Overall, a really good stay, if you can arrange a better dinning option.

It isn’t walkable to anything. There were shuttles available and they were free but I felt like I had to tip. If you need to use the sleeper sofa, there are no easy to get to outlets to plug in devices. The nearby lamps don’t have usb ports. This was not a problem in the bedroom. Breakfast was good and the common areas were beautiful. The airplane noise was by far the biggest problem.

The first issue was the wait for check in but we were early so I somewhat excused that. The staff was not very helpful and no one answers the phone. During our wait we saw a roach. The next morning we had no hot water to shower. I let them know when checking out. No one seemed surprised or offered any sorry. It's safe to say we won't be back.

I came to Miami for a carnival cruise but the truth is the hotel was better than the cruise. The continental breakfast was the best they had some of everything you could think of having for breakfast they gave us complementary drinks for the evening. I feel like we could’ve got a little bit more water given to us in our room and they also charge for the water $4.25 a bottle which was kind of a lot but didn’t bother me one bit because I paid more for water on Carnival cruise

The staff was so nice and accommodating. We arrived early, and they stored our luggage in a safe and secured area, so we could explore Miami. The Cuban sandwich at the grill was one of the best Cuban sandwiches I have had. This will be my go to spot for Miami from now on.

We did enjoy our stay. We stayed one night prior to our cruise. The staff was friendly. The room setup was nice. We did have one issue with room 1043. The tub was peeling and the shower water would just go out mid shower and come back on within a minute or so. It would be nice to receive some type of credit for those mishaps. We loved the hotel offered shuttles to the cruise port. The hotel also have a daily managers special where you get two free drinks and hor d oeuvres.

Women at front desk (wearing face mask) was very rude and not helpful. Never notified us when our room was ready even after the check-in time. We had to wait and kept checking by going in person to front desk. She didn’t even apologize. Would not stay again.

Breakfast was good. Evening food was impossible as just a few chips and always empty. Drinks great. My low rating is due to check out day. I had left room and headed toward elevator when an employee with his cart came running down the hallway, ran into me and I have had a bad elbow and knee since he hit me with such a force. Went to front desk and nothing was done except an accident report. Didn't care how it happened. Would probably not stay there again

Hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful. We had port transportation for $12, shuttle transportation to and from airport and they even transported us to a shopping center for free. Breakfast was great and they hv a kick back at 6pm that has 2 free drinks! Will stay again.

The room was very nice and spacious, relatively clean. We were only there for a night before we left on a cruise the next morning. The place was packed, kids running everywhere unsupervised, not enough staff for the bar or to get food. The lobby area became dirty very quickly and unattended to because of lack of staff. The breakfast in the morning was very good and well planned but you have to show your ticket so don't forget to have that in hand. Again, not enough staff present to handle the extreme influx of guests, especially those with young children that do not sufficiently monitor their own children. We checked out the outdoor pool and it was well kept and surprisingly quiet. The shuttle to get to the cruise ship was a nightmare and we had to opt to pay for an Uber to get us there. The good news on that though is that taking an Uber is cheaper than the hotel shuttle cost per person. This is just not a place I would stay again. They need more staff and better organization. Oh and the toilets in the lobby restrooms have to be made for very very short people because we almost fell just trying to use the toilet, having to squat down so low.

This hotel is very close to the airport and offer shuttle service to MIA airport. Rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning is great. It is also close to the Miami areas and attractions

You have to paid extra for the parking lot $32.00 , not free. Some of the staff are very nice and helpful, but the lady of the night was little rude and not profesional. Breakfast was great, the Cheff did a great job and the personal in the morning did a good job. Facilities are good and handle with care.

The experience here at the Hilton Embassy suites has been subpar. The shuttle driver mentioned several times "remember your driver". On the cleanliness of the rooms, they have been good. But the hallways are in need of a deep cleaning the elevators included in that assessment. The glass elevators are lovely but come with the added responsibility of keeping the glass clean. The large central eating area was quite dirty especially where people sit and eat whether there isn't a table and there are plenty such places because this embassy suite is located close to the cruise ship terminal and you can imagine what that would mean.

They should put a warning on the website for this hotel the iarplanes and trains and noise from the other rooms was overwhelming. I am giving an honest overview this is not like other embassy suites I have stayed at it seems the staff and the facility are pressured and have become terrible. The bright spot was breakfast the food was good and the morning staff was a bright spot on a dismal stay.

I booked this hotel because expedia said they had 2 rooms available. After I booked this room, attempted to book another for my in-laws and all rooms were booked. I went to the hotel to physically check and their representative said they were booked up. Expedia refused to cancel and refund me and we never checked in to the hotel. I called customer service and noooo one was able to assist me . I totally wasted over 200.00.

The only bad thing was the constant planes taking off right outside the window. You would think the windows would have at least been hurricane impact to cut down on the noise.

The hotel is extremely old, poorly maintained, and does not feel like a four-star hotel. When we arrived earlier than the anticipated arrival time, the front desk assigned us a room that was not cleaned. The housekeeper told us she still needed another hour to finish. A head housekeeper then opened another room for us without keys and told us to wait there temporarily. When we asked the front desk if we could stay in that cleaned room, we were assigned to a different room instead. The whole process was very disorganized. The room itself was very disappointing. The carpet was extremely dirty and had a strong odor. It smelled like chemical air freshener was used to cover the odor, which gave me a headache. The carpet looked like it had not been deep cleaned for a long time. There were sinks in both the bedroom and dining area, which looked strange, and there were holes in the ceiling above each sink that appeared related to water leaks or drainage issues. The furniture was outdated, worn, and dirty. The lounge furniture had visible stains and food particles along the edges, which made the room feel unsanitary. Random flyers were also slid through the door gaps several times, which felt creepy and raised security concerns, as it seemed anyone could access the guest floors. At night, the fire alarm suddenly went off and woke us from sleep. We were on the 10th floor near machinery and ventilation equipment, and the noise was extremely loud. Thankfully, it was a false alarm, but

Location to airport is great, the moment you walk in it looks great, it’s what behind closed doors that’s NOT great! Be prepared to not sleep well with the airplane noise, they would benefit from upgrading their windows!

My sister and I had an amazing stay! Our room was spacious and very clean!! The breakfast by far was the best. We were able to check into our room early and use the pool! The hospitality was top notch! I definitely will be staying at an Embassy Suites again. Thank you to all the Staff.

AC wasn't properly working in the bedroom even though thermostat was set to 66. However, having Tyrex Car Rental on property was a plus

Beautiful hotel, clean comfortable nice room! Very affordable. Check-in was really rushed and not entirely friendly. Finding information to use the transport to the port for our cruise was very confusing. Waiting for transport was hot and nerve-wracking as we weren't entirely sure we were waiting for the correct transport.

The only complaint was that the extra blanket and pillow was not clean(blood). The staff was a A+ especially the tranportation department. Love this hotel it's my 4th stay here.

Do not depend on the shuttle. We were told it ran every half hour on the hour and ended up waiting at the airport for an hour and a half in the middle of the night even though we called the hotel repeatedly. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away. I think the driver was off doing something else. When we arrived the desk clerk did not apologize, in fact she was annoyed with us that we were upset. The breakfast staff was wonderful, but every time we had to interact with the front desk we got the same rude attitude. This hotel is wildly busy with cruise transfers and I think they don’t care anymore.

We were in late and out early. We will surely return soon.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks upon arrival. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. They should add waffles or pancakes to the breakfast menu lol. Other than that

It was close to airport. There was no hot water in my room and the restaurant was short staffed. I waited 20 minutes to order and then another 30 minute to get the check which I never did. The waitress didn’t acknowledge that we were waiting nor did she explain why there was a delay.

Our cleaning lady Rosa, was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was okay, had moments where the machine for orange juice was not working and my daughter even found a small bug by the oatmeal area. Overall, rooms are clean but more attention from lobby staff.

We were able to check in early and the shuttle was more than happy to take us and pick us up from a local casino. We also use the shuttle to take us back to the airport at 4 o'clock in the morning.

nice happy hour, only spent one night here on way to Saint Lucia. Only drawback was the airport shuttle driver passed us up twice and we had to take a cab to the hotel. The desk clerk paid us back but we still waited over an hour for the shuttl which never stopped.

we booked a deluxe room with snacks, put in regular room, we had a 110, and 15 year old with us. Wecspent about $20 buying snacks. Had to ask 4 times before they sent someone to fix sink that would not drain. We had even been in the pool for several hours and sink wasn't looked at so it was a while. Staff was helpful and nice pool was great and it is very close to airport shuttle was very convenient

Where to start : 1)the cards for room open and enter are working bad and it's hard to enter and leave the hotel 2)there is no free water to fill your bottle and its miami its a hot zone ,u need to buy the water and only in breakfast u can have a chance to take some water. 3)the staff couldn't resolve a really easy problem that needed to be solved for me it was very uncomfortable situation .

Cons: service in restaurant was mediocre. I had to ask for water refill even though there were 3 staff standing in front of me. some minor wear and tear in furniture in room. AC took forever to kick on. Great for a 1 night stay, don’t know if I would stay more than that. it’s rated as a 4 star hotel I would say 3 at best.

The check-in experience was extremely disappointing and made us feel very unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The front desk associate did not greet us or offer any kind of welcoming attitude. Instead, she immediately asked for our ID and credit card in a cold and dismissive manner. She was handling a stack of cards while checking us in and failed to explain anything about the hotel, amenities, or our stay. Her behavior came across as rude, unprofessional, and inattentive. Overall, it left a very negative first impression and greatly affected our experience.

The music in the lobby was so loud you couldn’t even think

This is an older hotel. The breakfast buffet is a draw, the location isnt near anything other than the airport. It was clean, a slight smell of something I cant place, but….

We had a great stay at the Embassy Suite Hotel. It was a beautiful hotel with great, big rooms, a happy hour with snacks and free drinks and a great free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends.

A nice place to stay at when you are going on a cruise. I liked the fact that they provided a shuttle from the airport to their hotel. Offered another shuttle for a small price to the cruise port. You really get a big band for your money.

Our room was excellent! Breakfast was fresh and great! The staff was helpful and friendly. We did not like that the pool was right next to the dining area. It is disturbing to see women in thong bikinis while eating. The windows of the gym were also looking out to the pool where there was great indecency. If it wasn't for that our stay would have been perfect.

Great place to stay - especially if you’re cruising out of Port Miami!

The breakfast was great, made to order eggs and omelettes and all the other breakfast staples. Welcome reception with snacks and free drinks was great as well. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and all rooms open onto the lobby with a large skylight above. It can be a little loud at night with people hanging out, but by 10:30 it was all quiet. Had a great sleep, the bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. We arrived early from our cruise at 10:30 am and we were given a key to use the pool area and gym and they locked up our luggage until our room was ready. Will definitely stay here again before or after our next cruise.

Tub was not cleaned and the loud crowd with music blaring all night long with our little ones trying to sleep was very frustrating. Felt like the staff was afraid to be in control, they were even taking food and drinks right out of the snack room instead of paying. Not to mention NO PARKING!! The parking lot was so full with visitors/friends of the people staying...they didn't even have a room but just there to hang out. It was definitely out of control!

This hotel was better than I imagined. The reception and amenities and Suite were so nice. I will definitely be back. I never expected such nice accommodations and especially a Suite for the price. This will be my go to hotel for Miami.

Pool - dated pool area. unfortunately 2 people decided to smoke marijuana at the pool area causing me to have to take my children out of the pool. so that was pretty trashy Staff - a few very helpful employees and one who appeared as though they couldnt be bothered Room - clean, yet very dated. Will not stay at this property again.

We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. We also used the shuttle to the port of Miami. The breakfast was great with the omelette station and other items. The staff were super friendly at check in. The pool area was a nice addition. It was fun watching airplanes fly over. It may not be the quietest location due to being next to the airport and near honking trains, but it was comfortable. We appreciated the little night light in the bathroom. The curtains in the room blacked out the room pretty well. We would stay here again.

It’s a noisy property trains, airplanes, police cars . A lot of inside property noise too.

Housekeeping was nice. The tub was rusted. Our sheets on the bed had blood stains and some kind of other stains on them. We have to request for our sheets to be changed, which they were promptly. The noise from the constant trains going by was too much. My son sleep like a brink, I go hardly any sleep at all.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and large enough for my family of 5. The breakfast was including and was perfect for our one night stay. We also rented a car for the day right from the hotel. For the price, it served the purpose we needed it for.

When you walk into the hotel, you are greeted warmly by the staff. The hotel lobby is very nice with a beautiful waterfall. When you walk into the room, it will be cozy and smells really good. My complaint is that the rooms need to be updated. It needs a separate tub and shower. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. The popcorn ceilings need to go. If you have back problems bring your heating pad and medication. This hotel has potential and needs to be better. Also, parking is $30 per day. I will give it a 6.5 out of 10.

I always like Embassy Suites. This one is the perfect location for the airport. It's quiet at night. The rooms were very clean, beds comfy and great pillows! Water pressure in the shower was good. The food was also excellent! Spent a couple drinks in the bar and Hanoi the bartender was a great guy!!! We arrived in the middle of a blizzard and people were trying to extend their stay along with new arrivals. The waiting room was standing room only at noon. I went to the lobby area around 2 and not one person was there. They all had a room! Pool was on the smaller side and had a lot of kids running around.

The staff could not have been more accommodating. We got an early check in and the room had a sitting room and separate bedroom. Happy hour at 5:30 and a good breakfast in the morning. There is nowhere to walk unfortunately, so it really is an overnight stay place.

Everything was amazing! One of my favorite hotels!

Room was good for several people and clean. Front desk person in a bad mood. Free drinks included lite beer, but they were out at the free area and would not allow free at the bar that was a paid area for the same beer. Shuttle was $12/person each way (12 people x 12 = $144 each way) and our group of 12 (2 cars of 6) used 2 Ubers totaling $64 each way and on our own timeframe. Parking for 8 days at this hotel (booked elsewhere) was very reasonable at $80. Even with these small issues, we like this Embassy Suites for our group of 12 and hope they see this and resolve the issues.

The bathroom looked outdated. The toilet backed up although a worked arrived promptly and resolved the issue. The breakfast was ok for an american hotel although a greater variety of fresh fruit and yogurt would be appreciated. The restaurant was good and the servers were accommadating. We shared the peruvian chicken and found it to be ample and good. The lobby was impressive and the pool area was inviting. The entire facility was barrier free. The pool lifts and ramps to and around the pool area are are an attribute.

Miami was having a cold spell they did not have any heaters in the rooms. The hot water took 10 to 15 minutes to get to the room the night of our arrival we had no hot water at all thankfully, the next morning we had some after it ran for 15 minutes extremely noisy room we were on the 10th floor and along with the road noise. I understand there’s nothing they can do about that constant sounds of air-conditioning units turning on and off all night long terrible food at the restaurant.

No help at the front desk. The heat wasn’t working and the door handle to the bathroom broke off. It was freezing in the room.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and check in was great. Breakfast was hot and well prepared each morning. The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable otherwise this would be an excellent score.

Most everything was excellent, however the weather was record lows. Everyone in the hotel was freezing, including the staff. There was no heat and worse the front doors were constantly open and the winds could be felt throughout the hotel. Even in the rooms we could not turn up the thermostat to get heat. The transportation dept was exceptional as was the desk and other staf. Rooms were clean and comfortable (except the cold). Restaurant prices need to be more reasonable, other than that, an excellent place to stay.

My daughter and I stayed here during a long weekend trip in January 2026. Overall, things were great but just a few things to keep in mind regarding this location. First, it is next to the airport, like NEXT TO the airport, which is convenient, but also loud. The airport noise is really loud out at the pool, but also loud inside. There is also a train nearby that makes a lot of noise, so if you are someone that enjoys quiet, be mindful of this. Also, this seems to be THE place to stay when coming or going from a cruise, not a bad thing just makes things REALLY busy for breakfast in the monring and during the evening reception. Clean rooms, friendly staff, just not a great location if you are there to experience Miami, very far away from any things to do.

The room is very nice but while I am impressed by the towel swans and fancy toilet paper flowers, I would bypass those for being able to check in at 4pm instead of 5 pm.

My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and hot tub - it was a huge highlight for them and a great way to unwind. The breakfast buffet is also exceptional. They offer a massive variety, but the custom-order omelets are a must-try! They also have a great selection of: Fresh cut fruits, yogurts, and cereals. Scrambled eggs and multiple meat options. Oatmeal, juices, coffee, and tea. It’s a perfect spot for families. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was delicious and the evening reception was a nice addition. The live entertainment for New Year’s Eve and Day was also a pleasant surprise.

The good: a wonderful breakfast included in the stay as well as a reception in the early evening with several free drinks and some raw veggies to snack on. The hotel is kept very clean and if you need a ride to a restaurant or shopping area that is close by, the hotel shuttle will take you for no charge. Getting a ride back was not as easy, they were busy, so we used Lyft. Bad: Unfortunately we were in Miami during a cool period and the heating in the room and the hotel generally was not good. A jacket was needed. However, the sun and warmth returned on day three so we could enjoy sitting around the very nice pool area. Overall, a very nice visit.

Overall the location and premises are great if you are wanting to be close to the airport. Nice pool, hot tub and gym. The complimentary appetizers and drink in the evening are a nice touch and it is great to have access to a bar & restaurant on site. We stayed in this hotel upon arriving in Miami and when departing Miami. Second stay our bathroom was not super clean - it had a terrible odor (sour like body odor/urine). Additionally, we had a suite for our family of 5 (room under husband's name). Unfortunately our early morning flight was cancelled, all but one of us returned to hotel to continue to sleep while husband worked on arranging flights home. Upon getting back to hotel front desk staff stuck to hotel policy (vs being solution based) and would not consider any alternatives to us obtaining a room key to get back into our room which we had not yet checked out of. Myself and my kids had to lay out in the hotel entry benches with our luggage instead. Suggested verifying ID via face time etc as the front desk worker said policy is she has to see the ID. When my husband arrived back at the hotel nearly 2 hours later we were able to get back into our room.

Very noisy constant plane noise, train noise, cold water- no hot water at all. Called the front desk, and they sent someone who said it was fine, but it was very cold water. At times the water came to a complete stop and trickle. Very little food options, no silverware, out of apple juice, nothing being replenished. Parking was impossible, too crowded, had to circle for thirty minutes trying to find a parking space. Front desk was not helpful. When we came out in the morning, multiple cars had their windows broken and cars were broken into. There were police in the parking lot taking reports from so many cars that were broken into. Felt very unsafe..

The room was a nice size suite for a great price. Happy hour was fantastic and the breakfast was very tasty.

We booked a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, they said because our party was not large enough, they gave away our room and put us in a room with one king bed instead. That was not going to work with our situation, but the manager on duty did not care, she insisted that Expedia did not have an option for us to pick how many beds were in our room. So I pulled it up on the app to show her. They indeed do require you to select what type of room you want. Then she said that because we booked through Expedia and not directly through them, our reservation for a specific type of room was not valid. And they decided on their own that we only need one king bed and that’s all that was left. No matter how many people we have in our party, if we said we needed two beds, and that’s what we reserved, that’s what we should have been given. She went on to say that she was going to charge us extra money for rollaway beds.(she did not charge the extra money so for this we were grateful). But her overall attitude was not one of customer service it was the opposite. It seems they essentially overbooked the hotel and rather than be apologetic or offer a discount. She was rude and condescending because we used Expedia.

Spacious rooms and Breakfast

We booked a room with two queen beds but they gave us a room with a king bed and a camp/folding bed. Secondly, there was not enough parking spots for the amount of guests, and parking cost $30 a night. The rooms weren’t up to the usual Embassy standards. The bathroom wasn’t that clean and the living area & bathroom were pretty small. Finally, the elevators were broken/malfunctioning so it was incredibly inconvenient to get around. The only positive was that the breakfast was good and there was non-dairy creamer available. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

I requested to speak with a manager but was told the manager was on break. Later, we experienced an issue with the sofa bed and contacted the front desk again for assistance. Unfortunately, Mao answered the phone. She spoke in a hostile manner and ended the call abruptly before I could finish explaining the issue. This experience was extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend that management review customer service training practices to ensure guests are treated with respect and concerns are handled appropriately.

Not a $200 / night hotel, not worth it. Super crowded, not make to order breakfast, buffet style, limited options of food.

We had multiple rooms and one of them seemed a bit more "damp" than the others, but the rooms are carpeted and there was a lot of humidity so it was probably that (we come from Canada where the air is dry AF in the winters). Conveniently close to the airport (~5-10min) and port of Miami (~20-30min) for cruises. Airport Shuttles: From the airport to the hotel - it is confusing, you basically just wait at one of multiple doors and hope your specific hotel shuttle stops at your door with enough space to let you on, otherwise they just drive off. We ended up ubering after waiting 20 minutes. From the hotel to the airport: the shuttle seems to show up in front of the lobby every 30 minutes or so.

We checked in after our flight was delayed and as a result we missed our connecting flight so a 24 hour delay and we chose the worst option ever . We were told we could have a late check out at 4:30 pm so we spent most of the day shopping and arrived at the front desk at 2:30 pm to be told they had been trying to reach us all day since we should have checked out at 11 am .. They read back my contact number and jr was correct , but I never had a call from the hotel . They told us we had a half hour to have our things out of the room or they would add an additional charge ( we already paid for the night 215$ and an additional 50 for the late check out that was never mentioned ) and now they were threatening to add on another nights stay at the rate of 215$ . Totally unacceptable. I’m considering deleting my Hilton honors account and moving on

The building is old but fairly clean. However, the staff said that I could arrive early and check in (I was sick-vertigo). When I arrived after a friend dropped me off, they said that a room was not available. I wished that they had told me the truth before I arrived. I could have gone somewhere else until the room was ready. Only after I arrived did they continue to mention availability. Also, the 24 hour shuttle left early because it was so full. When I asked about the return time, they just said it would return when it gets back. I got an Uber for my husband and I at 5:30am to the airport. This staff needs training regarding customer service; there appears not to be any. Finally, there was no coffee or tea that I could get for free as there is in other Embassy Suites; everything costs something. This is not what I expected from an Embassy Suite.

We had a great stay at the Embassy Suites Miami International Airport. The evening reception was a highlight and such a nice bonus, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The only downside was that the building was quite cold, and a team member let us know that the building does not have heat, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Second, the hotel's restaurant is awful. Staff was inattentive...we had to chase them down to be told to take a seat anywhere (no one eating... should have been a hint but we were trapped with no car). We ordered burgers which were overcooked. Buns were dry. THe coleslaw tasted old. The $65 price was ludicrous. No alcohol... just iced tea. The room was fine.

Great room, and the ambiance was amazing.

Unfortunately they forgot to put me on the list to check in so I waited a couple of hours for that. The staff are all very nice. The hotel is very clean. Quick to get to from the airport. You can hear the planes over head so be aware of that. Water in shower is a bit too cool.

Stayed 1 night. Great foid, music, abd atmosphere.

I didn’t get any Hilton Honorsvpoints because I have to book directly with Hilton to get those. Front desk check in was great, very helpful in directing us to shuttle and other services. Complimentary reception/ happy hour upon arrival.
