Staff was very friendly and kind. Elevator makes a squeaky noise at each floor. Gym doesn't have dumbbells or free weights. Only cardio machines.

Safe place

When I brought the dirty bedding to the staff’s attention and requested clean sheets, I was told that the sheets had already been changed and that there was nothing wrong with them, despite the obvious hair and stains. The dismissive attitude and lack of concern were incredibly frustrating. I originally booked a 3-day stay, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I had to check out on the second day. When I spoke with management about the issues, they were not helpful at all and refused to take responsibility for the condition of the room. Not only was I denied a refund for the unused night, but I was also charged an early checkout fee on top of everything else, which is completely ridiculous. Between the dirty room, stained bedding, bugs and bug bites, unpleasant smell, and poor customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Great location, pool looked nice and front desk staff was so nice. I wish I got his name, but he even made suggestions for the restaurant downstairs down to letting me know what was on the menu. He also mentioned that you get a discount if you show your room key. The outside is a little bit dated, but that is what adds to the charm. Definitely some renovations going on and it is very upkept. Cold ac, nice fridge space, access to ice and microwaves and brewery downstairs. Close to the highway so there was car sounds but can’t beat that location! Close to doral city place and FIU area

We came to stay here because our flight back was so late after leaving a cruise! Staff was so friendly , helpful and inviting ! Put our bags away securely even before check in so we wouldn’t have to lug them around. Room was very clean , spacious and quiet . It allowed us to relax before our flight . Close to the airport . Highly recommend staying here! Will visit again ! Thank you

Great spot to stay inexpensive parking I felt safe great staff I issues was paint for renovations was on the floor and there is no microwave in your room. other than that great place to stay if you wanna blow your money on excursions and activities.

Pick another hotel. They will charge multiple hidden fees on top of charging for parking and then never answer the phone or email to tell you what the fees are for. The door latch was barely hanging on 4 loose screws, the property overall is below average, and no one seems to be very helpful with answering a phone call. They take very deceptive photos to make it look a lot nice than it is. Room keys lose their ability to open the doors, they don’t offer breakfast, and the pool is disappointing along with their gym which is just 2 cardio machines.

Disgusting! Was injured by a door. No restaurant no bar, pool had homeless people in it and they allow them in to use the bathroom. Door was rigged and slammed into my back. A microwave on a cart was all that was there. The manager told me that the photos of the hotel on Hotel.com are not of that hotel and that he has tried to get you to remove them. Scam!! And you purposely put them up so people would book it.

I did not enjoy my room at all. It looked very outdated, you could tell where they changed the locks and removed the emergency exit signs, paint chipping everywhere , flooring was bad. They originally placed me right in front of a broken exit door on the bottom floor. My tv didn’t work. I could barely turn on the shower, it was so hard to pull. The only good thing I could say is they printed my boarding pass. Otherwise, not my type of stay at all. Should’ve been half the price honestly and I NEVER leave bad reviews.

Good for a quick stop we enjoyed the pool… just far from a lot food places

There was rust and rust stains all around the bathtub. Hair on the floor and hair in the towels. The door latch looked like it had been replaced numerous times but the door was badly repaired.

I enjoyed my stay and loved the pool.

This hotel should never cost more than $50/nightly. That’s the amount I would have accepted given the service and quality of the property. I understand the location works for people needing to be close to the airport, but that is the ONLY good thing about this property. Everything is broken and/or in horrible condition. My room keys stopped working. After going down to get another set and returning to my room, those didn’t work. The staff then didn’t bother to come up to get me another set of keys after I had been to the lobby twice already, so I had to go get them AGAIN a third time myself as my food that just arrived was getting cold waiting for them to bring me new keys. I had to repeatedly go get keys because it was an inconvenience to them to get off their ass. The front desk agent lied and said they had to check in 3 different people. It was midnight. There was no one in the lobby the 3 times I went down. This is a terrible property. Horrible staff The fact that it was above $225 a night is insane. They don’t even meet the bare minimum of standards. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. DONT BOOK HERE

Angelo was great, and other staff friendly. Love restaurants and staff worked to keep clean. Location not good bc address wrong on Google Maps and they need to correct for solo travelers. Restaurant food and staff very nice. Overall, a good spot but would not stay again.

For the price you’re paying it’s ok. Looks more like a motel. Rooms are really old and don’t look up to par. But then again it’s a cheap option in Miami.

Pictures are not what the room look like, it gave motel vibes. There were roaches, mildew and smelled like bleach throughout the entire hallway. Its conveniently close to the airport & 30 mins away from main attraction. However spending one thousand dollars when i could’ve stayed in a motel for cheaper feels like theft.

It’s extremely loud from the road noise. There are people pushing pizza flyers under your door morning noon and night. The building is not secure whatsoever. We stayed for three days and had over a dozen flyers pushed under our door. The side door does not latch completely, which apparently is common knowledge because so many people were in and out of it. This is not a place for women to stay, especially not alone.

Also, very noisy. Outside noise was loud, with people racing cars until after midnight. It was very loud, they were literally racing with cars and motorcycles. the noise from the highways nearby was disturbing too ...we stayed only for one night, near the airport. The front desk guy was good.

One room one night stay was almost $400. The room itself was fine. The property is tired and run down. Actually quite beat up. Seemed like it should have been a $100 stay. The staff was very nice and pleasant.

After the third night, my shower flooded out. They changed me to another bedroom. It’s OK if you want to make a business or a quick trip I think they could fix up the Roos a little bit more. It’s just OK to me. Recommend only for Quiktrip not much for pleasure. staffs are nice not much English speaking staff, especially when it comes to housekeeping front desk was OK.

This property was very outdated and should only cost $25-$50 a night because they don't even have mirrors. There are no microwaves in the room. The shower was an old shower from back in the 70s and has never been updated. The bathroom is so small that if you sit on the toilet, you have to Lift your legs up high in order to close the door. You can't even look out the window properly because it's so filthy and dirty like they never maintain the building and yet no one mentioned that you can hear the airplane taking off. I mean I get it is by the airport, but I've stayed at hotels near an airport plenty of times and never had to deal with it like this

The staff, at least two of the three we interacted with, were kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. The only challenge we experienced was related to the location of the property, as it is very close to a busy airport. Aircraft noise continued late into the night and resumed early in the morning, which made it difficult for us to get restful sleep. In addition, there were guests nearby who were quite loud late into the night, further impacting our stay. I understand that these factors are largely outside the control of the staff, and I want to emphasize that this is not a reflection of their service. However, since hotels are meant to provide a place for travelers to rest, I thought I'd share our experience.

Me & my husband decided to stay a day early before leaving for a cruise. Soon as we walked into our room we were greeted by a lizard on the wall. No one came to help. The beds were hard to sleep on. A new paint job is definitely needed. The worst part, there is NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER AT ALL!!! The price of the hotel should be way less than what they charged.

The enVisions Hotel presented itself as an iconic landmark Miami hotel with the vibrant colors and onsite pool and dining. I would definitely recommend directly booking your own accommodations because 3rd party booking will potentially disrupt your travel plans. The staff (Day) are very professional and even at a midnight arrival property seemed very safe.

Firstoff, it is very unclear that the hotel is transitioning from a Days Inn. I would want to know if I am in fact booking an inn vs a hotel. Next, the gentleman at the front desk was very inappropriate and frightening. He knocked on my door in the evening while we were dressing to greet with an accusatory, deprecating, and harsh tone surrounding the idea that someone may have received surgery and needed to be charged for linens. It was an inappropriate time of day, method, tone, and choice of words. I was billed for damaged linen based off of assumptions. But, not only that, I was never given fresh linen the entirety of the stay since. The man in the next room banged on my door in aggression due to noise complaints at 8:00pm Saturday night. It was also very inappropriate and threatening. I do not recommend staying here with children for this reason. However, management told my guests and I we’d have to be the ones to leave and threatened to have us forced off of the property. Outside of the poor service and community, one guest was bitten by bugs, and several insects including roaches and ants were found in the room including crawling in the beds and on the linens that housekeeping did not change. And finally, there is no hot water in the middle of the night. Therefore, if you come in late or if you have an early flight you cannot shower after the outing nor before the flight. Overall, this was a poor experience.

Hotel is very noisy right along a main highway, use to be a days inn, cab drivers didn’t know where it was which isn’t a good sign from the airport. Was clean but dated and did not feel like a safe area.

The only downside is the airport noise — planes taking off and landing can be heard, especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Other than that, it’s a solid option for a quick stay near the airport.

This place was fine for a one-night stay before departing on our cruise but I definitely wouldn't stay here more than 1 night and I'll find somewhere else to stay next time... it is starting to fall apart. All the corners in the room were dirty.. the "restaurant" had 5 or 6 food options and we sat there for 15 minutes before anyone asked us what drinks we wanted. It was supposed to open for (paid) breakfast options, but it didn’t. Just not a great experience over all.

It was nice, however we saw Roaches and the phone didn’t work.

When we told the woman at the counter in the morning she "yep several rooms are like that". There is no airport shuttle despite being right near the airport. Was very much disappointed.

The room and property are in need of a mojor update, paint was peeling, dust,dirt and mold throughout. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and upgraded. The staff where amazing, they did anything you asked or wanted. I would give them a 10. The pictures online are very misleading. Highway and airport noise is terrible as well.

This hotel turned an already stressful Christmas travel delay into an absolute nightmare. I called early in the evening to let them know my arrival would be late because of holiday travel issues, and I was still told that if I arrived after 2 a.m., they would cancel my entire reservation. That is exactly what happened: even though I showed up, they canceled my whole stay, kept all the money for the nights I originally booked, and then forced me to pay for the entire stay all over again just to have a room. No partial refund, no credit, no help—just “that’s our policy.”[itilite +1] The lack of humanity was shocking. This was Christmas, flights were delayed everywhere, and I did everything right by calling ahead to inform them, but they still refused to make even the smallest exception. There was zero empathy, zero flexibility, and zero sense of what “hospitality” is supposed to mean. If you value being treated with basic decency when things go wrong, stay away from this hotel. Policies are one thing, but using them as an excuse to punish guests, double-charge them, and show no compassion—especially during the holidays—is beyond unacceptable.

Staff were nice and attentive. However, entering the room has a bad musk smell. One shared microwave in the main lobby. When taking a shower in makes the entire room feel humid and causes the floors to be wet and look glossy. Even if you have the air vent on in the bathroom. Overall decent stay but wouldn’t see myself coming back. Even though it was a one night stay.

All amenities were false advertisement. They had pictures of a gaming room and it was admitted by the worker that they need to take the pics down. We felt deceived.

I went downstairs and was told that all rooms was non-smoking. Not only was I gas lit, I was dismissed. This is awful. I had to sleep one whole night for three hours, before I said enough was enough. I woke up with a red, inflamed left red eye. I left early. This was BY FAR the worst hotel I've stayed at.

It was super expensive for one night for what it is because for me it’s a 1 star hotel . On top of that i could not sleep because you hear the noise every 10 minutes a plane landing or departing inside the bedroom and the elevator was across of my room and the clients were doing a lot of noise during the night in the corridor ! upon initial arrival, I was greeted at guest services. They didn’t have great attitudes however I did arrive early. I spoke to Expedia previously and asked if it was OK for me to check in early they said they checked in with the hotel and everything was settled and that they were aware when I did speak to them upon arrival. No rooms were available yet. This was around 11 AM as I finished speaking with them, they told me to give them an hour and a half and they would call me. As I left the area, I seen multiple people coming in who sat in the lobby to wait for rooms availability. I went to the pool swim for a bit and came back around 12:45.. all the other guests were no longer in the lobby. I asked The receptionist is the room ready. She said yes, and that she only has one left at the moment which puzzled me because she was supposed to call me when it was available. What also wasn’t settling was that I am in a Cam boot and disabled at the moment. With this in mind, she had given out all of the ADA rooms to other guests which are on the first floor. I was then forced to take a room on the fourth floor, which was the furthest from the elevator, not only on the main floor on the fourth floor itself.

This is a very clean and nice place at an affordable price. It's situated in a quiet area, and the front desk team is very professional. professional.

They had censors in the pillows so people didn’t steal them, I get it, but they had to be used a particular way for them to be comfortable. Lastly, there was a customer there with an issue when we showed up to check in. There was only one attendant, so it took him at least 20 minutes to take care of that customer and check us in. It was just an inconvenient stay in general.

The hotel is located near a major highway, so be prepared for noise. The doors throughout the building are a little shabby. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Checkin easy.

The checking was quick. I arrived midnight and the receptionist was super nice. The room was so much better than I expected for the price. I recommend this place if you are traveling and need to stay in a good place. Also I let my car parked until I return to the country.

I stayed nine days and had a terrible experience; clogged sink, a huge roach, smoke-filled hallways, and multiple amenities out of service (laundry, pool, back door, vending machine). I have photos of everything.

The front desk staff were very friendly when we arrived. However the hotel smelled like smoke and weed. They had fans in the hallway I’m assuming trying to get rid of the smell. We also had to move rooms because the handle of the shower was broken and only hot water was coming out. Someone did come up very quickly to get it checked out. There was mold in both rooms we stayed in. We went from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor and both smelled of smoke and weed.

This is a great place to stay while you are in Miami. It is close to the airport restaurants and shopping malls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms are nice and clean this is the second time we stay here and will stay here every time we come to Miami.

First of all they chargef for parking once I got there, which they never mentioned during the reservation, second and most importantly they charged me $25 as a deposit which they told me it would be refunded to me after my stay, I never got that refund back even though I’ve been calling and provided all the info they required. I have called several numbers and it’s just a rabbit hole, it has all the signs of a scam. Stay away from this hotel unless you want to be scammed. It was an unpleasant, not worthy and forgettable experience.

This was probably one of the creepiest places I stayed at. Everything was run down, nothing like the pictures at all. The wifi kept disconnecting, the phone lines did not work. I had to go down to the front desk to tell them my wifi and phone isn’t working. The guy switched my room and said I couldn’t get a refund since I was booked on Expedia. I asked him if the phone would work and he shrugged his shoulders and said “yeah it should”. I travel alone very often and this was by far the sketchiest, creepiest experience I had. Second room had the same issues. I had to give up and use my roaming to call and have someone on my phone with me.

The stay was very good. It had a restaurant. It was very clean and staff were helpful. There’s a gym and a pool if you want to do those activities as well.

More reliable internet access for the rooms

Booked this room for a last minute overnight stay after my flight was rebooked for the following morning. Super close to Miami airport (about 10 minutes), parking on-site ($10/nt), close to nearby restaurants (there’s also on on-site), stores, gas stations, etc. My complaint is the paper thin walls. I should not be able to hear every time my neighbor flushes their toilet. Also the constant opening and slamming of the neighboring doors- you can hear so very loud and clear and there is no insulation in the walls/doors- kept my kids and I up throughout the night which didn’t make it easy to rest before heading back to the airport at 3am.

Stayed 4 nights. First night arrived at 3am, didn’t get to sleep in because of noise next door and hallway. 2nd night had to listen to “adult activity” next door for 3 hours. My 26 year old daughter and I were appalled. The 3rd night there was some kind of hot rod car show and engines revving for hours until 11:15pm. The last night we could hear a child coughing most of the night. Sounded like he was in our room, the walls are so thin and rooms echo terribly. Will NOT recommend staying here.

For one night it was perfect and easy

We had a cancel flight and had to stay overnight and got this hotel. Everything in out room was dirty. The walls had a brown splash that it was covered with the night stand, I move it to charge my phone and noticed it. We had to shower in sandals and shared a towel. The other one was dirty.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and our stay was not very good. Pros are that our room was clean, and the pool was ok. Our check in process was bumpy because we couldn't get a card and waited almost two hours to get a card. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and the issue was out of his hands. We ate at the restaurant downstairs, and our waitress was very nice, however they were out of almost everything we wanted to order. There were MANY questionable people staying at this place. There were two women passed out in the hallway with a man hovering over them when we came back from dinner. The place gave a vibe that illegal stuff was going on all around us. Thankfully nothing happened but there's no way we will stay again, and I don't recommend it.
