ve given it a higher rating but parts of the hotel were a bit run down. Our room definitely could’ve used new carpet and showers need to be upgraded. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay for our overnight but I’d have a tough time for a longer trip.

The rooms seemed small. The breakfast buffet is not included in your room price. $16 per person, per day. They also charged $20 a day to have our rental car parked on the property. They seem to nickel and dime everything. The staff was amazing but not worth the price. If you order room service they charge $3 as a "delivery fee" and they automatically add 18% to anything you order whether it's room service or you go to their restaurant.

This is a comfortable hotel with easy access to the airport. I would rate their rooms as cleaner than most. The AC works well, there are plenty of food options in the hotel as well as around the hotel. The staff are professional and polite.

The building is dated. For the price paid, in the $380s we were charged for services that are usually free. To check in early because rooms were available, they were going to charge a fee and to store luggage we were charged per luggage. Over priced and basic services provided.

I'm not picky. I very rarely bad reviews because I'm not picky This hotel was only for 1 night before going on a cruise so my expectations were way low. But the hotel is very bad. The bathroom of the room is terrible, shower head didn't hold by itself, drain was blocked so water wasn't coming out. Vending machines didn't work, tried to get a beer from the bar at the lobby, it took half an hour. It was taking 5 to 10 minutes per customer the guy didint know what he was doing. Staff was unpleasant in general. This shouldn't have the holiday inn banner, it puts them to shame.

The airport shuttle was convenient albeit timetable from airport unclear and the room was good. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was very poor. My order was forgotten, so I waited a long time for nothing, late at night after a long journey and before an early flight. There was no apology, and I had to order food via Uber Eats instead, losing valuable rest time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. After checking in, I discovered the room door did not properly seal and could be seen through even when locked, which felt unsafe. The hotel was also hosting a large event that left no available parking for paying hotel guests despite charging a $20 parking fee. While the front desk staff tried to help, management was dismissive and unprofessional, offering no real solution or accommodation. After hours without resolution, I left at 10:30 PM to find another hotel before my early morning flight. The property and guest experience did not match the hotel’s advertising.

We stayed here after getting off our cruise. We got there before check-in, they held our bags but beware it's a $1 per bag fee. The hotel was pretty run down compared to others in the area. The staff was pretty helpful- check in/check out was easy and the shuttle to the airport was convenient. The little cafe and restaurant automatically charge a gratuity which I did not know until after the fact, so just be aware of that. The pool was simple- not a lot of chairs or shaded area but we did not go there for long. Pretty noisy being right by the airport but we stayed here for this reason(close and quick to get home). Overall was fine for a one day stay

The room we stayed in was in disrepair. Carpet was worn, ceiling had an unsuccessful repair to a leak from the roof. A complete failure compared to a stay at any holiday inn express. As an IHG member I was provided with complimentary water so that was a plus. Staff were polite and professional at the lobby. The cafe is less than desirable and should be properly cleaned. Paying $4 for cold coffee and no real creamer is not what I call hospitality.

The room was very outdated. The furniture looked worn, the carpet appeared dirty, and the overall space did not match the photos online. While the bed was comfortable and clean, the exposed metal bed frame added to the dated feel. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with barely enough room to move. The layout made it difficult to use the space comfortably, and the fixtures felt old and hard to operate. The shower area was also very restrictive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the condition of the room and the mismatch with the advertised photos significantly impacted our stay. We would not stay here again.

It was convenient. The hotel is very out dated and old. Not sure where the pictures online were taken from, but definitely wasn't our tower. You have to step in and stand beside the commode to get the bathroom door to shut. I woke up the next morning with marks all over my neck and back of arms that turned into pustule areas at the start of my cruise. I dont know if it was bed bugs or not, but I definitely will never use this hotel ever again.

Initially, we were informed that early check-in would require an additional fee, which is understandable. However, after speaking with the manager and explaining our situation, they were kind enough to accommodate us without charging extra. The main reason I stayed here is because they have a 24 hr Shuttle to the airport. I had an early flight so I had to be at the airport at 4 AM. Apparently is a big plus because when I was looking at other hotels near the airport most of their service starts at 6AM until 11 PM. The room was ok, I had a ground level room so it was across the trash dumpsters, The room had many flies that I had to take care of John Wick style. ( I used a towel ) Some of the furniture was a bit old, but hey I just needed a room to spend the night and catch my early flight. Something that I really liked was the view from the restaurant they have in the 9th floor. Food is ok too, not that amazing but something to have to not go hungry. Overlooking at downtown Miami and the airport, I thought that was pretty cool. So definitely some pros and cons but overall an ok place to spend the night. They also have a car rental place in the lobby, I can't remember the name but I think that's a plus too if you want to grab a rental to explore the city for a bit. Staff was very friendly and attentive, everything was taken care of quickly. I would stay again if need be but next time please hold the flies!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There were no restaurants or convenience stores near by. We ended up having dinner in the hotel restaurant. Service was extremely slow and limited staff. While the food was good it was pricey. Another downside breakfast was not included and we experienced another slow service in the hotel restaurant. Not much we could do as there was anywhere else to go. I will do a better research if we take another cruise out of Miami.

We chose this hotel based on location, being an international brand, onsite restaurant and reviews. It definitely was not chosen based on cost! Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception appeared modern. Check in was smooth but when we got to our room our eyes were open. Our room was large - contained 2 double beds; a huge air conditioning unit; mini fridge (no contents... not even bottled water!) and room furniture. The bathroom was a reasonable size. However, the decor of the room was something to be desired and nothing like the pictures. The decor was very dated; artex walls and ceilings. The furniture had been painted countless times. The desk lights were covered in rust and electric sockets broken. The shower hadn't been cleaned well as there was show prints on the shower tray! The room appeared clean-ish but lack a fresh smell. We chose to eat at the on-site restaurant; what a mistake! The main restaurant was holding a private function (being Valentines Day) and was closed, so the hotel set up a function room for evening service. The service was awful and food was bland. For the cost we were extremely disappointed. We went for breakfast the following morning; only to be told we could only have a buffet breakfast with the voucher we had. Nowhere in the booking did it say it was only buffet. Options were limited; the so called hot items were luke warm and

They charged me two security deposits dated on two different days and it’s been 3 days and neither one has been taken off ! We were at hotel less the. 9 hours handed keys to gentlemen at desk asked if he could send me my receipt he said your all set . I get to my cruise check my card and noticed he charged another deposit ! So I know we left that room neat as can be as we never unpacked and went straight to port when we woke up so it should have been lifted after the the checkout or maybe a day or two later and not charge another days $100 security deposit ! No one’s responding to my chat online to rectify this either !

Our room was clean. Beds were comfy. The bathroom is very small. Breakfast was good but you have to purchase, it is not complimentary. The pool was fine except the sun goes behind the building around noon so the pool is completely shaded in the afternoon. There is a snack bar/coffee bar in the lobby to purchase snacks. Overall the hotel was just ok. I probably wouldn’t pick this one again if given the choice.

We were supposed to have two queen beds to accommodate my husband, two kids and me. They gave us a king instead and were completely sold out so there was nothing they could do. They did bring us 2 roll away beds that weren’t very nice, but worked for the night. They gave us breakfast vouchers which helped, but it was very disappointing paying so much without getting the beds we wanted.

The room we descent but it's time for deep cleaning, especially the bathroom, the corners and crevices had dust and dirt build up. Caulking need to be refreshed as well. Parking was horrible because the hotel has a weekly "club" event on Saturday night so the parking lot fills up and it becomes very inconvenient. Also because of the club, you can hear the music two floors down, not terribly loud, but if you're looking for quiet, this wouldn't be the place on a saturday night.

If you're expecting the TajMahal meets your house, let's get real. Most people stay here because it's close to the airport, and you don't want to miss your flight. This means planes take off every twenty minutes right next to where you're staying. We showered and slept well. We both had a burger at the restaraunt. They were accurately cooked as ordered, and so big we couldn't finish them. The shuttle took us right to where we needed to be at 6 am. Yes, the room had a strong "cheap air freshener" smell that took a while to become nose blind to, and yes the sink faucet was positioned too far back, but the room and experience were utilitarian enough to satisfy us. Would stay here again for the same purpose.

The most DISGUSTING hotel I had ever stayed at. Initially the hotel texted us asking what time we planned on getting there to check in. When we arrived the rooms were not ready, basically the entire hotel was sitting in the very small lobby and there was no space to wait. To leave a bag with the front desk they charged per bag to store them (even my small backpack that was sitting on my suitcase was an additional charge). We were then contacted that we could check in early for an additional fee. The extra fees were insane. The actual hotel floors and rooms were by far the grossest I have ever stayed in. This hotel does not match the pictures it is run down and smells bad. Then they charged me an additional $15 just to park in a unsecured lot plus an additional $100 charge that is supposed to get refunded when we checkout. Got our keys to the room and they didn't work had to go back to the front desk and get another set thankfully the cleaning lady was in the hall she let us in the room till they got the keys working. The door doesn't want to shut and the room is just in need of a remodel definitely not up to Holiday Inn standards and price. You look out the window to a run down filthy maintenance shack or at least that's what it looks like

The size of the hotel room was smaller than what I expected from online pictures. Old Holiday Inn expensive for what it is. They charge you extra if you try to check in earlier and don’t recognize your customer status. Area is isolated and unsafe gist close to MIA.

The room was subpar for a $200 per night stay. There was also a drainage problem in the bathtub and the water sat undrained until I notified them the next morning.

Had to call to ask where shuttle was, then called someone else for a ride, never took shuttle didn’t show up long wait. Never had breakfast had to leave early. Fast service at food counter in lobby very friendly at front desk and food counter.

There was blood on the sheets of both beds in my room. Even though the check out time was 11am and I was waiting to check out until close to 11 because I was waiting for a shuttle, housekeeping knocked on my door every 10 minutes starting at shortly before 10 am until I got tired of it and left my room at 10:30. It was very annoying. I don’t care that the hotel has the convenience of a restaurant and a port shuttle, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Absolute disgrace of a Holiday Inn. No continental breakfast. The alternative was an in house “restaurant” that had one choice of meat in the buffet and everything was miniature, and the regular menu was nothing to write home about. Still cost $40. Vending machines were out of stock or out of order, and the one ice machine in the building was broken. This is unacceptable period, especially considering what it cost me to stay there.

Rooms need minor uplifting… floor level frames and wood destroyed by water and painted over. Some bathroom fixtures old and tarnished. Doors up and down the hall slam shut.

The hotel needs a remodel carpet is old and my room was awful. I looked out the window to only see a brick wall like I was a blind person, and the bathroom was so small your knees touch the door from the toilet. This room was 608 stay away from this room it was awful. I’m very disappointed in this Holiday Inn. One night only was enough.

Staff was terrible and I felt like this hotel was trying to extort me at every chance they got. I booked here specifically because I called and was told the shuttle would take me to the cruise terminal for free. I then asked at check in and was assured the shuttle would take me. The morning of the cruise I was told I needed to pay 14 dollars per person and since I was only a party of 3 the return trip may not be available because they would not got to the cruise terminal for less than 4 passengers. 14 dollars isn’t a lot of money but the issue is that this was 86 dollars I could have used for something else more fun on my vacation. I ended up using uber for 25 dollars including the tip.

The staff was an amazing and very kind. The hotel is nice looking the only issue that we had were bedbugs. I had a bedbug crawling on my shirt a short period of time after entering the room. I’m sure there were more, but we checked out ASAP!

It is an older hotel that has been renovated. The lobby has a great little café if a full meal is not needed, and is fun to watch world travelers arriving and departing. *The 9th floor bar and restaurant has phenomonal night views over the airport and Miami downtown. The food is really good at breakfast (buffet or à la carte), and dinner is not to be missed. We loved the Penne Pasta and Lemon Garlic Chicken dishes. Say hello to Ana, George and Adrian your restaurant servers, and Martin or Walter at check-in. Coming here is so familiar and comfortable for me... a solo female traveler. Don't be a stranger.

Clean room but not a great area, nothing around, building seems run down like they just do cosmetic work. (Barely) cracked walls . Very just mediocre hotel if ya need a place to go. No vegan options for food really except oatmeal and French fries.

Airport was much better on my return trip. It does run on a regular half hour schedule. Breakfast is quite good, lots of choices and the restaurant is on the top floor, so some nice views of the Miami skyline.
