    Looking at the previous reviews I almost booked another room.....location is perfect....across the street from 2 restaurants and a gas station....walking distance to a lot of other stuff if you like to walk.....pool was nice....yes the ac unit was loud but when you're sleep.....you don't here it.....room was a decent size for the 4 of us....Rooms weren't readily available when we got there but I was able to finish braiding my daughter's hair in the lobby while we waited....now they text you to find out if you're ok and I asked for extra towels because there were only enuf towels in the bathroom for 2 people and we never got those towels that I asked for but it was ok.....Food was decent....the only problem we had is that there were 2 kids on the waffle machines making waffles but we didn't know they were making waffles for the whole family.....so with all the mistakes they were making it just took up a lot of time because no adults were helping them

    No me quejo del personal todos muy respetuosos y serviciales, pero el desayuno si estuvo realmente muy malo, todos los días lo mismo, huevos revueltos con salchichas de cerdo + waffles, no había mucho de donde escoger, deberían tener opciones adicionales o variar con otros ingredientes, por ejemplo tocino u otro tipo de preparaciones de los huevos, por otro lado, aunque me hicieron un descuento en el parking, este servicio debería estar incluido para los hiesy, 40 dólares las 24 horas me parece excesivo. No volveré a este hotel.

    Stayed overnight pending a cruise. Not as close to Miami Cruise Port as map suggested, but not far either. Much less expensive than hotels in the immediate Port area. Safe area, would stay again Not a 5* establishment. Walls a bit thin, room a bit noisy. Very basic amenities, but very clean also. Perfectly adequate for overnight stay. Would not return for a 1 week stay.

    I booked a night after a cruise. I arrived in the morning but they text me a bit later when the room was ready. The staff was friendly and efficient and breakfast was available daily. Eric H at the front desk was especially helping in resolving a matter and renewing my faith in the Hilton brand. He also gave me good recommendations for places to go to kill time, and offered me a cold bottle of water upon my return from the heat. It is the small and kind gestures of their staff that made my stay shift from average to exceptional. It is possible for Housekeeping to fall short, but it's how management responds and rectifies things that determines whether or not I return. I will return. Thanks Eric H.

    I had to ask several times for fresh towels. When they finally took the soiled towels, they only left one clean towel. When I saw the cleaning lady (Eulalia), I asked her for a couple of towels, and she didn't even say hi. She acted annoyed and gave us one towel. There was another issue with checkout times and being over charged. The breakfast is the same every day; they don't change the protein. They should consider it since not everyone eats eggs.

    The hotel was what I expected and maybe a little more. Front desk is very accommodating. When you stay at this property, you are able to use the pool next door, which is a better ambience no kids. Breakfast every morning was good. I love that they had options as well. Wounds are kept clean wood floor no carpet that was a plus for me. We stayed on the eighth floor. If you’re into it, there’s a McDonald’s and Taco Bell across the street. If you don’t mind walking, there’s a bunch of shops that are a 10 minute walk Marshalls, Ross, target And more. There’s also a convenience store across the street. There is an electric car called Freebee that rides around the Wynwood area for free. There is information about it in the lobby. there is street parking around the hotel but honestly, it just pays to do the parking in the garage for the $42 a day. You can go and come as you please and it doesn’t change the fee. Also remember anywhere you park in Miami you’re gonna have to pay. there was no odor in the room. Everything was clean.

    Check in was so easy. Kanika was very friendly and helpful. She was able to recommend nearby restaurants for dinner. Every time I went through the lobby, she wouls greet me with a smile and ask if i needed anything. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting the Fashion District . When i extended my stay for 2 days Erik, at reception, was able to keep me in the same room. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong.

    I think that the breakfast offerings were certainly very good and there was a lot to choose from. Breakfast hours are from 6 AM to 10 AM which provides a lot of flexibility for travelers to have a good amount of rest and have a good meal in the morning. The only thing that made my experience less than ideal was certainly the lack of housekeeping, even when I requested it and having to take towels up to my room and them not being restocked. Having to request housekeeping every morning is exhausting, but mentioning it at the front desk and then coming back to a room that has not been cleaned is even worse. I would certainly hesitate to stay here again.

    Amenities were great, the hotel room and bathroom were very dirty. They need a deep clean and bathroom needs to be remolded it has a lot of rust, and grime. You don’t want to walk around barefoot, gym was there and open 24 hrs but treadmills are old and the belts are slipping, mirrors were big and clean. Towels were stinky and slimy too.

    Nice and spacious room with super comfortable bed. Breakfast included was great. Located in Wynwood with close proximity to tonnes of shopping - was very easy to get downtown via ubers / lyfts as well Staff were so helpful in making photocopies of cruise tags when we didnt have enough. overall a great stay It was quite expensive due to us travelling on a cruise / spring break / Ultra Miami weekend which meant very high demand If we were travelling off peak I would definitely stay here again.

    We arrived at the property and was met by the general manager, Alexandre. He was very welcoming and cordial, and i thanked him for him to not charge me a penalty fee due to a mistake with a booking on my part. The ladies on the front desk Sammi & Kay were also very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was OK. Have to thank the general manager again who granted our request to check out later than the stated time, due the airline changing our flight departure by several hours. I Would recommend this hotel, Customer service was on point.

    Stay was good for money spent and staff were amazing which help the stay be very pleasant. Dual peloton bikes but they weren't operational and seems like there is high turnover and it is in Miami so hard to upkeep. The staff is commendable and try to accommodate every issue we found. Just neglected to state anything about the bikes but it should be added and made operational in order to promote more guest to state at this location.

    Overnight stay prior to cruise- only 15 min from port. Hotel offered a shuttle for $10 person to the port. Shuttle never came, ended up in a $60 Uber. Not much around hotel as far as restaurants/bars for the evening, closest was about a 15min walk. Hotel has small snacks drinks for purchase but was out of bottled water. Breakfast available in the morning was ok.

    No hot water in shower. Maintenance (who was super friendly and helpful) tried to fix the problem but did not…switched to a different room and also no hot water in shower. Staying for work which is overnight. Got back to hotel at 8am on checkout morning and asked for a late check out. Was told “uh we don’t really do that here.” Ive stayed at this location many many times over the past decade and definitely have had late checkout. Eventually gave me 1pm checkout only to have housekeeping come into my room and wake me up 2 minutes after original check out time. As I mentioned I’ve stayed here many times because it’s convenient for my work. I have always had a good experience at this hotel…hoping this was just a one off situation

    The room was very small, and the amenities were rather dated. The window was tiny, resulting in poor lighting—a situation made even worse by the fact that my room faced north. Shockingly, the towels in the room still had several strands of someone else's hair on them, which made me feel quite uncomfortable; furthermore, after the room was cleaned, no fresh towels were provided, which was very inconvenient.

    Air conditioning was loud and inconsistent. Television was set on incorrect input but there was no way to understand that until a technician, who was the guy who supervised the gym, came and changed it. When I asked why there were two remotes, he didn't answer.

    Our room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would send texts checking if we needed anything which we appreciated. Several restaurants within walking distance. We had access to the Marriott next door and used their rooftop bar and pool which was very nice.

    The front desk staff was excellent. Eric and Tori were very friendly and helpful. Eric recommended an excellent place for us to go for lunch and it was so good. We arrived early for check in and they held our luggage so we could go to lunch. And then got us into ate room early too. The only complaint is the beds are very firm. Not very comfortable.

    The room was clean, well-maintained, and a comfortable size for all of us. It felt like a great balance between practicality and comfort, which is exactly what you want when traveling with children. Another big plus is the location — having places like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Walgreens just steps away made everything so convenient, whether it was grabbing a quick meal or picking up essentials.     The staff was great, friendly and welcoming. The location is great. Just a few walkable blocks away is great cafes and restaurants. Also fairly close to the port if cruising. This property had definitely seen better days… it was a bit surprising for a Hampton . The rugs are dirty and threadbare. The furniture in the eating area is literally peeling down to the foam and stained. The room was mostly clean if you do t look too closely. The curtains were dirty , the shade was full of holes . It was not an inexpensive room.

    staff was great. Room - It "looked" fine until I spilt some water on the floor and grabbed a washcloth to wipe it up, and the washcloth came up black. The floor was filthy which you cant actually see (and I know that is the idea). Easier upkeep from carpet for sure, but if you have laminate floors you got to mop them. I wore shoes for the rest of my stay.

    I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Check was ok. We were not pre warned about the deposit of $40 at check in. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The fridge in my room leaked on my shoes, and they left 1 shoe sodden that I had to use the hair dryer, which I was happy about. This was reported on check out and the gentleman at reception stated that I would receive $40 off my already paid bill, which I still have not received. Breakfast was ok, but was not keen on the disposable plates and cutlery used. Would I stay here again, yes for the convenience to the cruise terminal, but other than that no.

    parking only for 2 days of our stay to be billed to my room the person at the front desk said he would take care of it. The hotel billed parking for the entire stay to my daughters room instead. The hotel has been contacted 3 times the first time they told my daughter she already received the refund which was not true phone call 2 and then phone call 3 resulted in being passed to several different people only to be told they would process the refund. It has been almost 5 weeks without any type of refund.

    The hotel was very clean and located close to multiple eateries and gas station if needed. We didn’t require the parking but they do have one for a nightly fee. The room was clean with crip whit sheets comfortable to sleep on since I myself am the complainer in the family when it comes to sleeping since I don’t get any if all this wasn’t right. Although we did not stay too long to take advantage of the pool it was clean and we did sit and enjoy our complimentary tea and coffee enjoying the fresh breeze. The small market they had helped when we wanted a snack or beverage I am sure the double purchase price for cost is due for convenience so if we needed more we just crossed the street and grabbed what we need to save a few bucks. All in all-Victoria was amazing at greeting us and storing our baggage until room was ready and lucky us it was earlier than check in time. Tori was amazing on getting us all taken care of and informed about all amenities and we enjoyed the clean seating and buffet breakfast with eggs and sausage. For our quick stay we used everything except the workout space, maybe next time.

    Room had several problems. No bedside lamp on one side, or a plug. TV was broken and had to replaced at 9:30 at night. An outlet on the side of the desk did not work either. Nobody told us that the shade was to be operated by a switch near the thermostat. Staff was very caring.

    They asked me to move to the original room I selected on the second day which was like another check in and check out. It took all of my time until 3:00PM on the second day. I asked them for compensation, they said we gave you 20% discount on all 3 nights but you should call expedia to get it. Today I spent long time to talk to an expedia agent and eventually she said the hotel just gave 20% discount on the first night which is $70 while the hotel said it is around $300. They lied and cheated. Very bad experience!

    We had three rooms total in our party and each room had similar issues. Upon checking into our room we noticed instantly that it had been occupied but not cleaned. There were muddy footprints and dirt on the floor, visible MOLD on the lampshade, and brown marks (possibly more mud or makeup) all over the top sheet and pillows. Hair in the shower, sink and on the counter. Housekeeping responded immediately and cleaned the room and changed all linens. No explanation was given but at least they attempted to fix the problem. The bed is like sleeping on a card table. The worst we have experienced and the pillows are thin. Breakfast is a little worse than you’d expect but the packaged items (muffins, yogurt etc.) were just fine. The pool area is a joke, it is a glorified kiddie pool at best. The rooftop they advertise belongs to the wonderful AC hotel Nextdoor. The front desk staff are one of the best things about this hotel, they are nice people and clearly just trying to make a living. The only other good thing about the hotel is the proximity to the cruise port and the outdoor shopping mall. We did express all of this to the front desk upon checking out. We were offered points on our Hilton honors account but we haven’t received them and honestly don’t care to at this point. Not worth it for the price.

    The sofas and chairs in the room and lobby could use some cleaning or replacing, as they are visibly soiled and worn. My room had no washcloths and when I asked the housekeeper on my floor, she said she didn't have any and did not make any effort to obtain any. I went on two other floors searching for washcloths for my husband and me before I found a housekeeper that found two under some sheets on her cart. Lastly, I asked the front desk if I could get a late checkout. She initially said there were no late checkouts, but when I asked her "not even for Honors members?," she gave me 30 mins.

    I stayed there for a night with my family and their body wash bottle fell on my daughter's foot twice because the latch on the holder was malfunctioned and she got injured from it, also the bath drain was broken as the water wouldn't drain down because it kept on closing automatically. I spoke to the lady that was in the front desk the evening around 10 pm on the 23rd of November and she gave me an attitude saying "oh why didn't you call us to fix it and started giving like an attitute look" .... if i knew it was broken then I wouldn't have touch it... just show she doesn't care about the well being of the customers, but Quinto was very nice enough to call my room and made sure everything was good and taken care of, we need more people like him working for the hotel.

Las tinas con desagües tapados, en fin deben preocuparse más por el mantenimiento. Adicional que el personal del desayuno no es amable y siempre ponen exactamente lo mismo. No varían y cuando uno se queda más de 3 noches es muy aburrido comer lo mismo sin variación alguna. Antes variaban por ejemplo un día huevo revuelto, tocino, papas. Otro día huevo sancochado, salchicha y papas. Pero en esta ocasión fue huevos revueltos todos los días con salchicha y las papas un día hubo otro día se acabó y no hicieron refill. Ojalá mejoren.

    We did discover that the sink in the bathroom was leaking pretty soon after arriving and they had a plumber at our door in less than 5 minutes. He realized he would not be able to fix it right away and we were given a different room (and upgrade) right away. The complimentary breakfast was good and all areas of the hotel were modern and kept clean. We'd stay here again.

    When we requested a taxi from theDay front desk staff ended up calling what appeared to be a friend with a high-end vehicle that took us to the shopping mall and it charged us $45 cash versus $55 credit.     I had a pretty average time at this hotel over 5 days. Starting with pros: clean bed and clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly and professional. Coffee was always available for free in the lobby. Fitness area and pool were clean. Cons: the breakfast was subpar. The scrambled eggs were salty the breakfast meat was always pork. No potatoes or fruit cups. The air conditioning turned off in my room on day 4 and it wasn’t fixed after we alerted the staff. The hotel is about 1 mile away from Wynwood. 10 minute walk to Midtown shopping center. The hotel is kind of overpriced for the accommodations, but the staff is doing their best.

    We had a fantastic stay! The staff was kind and helpful. The room and public areas were clean and fresh smelling. We loved spending time in the pool area - the water was the perfect temperature to cool off in the Miami heat without being too cold. The location is great, with many restaurants (both fast food and upscale) within walking distance. There's also a Target nearby for any essentials that you forget to pack. It's very close to the airport and cruise port. Great hotel at a decent price!

    Hotel is in a great location, very friendly check in staff, comfortable rooms. Honestly everything you could ask for in a hotel where you need a place to stay smack dab in the middle of Wynwood.

    The room was huge and spacious. I had a corner room with floor to ceiling windows. It was at minimum of 90° view. It was very neat. Seeing the people the restaurants the activity in the background while I was sitting watching football. It was a very good location and close to the cruise port.

    Room had no wash cloths, we had to go get some. Room floor seemed to need a wash. Not sure what the stuff on floor was but had to wear shoes at all times. Front desk seemed preoccupied with something other than us on check in. Coffee at breakfast was barely warm. Friendly staff otherwise.

    Needed to find a place to stay last minute and Hampton Inn & Suites did not let me down. Had a gorgeous spacious room with strong AC and good wifi. As a solo traveler who doesn't spend a ton of time in the hotel, these are always my requirements in accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

    Very clean hotel, able to walk to many food options. Breakfast was the only downfall, the gentleman was very pushy at the closing time, we still had 10 minutes until 10am and he was closing the door. Thankfully one of the ladies gave me extra waffle mix so I could make my husband breakfast, as he was shut on the other side of the door.

    The room, complimentary breakfast, and the hotel were fine. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. We were able to walk across the street for dinner. We also walked to nearby stores for last minute items for our family cruise. The only negative feedback is there were no wash cloths in the room.
