The property is under construction but the room was cleaned though. Two things I love about this hotel: location is one ( it's near the airport and the stadium) and second the pool area. By the way big shout-out for Manuel the bartender,he makes awesome drinks.

The hotel was undergoing renovations which are supposed to end in June 2026. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the lagoon. I only stayed there one night, so I didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool, but it looked very nice. The buffet breakfast was good although you do need to pay for it (it is not automatically included in the reservation). I would definitely use this hotel again when I stay in miami. I used the hotel as my rest stop before cruise trip. The hotel offers a complementary shuttle from the airport to the hotel (you must go to the hotel shuttle pickup and flag down the free shuttle). I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. If you are planning on going to the port of miami for a cruise, you can book the shuttle w/ the hotel's concierge for $17/person. They also provide transport from the port to the hotel or directly to the airport after your cruise for $17/person.

Even with the construction going on to renovate the lobby, the place was clean. No dust residue anywhere. Staff was very helpful and free rides from and to airport were an added plus. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you are going on a cruise.

Got off a cruise ship and tried to do early check in. I know I arrived early at 9am, but they said they could accommodate, but we’d have to wait until noon, which was totally fine. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby until noon, asked again, not ready. Said half an hour more, maaaybe an hour and they’d text me. No texts. Waited until 1pm and asked again. They looked at me like I was such a neusance and said they already told me they’d text me. Checked back again at 3pm, still not ready so I finally complained and they were able to switch us to another room that was ready. So there was another room ready… but they didn’t give it to me until I complained. That’s just bad service.

Thé breakfast was great. The location was very convenient since we had a morning flight to catch. We asked for a crib and they brought us an iron bar crib from the early 60' or 70' a complete anachronism since nowadays we have plastic and mesh cloth cribs totally inoffensive for babies. The entrance was being repaired and re constructed therefore there were a side entrance -very weird-, noise coming from machines. There were only two elevators -out of four- working. And the garage was open therefore exposed to rain and sunlight and a bit far from the entrance and they charged me for that. Hilton is not what it used to be anymore.

The paint on the walls was a bit off, the mirror was broken on the edges. The common areas were mostly closed due to refurbishing. The wifi was only available in the rooms.

Room door would not open had to tell staff multiple times going back and forth from the front desk to 10th floor after telling them the keys did not work a staff member got the door open let us put our bags in and we ended up locked out and unable to get our belongings had to wait for maintenance because door still would not open with keys

The construction was the primary issue. Elevators not all working and long lines. Key card access required for elevator use but guests ? Will ride your card and force u to be security, give strangers access, or pretend to have to get out to avoid situation. No security. Parking was a nightmare. The woman attending the shuttles was rude likely tired and hot and answering same questions constantly. Proper signage would help avoid this negative interaction. Very long wait and long walk to get to hotel room.

Renovations were going on. Wi-fi did not work. $40 for a Ceasar Salad with steak and TWO extra dressings, because they only limit you to very thinly sliced steak and a table spoon of Ceasar dressing for the while salad. Order a BLT and there's enough bacon for two. The restrooms smell like urine. I shined a blacklight on my sheets. They had not been washed. Printers rarely work, due to construction and there are different passwords for different Hilton wifi zones in the hotel. So frustrating, when you do business from your phone. Meals are very small. Parking prices are very expensive.

I asked her did they not have the availability to offer me another room and she said yes, then she just sat there and starred at me. The professional way to handle that is by saying, I’m sorry for the inconvenience but we actually have the availability to book you a room if you like. Well of course I would like that! We had been traveling since 4am, and we were tired and ready to get in our room. It was very frustrating but we finally got a room and at the end she said she apologize for everything but to me that came after I had to be rude as well.

Airport shuttle was a disaster . Called hotel to confirm shuttle was running. We were assured that they shuttles were running but on Track My Shuttle all shuttles were firmly parked at the hotel. Then watched as shuttle went to door 5 stayed there and then blew past us .No more showed on the road . After an hour and half took a taxi to the hotel. Hotel lobby is under renovation. Upon check in we were given access to an occupied room. Back down to get new room, back up . Very pleasant corner suite but outdated.Mattress was firm and good selection of soft and medium pillows. Breakfast was good. Our server was knowledgeable ( gluten etc ) . However fork was filthy and the sugar packets were moldy . Pool bar staff were friendly. We have stayed a few times before and had much better experiences .

Near airport and NU stadion, beautiful lagoon surrounding the area. Pool restaurant was handy. The personnel taking care of luggage room were kind and friendly. Several iguanas in the garden, dirty sheets in the room, the balcony hasn't been cleaned in the 7th floor, no furnitury on the balcony. Don't waist your money the room with a balcony. Only 1 lift worked. There is renovating going on on the site. The receptionists when chequing in and out were unfriendly. Soundproof were weakly as we heard some people playing tennis at 6 AM to 7 th floor room.

Good location but a 20-30 min walk for food and shopping. Comp Shuttle to and from Airport Significant building works underway. No notice provided in advance. Midweek drilling and hammering from 10-5 pm, constant and loud. Main central section of hotel blocked off by boards for building works. Reception operating from a conference room and meals served within a ballroom. Room not cleaned despite ‘make up room notice’ on door handle - no in room info or anything on app to advise to request at reception. Chairs within dining area and available seating very worn and coverings cracked and frayed. This hotel should not be open to customers with this level of renovation.

Breakfast was expensive and cold. If you’re paying that much for breakfast it should be hot! Rooms could’ve been a little cleaner. The lamp was filthy. Very organized with transportation to the port. They told me we would have a fridge in the room for my husband’s insulin but that wasn’t true. Thank god the concierge had a fridge in the lobby to store it in.

However the hotel was under renovation when my wife and I arrived. Which put a damper on our trip. We never received service when requested. I had to visit the make shift front desk area numerous times to request items like towels, toilet paper, tissue paper and an extra blanket, because calling the front desk did not work for us. I even had to find the laundry room on the second floor to get face towels. But, the wife and I made the best of our stay.

The experience was not to bad except the A/C vents were full of mold, the walkway carpet had mold as well. I nearly slip and fell in the bathroom because the tub is very small and the shower head is too big for the shower is all the water falls outside the tub. We ask for cleaning services as we left to explore Miami. We left at 9am and came back 7-8pm and the cleaning services sign was still the way we left it on the door. Inside out room was just as we left it. When we first arrived the room took ONE DAY for the A/C to finally kick in and work. And the cafe down stairs staff is friendly but wayyyyyyy to EXPENSIVE for 2 chicken and fries with a juice and a chocolate croissant cane out to $72. Almost all our Ubers got upset because they were not able to pass the security boom we had to walk all the way to them outside pass the boom. One even left us and we already paid cause he got annoyed that he was not able to come in. Coming back in with the Ubers were same issues.

As I made my way to my room, I noticed the hallways were extremely cold—colder than a hospital, it seemed, with the air conditioning running at full blast. The room itself was comfortable overall, but the cleanliness could have been better. I found hair and stains on the bed sheets, which was disappointing. One thing I really appreciated was the variety of amenities around the property. The hotel featured a convenience store and gift shop, a small garden walkway, a viewing area to watch planes take off and land, an outdoor bar, and a giant outdoor chess set. In the evening, a live band performed in the lobby, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Although I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, I did check the water temperature and found it to be unheated and at a normal temperature. There were several restaurants located nearby. While they were within walking distance, I chose to drive since it was the end of my trip and I was tired of walking. Parking was available on-site but cost $38 per day. Overall, I would book again.

“I recently stayed at Hilton Lagoon in Miami, and I have to say, there was nothing to like about it. The entire room was full of dust—I could hardly breathe. The curtains were also filthy, and the bed cover (or duvet) had a noticeable stain—I even took pictures to prove it. I was extremely disappointed, especially given the high standards of other Hiltons I’ve stayed at. Something really needs to be done about the cleanliness of this place.

Saw online that the property is conveniently located in a great area, which was definitely a plus. However, the property is currently under renovation, making the overall environment feel awkward and not very clean. The rooms are also in need of updating. The bathroom mirror was broken and looked unpleasant. The staff were okay, but the experience was disappointing overall. When we checked in around 1:00 AM, the toilet was not flushing, which made the stay even more inconvenient.

The good thing was that they didn't charge us for parking, it has a Starbucks on the first floor, and the location is good, but there are better options closer to the airport. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. The building and furniture are old, probably from the 90s, and are poorly maintained. The carpet is old and looks dirty, both inside the bedroom and in the hallway. It smells bad—dirty, damp, like cigarettes. There are no electrical outlets near the bed. They are currently remodeling, and you have to pay a hefty entrance

I was charged an early check-in, and our room was located right next to ongoing construction, making it impossible to sleep, yet we were still billed as usual. Additionally, any charges for cocktails and food included an automatic 18% gratuity, which was not disclosed to customers. If guests aren't aware, they might end up tipping twice.

Amazing pool plus a pool bar with the best bartender! All of the staff were extremely friendly and we loved talking with them. Room was wonderful too! The hotel had renovations at the time which were loud in the common areas. Overall it was exactly what we wanted because of their amazing pool area and proximity (and shuttle) to the airport.

It’s completely under construction and no one mentioned that when booking. The noise is so unbelievably loud, dust everywhere and tons of mold you could actually smell it in the rooms and throughout the hotel. We chose to stay bc of the staff. They were friendly, kind and went above and beyond. If it weren’t for them we would have booked another hotel!! This construction will be going on until December so I was told by a few manager’s. I think it’s going to take longer. So with that said, if you booked this try and cancel if you can’t cancel bring a mask and ear plugs-dingy gross hotel but the employees are wonderful except for housekeeping-they didn’t speak English and they need to have some knowledge of the language.

It was close to the airport and had a shuttle. At Check-in was told we’d receive a text when room ready, we didn’t. Started seeing people go to rooms, went back to reception and was given room. The WiFi didn’t work. Food stains on the menu in the room, no complimentary water in room nor personal fridge space (despite being $300 a night). Public toilet in bar area was a mess, only one lift working out of FOUR which caused chaos at just times and at check-out, then housekeeping decided to clean the room next door at 11:40pm! So overall, it was very poor.

The property requires updating and better cleaning. The sink had something disgusting under the rim that you could see in the mirror. We thought that it would be gone after they cleaned the room a second time, but it was still there. We showed a picture of it to the front desk staff, but they had no response.

The hotel was clean and my room was very big. It was very clean and tidy. The hotel had a lot of amenities and I used the pool area, gym, and restaurant. Stayed there for a conference and it was very convenient. It is on an "island" so without a car, the plaza at the end of the street was walkable and had some decent food options. Otherwise a car/Uber is a must for more options.

Hotel is lovely and in a great location not far from Downtown and the beach. Our room wasnt queaky clean but we always do cleaning when we arrive. We where upgraded to a King suite overlooking the lagoon with Balcony we had a perfect view😁The pool area was beautiful lots of space for relaxation. Breakfast was ok not great, word of advice those glasses under the counter could use some polishing before serving to guest lots of water stains. Hotel could use some upgrades in the bathroom area especially it was a bit outdated and a full body mirror would be nice.

Bag check and use of pool and outdoor cafe was a huge plus while waiting for our room. I understand the hotel is going through a renovation, which it needs. The main lobby area is nice, comfortable and clean. The pool was spacious and refreshing. But as soon as you step in the elevators, you can feel the age of the building. Our room had a great view, but the bathroom was eekkk. There was mildew/mold in areas, the door was swollen from water leaking out of the shower and the glass on the door is transparent! Weird! The pillows were pretty awful too, and tiny. But the room was cool and quiet. A big reason we picked this hotel was the free airport shuttle- but we didn't know that doesn't start until 5 am and we needed to leave at 4:30 am. So just a heads up for travellers! I don't know if I would stay here again until the rooms are all refreshed. Pool food was pretty good.

We also had some difficulty with attempting to get airport shuttle from airport and had to pay for a taxi. Vanessa gave us the fee back in hotel credit. She really made the trip fun. Poolside was nice and relaxing. I ordered nachos without olives, but they accidentally mixed mine up with someone else's. They immediately made it right, brought me a fresh and generous order. Plenty of time for them to alert the cleaning staff we were there and get the room cleaned but took 4.5 hours to get it ready! They did not say it would take that long so we didn’t go do anything somewhere else thinking it wouldn’t be that long!!!

It was very busy. Staff was nice. The Hertz rental car drop-off on site was GREAT! Biggest complaint was that many of those in our large party had zero hot water in our rooms. We FINALLY got hot water in our room about 9pm but by then our children had already taken cold showers. :(

When we landed, we waited nearly an hour and a half for the shuttle. We were informed that there were “multiple shuttles” in service, yet after several calls to the hotel—during which we were repeatedly told the shuttle “runs every 30 minutes”—we still experienced a significant delay before finally finding space on one. Upon arriving at the property, we were surprised to see four shuttles parked out front. Given that this occurred during the busy spring break period, the experience was especially disappointing and created an unfortunate first impression.

This is an overpriced old, outdated dump. Hilton owns all the three hotels on this island and they ALL charge at least double what they're worth. Everything is old.........very old and very worn. I only stay here as I have business to attend to on that island so it makes sense. I just checked out on 4/12/26...................and every time I leave, I feel dirty and ripped off.

We paid extra for a “balcony” room. Never again-the balcony is about a foot deep and the screening was ripped and yucky. Not at all worth it. We have stayed here many times and actually really like the hotel, but maybe the rooms need a bit of a facelift. It’s overall clean and comfy and would absolutely stay again though.

Rooms showed signs of excess damage, beds were uncomfortable and lots of things like blinds and windows were dirty. The big lotion container in our room was empty and fridge didn’t work. Airport shuttle took 1h and 20 mins to finally get picked up after they kept passing us saying they were full. For the price $575/nt - I would have expected much better. Pool was the only good part but even the chairs were all broken. Would not recommend this property.

Super friendly staff that helped us when our flight got delayed. The beds were comfy. There is construction right now which made it hard to sleep in after arriving in the middle of the night. The pool was great and the pool bar staff were awesome. Definitely recommended this property.

When we checked in, the guy was rude and snarky. We got to our room and discovered the light in the bathroom didn't work and the door wouldn't lock. We went to put our food in the fridge and it didn't work or stay closed. That was frustrating enough but when I got up in the morning and a part of the frame was hanging out and sliced my leg, I really wasn't happy. I was quite surprised a Hilton was in such poor condition. You usually expect that from the much cheaper places. We won't use them again.

Most airport motels are not known for their scenery, but this property is the exception. It is situated beautifully with scenic walking trails along the lagoon. Also, the building is placed so that most rooms have a great view of the water. The room was adequate and met our needs. The only problem was that our in-room phone was not working. We tried to call the front desk on our cell phone, but were unable to get anyone to answer.

The check in process was a nightmare they definitely do not offer early check in we waited 5 hours for our room to be cleaned along with a hundred other guests. Front desk checkin and staff not friendly, issue with reservation, acted as my fault but it was there system error. Rooms were dated, the one towel hook was comimg off wall, when painting door left paint on floor, outlets did not work. Room would not cool during the day with the shades down. The reception was professional. The room was clean and spacious. Furniture was 90s business style. No central lighting switch. We had to search for the light switch of every lamp. Biggest challenge was the lack of hot water in the shower. It took on average 5 minutes for hot water to make the journey to the 12th floor. This is beyond reasonable.

Stayed one night at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon before our cruise and had a great experience. The airport shuttle was efficient, staff were friendly, and the onsite amenities — including the coffee shop and restaurant — were very convenient. Our room was clean and quiet; while some furnishings showed minor wear, everything worked well and the linens were good quality. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant start to our vacation. I would stay again.

The tv’s in the rooms cannot connect to the internet. They do not even have Netflix or Youtube. All you have access to are the live cable channels. The rooms and some of the common areas need some repair. Service is not good… not enough a personnel. Getting someone to answer a calll from your room could take forever. While I was there, the elevators broke with people inside them. I notified the front desk and they reacted as if they didn’t care. I am not staying there again.

DONT STAY HERE! Hotel and rooms are dirty and outdated. Food and other items at the restaurant and stores are way overpriced. The bar automatically adds a 18% tip. So you’re required to tip even if you get poor service and/or drinks. The “complementary” concierge staff were rude and expected a tip to put our luggage in a room 50 feet away from the desk, in which we did ourselves. There’s plenty more hotels close by that are probably better, cheaper, nicer, and more friendlier staff. Go to those hotels, not this one.

The room condition was ok. The bathroom tub and shower was not clean and had rust/lime build up, was old and outdated. The bathroom door showed signs of water damage and paint peel. Trim and floor boards had minor signs of water damage and mold. The main room itself was fine, just outdated. The bed was sunken in the middle, quite drastically, which made sleeping for the 1 night uncomfortable. A decent view of the airport, which surprisingly, was not that loud with all the flights coming in and out of MIA. The lobby and restaurant services were top notch. The outdoor services were mostly closed due to the poor weather (8C deg). The pool and hot tub was open, but nobody was using them. The bar was closed. Overall, a good stop over for 1 night. For next time, I will be looking elsewhere and will not return.

When i got to my first room, the toilet was making a weird sound and then when i opened it there were feces stains all over the toilet! when I went to call the front desk, the phone didnt work. I walked to reception and made them aware of the situation and immediately the director upgraded my room for free and gave me a complimentary drink! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean. My only negative comments would be that the cleaning staff did not speak English so it was hard to express what I needed and the elevators sounded old and rusty was worry it would break while I was on it.

Got to the hotel at 12:30. We knew check in wouldn't happen till close to 4. The Host took our credit card and got us checked in and said it should only be a short wait. No big deal. The parking spaces are far too small, making damage almost inevitable. I paid for long-term parking while traveling abroad for nearly a month. When I returned, my car was dirty and had several new dents on the bumper, likely from other vehicles backing into it. After booking a few additional nights to recover from my trip, I left the property briefly on Christmas Day and returned to the parking lot. Within just two hours, my car was sideswiped and the driver fled the scene. When I returned to my vehicle, the car that had been parked next to me was gone, red paint was left on the ground, and the side of my car was significantly damaged. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk and was given only an email address to contact, with no further assistance. Due to the holiday, I had to wait for a response. I filed a police report and followed up with the parking management company, only to be told that there are no cameras recording the parking lot. That is both unbelievable and unacceptable for a property offering long-term parking. While the hotel itself is nice, I strongly caution anyone considering long-term parking here. The lack of space, security, and accountability makes it a poor and risky choice. I am disappointed in how this situation was handled...

Very convenient location close to the MIA airport BUT is very old food VERY expensive foods and drinks for the level of hotel and not very family oriented. As example the mini fridge in the room you cannot use for your own drinks they could bring one for additional cost. Nice and kind staff

Nobody at honors check in. I had been waiting, I asked someone at desk and she said to wait on regular line which had grown considerably while I was waiting. I asked for water and she argued about how many. She actually went and got the manager who was as rude and refused to give me water for each person checking in. It was early so we had to wait (which is of course fine) but found out later that they could have checked us in and that way I wouldn't have had to wait on line 5 separate times (no honors check in). Each room could have received own key when ready. Both people had attitude with me. The manager was (redacted). Her response when I mentioned that the other Hilton's I had stayed at always gave a water per person was to ask if I had stayed at this one. I said no. She gave me a nasty look and told me at this Hilton we only give 2 bottles per reservation, even if it was for 4 rooms.

Waited a long time for shuttle but once it came the ride was fast and convenient. Arriving later in the evening resturants were closed only bar was open. Biggest disappointment was that there were no snack and sodas that could be purchased either at front desk area or machines since there was no place in close walking distance. In our room no washcloths were provided and coffee maker was not working. room was clean and bed was very comfortable

The front desk manager forgot his name but black guy with nose ring has a horrible attitude very argumentative and rude. The staff acts like they don’t know what they’re doing my card was charged 3 times for the same thing. The aesthetics of the hotel is beautiful the staff is terrible! The outdoor bar staff was great, though

This is a very old hotel which is fine but our room was full of hair from previous guests which was extremely disturbing . Management was supposed to move us and never contacted me back. The couch had a large spot of some white goop. All of it is old and not properly cleaned . Hallways dirty, etc! Someone reached out for a rating while there and I said a 1 she asked if she could call me and then never did. This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. I will never be returning. I was offered a free breakfast lol.

The room was amazing. We upgraded for $25 and it was very worth it. Thw outside of the hotel looked kind of old but was very nice on the inside. The only issue is parking. They allow people to park for 10+ days there and have very little parking for guests. It is basically a fight for a single spot or park along the curb and hope you dont get hit. For the amount of money i spent on parking, i should be guaranteed an actual spot not a hope you can find a spot

Rooms and amenities were nice. Pool area was very spacious and possible to find a quiet area as well as some family fun areas. My real only complaint is that the in person check in takes quite some time. Which I never understand. Here’s my reservation, here’s your key. Should take 10 seconds max.

We are aware that check-in is 4pm, however I think the staff could be more sympathetic to people that arrive early. I’m sure by 2pm there are some rooms ready and it appears that they are not interested in checking people in prior to 4pm regardless. Secondly the hotel will send you a text message to communicate however when I asked for a late check-out I didn’t get a confirmation & my in room phone didn’t work the bathroom floods when using the shower🤔 Overall the room itself is nice. The young lady that checked me in wasn’t delightful however I understand the pressure of being on the frontline.

This hotel has the feel of a mini resort complete with pool, canal and pool bar with music. Wish we had more time to spend there. It’s close to the airport and has on site shuttle to the port for a small fee. Excellent!

The entire hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the decor was like walking into a winter wonder land. The staff was gracious and accommodating. There was an issue with our room, we were moved. For our loss we were given free breakfast and parking accommodations. Oh! Did i tell you the beds were cozy, like sleeping on clouds!

The worst hotel stay ever. Woke up at 3:30am to catch an early flight. Roaches were everywhere!!! On my 9 month old grandsons nightlight. On the walls, on the pillows, floor, they were even on the tray where my husband went to make coffee. We aren’t talking a just a couple, they were everywhere. I took pictures showed the person downstairs, she showed a manager who said he was sorry and we would be refunded all costs associated with our room. As of four days later they have done NOTHING! We are expected to pay for sleeping with roaches. That is unacceptable.

First, do not expect any help with your luggage (other than from the shuttle driver who was the only positive in a sea of negatives). Second, I booked a twin room in advance only to be told it was sold out on arrival. Third, I was given their version of a junior suite, I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on the proffered sofa bed. It must be about 40 years old. And the mattress was pathetically thin. Fourth, the attitude I got when I rang to complain and was told “well you accepted the room.” I will be following up with a formal complaint. The whole thing was diabolical. The hotel itself is rundown and looks like it has a layer of filth across everything.

Airport shuttle was a nice convenience, facility was clean. Our bathroom mirror was broken and the door appeared to have painted spackle on it but was still clean. My only complaint was they must have been renovating the room next to ours. The banging and hammer drilling started around 0900. It was not a pleasant awakening. Otherwise main areas were nice and staff were friendly.

Great stay at Hilton Blue Lagoon. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool area is very relaxing and perfect to unwind. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would recommend it

Next to mine at 1am for a noisey debate on the nights activities. It's also popular with business people due yo the proximity of the airport and free shuttles. The breakfast was not free it was $35 and poor in quality and quantity. Bathrooms all need a makeover as wood has split and water damage apparent. But beds clean and comfortable and room spacious.

Airport shuttle was 45 min late getting us to hotel at 12:30 am. Employee at check in was rude and would only give us one bottle of water even though we asked for 2 because of having 2 CPAP machines. He refused to sell us a 2nd bottle and said there was no vending machines or anywhere to purchase a 2nd bottle. I have never encountered a hotel that when providing water bottles, would only give 1 for 2 people. Room had dirty shower that hadn’t been cleaned with half used bar of soap in it.

The room was stinky, moldy, paper thin walls and I found a cockroach in the bathroom. To get a shuttle from the terminal you practically have to hunt it down and fight other people for a spot. Truly not the Hilton experience I was expecting and wouldn’t stay here again.

Room and view were perfect. Very disappointed as they don’t schedule daily housekeeping you have to request it on day by day basis. It took about 4 attempts to finally have someone do my room on day two of my stay. When you stay away from home you expect to be attended such as doing your bed on daily basis getting fresh towels and having trash removed from your room we paid an average of 321 per night and expected amenities which just weren’t there

Hotel is very nice and staff have been great... HOWEVER, we waited for a shuttle for an hour at Miami airport. Some people were there longer. Every other hotel came by at least two or three times. When calling the front desk at the hotel the clerk was rude. Absolutely shrugged off the fact that we had been waiting so long. Don't know if we'll stay here again because of that.

The front desk informed that this hotel works differently than other Hilton’s and they use their own software program. Each time to speak to front desk, we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to talk. A very difficult and bad timing for us to stay. Been a traditional loyal customer to Hilton but now wondering switching to Marriott after this.

There was nothing as simple as a note pad or a pen in the room. No coffee station. Our room was fine, but the cleanliness was remiss. We passed the same hair extension on our hallway floor for three days. How is that acceptable in Hilton standards? The one plus is the concierge staff and valet service was lovely! I will hope this is a one off.

The room was subpar at best. Hot and muggy. Dirty, the chair in the room has crusty stuff on it. The shower head could not be adjusted. The bathroom door was water damaged and just painted over. For the price we paid per night this was AWFUL.

Check in took way too long. There was a line and only two front desk employees. The main elevators were not working so the management put us to use the service elevators. I got to the hotel at 4:30 and to my room at 5:35. Way too long! Front desk employee asked if I wanted housekeeping services for my second day and I said yes. It was noted on their system. Next day I left my door sign indicating maid service please. Housekeeping never showed up. I had to go get towels from the front desk. Very nice hotel, but they did not hit the mark for me.

In the morning we were 10 minutes early for the airport shuttle but it filled up quickly. There was another shuttle sitting there but they said they wouldn’t leave for another 30 minutes. Had to pay for an uber instead of being able to use their shuttle service.

The hotel itself is great but do not depend on the hotel shuttle service from MIA because of the 3 or 4 times I have tried we would wait for over a hour and never see any of their shuttle buses… each time they claimed that they have been running I see them both parked at the hotel when I am exiting the TAXI I ended up having to get to take me to the hotel… we did manage to catch their shuttle one time after waiting over an hour… a $25 TAXI is a lot less trouble! I did see all of the other area shuttles running!
