Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel & Suites

Have stayed here a couple of times. Clean, convenient rooms, excellent breakfast. Will be staying again. Staff is excellent.

Very nice stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast had a good variety and was well maintained, and the staff was pleasant. This is always consistent as we stay at this hotel when visiting family. We stay at this hotel a few times a year and can always count on this place for being a great stay.

For me and my family, the location, which was near a busy street, yet off the beaten path. So it made it quiet. It was a nice hotel, the room was clean, the breakfast was adequate, the staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. We will come back here again.

I left my necklace in the bathroom and when I called they tried to make me believe like I don’t no what am talking about they never called me back and I never got my necklace back so I will never stay at a Best Western Plus again because they’re very dishonest and can’t be trusted

The staff were great from the moment I called them to send me a car to pick me up to the front reception staff that checked me in. The room was spotless and the breakfast was awesome. It had everything! Will stay there again. Great value for the money. I didn't use the amenities this time.

The pool area needs a drastic UPGRADE and possibly think about playing music and serving food and drinks outdoors, Children need to be supervised and monitored especially during breakfast, possibly having staff serve the food for sanitary reasons maybe adding security for overall safety as well, especially in the parking lot! It is supposedly located near other places, yet it feels completely isolated from everything. The cleanliness was terrible—my room wasn't cleaned properly at all! The breakfast was cold, and the toilet didn't work right. As for the bathtub, water splashed all over the floor because it doesn't have a shower door! My experience was horrible; I will never go back there.

OHHH I FORGOT ONE OF THE MAINTENENCE MAN WAS VERY RUDE WITH MY HUSBAN WHEN HE WAS TELLING THE PROBLEM WITH THE SHOWER.

Nice place, overall. Decent breakfast, clean room and the front desk was very helpful. The only downside is that it is billed as an airport hotel, but the hotel is by something like Miami Executive Airport, not MIA. That meant it was cheaper for base price, but the taxi fare was a bit unexpected. Still, if you don't mind being farther out, give it a try.

The hotel is ok, but forget about that sundries store and the $12.00 credit you are supposed to get. I have stayed a few times. On one occasion, I asked about the credit, they said, yeah, just get whatever you want. I purchased a couple of beverages and the amount was deducted from my deposit. The next time, I mentioned it, I was told they were going to look into why I did not get the credit and heard nothing back on it. I wanted to purchase something and their apparent very old system does not allow for you to go over the $12.00 and just pay the difference and if you wan to figure out what to get for the $12.00, good luck, you might be there a while. You have to wait for the front desk staff to not be busy with guests, and none of the items have any prices so you have to ask the price of every item in order to figure out what to get. Really poor setup if you ask me.

I liked the space, and the lady who was cleaning on Sunday was very efficient—the one on Monday, not so much, though, of course, she seemed to have less enthusiasm. To be honest, I didn't like the sound of the air conditioning—or rather, it was the fan; it made a loud noise that made it difficult to sleep. I also found the breakfast a bit uninspiring; perhaps there could be more variety. The coffee—the kind from a dispenser—wasn't very good either. I'm suggesting better quality at breakfast; I mean, it can still be budget-friendly but more appealing—for instance, offering fried eggs or whole fried eggs to provide some daily variety, or perhaps oatmeal every day, which is inexpensive and tastes good. Maybe just a bit more variety without spending extra—simply changing things up a little. The internet was a problem; it didn't work at all—it would connect and then drop out—that sort of thing. I thought the price was fair, though perhaps it could have been about $20 lower. Maybe there could be more special offers or promotions—and perhaps a more exciting, appealing atmosphere at the bar. Instead of just soft background music meant for relaxation, maybe add a touch more "chic"—something subtle to draw people in, but without being vulgar or over-the-top.

Consistency in its cleanliness, its kind staff and the daily breakfast. They have installed new carpet, added nicer seats in the dining area and the housekeeping staff are like lightning cleaning your room! I’m happy to say that stay number whatever was amazing yet again. Honestly this hotel may be out of the way for most of you, but it is so much looking into. Thank you BW Team. NOT ONE THING

The AC was on the noisy side though…

The hotel is in a good location and it was clean with a great breakfast in the morning. The wifi only worked one night during our stay (Thursday evening), it didn’t work at all Friday, Saturday and still wasn’t working upon checkout on Sunday. As we aren’t from the USA this greatly affected our data usage, I’ve emailed the property manager but haven’t received a reply yet. I don’t think they should list free wifi as an amenity if they don’t get it fixed when it goes out.

The bartender was fun and made yummy drinks.

Room were nicely clean, the lotion and hand soap smelt good, and staff was friendly.

The bartender was friendly and the conversation at the bar was welcome after a tough day. The food was good too. Nice to have it available. They were redoing the floors and using the fitness area as a storage area and it was closed. I really could have used some time on the exercise bike.

Breakfast was great, and staff was on top of making sure there was plenty of food for everyone. Pool was very cold but enjoyable. Full bar was great to grab a drink at the end of our day. Over all our 3 night stay was fine, nothing to write home about but was in the area we wanted to stay in and the price was great if you don’t mind “just the basics.” A comfortable nights sleep. I would recommend to friends looking to stay in the area.

This is a nice 6-storey hotel right beside the Miami Executive Airport in SW Miami. On the surface, it is a good facility where you'll have an enjoyable stay. My room was quiet and comfortable and my stay was generally fine. However, when you dig a little deeper, it seems clear that management is not striving for excellence. Some of the staff were friendly, others clearly seem untrained and were not. Walk into the business center and you'll find two computers running Windows 7, an OS that came out in 2009! I went down there to print out one page but the printer didn't work. It's this lack of concern for "the little things" that make me reticent to stay here again.

"During my stay, the television in my room lost signal for several hours. I contacted the front desk, and a staff member came to my room to inspect the issue. Although he confirmed there was no signal, he claimed this was 'normal' due to weather conditions. I pointed out that my friend in the adjacent room had no issues streaming, and the televisions in the hotel bar were functioning perfectly. Rather than investigating further, the staff member simply shrugged and stated there was nothing he could do. I found this lack of troubleshooting and dismissive attitude quite disappointing."

Bathroom sink clogged. The room had a smell. Bed was uncomfortable. Blanket on top was itchy.

Everything was so good. But all the walk-in showers only have half the doors and they that's how all showers are in the property. So you literally spill water all over the bathroom floor as there is no shower curtain or full door.

There was 3 of us in the room and had only 2 towels. We asking 2twice in 3 days'for 1 more towel for showers but never received it . Plus there was alwzys just 1 towel for floor and shower had it soaked with 1 use.

National park was close by, facilities were clean, staff were super friendly! Only issue was the fridge in the room didn't work right, but that wasn't a big deal.

Clean room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast area was overcrowded and not many options for someone with a red meat allergy as the serving utensils for the hot food were all together. A lot of the other things were almost empty. The staff were nice. I intended to book near the Miami airport and this was the wrong airport hotel, about a $100 cab ride to get there, that was my error though just a heads up for others who may not notice.

Disappointing in every way.

We were late getting in and the person at the desk did not really know a lot, we didn’t have cribs in the rooms (I had three rooms booked). The person operating the bar and kitchen was in an extremely bad mood, using foul language and yelling at the person at the front desk.

It is not an airport hotel. It is 30k and usd60 from mia international which is a hard thing to learn after a long travel day!

I thought this hotel was reputable and safe, but I was completely wrong. They cleaned my room and left the door wide open all day, leaving my belongings vulnerable to theft. When I arrived at 9 pm, I discovered this and contacted the front desk, the manager, and customer service, but they did nothing about it. Luckily, nothing was stolen, but what if something had been stolen? Would they have taken responsibility? I don't think so.

The hotel was very dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I booked a room for 4 people and was given 2 towels, staff told me there were no clean towels available. Horrible

You can see thru the bacon it was so thin and cooked to the point you bite it turns to dust.same with the cin.rolls. so terrible breakfast n 4 hours wasted (ended up driving to Laundromat) so no thank you never again

(a) Minimal and poorly timed breakfast: Not everyone is a corporate traveler and neither was the holiday season considered. Thus the last 30 minutes of the breakfast everyone was there, queus were long waiting for plates, food, coffee and on top there were no place to seat too with everyone there (b) There were multiple washer and dryers but hardly any of them worked (c) When asked for 2 additional towels, I got a long face along with a response that they ran out of towels and was given two hand towels

Room is not up to the mark, had a wired smell when we entered, the worst part is the laundry room, we had a long trip and had to wash our clothes however the washer did not spin the cloths leaving us to again take out the wet dripping cloths and carry all the way to 6th floor and again get the entire cycle (it doesn’t does the spin cycle alone) due to which have bitter experience overall

Upon checking in, staff was cold and abrupt. I booked a room for 4 but only two towels were in the room. The front desk said I had to get it myself from front desk, no apologies given. Breakfast options were better than some. But when I asked for a little bit of milk for my coffee just two minutes after 9:00, the staff said I have to go to the front desk to buy. The only smile I received was when I checked out, a sweet Asian staff courteously said thank you. Will not stay at Best Western again. People working there do not understand hospitality business and don’t maitre property well.

Shower had half glass door, water would come out in toilet area and flood it.

Shower only worked after maintenance came to fix it twice causing me to leave on Christmas morning to be with family without being able to shower before leaving. toilet sometimes continued to run after being flushed and toilet seat would slide to one side or the other. The TV remote was very difficult to operate. Breakfast selection was ok but if you came a bit late as I did the potatoes were cold. All and all it was definitely not the room I expected or paid for.

Great looking lobby. Rooms are older some upgrades but over all 3 out 5 at best. Staff is superb....very clean room. Some plumbing issues with shower.

2. Faulty laundry dryers: The laundry dryers were not functioning across multiple floors (2, 4, and 6). Each dryer was attempted twice, resulting in a total of $12 wasted and nearly 6 hours lost during our vacation. Despite repeated attempts, the clothes did not dry, forcing us to leave the property and use an external coin laundry service. 3. Bed bug infestation: The bed was infested with bed bugs, which caused extreme discomfort and resulted in severe loss of sleep. This significantly impacted the quality of our stay and raised serious hygiene and health concerns.

Had to move rooms twice because of issues with the rooms, the first room the door didn’t close, then after the 2nd move a man knocks and is “get out now” I’m like what? No. Manager lady was a clown who then says she won’t move me again, I say I don’t want to move and I loved because of you guys. Shower sucks big time, water all over because no glass covering spray, toilet did not flush well.

The hallway was filthy and was not vacuumed for days. The side door was always open. It didn't feel safe. The breakfast was poor and they take the breakfast immediately after 9:00 o'clock. Even turn off the lights.

Maintenance service was terrible. When we checked in we found the TV remote control did not work and we called the front desk asking them to fix the problem. No one came even after we called 2 more times. We came down to the front desk asking them the fix the TV remote control problem and they gave us another one. However, the new TV remote control also didn’t work. We reported the problem again and asked for repair. However, nothing was done. We will not stay at this hotel again in the future. They don’t even fix a simple equipment failure even when we reported to them 4 times. I don’t think they know what their guests want or don’t care.

Rude encounter at checkout. Front desk personnel totally ignored me on checkout. His name was Leo. He was very rude and totally unprofessional. I told him I was checking out and waited for my receipt and he ignored me for almost 5 minutes. Apparently whatever he was doing on his phone or whoever he was talking to was more important than taking care of a customer. You shouldn’t have someone like that as the face of your business. It wasn’t until I said, where is my receipt did he even reluctantly look at me. After staying here about 6 or 7 times a year I’m never coming back. The only positive note was a young lady named Sophia, who granted me an extra couple of hours for Checkout. I would never recommend this best Western again.

I rated all 5 stars because I honestly enjoyed my stay. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in a while. The only thing I would say I wasn’t a big fan of is not having a shower door. Off assumption, this might have been the setup throughout the hotel. Other than that, no complaints. Beautiful hotel, clean, easy parking and very professional. Would definitely stay again.

Property was poorly staffed, had to come down to get my own towels and wash cloths, showers had no shower doors which was pretty chilling while showering and caused a mess on the floor from the shower water getting out

i told the receptionist that my tv was broken when i went up to my room the 1st day and turned it on and they didn’t move me to another room or nothing and they didn’t give back the deposit i was supposed to get at the end so they made it seem like i broke the tv!

Room and breakfast was nice. 1 elevator was down and not being fixed during the 3 day stay. it was a nightmare waiting to use the elevator, especially when housekeeping was using it. ice machines broken and no repair attempt. I understand things break, but when they do, usually a repair is done.

Hotel was nice, people were nice. Room was good but the bathroom had a loose toilet seat which I did let them know. Also, the rain shower head in the shower was awful. They need to put regular shower heads in there. You had to stand there forever to get wet. That was my only real complaint and won't go back because of it.

Property seems old, staff looks unprofessional; dark, unnatractive dining areas, shower area poorly designed, allowing water to flood most of the bathroom. Would not stay again. Overall, propertry rates poorly versus comparable offerings in the same area.

In my experience as an assistant front desk manager at a hotel with 800 rooms, it was mandatory for all staff to wear name tags for easy identification. Additionally, we adhered to a strict policy that prohibited the use of cell phones at the front desk, ensuring a professional and focused environment for both guests and associates.

This property was amazing! The gripes? Well depending on who was working that day, they were either attentive or could care less. The front desk staff-all the female employees were amazing, the men exact opposite. Breakfast was ok, but the nailed it in our last day. Boiled eggs and burned paper thin bacon…shame on yall for that.

Only problem was toilet had no running water had to ask twice and the shower gel was empty even after they cleaned our room on the second day.

We were put on a floor that they were still renavating, smelled strong paint, the refrigerator wasn't working and I called maintenance never came. Housekeeping said they would be back to clean our room never came back and when I asked for extra towels she would only give me one, declined to give me another one. My husband mentioned to the young man at the service counter your ice machine isn't working on our floor, he said ok just go to the next floor down, no ok I'll notify maintenance. We stayed 3 days, 2 nights it still broken, maintenance never fixed our refrigerator, thank God we had our own cooler. Breakfast not big variety and everything cold. We'll definitely not be back.

The Breakfast was ok

It looked like they were in the process of renovating. Room smelled like cigars and mildew even though no smoking signs were plastered everywhere. Most of the room was clean but the shower had some noticeable soap buildup and grout that really needed to be scrubbed. Additionally the shower had a half glass door, the other half was completely open with no curtain or anything so after taking a shower the floor was covered in water. The room did have nice amenities like a tv, desk, fridge and microwave. The hotel staff was nice and helpful and they also provided a nice breakfast buffet but housekeeping did not come by the room during our stay.

AC unit in room 510 made noises all night. Cold but very noisy. Bartender also approached me as I got back from an event asked if I needed anything but didn’t seem legit and asked to shake my hand Was too close to me. I felt uneasy. Uncomfortable
