Didn’t know it was this bad. The room I was placed in had sour flies, the flouring missing or raised and the toilet not working. I told front desk about it and no one came as they said. I even fell asleep and when I woke up to use the restroom called front desk and had to change rooms that hour of the night. That was it for me.

The lady staff in the reception spoke very rudely when we asked the location of pick up service from Airport. There is no lift or ramp in the hotel . The drop service to miami port was very good . Room was nice and comfortable. Pick up point from Airport was not convenient. It was very difficult to climb up with luggage

The bed was perfect! Your front desk staff informed a man that was not on my folio that I had not checked out. Prior to check in I let the front desk know that I was running away from a DV situation. I am now back with my abusive husband.

There were termite bugs all throughout our room and I mean hundreds of them. We asked 3 times for a different room but we never received one. We were in the building behind the main hotel. Apparently, the entire building we stayed in is infested with the termites. The staff all knew about this problem but they didn't change our room or do anything else about it.

Very well located, the shuttle came on time but also leaving, that was good. Nearby some small shops for the basics, and in the groundfloor there was a Subway with good sandwiches, A lot of people in the place smoking, not lift, room was far and there was no covered walkway, so we got very wet. The room was clean but old mostly everything, for the price is what you get. for one night near airport could be ok, even recommended.

Unfortunately we checked out a half hour after we checked in, with no credit at all. We went to our room, what was supposed to be a queen bed was barely a full. There was rust and dirt everywhere and a lizard was in the bathroom. Nothing was clean and the pictures online must be from when they first opened the hotel because nothing matched. Since we booked through Hotels.com they said they couldn't refund us anything. We would not have left if it wasn't disgusting so I don't see how we don't get any money back for false advertising.

The staff is great, very personable, and as helpful as they needed to be. Check-in was easy (once I got to it, I'll mention more later) check out was very easy, and there were no surprises. The girl at the desk even offered multiple possible rooms based on our convenience. The bed was clean, there was indeed plenty of parking, and I didn't feel like the area was dangerous. I also did agree that the rooms were extremely dingy, though not unacceptably disgusting. Really just kinda run-down, haphazardly repaired when needed (e.g. what looked like a non-slip mat in our bathtub was actually a rubber repair pad from a broken tub that collected water) and not a place I'd want to spend much time awake. The shower was paltry at best. I've had golden showers with more water pressure. There was also a lot of airplane noise, though being right next to the airport I don't see how you can avoid that. The walls are quite thin too so if ambient noise from people outside bothers you, this isn't the place for you. Unfortunately for us as well, the place was very understaffed. Check-in took 30+ minutes as there was only one girl at the front desk and the sussy group in front of us decided to make a cash reservation for their whole family with 3 rooms on-the-fly. By the time we were done, there was still a huge line behind us. TL;DR This place is cheap for a reason.

Absolutely nothing! The lobby gave a much better first impression than the actual room. Unfortunately, the room itself was outdated, had an unpleasant odor, and did not feel very clean. The bed felt unstable every time someone sat on it, and overall the room was not what I expected based on the listing. The photos online are also very misleading and make the property appear much nicer and better maintained than it actually is. I do want to note that the gentleman who checked us in was friendly, helpful, and professional. However, another staff member was rude and appeared to be arguing with him in front of guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and was not something customers should have to witness. For a one night stay, we made it work, but it was not a comfortable experience. Between the condition of the room, the misleading photos, and the lack of professionalism displayed by some staff, I would not choose to stay here again. The only positive thing I can say is that it was only one night.

I did not like the fact we were promised a transfer to Miami Port for a cruise but the driver was not using the list which my name was the 1st name on the list. The staff are extremely distracted and not focused on customer service. The room was clean and close to the airport.

The shuttle is shared with sister hotels. From the airport to the hotel, the wait wasn’t terrible. The shuttle from the hotel to the cruise pier was a mess. I was asked to switch my time and when arriving at the sister hotel was told that MY hotel couldn’t do that and they had no idea what was going on. The man was rude and very unhelpful. We were made to stand in the rain and because my time was moved I wasn’t even guaranteed a spot on the shuttle. I ended up sharing an uber with another guest who was treated very poorly.

The front desk staff totally forgot about us while we waited for a room sitting right in front of her. The room was dirty, floor sticky and filthy that we kept our shoes on at all times. There were also bugs in the room, one even falling from the ceiling. The shower had no hot water, the toilet barely flushed. Our bed was broken and the mattress was sunk in the middle. The neighborhood was very shady...never again!

The property was nice and calm. Fairly quiet never heard much noise from outside. All the areas were kept clean. Access to uber/lyft and DoorDash/uber eats was easy. The pool was really nice and the kids enjoyed it. The WiFi signal wasn’t the best we had issues connecting and staying connected. The tv was also slightly damaged with a piece broken in the corner and a line on the tv. But the kids didn’t mind it much.

The room was satisfactory and a good value for Miami Airport. The main factor was convenience and location and the free shuttle to the cruise port. The lock on my room door did not seem solid enough. The hotel is old and needs some remodeling. However, the room and bathroom were clean.

The two nights I stayed I asked for extra blankets and towels and I didn’t get it until the next day when checking out and the second night staying didn’t receive it at all. I stayed in a room that the tv and phone didn’t work the both rooms had bugs and roaches. The last room tried turning heater on and it started smoking almost catching on fire also I got a conditioner that was used and container was still on

The location and staff. The latter was always willing and helpful and did all within their power to remedy issues that popped up. It’s in dire need of an upgrade. The walls are thin - I was awakened on several occasions by a couple next door while they were doing the deed. The walls were shaking since their headboard was banging against the connecting wall. There was a roach in my initial room as well as insects crawling in the sheets. I was relocated and there were bug wings in the bathroom. I was greeted by another roach a couple days into my stay and found a dead millipede in the bathroom. My bathroom door also did not close and there was a visible spider making its home in the bathroom as well. Did I mention how thin the walls were? Was awakened by a woman moaning next door even after being relocated. Shout out to Matthew though, always smiling, pleasant and willing to help.

A refund. Stayed there day before cruise and it had bed bugs. Dirty people hanging out side every where so didn't feel safe. First room door didn't even close so had to move from there. Then bed bugs. Others had them also. Everything just needed it for one night. Cancelled the other night

This property is very convenient and safe for traveler who has a cruise for next day. Convenient place nearest to get something to eat. And also, they have shuttle free from airport to the hotel and the hotel to the port, we will give 5 stars to this property and would stay again for the next trip.

I had a disappointing experience at this property. The staff were unprofessional and not helpful at all. I spent two days going back and forth trying to resolve an issue, and when I asked for a refund, they were unresponsive and acted like they didn’t understand the situation. I only stayed one night because of how frustrating the experience was. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you expect good customer service or support when issues arise.

If you flush the toilet, it take a while before water pressure to the shower returned.The front door was difficult to secure (probably because of the humidity the door was a little swollen and was tight within the door frame..the deadbolt lock was difficult to close.

We waited 1 hour for the airport shuttle. Had to call the hotel 4 times. Blood stain on shower curtain and huge bug. No elevator. Smell of cigarette smoke. No more room on shuttle to cruise port. No coffee machine in the room ( contrary to description). Next door McDonalds was open only for drive through by the time ee got to the hotel. Can’t remember a single positive thing about the hotel.

Parking was easy. Wifi never worked. The room was not clean. I asked for my room to get cleaned and they did not do it, so I had to go myself, twice, at least to get clean towels.

Couldn’t sleep as I was given room #118; last room on the 1st floor and so many people coming in & out the back door. The door would slam so hard it would wake you up. This room shouldn’t be available for anyone. Great accommodations of shuttle picking u up from airport and dropping you at the Cruise terminal.

The pool was nice and clean with enough chairs/tables, but the grounds around were littered and had a lot of cigarette butts. Shuttle to cruise port was free which was nice, but we chose an 11am pick up which didn't leave until noon. We did not use the airport shuttle. Unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel and will not use it again.

This is an older hotel so does need updating. But our stay was just overnight so it worked . Nothing really close except a gas station . We were on the second floor so that wasn’t convenient since you have to carry your luggage up stairs. Luckily two nice young men offered to help us . So our stay was ok for just a night .

This is a good night or two hotel by the airport. It's an old fashioned hotel with ice and vending machines, but its clean and comfortable. I used the pool and almost no one else did, but it was nice to sit there and watch planes take off.

I had called in advance to ensure shuttle timing.. i waiting one hour after being told it runs 30-45 minutes. I called again only to be told it would be another hour until it arrived. Upon my arrival to the hotel, the room was possibly the most disgusting hotel room ive stayed in. Stains on the sheets, hair, crumbs, and unidentifiable marks underneath the headboard. Floors were sticky. Furniture could collapse at any given moment. At night cockaroaches came out. Shower never got hot. The next morning i arrived early for the shuttle just in case, only for it to arrive at full capacity, making it available for 2 passangers of the 12 people waiting to get on. I had to pay for an Uber to make sure i made my flight on time. ANY OTHER HOTEL WOULD BE WORTH IT.

Instead of me turning in the key card for the original room in during my checkout, i was required to turn it in at night. We choose this hotel for the free shuttle service to the port for our family cruise. When we checked in they told us there was no more room on the shuttle. The lobby smelt musty/mildrew. We were told our room was in back through the "alley ", which made me nervous since it was midnight when we checked in. The rooms were very old and worn to a point i was nervous to sleep in the bed. Full of bugs that came out of nowhere. The doors all have big gaps in them. Super unsafe. Just pick the comfort inn that’s literally two steps next door or any other better rated hotel. Certainly don’t stay here if you’re afraid of critters, don’t like outdoor facing hotels, older properties, lack of facilities. Don’t believe the “great for a day” reviews, just don’t do it.

The shuttle drove right by us at the airport after I had called the hotel and inquired about the shuttle and went to the location and the shuttle sped on by. The first room we were in the remote for the TV didn't work. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you too the back off and pulled the chain to flush which everything inside the back of toilet was absolutely disgusting and rusted. Then we got moved to a new room where there were bugs crawling up the walls. Pillows that were horrible and stained sheets. Every time someone left their room the doors were being slammed at all hours of the night.

Property is definitely in need of a renovation. Does not look like the photos. The cleanliness of the room wasn't great- water damage, rust, dirty floors, etc. Bed and linens were fresh and clean though. Our flight got in around 11:30pm so we missed the last free shuttle. When our uber dropped us off there were some random people hanging out around the outside of the hotel which seemed a little sketchy (did not appear to be employees or guests). The free shuttle to the cruise port was a pleasant surprise however and made our mediocre stay worth it. Wouldn't stay here again but it was fine for a night.

The room was fairly standard. It appeared clean. I slept well. The exterior door however had a gap a the bottom and a bug crawled in. The front area was neat and clean, The staff was easy to talk to. Parking appeared to be okay but we took the free shuttle from the airport. Make sure you ask where to stand exactly as it was not explained well and we waited for an hour. As well, the free shuttle to the airport was good. If you need food, there are a few restaurants close by. I had no other issues with the hotel. It met our needs for an overnight stay at a reasonable cost.

We booked a room to enjoy the pool while we waited for our flight. We were checked in early, and given a room right next to the pool. It was the cleanest pool I have every seen, literally. Huge too! I am nervous to even leave a review, because I don't want everyone else to steal our secret and crowd it up! Thank you for a wonderful 9 hours :-)

The room itself was decent. My only complaint was the amount of sound coming into my room from other guest, that were not being obnoxious. Their sounds just came through the walls and ceiling as I tried to sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I stayed again, maybe I would ask for an upstairs room to prevent the ceiling noise.

Rooms are basic but for the money I paid it was okay. They have a free airport shuttle which is good. I may not pay more than $175/nite personally. It is convenient to the airport. I heard a few people looking for a Walmart or Target nearby. But there isn’t one within walking distance.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Point to note, there is no working elevator in the hotel, so if you are on an upper floor, prepare to carry your luggage up stairs. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable, however the bathroom door would not close. I do not feel I got the value for my money- though our stay was ok. There were stores within walking distance that offered food and drink. There is a Subway linked to the hotel & they offer shuttle service to/from the airport & cruise ports.

The check in staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I arrived about 9:30 pm. Around 10 pm a woman used a key and came into my room without knocking. There were 2 men standing outside. She said the previous guest had left cough syrup and she had to get it. I was shocked that she came in, that late, without announcing herself. I was a woman by myself and she really scared me!!

The fabric chair in the room was so dirty stained but the rest of the room felt clean. The room was very humid. When we woke up it was like the sheets, clothes were wet from the AC, we had it set to 72. At 4pm there was no hot water in our room, it was luke warm. Stained shower, under the bed wasnt clean, no coffee maker or microwave, the shower literally took 15 min to just get warm enough to make a shower tolerable, no late check out (even though they werent even close to booked up), no coffee maker like was featured in the pictures, no microwave, no mini fridge, algae pool, matress was super stained. We were there for five days and had at most 5 hours of WiFi, went to the front office at least 3 times to see what was the problem and finally gave me a room closer to the front office to see if that helped…it didn’t. The room itself was extremely tight. There was a strong stench that made me afraid I might get sick—it smelled like an old, rotten wood attic. To make matters worse, I left a lamp on and noticed caterpillar-like insects with wings crawling along the rim of the lamp. I killed one, but the next morning they had multiplied by at least 50. The worst part was when the bugs started crawling inside my carry-on luggage. I completely freaked out. The more I killed them, the more they seemed to multiply. I went to the lobby to show the front desk staff a video of the insects, and she stated that they were “termites.” The hallway was dark and gloomy, like an abandoned place. I’m not sure if I was just given the worst room, but the experience was terrible. The bathroom didn’t even have a vent. Overall, I definitely learned my lesson about cheap “low-tel” hotels. The only positive was that parking was available.

Upon arrival, we discovered that this is a two-story hotel. With no elevator and there are weird landings crooks, crevices, and stairs. The hallways and the carpet were dingy and disgusting and littered with trash. The room was gross dirty. I killed at least two cockroaches. All of the posts that said that the staff were pleasant and friendly. I’m not sure who they spoke to because the people that I talked to barely had the time of day to acknowledge us. There is one ice machine in vending for the whole hotel in a weird closet area no continental breakfast which I know wasn’t on the thing, but there was also no offer of coffee. Would give this a -0 if I could.

The staff was very grumpy. Just short with all the customers. I know check in is 3, but i habe never been to a hotel that wont let you check in at least 1 hour early. There was a family from overseas with elderly and children, all sleeping in the lobby because apparently at 2:45pm there was not a single room available. Cable was advertised, but each channel had a snow like effect making the tv unusable. Terrible experience. Will NEVER go back.

The staff were very friendly. The room and hotel are very run down. The floor in my room has stains and spots all over and it’s hard to tell if it’s wear or dirty. The walls and ceiling have cracks and I can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms beside me and the room above me. Rate was cheap, close to hotel and Subway next door were what lead me to choose the hotel but would not likely choose it again.

The room is beat. Cracked flooring, cracked toilet, broken soap holder in the shower. Then water temp in the shower was only lukewarm and the water pressure was poor. Loud A/C unit. Would not recommend.

This is a good hotel for an overnight the day before a cruise. I wouldn’t wait on the shuttle from the airport, though. Took almost an hour. We should have just Ubered.

The rooms were disgusting. Water from the air conditioner leaked all over the floor. There were ants in the room. In the middle of the night I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Pics are very well taken. Covers up the rust and mold. The people at the front desk were very rude to all customers. The shuttle to the cruise port was a half hour late then yelled at us to hurry up. When we dropped our luggage off he yelled at us to “go sit down”. Repeatedly. I wouldn’t book here again if it was free

Prompt availability of staff. They must provide quarters to guests for in-hotel laundry services. Rooms were clean. Shuttle services were also very helpful to port and airport. Everything as stated and priced.

First and foremost the bathroom wasn't clean, had hair on the sink near the knobs, the bed squeak real loud, the rails might need changing in room #229, the hotel itself people was complaining about no elevators, or breakfast, that night one of the workers was complaining about a guest wanted his money back because the tv wasn't working....the worker was loud and didn't care who heard him. I hate l changed my reservation from Comfort Inn and Suites to Days Inn.....will never stay here sgain

Room was clean. Staff nice, courteous. I missed coffee maker in room and frig. and carpets, but price was lower than next door Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn And Suites. I appreciate the free shuttles from airport and to port, but my flight was delayed, and I had to pay for a cab to motel. Not their fault, shuttle didn’t go late enough. I’m staying there again for two days in April and next Dec. two rooms.

The floors were in need of repair. The bath tub was very chipped and needs to be replace. Also mold around the bottom of the tub. The iron board was broken. I would not go back or recommend. Expedia should be more careful who the recommend.

The room was dirty, was actually more of a motel than hotel. The floors were filthy. Big gaps under the front door which led directly to outside. There were large rats trying to get in the room and climbing in the trees outside the door. Expedia listing stated a transfer from the port to hotel but that wasn't the case. Just a very bad overall experience.

I stayed one night for business. The room I stayed in smelled of cigarettes and the curtains wouldn’t close all the way together. The floor was full of scratches and stained. The bathroom was clean but the toilet hardly flushed. You had to hold down the lever to have it properly flush. The furniture was outdated. The tv remote was old and had to be wiped down with antibacterial wipes. The tv only had 4 channels working and they looked horrible.

My stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Miami Airport North was very good. The location is excellent and made everything easy and convenient. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable; I only wish it had been a bit more spacious. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would consider staying here again.

The room was nowhere near as pictured. The room is dated and the shower knob was loose and didn't function properly. Per the listing, there was breakfast included but when we enquired, there was no breakfast, not even coffee. The door of the washroom was old and needs replacing.

Room and amenities are old, run down, and in some cases unusable. Front desk staff was difficult to understand, mumbling and speaking in quiet/covered tones. Why do they staff the front with people who can’t communicate? And the airport shuttle that was promised at 6am was delayed 30 minutes. We didn’t stick around to see if it would eventually come, we just took an Uber to the airport. Our fault for not spending an extra 20 to 50 bucks for a decent place. Live and learn.

“I want to make it very clear that I never stayed at this hotel — not even for one day, one hour, or one minute. The moment I arrived with three children, I immediately noticed the bad smell, the poor quality, and the overall bad vibe of the place. Even before they denied my check-in, I already felt unsafe and uncomfortable. They refused to check me in and offered no real solution, leaving me literally on the street with my kids, our luggage, and nowhere to go. The hotel looks nothing like the photos — the hallways smelled terrible, the environment felt dirty, and the energy of the place was just wrong. What’s even worse is that this hotel reported in the system that I stayed here, which is completely false. You have cameras that can show I never entered any room. How can a hotel charge for a stay that never happened? Because of this I’m having problems with my refund. This place is low quality, unprofessional, careless, and misleading. Bad smell, bad vibe, bad service — everything bad. I would never book here again, and I strongly warn others: stay away.”

The room was clean so that was a plus. The picture on the TV was blurry. Just a bad cable/satellite system probably. Nothing they could probably fix....The shuttle from the Airport took MORE than an hour. Once they answered the phone they said it comes around every 30-40 min. The second time I called they said it was their shift change. When we finally got picked up it turns out they service THREE hotels (in the same hotel chain family). When I got to the hotel the story had changed to "the president was in town and going by the hotel so streets were closed down." Funny that I saw dozens of other hotel shuttles go by multiple times as I waited. I took an Uber to the cruise terminal because the times they went there were not conducive to when I needed to be there.

It's a dated, poorly maintained Motel, certainly not a hotel. The bed was lumpy, with springs felt easily and the room phone and hairdryer did not work. Despite getting assurance maintenance would fix them next day, I got back at night to both in same state and the room not cleaned or towels changed. Their reason? Room is not cleaned unless asked. Was moved to another bigger room but phone was not working here too as I reported it that same night, and again in the morning. Was offered another room when I told them at night that the phone was still not working despite claims of having sent maintenance to this room too. But I was too tired and thought it pointless as the other room may be same. Besides, it was my last night there. Subway restaurant on premises operates from 8am to 10pm so could not get a sandwich upon check at midnight. The Valero Gas station's Circle K conevenience store was open and had good selection of food (like deli sandwiches, wraps, chips & salad along with typical C-store snacks, drinks, etc.)

We are heading to thecruise with 0 milk for my daughter and 2 weeks of milk having to be thrown away. Was kind of easy communicate with front desk. Calls drop several times. Shuttle bus from airport is a plus...very convenient and accessible. Room was clean, quiet but a bit hot. No elevator...thats hard if you have luggage and not in the first floor.

Rooms were in good condition however the AC did not cool the room very much...#426 Your Courtesy airport pick up needs to be more organized. I called for a pick up at the airport...#8. I was told it was close....well 25min later and it still had not arrived. So i called the hotel again. They said it would be there in 20 minutes . I was about to go use the bathroom...and then the van pulls up. There should be up to date communication between the ftont desk and the driver...you had 8 very unhappy people. Then your staff was nice to allow a 12pm checkout...i wanted to sleep in. Well 8am ...all I heard was cleaning staff loudly talking all morning outside my door ...and the room next door. I know they have to get the rooms turned over for the next reservation but lower voices would be nice. Your front desk staff were all very nice and professional.

Not sure who dropped the ball (hotel or expedia). Directions on pick up from airport were wrong. They got door & zone mixed up. We waited for over an hour to be picked up. We asked for a taxi from hotel to pick up car rental... hotel host told us to wait outside. Taxi guy said that we should've been waiting inside b/c outside was dangerous (there had been an accident before with ppl waiting on a taxi outside).

I would give this a 2.5 if possible. Room was clean but in need of renovation. Shower was hot and good pressure. The room was so loud, on a big road and people race on it. The shuttle from the airport was quick and easy, but it doesnt start early enough in the morning for guests who are staying overnight for early flights. And i imagine thst is most of the guests. I wouldnt stay here for extended time.

Now this is the worst hotel I’d ever seen. Tried 4 different rooms 4 different problems and one of them was mold and rust due to lack of even having a baseboard in the bathroom. Another room was infested with flies in the sink, another room had a stopped up toilet, another the floor was separating in multiple places. This place needs a full remodel and should not be hosting u till it does.

I had to change rooms three times roaches in my first room, television didn’t work in the second room, and it was just dirty also I have pictures of everything the third room the tile on the floor was sunk in, and I was just tired of being put in something that was as bad as the first, I will not sleep in the bed fear of taking something on my cruise, I’m just exhausted with everything I feel like this has ruined my vacation!!!!!

The room's AC wasn't cooling, there was no maintenance staff to check it, and there were no other rooms to change to. I had a bad night. I also checked out at 12 pm, and a housekeeping staff opened my room at 10:50 am, telling me that checkout was at 11:00 am. The worst experience. In the end, they apologized and offered me a 25% discount, which I think is very little compared to the poor service I received from the hotel.

Poor maintenance especially in the room I stayed in. Floor was either leaking water with glue to hold down the flooring or it was sap leaking into the floor and pushing up from the floor either way my foot stuck to the floor. It also had left residual liquid sticky stuff on my luggage as well. House keeping never replaced our towels had to go to customer service to replace them with new ones. Also the tv in our room was not the best of shape either the color was either faded or just greenish blue.
