The bathroom is extremely small, and the room smelled bad when we checked in; furthermore, the housekeepers knock on your door very early in the morning hours before checkout time.

Good stay, didn't love the parking fee. I know it's close to the airport but you don't have to charge people that are staying at your hotel. My suggestion is to give guests a parking pass for free and you can charge non-guests to park there if you'd like to.

Walking distance of a McDonalds and Red Lobster and several others close by. Staff was nice but clearly didn't seem to understand english if ask a question they brought me the wrong thing, or simply stared at me. Frustrating to deal with this everywhere in Miami!! Ask for linen for the pull out couch as at bedtime we realized they only gave us one sheet, no pillows, etc. I waited and no one brought them. Called back and was told there isn't any housekeeping staff so I would have to come get them myself. So got dressed and had to go get them. For the price I had to pay for this room I should have no problem getting it brought to me. Front desk was nice but the main person I checked in with was not very helpful in answering questions and just kept repeating the same answer. She clearly did not know how to appropriately help ME understand . So had to figure out the answer on my own. Not the end of the world its just aggravating to not have staff that communicates well. She was nice just not good with understanding what I was asking and could have been better at her job to explain. Otherwise the room was nice, not huge but clean. Beds are way to HARD for my taste but we managed for just a couple of nights. Wouldn't stay here again due to the bedding killing my back. But the room was satisfactory overall, very clean, etc. Breakfast was satisfying though not tons of options it was a good and we left with some food and satisfied with what it had to offer.

Check in took a very long time. The bathroom in the lobby had stuffed toilets and no toilet paper at times. Breakfast was the same every day and the eggs and cinnamon buns were iced cold. Our keys did not work after the long check in and we had to go downstairs and get them reprogrammed. The room was nice but there was no microwave in 2026. The coffee machine at breakfast broke down and there was a very long wait with only one machine to get coffee. The hotel they try to accommodate by putting a portable urn but it was often just look warm.

Mix up with Expedia and the hotel. Made. Reservation in error. Tried to cancel. Message hotel about the construction and requested cancel, they said it was cancelled. Need to call Expedia to request refund. What a mess.

I have stayed at this hotel now 3 times and there is no point to find a different one. The area is nice, lots to do! Not far from other locations that are a must see. We will continue to stay here when even we visit Miami. Which is often since we have family in the area

The parking lot was small and not the best. Although it is very congested in that area, I consider it a great location. Shops and restaurants are all around you. The room was great. No problems there. The hallway had a very pleasant scent. I enjoyed my stay.

Bait and switch! Room was nothing like the photo. You could not even watch TV. I was in Room 512. Very disappointed

This trip was good. I do not use the word amazing. The hotel was under renovation, but it was still kept very clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

I had to stay two nights there. First night I asked for more towels and male receptionist was rude and unhelpful. He questioned me of how many people in the room after I requested some supplies for the room. We were two people staying in a suite 2 queen beds with living area and he acted like we were too many people in the room…Seriously?? Do I need to give you a reason why I asked for more supplies!! Anyway I didn’t want any room service , I only needed supplies and I like to get them first night so I don’t have to ask for them again..and he took my room number to cancel room service after he provided the towels like I should ask for supplies once a day..If your guest needs supplies, you should provide as many as they want ..Hand wash was empty when we checked in ..and again he acted rude and unhelpful..At breakfast Everything was almost empty even coffee maker..We went to get our breakfast around 9am and breakfast time from 6:30-10am..No excuse to not have more refills…I wished I had booked a room somewhere else..Your price wasn’t that cheap to have bad customer service …Other hotels could have same price with better service..I don’t recommend !

Tbe property doesn't seem to fit the standard of the regular Holiday Inn hotels. Lobby area needs improving its infrastructure and so is the dining area for breakfast. Renovations has been ongoing for a long time now, which is dropping the ratings. I believe the location is conveniently located to nearby shopping areas, which is good. Not walkable distance but sufficiently close by.

This hotel is under renovation with guests in it. The lobby is a work site. The elevators don't work. We had to climb three flights of stairs with luggage and the stairwell is also a work site. We left after one night amd i demanded a refund for two unused nights. I was told that you must authorize it. So i would appreciate it if you did.

The eleveator was broken and front desk told us to call, so we can get help with our luggage. Well the phone in the room was broken too.

They were doing construction. Which I didn’t know until after booking the trip. Which lead to me having to leave late because they turned the water off from 10 (which is checkout time) till 2

Breakfast was terrible and I been to this hotel 3 years in a row and this time just seemed like they didn’t care which was unusual because we chose to stay there because how good they were hope they can fix it or I will have to find a different place to stay.

I was very disapointed. When I arrive they told me we could not recah out by phone to inform you that there was renovations on 3er floor from Monday to Friday and also we cutt off the water. I said Expedia have all my contactas and is strabnge that they did not reach me out to inform this. Expedia easily recah me out. At front desk, before proceding with check inn, I was told that I coulg go to another hotel. I said to the fron dest staff If I go to another hotel they will charge me whatever they want as I am just waliking inn. Alos I said we choose this hotel because we have realives and friends nearby. I said I will try to stay here but if on Monday I am uncorttable I will complaint. Ofcourse Monday was unconfortable. I could not work in my room due to noice that from 10.00am to 2.00pm there was not water in the room.This about water was antihigienic. Same Monday faternoon I spoke with hotel manager. He reported by phone my situation o a expedia executive who hanlce the hotela ccount. This person was not vety helpfull. I tiolg the mnager to put this lady on the phone for me. I spoke with this lady and she could not solve the problem. Id di ask her name and last name but she did not wanted to give her last name. Then the manager oifferd me to move me to a Towneplace Suotes by Marriott and give me back the two nights. I move with my mother who is handicap. More problems to my mother. In summary I had TERRIBLE experience with Hotel and First time with EXPEDIA.

We stayed in this hotel while they were renovating in November 2024. Our room was not one of the ones that have been updated. The furniture was falling apart but otherwise the room was in working order. Staff was friendly and breakfast had great options. The area is a busy part of town but there are places to visit very close.

With renovations going on, the gym was closed, so was unable to use it. The website states airport shuttle but they do not have one. And even though I signed to have housekeeping come I didn’t see them come till the day before we left (day 3). The breakfast service was great though.

The stay was clean and a great experience outside of one interaction with Adrian at the front desk. The breakfast was always hot and plentiful. The desk staff was friendly and attentive outside of Adrian. We had the worst interaction with him one night when we simply asked if they had any kind of anti-itch cream where he proceeded to give a lecture along with medical advice when a simple no would have sufficed. In the midst of a minor allergic reaction and a very cranky toddler because of said reaction, I maintained my patience but was beyond upset at Adrian’s response to a minute yes or no question. Other then Adrian, the stay went well and we were pleased.

The room was musty very unpleasant odor toilet didn’t work upon check in, we ended up changing rooms but the odor in that room was worse I had to use my glade automatic air freshener thank God I had it. The elevator was under repairs with some sort of ugly canvas covering. The bathroom vents were loud. It really gave outdated motel vibes.

Property was undergoing renovation, lobby was messy upon arrival, 6pm on a Saturday evening. Half of the floor I was on was secured off for renovation. When booking we should be made aware properties that are in construction so we may consider the inconvenience vs the amount of money being spent.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn, the breakfast options were great, overall a nice hotel in a great area walking distance to shopping and dining. The welcome cookies were a nice touch.

Let’s begin with the fact that I did not get the room advertised. I requested a double bed with a handicap shower. None were available and they didn’t even bother to notify me so o could make other arrangements. We were specially asked if we wanted the room cleaned daily and we replied yes. The room was not cleaned. The beds were not made, the garbage was not emptied. The toilet had a period stain on it, (blood). I wouldn’t recommend this facility to a woodsman.
