Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Due to some travel hiccups, we arrived after midnight. Staff were so helpful and friendly even at terrible hours of the night. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a room for 3 adults and 3 children after our cruise and it fit us all very comfortably with two queen beds and a sofa bed. We were able to explore Brikell city center at a quick walking distance. Airport in the AM was also a short ride. Also they allowed us to leave our luggage before checkin so we didn’t have to roll it with us while exploring nearby.

I've been traveling the world since 90s and sometimes we bump into through and through professional managers like Alex. Alex made our stay pleasurable compared to what we went though at another Hamptons property in DC which was a total disaster. A big shout out to housekeeping staff- they love working with dedication and attend to guests' needs. In addition, the location of the property is absolutely fabulous, especially if you are traveling with kids- cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors are a stone's throw away from the lobby. I would have liked to see some vegetarian options in Breakfast. Not everyone is a meat lover and more and more people are turning to vegan and vegetarian diet. Hampton's could bring more guests through the doors, if they only considered adding vegetarian dishes to the breakfast.

This was a great hotel, loved the location in brickell, walking distance to the Brickell City Center Mall, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the hotel smelled so good and it was very nice and clean was here for a cruise i would definitely recommend this hotel friendly staff, good hot breakfast will definitely come back. I didn't dislike anything about this hotel I have nothing bad to say.

Great location next to multiple restaurants, Publix and various public transportation options. Great amenities and offered cheap parking ($19/day) so we were able to leave our car in a safe, covered lot while we went on our cruise. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary drinks in the bar were a nice touch after a day of traveling. We stayed 1 night before a cruise, we had a quick complimentary breakfast and used the hotel shuttle to get us to the port, which was very convenient.

My only complaint was after traveling all morning we arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon and our room was not ready. Check in was 3:00 and there was multiple people in the lobby waiting in their rooms. Did not get in our room till after 4

As far as the check-in . . It was a bit confusing at 1st, being that the check-in desk is on the 6th floor. But other than that the staff was very friendly. And the room was nice and clean.

Location relative to the port, restaurants and Bayside. Area is good for walks. Also accessible to the Metromover and Brighline Rail. They offer only basic breakfast. No other meals. Very small plunge pool and jacuzzi. We asked for daily room cleaning; they didn't do it unless reminded. After agreeing to store our luggage previous night as we traveled elsewhere for a few days, the lady at reception refused to accept it until she checked with her superiors...it was 3 am when we were on our way to catch our flight.

My family and I had such a nice stay at the hampton inn Brickell! The pool area was beautiful and it was a close walk to the mall which was gorgeous as well! Breakfast was great and our room had plenty of space!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality accommodations at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Miami, Florida (Brickell area). Room was spacious and clean (Executive Deluxe). Bar had a kind bartender (female) that was very accommodating and the one time I had Brunch buffet at the hotel it is was okay, nothing to brag about but appropriate and basic budget breakfast options (eggs, sausage, bagels, pastries, oatmeal, cold cereal, self serve waffle bar, cheese/charcuterie).

We cruise out of Miami often and this will now be our new "night before" hotel. It was comfortable, the staff was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The bartender was great, he made amazing drinks and gave us suggestions for dining locations in a walkable distance. We have another cruise booked in the fall and already have this hotel reserved again for the night before.

The room was clean as always and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was included hot and very good. I take a lot of cruises and this is my go to hotel when I cruise out of Miami. I have stayed there as a solo traveler, with my husband and we have traveled with our grandsons and stayed there. We have always been very happy. I remember the first time we arrived at it from the airport and the Uber driver said we were at one of the best hotels in Miami and he was right! 5 stars out of 5 for sure!

A staff member (not housekeeping) let themselves into our room unannounced. When asked what she was doing i got no explanation. When i notified the front desk they offered no explanation either and did not seem concerned. We also had to go searching the floors for a working ice machine.

Could have been better - I did not find staff particularly welcoming or at all informative at check-in. I was not informed that if you don't ask for your bed to be made daily, it won't be. One day I waited way too long for the elevator to stop on the 16th floor and ended up taking the stairs down. I don't believe the pool was open for any day while I was there. It was "under maintenance."

It was downtown and close to things we were hoping to do the next day. We left from there to the cruise port. It was very busy at the cruise port but we made it in time for our cruise without a problem. Staff was kind and the room was nice. Beds were comfortable and food was good in the morning.

They have free breakfast. Its ok. It doesn't have everything but enough to get you on you way. Waffles, sausage, potato wedge, bread, etc. The place was clean. The sign in desk isnt on the first floor but I think on the 6th. Since I was Hilton member they gave us free gifts at the desk, which was nice. Our room was clean but the walls were paper thin. You heard everyone going by like they were in the room with you. The shower pressure only worked during cold. So no warm showers. We had snacks in their lounge at night. Empanadas, coconut shrimp, and a brownbm that was supposedly going to be warm but took 20 mins to get to us and still was cold. They took it off the bill.

The staff was great at the Hilton. FRANCISCO was outstanding and his staff at the desk very accommodating and all our needs. I would highly recommend the hotel and the Hilton Hamptons to anyone.

We had a short stay as we didn’t get to the hotel until around 1130pm. Check in was quick and easy and we were able to get food recommendations which was also great! The shuttle to the cruise port was amazing after reading it taking hours for some people I was a little worried, it took less than an hour and we were the last terminal!

The staff at the hotel was the best part of our experience. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was out of service all day and the next morning which made our stay with 3 children difficult in an unknown city, especially on a hot day when you arrive before 4pm

i like that you cant enter the floors with rooms without a room card. i liked the free drink they gave. the pool area was nice. they will hold your bags until check in time. and they will also hold them after you check out. breakfast was ok they literally were closing the doors at 9:58 so make sure you arrive in timely manner if you wanna enjoy breakfast. they close the pool area for private events/meetings which isnt fair to guest whove paid there money and want to utilize the facilities.

After a flight cancellation we decided to stay for 2 nights and it was great. We were welcomed with vouchers for a drink at the bar and ordered a flat-bread late at night . It has a nice restaurant and pool area. The room has a minibar stocked with snacks and bottled water and the staff at the front desk gave us 2 cans of soda of our choice. We would have preferred to have a hotel shuttle service but given the distance from MIA I guess this is not feasible.

Excellent stay once again. Only issue was with the elevators. One was down and caused chaos in the morning of our cruise. People had to go down multiple flights of stairs with luggage to make there transportation reservations.

I really liked the location—it’s right in Brickell, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a great bonus. The pool area was also nice for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it felt convenient and good value for the price. One downside was the bathroom setup—there was no bidet or handheld shower for personal cleaning after using the toilet, which made it less comfortable for me. I also found the bathroom a bit basic compared to the rest of the room.

The Hampton Inn and suites was wonderful!! The location is perfect for walking to the Brickell area. The breakfast has an amazing selection of food. It’s well stocked at all times. The staff is nice and helpful.

The staff member checking me in was friendly and courteous. My overall experience was great but the swimming pool is too small for such a big hotel. Other than that I would recommend it.

Clean Overcrowded

Access to nearby restaurants was awesome. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. It was quite disappointed to notice that the shower liners were no longer available on the shower curtain curtains in regular room rooms. Housekeeping told me they were only available on the 14th floor. I’ve definitely been impressed with these shower curtains over the years. Quite sad to know this is the result of a likely cost savings effort. Not a huge deal, but still disappointing…

I arrieved 2:30 am. The check accomodated my late check in as i talked to them before. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and decent breakfast. Hotel is not super fancy but exactly what i needed in a hotel. Actually i used other ones that looks fancy in pics but didnt deliver in cleanness level. Of course location is excellent! Its a well run hotel I would stay again

The hotel itself was nice and clean. Breakfast was standard for continental breakfast and the pool area was well kept and clean. The reason for two stars being they tried to stiff me on the room last minute. We were staying for a cruise that left out on Sunday so flew in on Saturday the 24th of January. Original arrival time was 12:45 pm but with the snowstorm flight ended up getting delayed and didn’t land till 9pm which no big deal because the check-in cut off is midnight. After getting out of the airport we arrived to the hotel a little after 10:30, and when we went to check in they were out of rooms of every type and trying to arrange accommodations at another location. At that point I got on the phone with Hilton customer service because that was just infuriating after being stuck in an airport all day I was truly looking to just plop down and call it a night, but “Hilton sells the rooms just like the airliners and often overbooks”. That’s insane to me. I truly get if I were to even walk in a minute past midnight as I didn’t meet my obligations but that wasn’t the case and the cherry on top was every single hotel that night had no vacancy the only places that had a room were running and I kid you not three thousand dollars and up. But by the grace of Etai the front desk employee that was helping me was able to get me a room. My issue isn’t with the hotel itself it’s with Hilton’s practices and not holding up their end of the deal, and causing unnecessary stress.

There were several things in the room that did not work. They did switches to another room and yet there were still a few things not working. It seems like they’re not doing proper maintenance on the building.

Room was large, clean and well appointed. Proximity to the port was great and the breakfast and shuttles was a plus. Hotel is located close to shopping and the area was very nice.

This whole hotel was AMAZING! We were truly blown away. The room was exceptionally clean with a great view. Staff was friendly & accommodating, we had a brief mix up with the parking situation but one of the managers quickly fixed the issue. Breakfast was phenomenal. Fitness center was clean & had all the workout equipment we needed. Building is secure and within walking distance to Brickell City Center & some really great restaurants. If we are ever back in Miami we will be staying here again!

We were coming back from our cruise and we showed up at 9.30 am to register expecting to have to leave our luggage at the hotel and kill time waiting for later time check-in but they made a room availabloe right away for which we are truly grateful. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. However, the front desk seems very understaffed during checkin/checkout times. And, they really need a quicker turn around for rooms. The 3:00 checkin was to the minute.. (even though we requested in over 2 days prior).. After getting off a ship, waiting 5 hours for the 3:00 checkin was miserable.. That is not really their fault though.. They DID make the 3:00pm checkin time .. just barely. The pool was pretty nice but totally shaded by the nearby buildings.. if you want to tan, that won't happen. Plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas though. And room in the hot tub.

Overall hotel was great! Clean and in a great location. The check in process was a debacle. Waited 45 minutes in line the first time. Took our name , said they would call when room ready. That was at 1. Totally understand room not being ready. Well 3 check in time came and went so back in line we went for another 40 minutes to get our room keys. Looked like they were down staff so it’s not their fault but to wait in lines like that just to check in was absurd.

My biggest complaint was that the gentleman at the counter made me stand there and wait while he read his cell phone. I had to interrupt his reading to ask a question. There was no one else at the desk at that time to talk to. The lobby was under construction and the noise made it impossible to sit and enjoy quiet time or relax in the lobby. The rooms were dark.

Only one receptionist so check in took a while. She was very good, not her fault she was on her own. Breakfast choices were limited and disappointing that there were no non dairy milk options. Room wqs very clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Brickell Miami.

We stayed at this hotel the night before boarding a cruise out of Port Miami. We found the location to be perfect; a short walk to Publix to get all our pre-cruise essentials, and a taxi ride was nice and cheap to the port. As for the hotel, the room was incredibly spacious and beautifully cleaned and prepared for us. It had everything we could need. If we were in the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stop at this hotel!

The front desk later called to inform us that no other rooms were available and offered fans instead. We explained that we would not be able to sleep with fans blowing warm air and requested a refund so we could move to another hotel. We were told refunds could not be issued and were provided contact information to file a complaint. We stayed while maintenance worked on the air conditioning and had to listen to loud noise throughout the process. We have never experienced anything like this before during our travels. It was extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially before an early morning flight.

I cruise a few times each year and I'm always looking at different hotels. This hotel was extremely clean and located in a nice area. There were lots of close restaurants. The floors are wood so there is less chance of bedbugs. To top it off, the staff was wonderfully pleasant and quite helpful. I will stay here again!!

Cons One thing that was different is that the pictures don’t really match up as much. It’s more of a 2 star hotel than 3.5. The pool and hot tub were tiny for such a big hotel. The breakfast was mid. My blow dryer never worked the whole time I was there even though I went to the front to get it changed multiple times. Housekeeping never came on time ( room wasn’t cleaned after 4pm) and we had to tell the front every time to send someone. And they would be cleaning at like 6pm after we returned from our activities. Overall, it was a decent stay and the location was nice.

We found the perfect hotel pre-cruise! Hampton Inn Brickell ticks all the boxes. Amazing location next to the free Metromover and the rail line. Close to an abundance of fabulous restaurants. Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet and safe location, excellent breakfast and wonderful kind genuine staff. As an international flight attendant I’m well versed with hotels and amenities. This hotel is a gem of a find and ticks all the boxes. The goody bags on arrival, the pool is perfect, the coin laundry room is also a rare find and perfect for packing light if travelling internationally and not taking home dirty laundry. Loved this hotel !

Upon arrival the 2 rooms i reserved were not ready. I waited approximately 1 hour for the rooms to be ready. When i requested the free water gift set i was told by the manager that it was only for Hilton members. We happen to be members. She never asked. It was assumed thar we were not members. I just walked away as the message was delivered via negative body language.
