    From the free airport shuttle to the comfort of the bed, everything was great. I arrived after Midnite but experienced no delays or invisible staff. Check in was fast and easy, I used third party booking, and the room was dark, cool and comfortable. I experienced no faulty appliances or amenities. I like the Keurig in the room. That’s a big plus for me.

    Hello, the parking garage entry and exit is challenging, the card swipe equipment is too high to park or stop so it took me a while, also I asked for an hour extra for check out and the staff didn’t honor my request, this is the first hotel that didn’t allow an extra hour for check out so please consider my feedback

    The opportunities for fitness and wellness are much appreciated. Not only do you find a yoga mat/block kit and equipment in your room, there is a TV channel featuring guided and very accessible stretching routines. That coupled with the fact you can use the stairs to move between floors, the self-serve water to stay hydrated, are just thoughtful touches for staying well while travelling

    Don't try to take the shuttle from the airport. We waited an hour and there were people there waiting longer. When you call the main desk you just get put on hold with no answer. Also, I found french fries under the couch when something of mine rolled underneath. The printer was down so I couldn't get a copy of any charges. Not a great experience and would not recommend.

    Parking says free online but had to pay and must park curbside and check in first before parking. Asked and pre-paid for king bed room and checked in to a double bed room because they “over sold” my room….rooms are basic and tv screen was blue with no way to fix color in menu.     These rooms do not have a desk chairs. The computers in the lobby area do not work, and there is no functional printer in the entire facility. The demise of this hotel is in the hands of the staff and administration. Ask for desk for twice as promised it - never received. The gentleman at the front desk suggested going to the hotel next-door to use the printer.

    Its location as it’s closer the airport and the cruise ports. Dining room staff though limited communication due to language, were generally friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is handy and the drivers are very helpful and friendly The hotel itself is clean and well furnished Water access is also a good plus as it gets very hot They have a BBQ area which would be beneficial if it was booked as other guests hoarded the area during our stay that we never got to use No information at all about the services , everything came as a surprise when needs not met. Explanations about services came after, such as only meat selection for breakfast, rooms not attended to if occupied for less than 5 days (beds not made and rubbish bins not emptied), everything on sale for $5.08, some of the reception staff unhelpful and aloof when approached.

    The property is okay. I think it needs a deep clean from the reception area, the furniture, etc to the rooms. The furniture in the rooms are not clean. Also, there’s too many different scents being sprayed in the hotel it’s a headache. I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price I pod I was expecting a cleaner environment for myself and my son. The breakfast was good.

    Although our room was clean and comfortable, the common areas in this hotel have gone down hill since we stayed a few years back. The floors in the hallways, elevators and carpeted area in the lounge had discarded wrappers on the floor and crumbled foods on them. Also when we arrived to the desk- another customer was complaining about being checked in to a room that was in the midst of being cleaned and he was very annoyed and unhappy-showing us a video on his cell phone of the stripped beds, piles of dirty laundry on the beds instead of a room ready for occupation. Overall, I found the vibe of Health & Wellness absent from this property which was why we initially booked and stayed a few years ago. The online menu for the restaurant on site is not the same as the actual menu we were presented with which had very few healthy options to choose from. Sorry, we will not be visiting again.

    Hotel was close to the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the airport. It does get full in the waiting area on days when cruises offload but staff is very tolerant of people just hanging out. There are not many places to eat in the area though so food is limited.

    The shuttle driver blew past me at the airport even though I was literally jumping, waving my arms and asking him to stop. A couple down the sidewalk was kind enough to flag him down and let him know he missed me. He then proceeded to yell at me for not flagging him down (I did) and nastily told me I could have waited a whole lot longer if it wasn’t for the other couple. They watched in disbelief, and the driver continued to be rude during the drive to the hotel. At the hotel the girls at the front desk told me my room was not yet available (it was after check-in time) and said “come back later.” I then went to the back of the 30 person deep line and started over. My room still wasn’t ready after going through the line a second time. Later I went to the bar for dinner. The bartender was perfectly friendly, but wanted me to know that they were all out of chicken. Not a big deal, but since half the menu was chicken-based, I had to laugh. On the morning shuttle to the airport, a different driver was very curt to everyone and clearly unhappy to be there. I get it; hotels are understaffed, stranded travelers can be frustrated. But simply being kind or admitting a mistake can go a long way. I have to imagine that this team is not treated well to be so rude to its customers.

But here at Even the Breakfast was great and the staff taking care of your service were very respectful, friendly and accommodating. I will stay there just for that. I had a great stay there.     Shuttle from airport hard to get. Instructions say level 2 but it is really level 1. They know but make no effort to change it. Luckily we went closer to the first gate and got in because it was full after the second stop and others had to wait another half hour. Then on the shuttle to the cruise port we found out after we got there that there is no 11am on weekends which made it extremely stressful trying to get to the port on time. Luckily we jumped on the first shuttle that came because it was 15 minutes late (time we didn’t have) and many others had to wait for a second one.

    Airport shuttle was great. Got there early after a cruise was willing to pay the extra fee to get my room early the girl at front desk wouldn’t give me that option even tho they offer that option on there website. She said when a room comes available she would call. House keeping came down gave her a list of all open rooms and she still wouldn’t let no one check in. My son was sleeping on the couch in lobby for hours she didn’t care we sat there til 2 and then she finally gave us a room. Will never go back and I go to Miami every year

    Very clean, confortable, staff was nice, food I ate was good but a couple of things to improve. There was not drinks of snacks available in the room you need to purchase everything, you had to wait long lines for breakfast and lunch because everything is à la carte and there are not many tables available at the style restaurant. I’m not used to this type of hotel services, usually there are food available where you can serve yourself and more and with more diverse food options.

    The hotel itself was perfect for our overnight stay before boarding our cruise. The only issues we had were with late arrival staff. Not friendly at all when we were trying to find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Kept interrupting me and acted bothered to be asked for information on where to find the shuttle. Ended up getting an Uber on our own. Additionally, when we talked in the lobby doors, the ladies at the counter were rude and barking orders at those entering. Again, the hotel was great...service could be drastically improved. Maybe a little reminder to the staff that WE are the customers and should be given a bit of patience and respect when it comes to interactions. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 stars on this one. Your personnel that you hire are your first impression...

    Dirty bathroom floor, light switch covers covered in something, pain splatters and rusty hinges. Heat didnt get above 70 degrees no matter how high we set it. The shuttle was on time and front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

    I understand that it was very busy and we couldn’t get into the room earlier. The staff were nice. Hotel was clean and room comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool but the chairs were few and far between and not in good condition. They ran out of towels at the pool. The food was good but $5 for a small chocolate bar that was stale was a surprise. Overall it was good but didn’t realize it was in the middle of nowhere. The airport shuttle was great and the option to book the cruise shuttle was excellent. I will be staying here again in March .

    Please don’t stay there it was absolutely terrible 1=no hot water Luke warm had to change room 3 times till no hot water close to airport but nothing I mean nothing around not is free there don’t go to the lobby it’s cost alot went down to get a cup of coffee in lobby didn’t know you have to buy it I was screamed at by a older lady told her I would pay for it just put it on my bill and she said did you rent a room and I said yes she sai just go back to your room by that time I was oiss and wanted to leave I should have never will I ever stay there again it wasn’t that clean either and also they will take a 100 day to hold too don’t stay here

    My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. First, you’ll pay an extra $20 daily for parking—a hidden fee not listed in the booking details. If you choose a “breakfast included” option, be prepared for confusion; the front desk denied mine and I waited 30 minutes for staff to honor what was already paid. Room service was no better; it took three days and multiple reminders just to get fresh towels and cleaning. The rooms themselves need improvement. There’s a persistent odor unless you keep the air conditioning on, and the water pressure in both showers and sinks is frustratingly low. While the hotel is close to the airport with a shuttle service, the surrounding area is all industrial—there’s not much to do nearby. Watch out for extra charges if you order food from local hotels, as you’ll pay an 8% hospitality fee. Staff were friendly, but their responsiveness was mediocre at best—I’d rate them a 7/10. Overall, if convenience to the airport is your only concern, this hotel works—but expect hidden fees and a lackluster experience. For comfort and straightforward service, I recommend looking elsewhere. The hassles aren’t worth the price!

    The airport shuttle drove right by us the first time and we had to phone the hotel to get the driver to return. I would have used the gym, but the water was turned off for 11 AM onwards to 4 PM so there was not enough time to do my workout and have a shower before noon.

    We began calling the hotel on December 8. A front desk associate named Valerie was kind enough to look into the charge but stated she could not see any reason for it. She assured us not to worry and said the amount would be refunded within 2–3 days. That refund never happened. Since then, we have called the hotel weekly. Each time, we are told we must speak with the finance department. I left a voicemail for finance and never received a return call. On subsequent calls, the front desk transfers us to finance, only for the call to be disconnected or hung up. To date, the hotel has not provided any explanation or documentation to justify this charge, nor have they issued the promised refund. Because of this lack of transparency and follow-through, we are now forced to dispute the charge with our bank. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend monitoring your credit card statements closely after checkout. Based on our experience, resolving billing issues with this hotel is very difficult.

    Unfortunately I had booked this hotel twice (in advance so I couldn’t cancel after the first night) so we know that it was not a fluke that the shuttle does not actually run every thirty minutes. We waited close to an hour for the shuttle. I tried to call and it takes at least ten minutes on hold to talk to reception and I was hung up on twice. And that makes sense when you meet them in person, the staff are dismissive and rude. The restaurant food is very expensive for low quality. Would not recommend at all.

    The rooms themselves were very nice and well-kept. I especially liked the small workout area inside the room—a thoughtful touch for guests who like to stay active while traveling. However, the shower was a major disappointment. The water never got hot enough, and at one point, I ended up taking a cold shower. The shower controls were also confusing, and clearer instructions on how to use them would have helped. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amenities, but they seemed inviting. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but the lack of warmth—both from the front desk and the water temperature—took away from what could have been a great experience. I’d rate my stay a 3 out of 5.

    Enjoyed my stay here. Staff at the reception desk was professional and helpful as I watch her interact with a customer who had a reservation declined for lack of payment. I like to submit this request for the hotel to have complimentary bottle of water for each guest. Also Needed for transportation “a step stool” when getting into the Van for safety purposes. I have experienced this with other transportation companies having a need for it.

    Requested wake up call which never happened so mad rush to get ready for morning flight. Rooms are OK. Maybe a free bottle of water in the fridge would make the stay more pleasant particularly as arriving late in the night. While water is dispensed on ground floor you are travelling with bags and don’t want to go back out after getting into your room (10.39-11.00pm). Convenient to airport.

    The Hotel is near 7min from the airport. You can hear the plans coming in . The car rental return is 5 min away. Looks like the hotel is on the border of sketchy neighborhood but the 3 hotels that next to each other a fairly new bringing up thr stautus of the area. I never felt unsafe. This hotel had a parking garage connected to the hotel . Your car will be on the same floor you stay which is separated by a door to your hallway. I recommend using the parking garage its so convenient. The rooms are .modern , clean and spacious. The Staff is attentive. I had a small issue with the coffee maker and within minutes i had a brand new one out the box. I would stay here again .

AFTER over an hour wait the shuttle arrives and the driver had the most NASTIEST attitude. Arrived to the room and the ottoman chair had stains all over it, shower pressure was not high at all. Still have yet to recieve my deposit back. Highly disappointed!

    Restaurant food was good, location of hotel was strange. Was located on a street that appeared to be an industrial Road with factories and zooming cars. It was filthy out there and very unattractive. The description on the website does not show any of that. There was nowhere to go unless you took an Uber. There were so many people hanging around near entrance and inside that you felt there was nowhere to go. It was loud and if you ate at the restaurant which was an extension of the lobby, it was loud and there was no place to just hang out and have a quiet space. Our room was just okay. Nothing to brag about there.

    The staff treat guest as if we are not guess at the property. Several times I was cut off mid talking by staff members while tryin to tell them something & interrupted while I'm on the phone handling business. The GM needs to have all staff members under training for hospitality so they can learn the importance of making guess feel welcomed. The only staff member that was very nice was the bartender, the dark skin gentleman with bald head that dont wear eye glasses I forget his name. Also the house keepers was nice but your front of the house staff are not nice.

    Our flight landed at 11:30pm, and once we made it to the hotel we had to wait an HOUR in line to check in. Once we made it to the room, we were mortified. It was musky, humid, and not cleaned well at all(our feet were black on the bottom). We will never stay here again, or recommend it.

    I didn’t find the staff very welcoming at all. When we had problems they didn’t even care to come up to the room and help or accommodate. Being people of color they made us feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t return.

    Rooms were not held to an appropriate cleanliness. Stains on bed sheets asked for new blankets they never came only had 1 towel in room asked for more they never came dinning area staff was extremely rude and unprofessional don’t appreciate that service when I’m paying with my hard owned money

    The location is great for the airport. The hotel was a little dated. Carpeting in the room looked clean but after walking on it barefoot the feet were really dirty. The room had a musty smell when entering. Water pressure was non existent. The bed was comfortable. The shuttle service worked well.

    I love the proximity to MIA Intl Airport as well as the complimentary shuttle service to that airport available 24/7, every 30 minutes. I also like thay a keycard is required to access the elevators thereby increasing the safety factor. Lastly having breakfast and dinner offered is helpful for those who like things in house. Each room comes equipped with limited exercise equipment. And theres a laundry room on site.

    I’ve stayed at this property several times and always have a good experience . The hotel is located in an industrial area but it is pretty close to south beach/down town Miami. Parking is scarce but you do have the option to pay a rate for garage parking. The staff is pleasant and check in is always easy. My only complaint is that the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned this time.

    Great stay! I’m a solo female traveler, so safety and security is always top priority for me. I felt extremely comfortable staying at this hotel alone. The room was very clean and the staff were great. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Miami.

    Ok so the Hotel isn’t too bad. But it’s a few things. One it was bloody sheets tucked in under our blanket which was very disgusting. The prices were high at the bar for coffee. I feel like people were making up prices. Also you hear everything in the hotel on your floor. The door slams are crazy.

    The property, staff, and location to the Miami airport are amazing! The room was great, everything was clean. The only problem was the lack walkable food and beverages. You have to uber basically anywhere. It would have been nice to have a convenience store walkable to save a few dollars from going out.

    Overall I enjoyed the stay amd found it to be good value for money. My only issue was that when we checked in we realised that the comforter had some kind of stain on it and we were very uncomfortable about using it. It took 24 hours, 2 calls to guest services and eventually going downstairs to check them in person before it was finally changed. When I called about the second time (about 2 hours after the first time) I was told that housekeeping had alreadt left for the day and although we would not sleep with the dirty /stained comforter, there was nothing to be done about it. No apology either. Therefore our first night was very uncomfortable

    Property was nice. Pool area was amazing. Cleaning staff was very rude and unfriendly. Cleaned our rooms and took all our towels and left us with nothing, when we asked them in hallway they said no and so we called front desk and they said they’ll bring some and they brought ONE towel for 3 guest and it took them over 3 hours just for the one. Overall the hotel was clean and I would stay here again.
