The hotel was very clean and smelled lovely and the staff were extremely helpful and make sure you had a pleasant day. They have granite countertops and clean carpeting and the room is in new condition.

Great hotel that was exceptionally clean! Large spacious rooms that you don't see in a lot of the newer hotels. Again, you don't find this cleanliness in a lot of the newer hotels either. Excellent location right off the expressway. I left a MacBook on accident and within the hour housekeeping found it and turned it into the front desk and they called me. I was able to return and retrieve it. That's outstanding honesty and customer service in 2026. I think the Bistro needs a new menu with all new options as it left more to be desired. I would definitely stay here again and again.

the room was very clean and nice the air didnt work well- we would set the temperature and it would just shut off even though it was hotter... several time the heat kicked on. the water temperature in the shower was only warm after the first 2 people showered. the grounds were closed off due to parking lot being repaved when i did my search on google i put in the filters close to airport, and free shuttle- neither of these things were true

María Dront desk was amazing! Full of energy, and grace.

Upon arrival the staff was very nice. As soon as I entered my room it looked clean but I soon discovered there was left over food in the fridge from the previous guests. This made me completely unsettled and made me feel like the room was not cleaned at all. The front desk was very understanding and got someone up there to clean out the fridge. But I was just disappointed overall

I did like that I had an unexpected death in my family. and the hotel would not honor my trip protection plan and refund me for my stay even though I tried to cancel my trip within the cancellation period. I would definitely not recommend to book with this hotel through the Expedia app. If I could give zero stars I would.

Even though my stay was short...I enjoyed the very pleasant front desk clerks and staff from arrival to departure!

Had issues with our a/c and mini fridge. Staff were rude and barely spoke english. Staff could not assist with issue or offered no credits or accommodations for the issues. The ice machine was broken on our floor and had to go to another floor for ice. Then our room was not serviced once during our stay and had to ask for additional toiletries. Lastly, there convenience store onsite had no supplies for essential pharmacy medications available.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Also the staff , especially Larry at the frontdesk was very friendly and very helpful.

Did get up in time for breakfast. My only pet peeve was that the ice machine was not working on the floor I was staying on. Other than that it was really awesome. How to get to the hotel property from alligator alley was so convenient. The friendliness of the staff in the cleanliness of the room was perfect.

Truly would recommend!!! Parking is free which is a difficult thing to come by in Miami. This hotel really made us feel at home.

Everyone was clean when we got there. They didn’t have a key in bed. They gave us a queen but they also gave us a discount. Wish made our state better and the manager follow up so I really appreciate it though.

The breakfast was never open when I was there. But the food was alright for it being a hotel. The staff was very kind, I would go back another time if I ever make it to Florida again.

Have stayed at dozens of Marriott all over the world. This is the only one which does not even offer hot coffee. Breakfast is the most horrible.

Good value hotel on the outskirts of Miami. Clean. Comfortable beds. Ample parking. Better coordination between staff and better customer service would make this hotel a true hidden gem. We were told by staff who checked us in that breakfast is served until 11:00 am. The following morning we went to get our breakfast vouchers from the front desk at 10:35. Walked across the small lobby to the Cafe where the attendant was already closing the register. She informed us that breakfast is served until 10:30 on weekends, and she can’t serve us. Upon explaining that the front desk person from the previous night told us 11:00 am as a closing time, and that the current front desk person had just handed us the vouchers, the cafe attendant proceeded speaking with a loud voice across the lobby to her colleague. I had to use my Spanish to negotiate with her to give us breakfast and she begrudgingly agreed. Other than that, everything was good.

My family and I were greeted upon arrival by the wonderful woman up front - we received our requested towels and blankets upon request expeditiously. However, we were offered a complimentary breakfast which included 1 item and a juice or coffee from the Bistro but unfortunately there was only 1 person working the bistro and we were unable to be served prior to our awaited departure for Miami activities. Also, there was not a pull out couch as advertised. But overall complete satisfaction!! Joyful ambiance!! Oh and it smells absolutely amazing in the hotel throughout!!!

We used the deadbolt and metal bar during the night thank goodness but when we left to get breakfast we could not secure our room and had to eat separately. TV did not work, no signal and they just said we weren't using the remote correctly??? We know how to use a remote. Lastly got a tow sticker on my window because the night staff did not provide and when I asked 3 times about the place to park and if I needed anything, she said no, just park anywhere you can find a spot. Same person kept running to another part of hotel and said she'd be back in 5 minutes...left 4 different groups checking in standing there with no explanation or apology. Definitely need major training in the service industry and common manners. Worst visit of my life and stay at Hampton Inns all over the county on a monthly basis.

I had a comfortable stay. The hotel is located slightly away from areas with more amenities such as shopping and restaurants but access was convenient given its proximity to the turnpike.

This was a very nice quiet hotel with a spacious room. The king bed was comfortable and whole room was clean. They were very accommodating for an early check-in after a long flight.

Overall, we had a very good experience. The only inconvenience was that the room was booked for four people, but there weren't enough towels. When we called the front desk, we were told we had to go down to pick them up ourselves instead of having them brought to the room, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Loved the location, property was nicely kept in a quiet area. Lobby and staff were welcoming. There is a Starbucks bistro in the lobby although they do not have the full Starbucks menu. The ladies at the bistro were extremely nice and worked hard to get the orders out (Please provide additional staff for them as they were always swamped :)) ). The room was nice, clean,modern, updated.The beds were nice and comfortable. I stayed at a courtyard near Miracle Mile last November and it was the same pleasant experience. I Will definitely be making Courtyard my hotel of choice from now on . 😊

This is a very nice hotel with large rooms. It is far away from restaurants which made it a longer day when we had to travel to find dinner. One person in the party has a gluten-free diet so we could not eat at the hotel's food place.

The shower did not work and I didn't have time to call and complain. It barely dribbled so I had to step out of the shower and get some hot water from the sink faucet a dozen times.

I was mislead on the location and what was mislead on amenities.

Only problem I had with my stay was the A/C/ heater kept breaking a circuit so it would go out in the middle of the night and daily the first 2 nights we was staying the water was messing up but they had to fix some pipes so that was a bit of a problem also. The lastnight was great over all the manager was very helpful with everything and all of the staff was very attentive to our needs during our stay I greatly appreciate that so they turned it all around for us definitely would stay again the facility itself is very well kept nice and clean and very convenient.
