Upon our arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming. She was super friendly and she provided us with great customer service. We asked if we could in earlier. They allowed us to check in a little earlier than anticipated. I really appreciated that because we didn't have a car rental to go anywhere around the surrounding area. She also gave us a personal business card for the hotel and she let us know if we needed anything to feel free to call them. Her customer service exceeded my expectations. As a guest I look for that because I usually book hotels by their ratings. We also had a great experience ordering food at the restaurant on the 1st floor. I totally recommend this hotel to book for your upcoming trip. We enjoyed staying there.

I stayed here this passed weekend and I can only say that my stay was outstanding! Maria the manager was fast at responding to a special request. The front desk and everyone was super nice. I've been staying at this hotel for years everytime I travel to Miami. The room was very clean too! 100/100

The door to the room wouldn't lock from the inside but would lock from the outside of you slammed it shut. Maintenance came quickly but had to switch rooms (great staff response and resolution). Other then the restaurant in the hotel there are restaurants nearby but there are only a couple fast food places (Wendy's and Chipotle) unless you want to play Frogget to get across the street or walk all the way down to the crosswalk. The elevators are both very slow so.dont be in a hurry. Friendly staff who resolved the door lock issue quickly but the hotel needs to be remodeled, it's showing its age.

Nada más se abrieron las puertas del lobby. Inmediatamente percibe un olor extremadamente delicioso a limpio perfecto todo estaba limpio y en orden. Las chicas que me ayudaron con el checking fueron extremadamente amables. Se preocuparon si yo ya había almorzado si yo necesitaba alguna recomendación o algún servicio. De hecho me recomendaron un par de restaurantes cerca. La habitación estaba limpia. En buen estado. Todo estaba muy bien. Lo único que no me funcionó fue el cargador eléctrico para un vehículo y que la recepción es hasta la noche fue un poco reservada, y de hecho ni me habló, pero en general me volvería a quedar ahí todas las veces que esté por Miami.

Unfortunately, the hotel refused to provide any refund or accommodation whatsoever. What makes this even more frustrating is that another nearby hotel we booked with immediately offered a courtesy refund after hearing about the airline cancellation. That level of customer service and empathy goes a long way, especially during unexpected travel disruptions. Instead, this hotel chose to prioritize keeping the money over treating customers fairly. A little compassion and goodwill would have made a huge difference. Policies are important, but so is customer service. Sadly, this experience felt greedy and uncaring, and it has completely changed my opinion of this property and brand. I would not stay here again and would caution others to consider how this hotel may treat guests when unforeseen circumstances arise.

Stayed here before a cruise b/c they had transportation to the docks and shuttle from the airport. Really appreciated that amenity! Lots of people doing same and unfortunately only 1 elevator was working, so there was some waiting, but all in all, it wasn't too bad. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great - made to order with servers.

Hotel was nice except there was only one elevator in service and it was very rough and slow. Took us a long time to hand in our keys this morning because there was a flood of check ins. Would have been nice if they had a box to do key drop.

This property is just fine for one night stay prior to morning your cruise ship. Two main complaints first, we chose the property primarily because they said it had an airport shuttle. It does have an airport shuttle, but it comes around only every 30 minutes and typically is already full before it gets to you. A woman standing next to us said that she had been there for over two hours waiting for a seat to the hotel. For us it took an hour. Second, Obi-Wan of the two elevators was working. So during checkout time, there was no way to quickly get on an at the elevator. I will say that the staff was very courteous and professional.

The suite was perfect, and the staff were super nice. It was nice to have laundry facilities, and the free parking was a bonus! The restaurant was terrible. It was the worst cheeseburger we have ever had - anywhere! How can an American chef NOT know how to cook a good burger? He didn’t even melt the cheese! And the lettuce was just a lump in the middle. It was entirely cold, like a sandwich! And it cost $21! We will never eat there again!

The location relative to the airport was good. Price was also good and the option for a low-cost shuttle to the port was great. One of two elevators were broken. The other elevator took forever to arrive and made very strange noises, like clanking and screeching. Given that the sign on the broken elevator stated that a part was no longer made and had to be fabricated from scratch, hence the long time out of commission, we felt extremely unsafe on the remaining elevator. A member of our party is handicapped and the use of the elevator was required. We felt very unsafe. The room (and hotel as a whole) was rundown and cleanliness was barely acceptable. The hotel is in need of a complete refresh and a new elevators for safety sake. We understand that breakfast was not included, but in house options were low quality and extremely overpriced.

Our stay was pleasant enough. We had one issue. Upon check in, the woman asked if we were going on a cruise, and I said yes. She asked if we wanted to book a cruise transfer and I said no, we are actually leaving from FLL and will uber. About 20 minutes after we got to our room, she called and asked the same question, I gave the same answer. After checkout I saw on my receipt we were charged for the transfer. I did a chat with the front desk who stated this could not be removed since a spot was held for us. I disputed that, obviously, and the charge was eventually removed after he spoke to management. Mistakes happen and that’s fine, but being told I was going to have to pay for something I declined twice is the issue. Luckily, management did resolve it after some pushback. If not for the inconvenience I would have rated 5 stars.

Proximity to the Miami cruise port and great rooms. No free breakfast and paid parking only. Directly in the flight line of landing aircraft. If you are on the backside of the building expect a lot of noise.

Elevators: There were 2. One was completely out of order. The second one kept trying to close on a guest while she was struggling with her suitcases. While on the elevator, it lurched and jumped and felt questionable. We stopped using it for the rest of our stay. Dinner at the hotel restaurant: expensive. $20 for a hotdog for my son. Hotel restaurant isn’t even truly a restaurant. It’s actually just part of the open seating in the hotel lobby. Breakfast: $17/person. Open buffet to grab the exact same foods you would get from a continental breakfast in most other hotels. (i.e. scrambled eggs, yogurt, cold cereal, fresh fruit). Was forced to carry our own luggage down the stairs from the 7th floor since the elevators were a bust. Location: you can’t walk many places since you’re cut off by major highways. Pool is located in the front of the hotel for everyone in the lobby to see you. There were weeds growing in over the top of the closed fire exit door. Had to extend inward about 3 or so feet, so they look like they’ve been there a while. Room was clean, neat, and comfortable. However, the AC unit was one of those ancient clunky things that sits under the window, so it was either really cold or too warm in the room. If you’re looking for a hotel near the airport, choose Embassy Suites. Their hotel was night and day better in every single way, to include a transport service to Port Miami.

Upon check-in, we bought the shuttle to go to the port of Miami and the next morning we were catching the shuttle to go to the port. I had my 84-year-old dad with me that I’ve talked to Maria with multiple times and they were trying to tell me we can’t take the wheelchair on the shuttle and I almost had me buy an Uber, but then some woman came and offered for us to get onto the shuttle with no charge so that was great customer service. I was a bit annoyed by this whole situation, but she did rectify it.

The staff was like night and day. The male at the front desk was kind and friendly, as he checked in with my parents. The woman did not greet us and had an attitude the entire time when checking us in. She didn’t give any extra information and I had to ask about the shuttle to the port. I made sure to ask my family if it was just me and they said the same thing. My son asked for extra towels, never received. I had to text that we needed some and then they came immediately. This was our first run as we are part of a cruise group of 100 plus people who will chose to block off our rooms for our trip elsewhere.

The location is close to the port. That one year ago rooms were 125 this last stay 250 which is high for the age of the hotel. The port shuttle service was fully booked which was a first for me when staying there this was my 3rd time and due to price for 1 night probably last. As the price per night I can't justify when other hotels are closer and cheaper

Room felt very neglected and the rental car was dirty and smelled like smoke. Highly recommend to do your homework before going out on a vacation with these guys. Also frontier airlines charged me for some fee and I only had a carry on? Again go straight to the source they usually give you better discounts than here on Expedia app.

Stayed 3 separate times from 1-22-2026 to 2-2-2026. On our last visit, the women at the front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. The 2nd elevator was out of service all 3 times and was finally fixed as we were leaving to go to the airport on 2/2.When we returned to the hotel on the 1st, it was freezing outside and the lobby was about the same temperature. We had to wait for our room to be available (understandable) but she told us she would come get us when it was ready, waited 2 hrs, our friends that checked back in after us got their rooms and still we were waiting (under Laurie Smith). When we went up to the desk to inquire, she said oh, it's ready and has been for awhile?? we were sitting in the lobby, freezing, with a blanket on us waiting to get in our room. There was more to this when we finally checked in but the woman at the desk was rude and unhelpful. Rooms each time were fine.

Breakfast at the hotel lobby was not included in our reservation and so was expensive - but it was convenient As often happens with Booking .com or gets assigned a less that ideal room - in this case a wheelchair accessible room - which is great if you’re in a wheelchair but if you’re not it’s just ok- the bathroom is large and sterile and of course not bathtub.

The hotel changed my reservation to one of their cheaper sister hotels across the parking lot and told me there was a problem with the room. The problem was there was a 5k going on that weekend and they gor more foe my room that I had booked long in advance and put me in something that wasn't worth the price we paid. They tried to make it better by comping us breakfast in the morning. That was just okay.

The staff that helped us stated that if we checked in between 5-6 we should not have any trouble. When we checked in today a little before 4 we were informed the shuttle was full and that many guests who checked in yesterday had already reserved. We were extremely disappointed since we were here day before yesterday. We were able to get the 12 pm shuttle but it leaves after our check in time. Otherwise, the staff and service were great.

The room was nice and spacious. The courtesy pickup from the airport was not up to par. It was nighttime, with all the cars' headlights on. That made it challenging to pick out the correct courtesy bus. As a result, I missed the first available bus. It would really help if the bus had a lighted sign visible at night.

The shuttle took a little long but we got in after midnight and shuttle inky runs every hour. We ended up at the four points instead of Hilton garden due to maintenance issue at Hilton but it was a free upgrade and they contacted before we got there! Amazing!

We got the shuttle (every 30 mins 4am-11pm & hourly 11pm-4am) from MIA to the hotel and were very impressed at the welcoming reception area and bar. We didn’t have food/drinks so can’t comment, but we did purchase take away wine cups for $7 each from the chiller. Our 1 bed king suite was spotlessly clean - as were the hotel areas/corridors, and was vast in size. The room had a Kurieg coffee machine, bottled water and a microwave. The toiletries were good quality and the king bed was so comfy and the air con was good. A 2 minute walk away is a gas station with drinks/snacks and a little further is a Subway, McDonads and Denny’s. Will definitely stay here again!

We arrived early at the hotel around 1:30 and was quickly checked in and they gave us our room key i was so happy because other hotel wouldn't allow you to check in early. Thanks to the staff our room was clean and comfortable. We will return.

When I booked my hotel from your website, the pictures were a little misleading. When we got to the room, the room was very cold and we asked someone to come up and help adjust it. When they got there, they told us it was the knob on the wall and left. We set the thermostat to 78 and it never went below 73. In the bathroom, the paint was not done properly. The mirror was very old and all the corners were damaged and there was a piece of paper on the dresser that said to get information about things at the hotel and local and you couldn’t even read it. I have to admit I was very disappointed in my stay When we got on the elevator every time the staff wouldn’t even make eye contact with us or say hello.

We arrived early from cruise port & were allowed to check in early as soon as room was ready about 11:00 staff was very accommodating & stored our luggage in a secured room at hotel until we could get in our room the 24 hour airport shuttle was convenient we had an early flight & we had to leave hotel at 4:30 am. Outdoor pool was nice as well & complimentary bottled water in our room was a nice touch we highly recommend & will definitely stay again if we are in Miami!!

This is a nice property. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The big issue was the air conditioner was loud all night! The toilet was loud after each flush for like five minutes. The room smelled horrible, like dogs!!!

Breakfast is ridiculously provided for what it is, but they have a captive market, so that’s not coming down. Overall, this is a decent airport hotel for those with early morning flights. FYI: The shuttle to the airport is a van with benched seatings. A trailer is attached to the back of the van. It makes a few stops. Plan to leave at least 30 minutes BEFORE you need to be to the airport. Traffic and stops will determine how long it takes.

Everything was good except for the shuttle service at the airport. We came out of one of the door numbers as stated in an email that was received for the shuttle. But we stood there from 8:45 to 9:35 p.m so we ended up having to get a taxi and pay $40 U.S to only see the shuttle just arriving at the hotel with passengers. The main reason we booked with said hotel was truly because of the shuttle service.

We had a large, lovely suite on the 7th floor with king bed, sofa bed, a full bath and a half bath. Toilets in both bathrooms were slow to flush and would not flush the other toilet paper. Maintenance came immediately and plunged the toilet in the full bathroom. Despite putting toilet paper in the wastebasket, both toilets were unplugged when we checked out.

Hotel offers shuttle to Port Miami for $16 per person. Cheaper than carnival. Shuttle times 10am and 12pm. Hotel has outdoor pool & hot tub. Very clean and nice outdoor seating. Hotel offers breakfast in morning but there is a charge of $17 per person. We winded up at Denny's which is right across the highway. Short Walking distance but have to cross over main highway. Also there is a Wendy's & McDonald's too. Bar in lobby is nice, opened at 5pm though. Not too expensive, bottle beer $7. Hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in morning starting at 5am. You also have a coffee maker in room. Overall stay was great. You can see and hear the airplanes above but with the air running, noise was a minimal. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again!!!

It was a terrible experience with kids. The bathroom sink was clogged and dripping. The sink water was on the floor and created hazardous condition. It was an unpleasant experience, with kids it was too bad. The condition was reported to the staff and GM of the hotel through email. No response received, overall would not recommend this property.
